I am use vodafone num.and in my home total 8 vodafone sim card but last 3 to 4 months we not getting a coverage and many time I give the complain but till time I am not get solution from ur side so in this situation we all are tired so give me a right solution other wise we all change the company So reply me what can I do for this situation. .

    Hello This is Rajan and I was reached by one of your employe Harsh Mehta and he provided me information of Tower installation for Vodafone for 3G Network within 30-45 days and inorder to book the tower they had me book two insurence policies which includes Life and home insurence. >> One is from ING Vaishya for 40, 000>> Second one if from Reliance Insurance for 60, 000Now it has been more than 3 months i am following them and they giving me false promises and no tower has been installed. Please take a strict action towards it or return the money accordingly.       I am using Vodafone browsing plan @rs650 and my no. Is [protected] for my iPad since December -13, as I had to relocate requested vodafone customer care care to close the plan /no. in June. It was told that next billing cycle has been generated now u can close it next month, fair enough, I called again in July to close the number which was agreed upon, just to remind the same again called on 18th July to close the plan after 18th my browsing was disconnected, then to my surprise on 24th browsing has automatically started again and on calling the customer care I was told that number has not be closed after putting the calls on long hold for many time every time staff was makes excuses that we have forwarded the complaint of person who had taken the call &later was told that they cannot do much about it .This means it is a practice of extracting money from the customers like this.HOW can a customer be responsible for fault o[censored]ntrained and unprofessional attitude of the staff despite reminders.Spoken to Narendra, Rohan, shivani, quadir and two other staff.Can somebody from senior management look into this please so that customers are not harassed like this and take training of employees .         I am an user of Vodafone Postpaid . I have a 1GB 3g plan, I was charged Rs 49 for downloading some wapvilla_ppd. When I called customer care, they told me that I have accessed chargeable sites but when I asked how much data i used they doesnt have any information regarding that . i have seen so many issues in the Internet with the same . thankyou

          I have recharged booster of Rs.27 on 20th July then I was charged Rs.1 rupee for each message.I called up customer care they promised me that issue will be solved on 23rd July but no action was taken against my issue. They people are just sitting to attend customer care they are not taking any problem action they are also not agreeing to refund my money. They are worthless to provide services to the customer. I don`t think my issue is that much critical to solve...

            I m using my current Vodafone number from years. And from past few months I have been charged for some animation or other downloads which I never made. I can understand if I have done this by mistake once in a month or twice.. But how the hell is this possible that I m doing it every month. I mean that's totally . I have not activated any animation or other stuff and it's increasing day by day.. 1st when i asked the Vodafone customer representative he/she says that it will get adjusted in the end of the month and later they put that thing in my bill by saying that you have made a download.. Well I m using this number from a long time and doesn't introduce any new sites to my usage.. Then why the hell I have been charged in the bulk with no such proof what I have downloaded or from where I have downloaded it? In this bill they say you have downloaded this stuff with that time and date 184inr which is a fake.. Any help would be appreciated

              Hi, I had a vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]), When i wanted to travel outside India for few months I went to the store and requested to convert that number to pre-paid, and he suggested to take safe-custody which i can pay one time money (~ 400 to 450), then once i'm back i can get the same number. But when i'm back, they told the connection has been closed and i have to take a new connection only. then i got the new connection with same number with my corporate plan (299) and i got the confirmation of detailed plan charges through Email as well. But In bill they have charged around 3000 for 1 and half month and disconnected both incoming/outgoing calls without any intimation. I have sent the complaint to vodafone corpcare, but they keep on extending the resolution date and saying they are working on it, and after long period they said the plan has been changed to different plan after taking connection, and they are refusing to say why the PLAN is changed without my request. Now they are threatening in phone, that they have filed a case and i failed to reach the court, and they are filing the FIR against me in Sriperumpudthur (Chennai) police station, and their behavior of talking is not decent and they are not listening my questions. If somebody has faced similar issue, could you help me is it possible to file FIR for these things. since i never refused a bill, but i wanted to correct the bill according to my plan which i subscribed. I'm sure what plan i subscribed and i have a plan details sent by them on email confirmation. Also out of my 18 bills almost 80 percent of monthly bills are fake and they add extra charge for stupid reason, then i talk to customer care, then they give waiver on next bill. But i don't understand why this corporate stupids making wrong bill and collecting it, and giving as waiver in next month.

I had Internet billing plan if of 1 GB pm but I got the billing plan changed to unlimited Internet option which is 650/- PM on July 8, 2014 by walking in one of your service center in ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore But I have received SMS today that my Internet usage has expired? When I have opted for unlimited Internet usage then on what basis I have been receiving these messages from Vodafone? Please ensure that my Internet billing plan is updated properly and no undue charges are levied on me also I should get unrestricted Internet connectivity. regards Vikram Kapoor +91.[protected]

                  I'm getting missed call from foreign numbers since last 2 days, but today when i called unknowingly vodafone charged me Rs. 45 for just 4-5 seconds. I accept that i shouldn't have called on that number but my question is that why foreigner will call me repetitively?? and who is benefited ultimately from this entire scene (i.e. malpractice) vodafone only.

                    My complaint is regarding the "Bard my outgoing". About two months ago i port my number from Idea to Vodafone and they provide me 500 MB Free for starting two months as a new customer . So i use the service as they offer me its free for two months . I use 497 MB and then i close my internet use . After two days what happen they bard my outgoing services because they charge me for that 497 MB use of internet and they giving me the reason because off the use of internet services my credit limit exceed about Rs9**9. My credit limit is Rs 9**9 and if my personal uses goes more then this limit then that would be valuable reason but if you close my services because of free services you provide me then its not a way to bard the outgoing . I was making a urgent call and what i see my services is bard because off no valuable reason . It was really very frustrating when you not able to use that thing on time . I port my number because i thought Vodafone is a better service provider but i was wrong . I request you to guys start my service again otherwise i have no option to close my number or port it again . Thanks

                      Hi, My name is satish Kumar Chikkala. I am currently a vodafone prepaid customer in Chennai circle. I have recharged my number with a bonus card of Rs17 which gives 100MB 2G data with 3 days validity. I have recharged exactly at 11:49 PM on 20th July, 2014. The validity should count till 11:49 PM 23rd July, 2014. But, this was counted till 00:00 hrs on 23rd July 2014. Is this acceptable or did the service provider mention it on the website? Nothing is mentioned as such. Moreover, when i spoke to the customer care guy, that bugger is speaking so rash and asking me to file a complaint if i can. This is the condition for a customer in India. If it is US, the scenario would have been completely different. These bloody service providers are cheating customers like anything and the government had not devised any regulation against them. It's a pity for the indian consumers and i wonder if this would really change. I never posted in the consumer forum before and i wanted to see if this really works.                         Hi, I am an old and active Vodafone user. I always recharge my number's 3G Internet with Rs.95 package which benefits me with 300 mb for 28 days. The last time I recharged my number with the same amount for the same package on[protected], I received a regular message stating that my number has got recharged with Rs.95 and I'll be receiving 300 mb Internet for 28 days along with free 200 mb (which I completely did not ask for). When I checked the usage of my number, it showed me that the Internet package is only valid till[protected]. Vodafone initially mentioned providing me with 28 days validity and what it all I received was 21 days of validity. I spoke to the CCE, they were completely useless to me as usual. No help was provided, instead they did not even assist me well. A legitimate company can't flip from what it has given in writing to me. I want actions to be taken on the company.                           ★☆☆☆☆ Vodafone India has the most pathetic service. And especially billing part. You guys have charged me extra for the following, hello1_tvallsouth - 30 shortformat_dwnlp_9 - 99 vuclipindia_pack75 - 75 animation_download - 15 Total: 219 Rs charged extra. When I contacted customer care, they told i clicked on some banners and downloaded some paid sites like that. But when I searched in net, many people reported these kind of fake billing by Vodafone. Please waive the fake bill (Rs.219) and let me know the correct bill so that I can pay the bill, else, I will not. Thanks, Dhakshna

                            It is stated that I have a vodafone connection my number is [protected] I am using CUG 199 plan. I had a 2g internet connection but after I change my sim card in month of may 2014 I got a message from vodafone for free 3g internet free connection for two month that i dont accept it.I use my internet that i use before.but when i checked my unbilled ammount that is above six thousand that is too much.I rushed to vodafone center sector 3 rohini they tolled me that my connection is 3g after hearing this i was shocked because i did not take 3g plan how this happend.They dont give any message for start of 3g plan and complition of 3g connection.I have to say u to deal my matter properly and give feedback.

                              Visited thailand 27th to 30th june.

                              1. No advice (Text message) from vodafone thailand after arriving in thailand regarding charge rate for using phone in thailand.

                              2. Billing for that period shows gprs charges of rp 20, 000

                              3. There is a charge of rp 7192 on 27 june. One call of approx one minute was made at bangkok airport on arrival on 27th june. How can there be a charge of seven thousand rupees for a one minute call?

                              4. There are charges for 28th and 30th june, but my phone records will show that i made no calls on these days.

                              These charges should be drastically reduced.
                              I've used vodafone since 2001 and never had such problems when travelling overseas.

                              Please check your records, something is wrong on your side.

                                I have 3g pack on my no. [protected]. But vodafone deducting money from my balance. Why. And what type of deduction is this on just surfing a site or just clicking a pop up u just deduct the balance and even not giving any information about the deduction. As you already deducted enough money from me and i am afraid to use internet i gonna port my no. As you havn't took any action on my previous complain. So this is your last chance give my money back or i ported my no. Also i am using 3g data regularly u can see my revious recharges i[censored] thought i am valuable consumer for your company then do the needful or lost a dedicated customer. Thank-you.
                                i have being facing this problem from last week,
                                my balance has come down to rs 110 from 130.
                                the mobile data service is off on my phone number still whenever i switch on the wifi, mobile data deduction starts after every half an hour.
                                what nonsense is this.
                                why i am being charged for wifi, wifi is totally different from mobile data.
                                plus i use airtel wifi.
                                so there is absolulately no point of deduction.
                                and more than that i am not able to contact customer care executive.
                                please see into this matter ASAP.

I Port my no reliance to voda on 19 july my no was started then i recharge bb daily plan but still i didnt get any responce from vodafone, some cc told me that will start within 4 hours some cc told 24 hours but i got nothing then i given complain which would be solve within 24 hour but nothing.
