On 3:38 PM on 30th July 2014, a call came from mobile no.[protected], to my no [protected], stating himself as a Vodafone representative and talking from Kolkata. In a hurry he stated that there is an offer for my Vodafone number. After stating the offer just for one time, he asked me to keep papers in support of address proof and photo ready so that I may avail this offer. Then I asked him to clarify on a point. He answered me in Bengali "Apni ki sonen ni? Apni ki korchilen?" In English, it stands as "Haven't you listened it? Then what were you doing?" He was very impatient with these words. He then without taking next breath, gave his answer in a hurry. As I was interested in the offer, I then asked to clarify me on the vital point regarding billing for the connection. He abruptly told me " Apni ki sikhit?" In English it stands as "Are you educated?" I was stunned with his reply, as I have never experienced such answer from any company, even from BSNL. For a while I was spell bound. On listening such reply I told him about complaining to Vodafone for his such rude and arrogant behaviour. He told me that you are free to do this.
Sir, my question is that, whether the Vodafone does approve such behaviour in this market oriented era? If no action is taken against him, and accordingly informed, about the progress made in this regard, i wouldn't hesitate to port all connections of my nearest family members to any other service provider. As I couldn't memorise his name which he might have stated due to my normal tendency to not keep it in mind as I have not faced such situation before.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was customer of Vodafone company mobile number [protected] . I suspended/deactivated the service of the same on 23 August 2014 by paid all charges . Now company again generate the bill against me 105.14 date 22-SEP-2014 .
Request to you, once customer deactivated the service with Paid all pending charges, Why Generate the bill again ???
