Hello team, This is a request that please take strict actions against the person calling from the number: [protected]. I asked for a minute and she started being very rude. I wanted to go for the plan but because of this behavior I had to halt. She was quite rude.. I called back again and she banged the phone. Even I work for a MNC and we very well know how to treat our customers. When asked for the managers number. the following number was provided: [protected] which are 11 digits and banged the phone again. I felt bad and this might be the same with others as well. Request Vodafone team to have polite customers calling persons.

And today received a call from vodafone she said i m canceling your porting code and she did, where as i dont want that was Cancelled by your executive as according to her/him. After that i called to your complaint number 198. Received call by executive transferred call to her senior. Mr deepak talk to me after discussion he did not listening me and disconnect the phone...       This is to inform you that I had raised a complain with Vodafone on 28th June 2014 (Mobile No. [protected]), that their representative has taken a request to change my plan by providing wrong information about the plan. Several calls to vodafone care were made and i was informed that I can't be reverted back to my original plans as the same was a non-marketable plan. But on 11th July, Vodafone agreed to the mistake on it's part and reverted back my rental plan. However, while doing the same they didn't restore back by internet pack. When I received the bill for the month I discovered that I have been charged nearly Rs. 1945 towards data usage as the data plan was not activated from 11th July (date from which Vodafone restored my old rental plan). This is to inform you that I have been using Vodafone connection for last two years and have always used data plan. Would request to reverse the data charges levied because of non-activation of plan (from 11th July till date) due to the error from vodafone executive

      They have reversed the excess charges of data usage after I had taken up the matter with the nodal officer. The same would be reflected in the next bill.

        Refund of bill amount

        I am writing this complaint with very much frustration with your feedback on billing. Since last 5+ years I was using 3 Vodafone numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. After much frustration with your service I port out all 3 numbers in March 2014.         On 30th July I got call from [protected] to my number regarding some outstanding bill of my company number I cancelled that number [protected] in February month so I tell him that to talk deler of Vodafone and giving his number where I cancelled that number, on that talk vodafone man talk bedly with me .           My complain is about the wrong download charges in my bill. Below are the terms which I have seen in my bill and when I search the same term on Internet then I have found number of people having the same terms in their bills as well. dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130 hello1_tvallsouth_30 0:00 3 0 dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130 This is bit strange that number of people are getting the same terms in their bill and with the same amount charges that for "dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130" charge is 49 rs. and this is same for all who are getting this term in their. So how it is possible that number of people are getting the same term and same charge for the download.. It is clearly showing that this is a fraud in DATA PLAN..           d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9, d2c_shotformats_ti, d2c_mgossip_pack49, hungama.com_value_, for 999 Rupees. i have ask them regd this they told me that you have used it but i never used i don't
          know what is this.So request you please do do something regd this.

            dear sir, Ii really unsatisfied with your service and communication of your technical team for solutions i have register a complaint again network problem, call drop, and internet speed problem with 3g in our city I have register complaint dated 12/july/2014 complant no. [protected] .. but till not solve this problem after discussion with your technical team. and this complaint ticket close without my permission. after that i again call on the same complant on 111, the i told your technical team regarding why you close ticket without my clearification. they cant answering me then they send me one more complant no. [protected] dated 24/07/2014... till not recieved any call form your team . Please suggest me what i m doing now .. Can i switch my number to other operator If you can able to solve my network issue.

              I have paid my Vodafone Post-paid bill for 2000 INR with relationship number 1.49101383. As per the offer If I pay it within the due date I am eligible for a discount coupon for ebay.in for 7%. I did got the discount coupon but the Validity date of the coupon is 30th June, 2014, whereas I paid my bill today (30th July, 2014). I have the screen shot as well if required I can present the same.

                On 3:38 PM on 30th July 2014, a call came from mobile no.[protected], to my no [protected], stating himself as a Vodafone representative and talking from Kolkata. In a hurry he stated that there is an offer for my Vodafone number. After stating the offer just for one time, he asked me to keep papers in support of address proof and photo ready so that I may avail this offer. Then I asked him to clarify on a point. He answered me in Bengali "Apni ki sonen ni? Apni ki korchilen?" In English, it stands as "Haven't you listened it? Then what were you doing?" He was very impatient with these words. He then without taking next breath, gave his answer in a hurry. As I was interested in the offer, I then asked to clarify me on the vital point regarding billing for the connection. He abruptly told me " Apni ki sikhit?" In English it stands as "Are you educated?" I was stunned with his reply, as I have never experienced such answer from any company, even from BSNL. For a while I was spell bound. On listening such reply I told him about complaining to Vodafone for his such rude and arrogant behaviour. He told me that you are free to do this. Sir, my question is that, whether the Vodafone does approve such behaviour in this market oriented era? If no action is taken against him, and accordingly informed, about the progress made in this regard, i wouldn't hesitate to port all connections of my nearest family members to any other service provider. As I couldn't memorise his name which he might have stated due to my normal tendency to not keep it in mind as I have not faced such situation before. Subhojit Ghosh Moulick, [protected].

                    To The Concern Person Vodafone I am having your post paid no. whose outgoing is blocked since 25th July 2014. I have called your customer care numerous of times but in return only getting assurance of 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 24 hrs, 48 hrs max. resolution time all in vain. Even I tried to call your Nodal Officer Mr. Manish number of time over [protected] for the resolution but he isn't taking the call. As this is my official post paid no. hence I am facing lots of problem and your technical team isn't provide the remedy for the same so please look into it on priority basis.                       On 4th of July my no. was being port in vodafone. But i didnt even get the postpaid plan i had asked for. is it so much to give the pan what customer desires. and now i have a bill waiting that is unecessarily higher then it was suppose to be. the whole month i lodged complains after complains and went to vodafone store, talked, msgd, sent emails, even chat but nothing changed. I am not at all planning to pay a penny extra for vodafones mistake.

                        I ported my number from airtel to vodafone in may. after paying 100rs extra in my last bill before porting still there was remaining outstanding. IF my outstanding was not cleared how did they ported my number to vodafone.
                        Now my number was deactivated on 28th july and i paid that remaining outstanding the same day evening. Still my number is not yet activated. i am facing many problems as i am unable to make or recieve any calls from monday.

                            Dear Sir, I am Shirish Narayan Kamalapurkar & my contact no is [protected]. I was using BSNL services and thought to switch to Vodafone, but seems I was wrong. A girl Kalyani with contact no [protected] from vodafone who raoms near senapati bapat road, Pune in front of corporate offices with pamplates of vodafone. I submitted all the documents which she also verified and provided me with nano sim, and after few days she called me saying "Sir, there is some problem with that sim, please return and we will provide you with new sim, for which I said yes fine, and when they provided me with new sim, it was a normal sim and not a nano one, she said that take this and after 2 days we will provide you with nano sime. I refused and told her that I wont take this sim, as you are aware that my requirement was for nano sim and what is the reason behind giving another normal sim. There was no verification done and finally my BSNL services got stopped and I didn't got vodafone services activated. I called her and asked, but she is simply giving reasons. They also asked me to email to [protected]@gmail.com requesting for sim replacement. I emailed them, but still it is not reflecting. They are not picking up my calls and since morning I am not able to work, which is hampering my business. I request you to kindly look into this and I want my documents back as there is no trust left for vodafone. Thanks & Regards, Shirish Kamalapurkar

                            Finally I had to visit to nearest Vodafone store and get it done. I think I learnt from this, always take any new connection direct from store and not from any small outlets are employees who are roaming near offices and selling the connections.

Told me that i will 175 plan ( get st_cr_mv_e_connect_175 ) but she activated st_cr_mv_e_talk_175 plan and for this i sent many mail on corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but there is no any proper responce given to me. And my friend visited on your sauth ex part 1 store but they are not able to talk with me and also are not changing my plan. so there is humble request kindly look on it and give me proper response.                                 Outgoing SMS from my number [protected] got blocked from 27th july 2014 without any prior notice. When contacted customer care they say that it cannot be revoked it is blocked by TRAI. Have just sent forward messages to friends and relatives. Help me to solve this issue.

                                    Hello every one my number is [protected], i have bill amount genreated on 25/06/2014 i.e 3560/-rs but when i have seen the itemised bill i was charged for isd call some around 800/- and call confrence around 2000/-, before making any use of isd calls i have callled up vodafone care and enquired about the charges and the executive told customer will be charged 25% of Isd call, for example if isd charges are 800/- so 25% of this amount will be charged and now after number of complaints they did not clear my bill mistake and deactivated my outgoing calls and making problem to customer..every time bill collection executive calls up and say you will get discount pls pay to us only...and then he dont even calls up...kindly check the details...hope my problem will be solved...

                                      Pathetic service from VodafoneIN . No network most of time, unable to make calls, very bad voice quality. Raised concern many time and Vodafone Network engineer finally told that they cannot do anything to improve it.Opted to port out the number to other service provider and generated MNP code. After waiting for 7 days, vodafone rejected the request by SMS "Request Rejected by Donor as the Porting code does not match the Donor allocated Porting code for this number". Vodafone - you cannot retain customers by such cheap tactics. This behavior is the reason for loosing more customers. #vodafonesucks#vodafone

                                      I requested for porting my mobile no. [protected] from vodafone to airtel on 27.09.14
                                      Unique Porting Code is VE 637788. I was contacted by somebody from Vodafone insisting vehemently drop my request for porting saying that all my future problems would be promptly attended to, to which I very humbly declined and asked to port the number urgently.

                                      My request has not been resolved till now, vodafone sim still works showing that my request is being avoided by Vodafone.

                                      Matter may be resolved urgently, say by 02.10.14 lest I am compelled to escalate this to TRAI.
                                      I have two numbers which were activated at the same time with Vodafone. I tried porting them out to Airtel at same time. One of the numbers got ported out successfully. But the other number they rejected and gave the reason that connection is not 90 days old. Whereas both the numbers were activated at same time. Why was one approved and one rejected when everything was same for both numbers. I tried porting out for 4 times and they are simply harassing me now and i am getting pissed off.
                                      I did MNP to Vodafone. For that I paid 100rs. at vodafone mini store (MORBI-2, GUJARAT). They said I will get 60rs. balance but I got nothing. I had to recharge to start my outgoing calls.

                                      I contacted that Mini Store, Vodafone Store(MORBI, GUJARAT) and Vodafone Chat but none of them answering me positively. They all are saying that you can not get 60rs. balance.
                                      Vodafone Delhi is a cheater. Dont take Vodafone number. I wanted to activate ISD services on my post paid Vodafone no; for which Vodafone asked to deposit Rs 5000. Even after deposit; Vodafone didn't activate ISD services and I decided to port out to Airtel.
                                      Now Vodafone is not approving porting request to Airtel and asking me to pay for overdue bill of Rs 1000. Why should I pay to Vodafone; they have to pay my balance security deposit of 4000 Rs.

                                      They are harassing me for past 18 days.
