    I changed my vodafone prepaid plan to postpaid three months back. the person who i talked to told me that i would be getting a plan of monthly rental of Rs. 199 where i would be getting a discounted call rate of 30 paisa per minute and that i would be getting 1 gb Internet for Rs. 150 for two months. i have a recording of all these but now, they have started charging Rs. 750 for the internet and 50 paisa for the calls [protected]

      Dear, I have complain against Vodafone on 3G data related offer. I get message from Vodafone saying "Free 3G internet Sirf apke liye!! Rs251 ke 1GB 3G internet pack pe paaye extra 1GB 3G data bilkul free!! Poore 30 din ki validity ke saath." After that i activate the 3G pack of Rs. 251 through my main account balance. They only gave 1GB data. I file complain against this at 198, they told me it will be credited to your account within 24 hours. After 24 hours it did not get credit. Then i again call to 198 and they told me this offer is only for easy recharge, you won't get 1gb free data. I really don't understand wht they want to say. There is nothing mention about ineasy recharge in sms and why they say like that. I activate the 3g pack of 251 so i must get one gb extra free 3g data because there is nothing about type of recharge in message. I contacted vodafone care via email too, its been more than 24 hrs they did not reply. I just feel that these big company just making fool to the consumer.

        I am using this Vodafone number since last 9 years([protected]). Since last 3 weeks i am not able to use 3G in areas where at least i was able to use earlier. Instead of increasing their Access limits they have somehow decreased i guess. I work in hinjewadi phase 2 @ Synechron and i Stay at Pashan Sus Road. I Spend most of my time daily in these 2 areas but i am facing this issue which making me switch to different service provider. It's not just me but all my friends using Vodafone have observed this weird behaviour. Please act ASAP or will surely lose some esteemed users.

          My number is [protected]. Last month bill (June 22, 2014) had a charge of Rs.144 for downloading hello1tvallsouth (Rs.30), animationdownload (Rs.15) and dealsmydala99 (Rs.99). This month bill (July 21, 2014) has a charge of Rs.30 for mobilartvaluepack. I never downloaded these craps. This is unauthorized fraudulent deduction. I have been using Vodafone for the last 9 years. This is the first time I have seen such a poor service from Vodafone. Need REFUND. Vodafone called me a couple of days to inform that I downloaded these which is completely false. They said they have escalated and will get back soon but but still no update?

            Hi, My vodafone service got disabled from past three days without any notification. I am at Bangalore and I had asked the customer care guy to enable Roaming. Looks like that guy misunderstood and disabled the SIM. When I visited Vodafone customercare at Bellandur, they are saying Hutch SIM cards are having the problem of not registering with the Vodafone network which is strange. I send a mail immediately but no reply from them which is pathetic. Because of this I am missing lot of important calls which is causing me a problem. Please look into it. Prasad

              Staff. Mr. ABHAY AND Miss. Kinti has us rubished language during approching for to remove/check up my net device [No.[protected]]. instetead of handling complaint on net service both were old that they servant of customer, there is no need to attend call.you are not our god father . like this statementy theyy have given.

              I have approches to these staff during 11.00 AM to 11.30AM.
              My official work completely held up since, 11.00 AM Due to indteruption of net service of your vodafone device serive.

              Kindly look into the matter.
              and replace the staff immediately from this centre.

                Hi I am Ganesh Bansode and I have Vodafone postpaid card [protected] for which from last three days I am trying to activate 3G service but no any activation completed. I called 10-15 times on 198 and each time they said will activate within 24 hours but yet I am waiting for activation. Can you advice and take action immediately. Due to the same I am facing problem in connectivity.

                  RespectedSir, Madam I have received the below email from one of High courts advocate to make paymentsto Vodafone against my old Vodafone connection and with an intimation of legalactions around it. Vodafonehas disconnected my number to inactive state in May 2014 without any intimationor request and were levying charges for activating my number again. I have asked them to provide details for disconnection to which no body hasreplied till date, and I did assure the call centre people that I will makepayments only post I get the documents or request for disconnection of mynumber. I have no issues in making payment for the outstanding amount, unless I receivecomplete details from Vodafone about de-activating my number in May 2014, as Ihave paid higher bills in the past.                     Primary and secondary balance cheat

                    I Did a top up for 333rs as it is a full talk time given by vodafone. I had done through online for the amount 333. It was not showing on the main balance. I am not able to send message or browse ( even though i got 900MB balance)
                    I need the pending amount to be transferred in main balance .
                    Kindly transfer my amount in main balance.

                    Why u have some policies which gives trouble to customers??????????...

                    Recently vodafone has deducted Rs 49 from my vodafone account balance for downloading "DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130". But I did not download any such item from any internet site. I logged a complain through consumercomplain.in for refunding deducted account balance. Just after few minutes of sending the complain someone (I don't know who he was) contacted me from mobile no [protected]. He told me that I would get the deducted balance through ATM. He asked about my bank account information. I refused to give bank details. He then said it was not possible to refund mobile balance because there was on such option. Should I provide bank information to any unknown person? Different banks and police authorities are now continuously campaigning not to disclose any bank information to any unknown person. It could be a fraud case. I dont want any money to bank account. I only want deducted mobile account balance (Rs 49) back in my phone. My mobile no is [protected].

                      Dear Sir, I am one of the Vodafone customers. Previously we had BSNL and Airtel network then we changed to Vodafone Post paid Network. I have received Vodafone bill dated on 20th July 2014. When I checked the bill I found that I received false bill statement. I have the following talk plan for both of my CUG numbers. For my number, previous talk plan is rs.99 and currently Vodafone changed plan to Rs.125 and for my wife number, previous talk plan is rs.99 and currently Vodafone changed plan to Rs.149. I have received mail stating that the talk plan has been changed as mentioned above for both the numbers, but the talk plan for my wife number is Rs.149 and I received the bill with monthly rental as Rs.199. How it’s possible? Also both the numbers are in CUG connection, how it’s possible to have different talk plan?. Last month also same thing happened and I paid the bill but this time I don’t want to repeat this again. Hence i raised complaint to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com on July 22nd 2014, still now i have not received any response from them.                           Hello This is Rajan and I was reached by one of your employe Harsh Mehta and he provided me information of Tower installation for Vodafone for 3G Network within 30-45 days and inorder to book the tower they had me book two insurence policies which includes Life and home insurence. >> One is from ING Vaishya for 40, 000>> Second one if from Reliance Insurance for 60, 000Now it has been more than 3 months i am following them and they giving me false promises and no tower has been installed. Please take a strict action towards it or return the money accordingly.                             I am using Vodafone browsing plan @rs650 and my no. Is [protected] for my iPad since December -13, as I had to relocate requested vodafone customer care care to close the plan /no. in June. It was told that next billing cycle has been generated now u can close it next month, fair enough, I called again in July to close the number which was agreed upon, just to remind the same again called on 18th July to close the plan after 18th my browsing was disconnected, then to my surprise on 24th browsing has automatically started again and on calling the customer care I was told that number has not be closed after putting the calls on long hold for many time every time staff was makes excuses that we have forwarded the complaint of person who had taken the call &later was told that they cannot do much about it .This means it is a practice of extracting money from the customers like this.HOW can a customer be responsible for fault o[censored]ntrained and unprofessional attitude of the staff despite reminders.Spoken to Narendra, Rohan, shivani, quadir and two other staff.Can somebody from senior management look into this please so that customers are not harassed like this and take training of employees .                               I am an user of Vodafone Postpaid . I have a 1GB 3g plan, I was charged Rs 49 for downloading some wapvilla_ppd. When I called customer care, they told me that I have accessed chargeable sites but when I asked how much data i used they doesnt have any information regarding that . i have seen so many issues in the Internet with the same . thankyou

                                I have recharged booster of Rs.27 on 20th July then I was charged Rs.1 rupee for each message.I called up customer care they promised me that issue will be solved on 23rd July but no action was taken against my issue. They people are just sitting to attend customer care they are not taking any problem action they are also not agreeing to refund my money. They are worthless to provide services to the customer. I don`t think my issue is that much critical to solve...

                                  I m using my current Vodafone number from years. And from past few months I have been charged for some animation or other downloads which I never made. I can understand if I have done this by mistake once in a month or twice.. But how the hell is this possible that I m doing it every month. I mean that's totally . I have not activated any animation or other stuff and it's increasing day by day.. 1st when i asked the Vodafone customer representative he/she says that it will get adjusted in the end of the month and later they put that thing in my bill by saying that you have made a download.. Well I m using this number from a long time and doesn't introduce any new sites to my usage.. Then why the hell I have been charged in the bulk with no such proof what I have downloaded or from where I have downloaded it? In this bill they say you have downloaded this stuff with that time and date 184inr which is a fake.. Any help would be appreciated

                                    Hi, I had a vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]), When i wanted to travel outside India for few months I went to the store and requested to convert that number to pre-paid, and he suggested to take safe-custody which i can pay one time money (~ 400 to 450), then once i'm back i can get the same number. But when i'm back, they told the connection has been closed and i have to take a new connection only. then i got the new connection with same number with my corporate plan (299) and i got the confirmation of detailed plan charges through Email as well. But In bill they have charged around 3000 for 1 and half month and disconnected both incoming/outgoing calls without any intimation. I have sent the complaint to vodafone corpcare, but they keep on extending the resolution date and saying they are working on it, and after long period they said the plan has been changed to different plan after taking connection, and they are refusing to say why the PLAN is changed without my request. Now they are threatening in phone, that they have filed a case and i failed to reach the court, and they are filing the FIR against me in Sriperumpudthur (Chennai) police station, and their behavior of talking is not decent and they are not listening my questions. If somebody has faced similar issue, could you help me is it possible to file FIR for these things. since i never refused a bill, but i wanted to correct the bill according to my plan which i subscribed. I'm sure what plan i subscribed and i have a plan details sent by them on email confirmation. Also out of my 18 bills almost 80 percent of monthly bills are fake and they add extra charge for stupid reason, then i talk to customer care, then they give waiver on next bill. But i don't understand why this corporate stupids making wrong bill and collecting it, and giving as waiver in next month.

I had Internet billing plan if of 1 GB pm but I got the billing plan changed to unlimited Internet option which is 650/- PM on July 8, 2014 by walking in one of your service center in ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore But I have received SMS today that my Internet usage has expired? When I have opted for unlimited Internet usage then on what basis I have been receiving these messages from Vodafone?
