Hi,

I had recharged according to Message i.e Hero recharged Rs.60 on 8.07.2014, Till date we did not recieved any additional amount, again recharged Rs 30. on 11.07.2014 but again did not recieved any amount, when I want to complain through number 198, Then number is stuck, My Mobile Number is [protected]...

Kindly request you please update my additional amount otherwise

cheating customers

Regardless of registering with nccptrai.gov.in for the DND service and Vodafone the service provider i keep getting calls for higher education and sms's for all random things. What is the point of opting for the DND service even after which the person is hassled and the person themselves have to sit and complain about it and give details to the gov and the service provider, why the hell cannot they do thier job and enforce the DND correctly...
