I'm getting missed call from foreign numbers since last 2 days, but today when i called unknowingly vodafone charged me Rs. 45 for just 4-5 seconds. I accept that i shouldn't have called on that number but my question is that why foreigner will call me repetitively?? and who is benefited ultimately from this entire scene (i.e. malpractice) vodafone only.

    My complaint is regarding the "Bard my outgoing". About two months ago i port my number from Idea to Vodafone and they provide me 500 MB Free for starting two months as a new customer . So i use the service as they offer me its free for two months . I use 497 MB and then i close my internet use . After two days what happen they bard my outgoing services because they charge me for that 497 MB use of internet and they giving me the reason because off the use of internet services my credit limit exceed about Rs9**9. My credit limit is Rs 9**9 and if my personal uses goes more then this limit then that would be valuable reason but if you close my services because of free services you provide me then its not a way to bard the outgoing . I was making a urgent call and what i see my services is bard because off no valuable reason . It was really very frustrating when you not able to use that thing on time . I port my number because i thought Vodafone is a better service provider but i was wrong . I request you to guys start my service again otherwise i have no option to close my number or port it again . Thanks

      Hi, My name is satish Kumar Chikkala. I am currently a vodafone prepaid customer in Chennai circle. I have recharged my number with a bonus card of Rs17 which gives 100MB 2G data with 3 days validity. I have recharged exactly at 11:49 PM on 20th July, 2014. The validity should count till 11:49 PM 23rd July, 2014. But, this was counted till 00:00 hrs on 23rd July 2014. Is this acceptable or did the service provider mention it on the website? Nothing is mentioned as such. Moreover, when i spoke to the customer care guy, that bugger is speaking so rash and asking me to file a complaint if i can. This is the condition for a customer in India. If it is US, the scenario would have been completely different. These bloody service providers are cheating customers like anything and the government had not devised any regulation against them. It's a pity for the indian consumers and i wonder if this would really change. I never posted in the consumer forum before and i wanted to see if this really works.         Hi, I am an old and active Vodafone user. I always recharge my number's 3G Internet with Rs.95 package which benefits me with 300 mb for 28 days. The last time I recharged my number with the same amount for the same package on[protected], I received a regular message stating that my number has got recharged with Rs.95 and I'll be receiving 300 mb Internet for 28 days along with free 200 mb (which I completely did not ask for). When I checked the usage of my number, it showed me that the Internet package is only valid till[protected]. Vodafone initially mentioned providing me with 28 days validity and what it all I received was 21 days of validity. I spoke to the CCE, they were completely useless to me as usual. No help was provided, instead they did not even assist me well. A legitimate company can't flip from what it has given in writing to me. I want actions to be taken on the company.           ★☆☆☆☆ Vodafone India has the most pathetic service. And especially billing part. You guys have charged me extra for the following, hello1_tvallsouth - 30 shortformat_dwnlp_9 - 99 vuclipindia_pack75 - 75 animation_download - 15 Total: 219 Rs charged extra. When I contacted customer care, they told i clicked on some banners and downloaded some paid sites like that. But when I searched in net, many people reported these kind of fake billing by Vodafone. Please waive the fake bill (Rs.219) and let me know the correct bill so that I can pay the bill, else, I will not. Thanks, Dhakshna

            sir/madam
            It is stated that I have a vodafone connection my number is [protected] I am using CUG 199 plan. I had a 2g internet connection but after I change my sim card in month of may 2014 I got a message from vodafone for free 3g internet free connection for two month that i dont accept it.I use my internet that i use before.but when i checked my unbilled ammount that is above six thousand that is too much.I rushed to vodafone center sector 3 rohini they tolled me that my connection is 3g after hearing this i was shocked because i did not take 3g plan how this happend.They dont give any message for start of 3g plan and complition of 3g connection.I have to say u to deal my matter properly and give feedback.

              Visited thailand 27th to 30th june.

              1. No advice (Text message) from vodafone thailand after arriving in thailand regarding charge rate for using phone in thailand.

              2. Billing for that period shows gprs charges of rp 20, 000

              3. There is a charge of rp 7192 on 27 june. One call of approx one minute was made at bangkok airport on arrival on 27th june. How can there be a charge of seven thousand rupees for a one minute call?

              4. There are charges for 28th and 30th june, but my phone records will show that i made no calls on these days.

              These charges should be drastically reduced.
              I've used vodafone since 2001 and never had such problems when travelling overseas.

              Please check your records, something is wrong on your side.

                I have 3g pack on my no. [protected]. But vodafone deducting money from my balance. Why. And what type of deduction is this on just surfing a site or just clicking a pop up u just deduct the balance and even not giving any information about the deduction. As you already deducted enough money from me and i am afraid to use internet i gonna port my no. As you havn't took any action on my previous complain. So this is your last chance give my money back or i ported my no. Also i am using 3g data regularly u can see my revious recharges i[censored] thought i am valuable consumer for your company then do the needful or lost a dedicated customer. Thank-you.
                i have being facing this problem from last week,
                my balance has come down to rs 110 from 130.
                the mobile data service is off on my phone number still whenever i switch on the wifi, mobile data deduction starts after every half an hour.
                what nonsense is this.
                why i am being charged for wifi, wifi is totally different from mobile data.
                plus i use airtel wifi.
                so there is absolulately no point of deduction.
                and more than that i am not able to contact customer care executive.
                please see into this matter ASAP.

                        Even after making full and final and sending request for disconnection, your collection team is asking for payment. I have sent them all the record by mail e, g. cheque number, amount through which the payment was made and also the mail which was sent to the collection guy for the disconnection. But I am still getting mails for payment and lately have also received a legal notice from your lawyer. if you do not take action now, I will also move to the court with all the proves. Contact number is :[protected] (Delhi). Relationship number: 5.44547.00.00.100918. I have got all the proofs of payment and request for disconnection on my mail which I can produce anytime at the court of law. Now you decide whether u want to fight a legal battle or solve this issue.

                          I have recharged my Vodafone prepaid mobile No. [protected] on line with Rs.673.00 Bonus card on 30 June 2014 for International roaming and the balance after recharge was Rs.1274.19. The details are as follows :

                          Online Recharge ; Name: Bonus Card 673
                          Order ID: o[protected]
                          Payment Transaction ID : MSMP[protected]
                          Date & Time of purchase : 30 Jun, 2014 16:43:45
                          Amount: Rs. 673.0/-

                          I have tried to activate the International roaming services while I was in Singapore / Malaysia. But, the roaming service was not activated / not available. I have returned to India on[protected].

                          Though International roaming service was not activated / not made available on my phone and though I have not made any out going calls and have not received any incoming calls, the balance in my account is showing as Rs.600.05.

                          This shows that an amount of Rs.674.14 was wrongly deducted from my account for no reason. Call record of my number [protected] may please be verified to see whether I have made any out going calls or I have received any incoming calls.

                          I have made several representations to Vodafone at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com to verify the records and rectify the wrong deductions.I have requested to credit the Bonus card amount of Rs.673.00 (+) the wrongly deducted amount of Rs.674.14 = Rs.1347.14 to my balance.
                          But, it is very shameful on the part of Vodafone that no reply / response is given to my complaint till now.

                            Sir, Today I have done 25 Rs. recharge online for talk time and after recharge my 3G data balance 750 MB deactvated automatically without any reason. I made contact to 198 for complain of 3G deactivated data and they told thathe they can not do anything b'coze 25 Rs. is a 2G data recharge and now u can use 2G 125 MB data instead my deactivaed 750 MB 3G data. Please tell me what about my 3G data balance. Being a valuable customer of Vodafone . may ask why is so froud to customer. Please return my 3G as soon as possible. Thank you. where as 3G data

                                  Actually got a message from Vodafone saying that if you recharge with 155 you will get a 3G data of 1Gb instead 2G data. So I used USSD code and from my main balance 2G plan is activated there are not activated 3G data plan. So I called customer care and I have given complaint they process after 1 week and Now they are refunding only 138 talk time. But 155 rs is deducted from my main balance and they are refunding only 138. When I asking this question the guy who called me to process this complaint has simply put down the call and I am not able to call back also. And he is not giving the answer properly he shouting on me. When I recharge itself it will deduct some amount like if you recharge with 180 you will get 160 (around) now again I am loosing 12 rs extra.

                                    I, am getting bill's to my email for mobile # [protected] which i never applied or using. When called customer care they asked me to approach Vodafone outlet for changing this or for any complaints. When i, am no were concerned with this email or mobile no, whey should i go to vodafone for removing my email id. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I am Abhishek Sharma, recently i connected with vodafone service. It almost 1 month before I bought vodafone sim. I got my First bill on 5 july, when i analysis my bill i found 49Rs Mgossip pack added into my bill which i never asked and never downloaded on my mobile . For same concern i call to customer care but i was really disappointed with customer care Representative. They even dont want to listen my words, again i called up to customer care but same thing again happen with me. I asked them to register my complaint but they refused to do that. After all this i go for Internet search where i found many customer suffered from same thing .I want to settle my amount with respect to my June bill and dont want this mistake continue in my future bill .My last date for payment has been over so please look into this.I suppose to getting positive feed response from Vodafone Else i will go for consumer court and publish this fraud on networking site like on facebook and not going to pay bill at all.Twitter and other networking sites where maximum people come to know about this Fraud and improper Behavior of your customer care| Representative.
