MY complaint was that my sim is not recieving network from last 2 days and i have replaced and buyied new sim but the sim not started . once again i have visited store and the advice me to replace and buy sim once again i also buyied then also my number is not started when i visit the store they where telling to buy a new sim of m-pesa for rupees 225 I did not buy and they showed me that my documents were rejected and i had replace right document and then also the sim is not started what showed i do now, , ... Sir please help me ... ITS my important bisness number i can't do any work without this sim card. sir i kindly request u to fullfil my this request, Vodafone store i visited Vodafone store, Nirala bazar, Aurangabad Your faithfully Narinder singh Siledar Aurangabad, Maharashtra . my vodafne number is = [protected]

    I am holding Vodafone Mobile number [protected]. I recharged Monthly plan 199 Rs on 26-7-14 for unlimited 2g gprs plan but in stead of 30 days I have been given 28 days validity why ? it would be difficult to remember the last date and 2 days our balance will be 0 rs. It's completely unfair plan i am surprised company like Vodafone started Tricks like other companys. Harshad Soni

      I Vaibhav Gupta, email id is [protected]@gmail.com, I had purchased vodafone 3G dongle plan having connection no. [protected]. on 19th June 2014 from vodafone store located in Dilshad Garden. At the time of purchase, vendor inform me that "pay Rs 1, 950 advance for 3 months & you can availed the 3G Internet facility for 3GB data for 3 MONTHS". So I prepared to use it accordingly. But after completion of 21 days (i.e. from 19th June 2014 to 10th July 2014) they expired the 1st MONTH. After making enquiry on customer care they informed me that " the plan is for 3 Bill CYCLE not for 3 MONTHS ". As per common sense meaning of a "MONTH" means 30 days but they provide me the facility for 21 days. So they misguide the customer to sale their product. Kindly take appropriate action against it.         I am very disappointed to tell you that I have requested to transfer my vodafone Phone no. [protected] from prepaid to postpaid on Date[protected]. And it was being told me that it will be migrated within 72 hours. But till Date[protected] it was not transferred. So made a complaint with Docket no. [protected]. Vodafone customer care told me that it will be resolved till[protected]. So on 23rd. I called and this time they told that it is resolved and your postpaid will be activated within 24 hours. Now on 24th July in morning I called then they told me that it now on 25th I called to customer care then they told that it is not resolved your complaint is bounced. It will take another 48 hours. So the point is what is going on. I am very disappointed with these guys. They even don’t tell me the exact thing. and I am not able to recharge in the situation that if I get recharge then my tariff will be wasted if it getting transferred to postpaid. Its my humble request to you please resolve my problem otherwise I have to go in consumer forum or I will talk to you higher authority on Saturday 26th.           I have been using Vodafone services from 2010. I use it on by iPhone 4. My billing has never crossed Rs. 2000. From last year it has never even crossed Rs. 1600, as it is a corporate package and non 3G as well. There is no data pack also activated. I check emails, social websites, and some other apps while I am on road within India. Even on India roaming, I have used these apps, and never ever has the billing crossed Rs. 2000.2 months back in June, 2014 we visited Nepal. We had to check some important mails on the phone, so we connected to internet.To our shock, when the bill was sent to us in July, it was Rs. 45000.The bill clearly shows a download of 5MB file consistently, 13 times in a span of 25 minutes. This should ideally mean, that after every 5 MB we switch of the internet, again connect, download 5 MB, switch off, download 5 MB, for 13 times.This is simply ridiculous. First of all, why will we stop after 5 MB download and on top of it do it 13 times. If we need to download or use internet we will do it continuously for a certain span of time and then switch off. Any layman can clearly make out, that the network was so bad, that the internet is trying to connect again and again and download the same 5 MB file again and again, and it has done this 13 times.The network within India is so poor that a 10 MB file takes 15 minutes to download, how can 65 MB download in 25 minutes, that too on a non data pack, international connection.We have raised the issue to 1) Customer care 2) Nodal office 3)Appellate tribunal as per the Vodafone website matrix.The worst part of our ordinal is that, the customer care team is again and again trying to justify their billing. They are trying to explain what is visible for the bill apparently. They are not even going back to the technical team, and getting a list of server pings or talking to their international partner for this wrong server pings.Everyday someone or the other from customer service, corporate service, nodal office calls and explains same thing.The height of all is that we get a call from appellate office and instead of they listening to the complaint, they are explaining and justifying their billing.We were under the impression that the tribunal will be impartial. They will first hear the concern from both sides and then decide.But here the case is different. They come with a predefined and per-decided set of answers to what questions we will ask. They have the same answers as all the customer care team.There is no mechanism to get this resolved as they have decided to take the money from me.On top of it, they have already charged my corporate card for the same and already got their money and unwilling to reverse it also. This is a very sad stage of billing and resolving issues and queries from valued customers. I am sure, many people are opting out of Vodafone services.

            From Vodafone they said the above services i downloaded from net so they charged for that Rs.49 but the thing from their side they are saying i downloaded some images and i explained them I dint download any images i downloaded some pdf files using my 2G data but the engineer after she said i have been charged for the pdf files which i download but how can i get charged when I have 2g data subscription. then she changed all the stories and telling me that giving DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 this code you have charged like that but i am sure about that i dint download any payable things. The information she is providing is absolutely wrong one. And at the end she went away without i am concerning my issue. and my number is[protected].

              My Vodafone mobile suddenly shown 'No network' and when I checked other mobile in my home, it was having full network. Two days after that mobile didn't have and my mobile had network. This same thing happened with other people in same area. All the mobiles are new. Some didn't have data plans.

                Myself Mr.Kunjan have recently changed vodafone postpaid to prepaid services for my mob.no.[protected].myvfirst complain is about incompletecinfirmation For first recharge at the time of address verification;due to this I could not recharge of Rs.51/-which facilitate lower call charges. Second is when i given it to mr.vishal at vodafone store shahibaug ahmedabad -Gujarat.they recharge for rs.50/- inplace of 51/- so i lost the lower call rate scheme. More over vodafone have debited the recharged amt.through account header of "Wrong recharge". Now i have minus balance in my account due ti this debit action by vodafone. Both time vodafone not intimate/ask/informed me about schEme or recharge.which is wrong. Pl.do needful.

                    I changed my vodafone prepaid plan to postpaid three months back. the person who i talked to told me that i would be getting a plan of monthly rental of Rs. 199 where i would be getting a discounted call rate of 30 paisa per minute and that i would be getting 1 gb Internet for Rs. 150 for two months. i have a recording of all these but now, they have started charging Rs. 750 for the internet and 50 paisa for the calls [protected]

                      Dear, I have complain against Vodafone on 3G data related offer. I get message from Vodafone saying "Free 3G internet Sirf apke liye!! Rs251 ke 1GB 3G internet pack pe paaye extra 1GB 3G data bilkul free!! Poore 30 din ki validity ke saath." After that i activate the 3G pack of Rs. 251 through my main account balance. They only gave 1GB data. I file complain against this at 198, they told me it will be credited to your account within 24 hours. After 24 hours it did not get credit. Then i again call to 198 and they told me this offer is only for easy recharge, you won't get 1gb free data. I really don't understand wht they want to say. There is nothing mention about ineasy recharge in sms and why they say like that. I activate the 3g pack of 251 so i must get one gb extra free 3g data because there is nothing about type of recharge in message. I contacted vodafone care via email too, its been more than 24 hrs they did not reply. I just feel that these big company just making fool to the consumer.

                        I am using this Vodafone number since last 9 years([protected]). Since last 3 weeks i am not able to use 3G in areas where at least i was able to use earlier. Instead of increasing their Access limits they have somehow decreased i guess. I work in hinjewadi phase 2 @ Synechron and i Stay at Pashan Sus Road. I Spend most of my time daily in these 2 areas but i am facing this issue which making me switch to different service provider. It's not just me but all my friends using Vodafone have observed this weird behaviour. Please act ASAP or will surely lose some esteemed users.

Last month bill (June 22, 2014) had a charge of Rs.144 for downloading hello1tvallsouth (Rs.30), animationdownload (Rs.15) and dealsmydala99 (Rs.99). This month bill (July 21, 2014) has a charge of Rs.30 for mobilartvaluepack. I never downloaded these craps. This is unauthorized fraudulent deduction. I have been using Vodafone for the last 9 years. This is the first time I have seen such a poor service from Vodafone. Need REFUND. Vodafone called me a couple of days to inform that I downloaded these which is completely false. They said they have escalated and will get back soon but but still no update?

                            Hi, My vodafone service got disabled from past three days without any notification. I am at Bangalore and I had asked the customer care guy to enable Roaming. Looks like that guy misunderstood and disabled the SIM. When I visited Vodafone customercare at Bellandur, they are saying Hutch SIM cards are having the problem of not registering with the Vodafone network which is strange. I send a mail immediately but no reply from them which is pathetic. Because of this I am missing lot of important calls which is causing me a problem. Please look into it. Prasad

I called 10-15 times on 198 and each time they said will activate within 24 hours but yet I am waiting for activation. Can you advice and take action immediately.                                   RespectedSir, Madam I have received the below email from one of High courts advocate to make paymentsto Vodafone against my old Vodafone connection and with an intimation of legalactions around it. Vodafonehas disconnected my number to inactive state in May 2014 without any intimationor request and were levying charges for activating my number again. I have asked them to provide details for disconnection to which no body hasreplied till date, and I did assure the call centre people that I will makepayments only post I get the documents or request for disconnection of mynumber. I have no issues in making payment for the outstanding amount, unless I receivecomplete details from Vodafone about de-activating my number in May 2014, as Ihave paid higher bills in the past. Thebelow request is definitely incorrect in the sense Vodafone has provided wronginformation to the advocate to instate legal actions against my name forfaults/errors incurred by Vodafone.                                     Primary and secondary balance cheat

                                    I Did a top up for 333rs as it is a full talk time given by vodafone. I had done through online for the amount 333. It was not showing on the main balance. I am not able to send message or browse ( even though i got 900MB balance)
                                    I need the pending amount to be transferred in main balance .
                                    Kindly transfer my amount in main balance.

                                    Why u have some policies which gives trouble to customers??????????...

                                    Recently vodafone has deducted Rs 49 from my vodafone account balance for downloading "DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130". But I did not download any such item from any internet site. I logged a complain through consumercomplain.in for refunding deducted account balance. Just after few minutes of sending the complain someone (I don't know who he was) contacted me from mobile no [protected]. He told me that I would get the deducted balance through ATM. He asked about my bank account information. I refused to give bank details. He then said it was not possible to refund mobile balance because there was on such option. Should I provide bank information to any unknown person? Different banks and police authorities are now continuously campaigning not to disclose any bank information to any unknown person. It could be a fraud case. I dont want any money to bank account. I only want deducted mobile account balance (Rs 49) back in my phone. My mobile no is [protected].

                                    Further to my complaint, I have received a call on my
                                    cell from Phone number [protected].The person who did not tell his name,
                                    informd that he is calling from Consumer Court Mumbai & was
                                    asking for my Debit card details such as card number etc.I DO NOT KNOW
                                    WHY THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN THIS CONTEXT & ALSO DOUBT
                                    THE INTENTION BEHIND THE SAME. PLEASE INQUIRE

                                      Dear Sir, I am one of the Vodafone customers. Previously we had BSNL and Airtel network then we changed to Vodafone Post paid Network. I have received Vodafone bill dated on 20th July 2014. When I checked the bill I found that I received false bill statement. I have the following talk plan for both of my CUG numbers. For my number, previous talk plan is rs.99 and currently Vodafone changed plan to Rs.125 and for my wife number, previous talk plan is rs.99 and currently Vodafone changed plan to Rs.149. I have received mail stating that the talk plan has been changed as mentioned above for both the numbers, but the talk plan for my wife number is Rs.149 and I received the bill with monthly rental as Rs.199. How it’s possible? Also both the numbers are in CUG connection, how it’s possible to have different talk plan?. Last month also same thing happened and I paid the bill but this time I don’t want to repeat this again. Hence i raised complaint to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com on July 22nd 2014, still now i have not received any response from them. Since we are middle class family, a single amount is also a big amount for us. Regards, Dinesh kumar.P
