      Today on July 10, 2014, I checked my best offers on my mobile no. [protected] by dialing *121#. I found an offer for data pack 199 with validity 30 days. I called on 121 and found the same offer with same validity. When I recharged with ₹199, I got validity for 28 days. When I called the customer care, I was told by Mr. Anurag Arya that the tarrifs have changed 2 days ago and the customer's numbers are being updated. How come the tarrifs have changed 8 days after the new month started? I need proper solution.

        sir i am using vodafone as my network provider and having a internet plan for 1GB data but in last month for .46 GB data use vodafone has charged me 965.10 rs which is not applicable. and now nobody is responding to my query when i called theier officials. please help me to provide justice.

          dear sir, i was using a vodafone number-[protected] from last few years around 13 years.three days back it was suddenly got unauthorize without any prior notice or reason.i had already submitted my all required documents to you insted of that i regain submitt the documents but till now my sim card is not activated again.so kindly look into the matter as it is harrasing me too much.i will be very oblized if you took some required again as soon as possible. regards raj kumar

            I am resident of Ropar, Punjab and I am user of vodafone from last 4 years.Suddenly my SIM stopped working.when I approched the vodafone store, they refused to give any information.They dont even listen my problem and asked me to come next day.The next day I had my interview and it was very poor from vofafone behalf.The other day When I asked them reason, even they dont know the reason y mu sim get blocked and charged me for issuing of new sim.They asked me to bring a FIR and harassed me.Is this the way you treat you old customers??

                LEGAL NOTICE Sir, We are advised and instructed by our client Mr. Yash Anand, R/o. 5/25A, Jangpura-B, New Delhi- 110016 who has advised us that he is using a Mobile Number Portability (MNP)of your company being mobile no. +91-[protected] since beginning of this year. Our Client is an Advocate by profession who is successfully practicing in the Supreme Court of India, operating from Chamber at 84 Lawyers Chamber, Supreme Court of India. That our Client has further advised us that after portability of his mobile number to your company i.e. Vodafone, he was facing lots of problem with regards to the monthly billing, internet plan etc. That Our Client has further advice us that on 19.06.2014, he was living aboard to attend a wedding ceremony in California, United States of America therefore before living Delhi, he had visited your store at Lajpat Nagar inquiring about the best plan for mobile roaming aboard. In the process one of your customer care executive has suggested that there is a plan for Rs. 599 for a shorter trip & Rs. 1499 for a longer trip and our client was suggested by your Customer Care Executive that he should opt for 599 plan wherein the outgoing call will be Rs. 30 per/ min and incoming will be Rs. 15 per min. That our client based on the suggestion of your customer care executive, had opted for the 599 wherein our client was to deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) as security Advance for activating the said plan and our client has duly deposited the advance security amount, our client was assured by your customer care executive that the said plan will be activated within 24 hours. Hence, without hesitation our client left for his short vacation to US on the same day and was schedule to return to India on 26.06.2014. That our client before boarding the flight, has disconnected all the data usages from his Cell Phone and was using only the phone calls option during his entire visit to USA. That on 25.06.2014 at around 10:38 GMT our Client received as Text message from your end, which is read as under: “Dear Customer Cr. Limit of yr. Vodafone number is Rs. 8000/-. Usage till date is Rs. 7713 (approx.). pl pay to enjoy uninterrupted service. Call 124 for details on how to pay” That as our client had opted for Rs. 599 Plan and he was leaving the next day i.e. 26.06.2014, he did not bother to call the customer care. That almost after 12 hours i.e. on 26.06.2014 to the utter shocked of our Client; his phone had been barred from both incoming and outgoing calls. Thereafter, our client requested one of his friend in India to pay a sum of Rs. 5000/- towards the bill of Rs. 7713/- (approx.) and requested the Customer Care to activate his number however his number was never activated despite paying almost half of the inflated Bill amount and despite having deposited a sum Rs. 5000/- as an advance towards the plan of 599. Our Client was very disappointed by the service provided by your company, who has immense reputation in telecom business. That on 28.06.2014 my Client received a text message around 16.34 Hr. acknowledging that the payment of Rs. 5000 has been received by your company however more surprisingly, the outstanding bill was mentioned as Rs. 5991/- as against the previous test message of 25.06.2014 which was Rs. 7713 (approx.). That after almost 2 hours at 18.03 Hrs. another text was received by our Client stating as under: “Dear Customer Yr services would be interrupted as usage of Rs. 14553 (approx.) has crossed cr. Limit. To restore, pl make pmt. Call 111 for details on how to pay”. It may be pertinent to mentioned here that our Client’s mobile have already been barred since 26.06.2014 and it was never activated. That our Client has further advice me that due to the sudden interruption/disconnection of his mobile service, he cannot communicate to any of his friends, relatives and most importantly his business Clients, as he is a lawyer by profession and the courts were opening from 30thjune 2014, due which he has suffered loss of so many valuable Clients and has suffered huge financial loss as well as his reputation in the legal fraternity. That our Client further advice me that even after returning from US, his phone was never activated and unfortunately our Client could not visit the Vodafone Store as he had gone to attend a funeral for one of his relatives at his hometown in Uttar Pradesh. That on 30.06.2014 after returning from his hometown when our Client visited the Vodafone Store at Lajpat Nagar and inquired about the reason for disconnection, the Customer Care executive informed our Client that there is a billing outstanding due of Rs. 23, 000/-. Our Client was shocked to learned that his mobile usage bill from 25.06.2014 to 26.06.2014 was Rs.23, 000/-. Thereafter, our client confronted with your customer care executive and told him/her that he had just taken a plan of Rs. 599 before leaving for US and according to the plan the outgoing call rate was Rs. 30/- per min. and incoming call rate was Rs. 15/- per min therefore our client had requested your customer care executive to re-checked the bill again however, to the utter shocked of our Client, the Customer care executive informed that 599 Plan was never activated to our Client’s mobile number and further informed that for activating that said plan our client should followed certain procedure however, the same was never explained to our client at the time of depositing the advance amount of Rs. 5000/- the act of your company amounts to Criminal breach of trust, fraud, cheating and further attract various other criminal offences prescribed in the penal Code. That our client was very disappointed, frustrated and dejected to the service rendered by your company towards innocent customers, decided to speak with the floor manager of your Lajpat Nagar Branch store and requested him to kindly looked into the matter, our client has also shown him the text message sent by your company regarding the credit limit and the usage bills till 25.06.2014, however the Manager did not give any heed to our Client’s request and instead informed our Client in a very impolite manner that the text message was a system generated one and it cannot be trusted and the bill cannot be rectified. That it is very surprising and awkward to learn that your company just to gain few thousand bucks has inflated a bill of Rs. 23, 000/- which our client was not at all liable to pay. It is pertinent to mention that our Client’s credit limit to his mobile number is just Rs. 8000/- then how could your company charged a bill triple the time of the said credit limit moreover, our Client’s mobile service has been disconnected since 26.06.2014. Why there was no written consent / intimation for enhancing the limit. Why the services were not disconnected, when it crossed the credit limit. That by way of the present notice we call upon your company to rectified the outstanding inflated bill and to pay a compensation of Rs.1 Crore for the business loss due to the sudden disconnection of his mobile no. without intimation and also a sum of Rs. 50, 000/- towards the mental harassment suffered by our Client. Under these circumstances, our Client is not prepared to bear with the situation anymore and has turned over the file to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company, including a complaint to the TRAI. We have however thought it fit to give your company yet another opportunity, definitely the last one to rectify the outstanding inflated bills bringing the usage under the plan of Rs. 599 and to cost of compensation for business loss and mental harassment as well. You are hereby called upon to take appropriate steps within 15 days of the receipt of this notice for rectifying the outstanding inflated bill and to pay a compensation of Rs.1 crore for the business loss due to the sudden disconnection of his mobile no. without intimation and also a sum of Rs. 50, 000/- towards the mental harassment suffered by our Client along with Rs.15, 000/- being the cost of sending this notice failing which our client would be left with no other option than to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company, both civil and criminal, and complaint to the TRAI as he may be advised. It would be in your interest to comply with the requisition herein and thus obviate the necessity of any unpleasant steps having to be initiated against your company. A copy of this notice has been retained by us in our office for necessary future action.                 Hi,
                I am a vodafone user and since last 10 days I am getting a notification while end the calls as I will get Rs 325 talktime on recharge Rs 300 but unfortunately I didnot get and called customer care 4 days back accordingly, they said will get it within 4 hours but I didnot get yet and instead they have blocked me to call them again. Please help me out from this and provide me justice.

                I, have recharged my mobile phone against a scheme for lowering the call rates which was valid for 3 months as claimed by vodafone which is my service provider . As I have recharged on 1st november 2014 it shoud last till 31st january 2015, but today[protected] my services stopped. I had recharged rs27 and I want to have the services that was promised and for which I have paid for.
                I, have recharged my mobile phone against a scheme for lowering the call rates which was valid for 3 months as claimed by vodafone which is my service provider .                   My Vodafone post paid no was [protected] which was i have stop use from last month and also complain about my billing 3 times to send the correct billing amount . But the customer care department so much care less and sending mall again and again wrong billing amount. When i contact customer care complain no 198 it hold for half an hour to 1 hour but unable to reach them . The worst service and harassment vodafone has given me from last 2 month.currently i am using [protected]. i need the solution ASAP. My old no was from Andhra Region and now i am staying at kolkata.

                    For this i have many time contacted with vodafone center at naharkatia, dist-dibrugarh, assam but till date we are not getting the same. I had also contacted to vodafone customer care centre at jorhat in assam over phone but we are not getting any solution.

                    Please to send our bill every month at above said email id so that we can avail the service regularly.

                      Dear Concern, My no is [protected] Bhaba Sankar Kalita I am using this number from last almost two years. Last month I got a call from vodafone care to change my prepaid connection to post paid. Accordingly One person from S S Network Pvt. Ltd. Guwahati came to my residence on 24/06/2014 to collect KYC documents and Rs. 250/-(Receipt no 2741 dt. 24/06/2014). After two days he again came to my office to collect one more document. After that my no was converted to postpaid connection. Now, from last three days the service has been temporarily withdrwan. I am unable to connect to my collegue and family members.

                      They did the same to me today. Its really heartening too see how they treat their valued customers. You have been a customer for 2 years and still they didn't give a second thought before doing such an act. I, too, am a customer of 7 years and they have done the same thing to me. After converting my number [protected] from prepaid to postpaid, they have discontinued the service.

                        i am using vodafone internet monthly pack . but the service i am getting is worse . since 3 months I am getting very poor service . I am just not able to use internet properly . i have registered several complaints . internet works fabulouss on day after complaint resolution . but again same problem . i am paying 199/- per month, but i am hardly able to use internet for 15 days technically . while contacked to customer care, they put my call on hold for 20 minutes, this is not one time ... everytime they do the same .and now i am frustated .

                          Dear Team, I ported my no. from TATA to VODAFONE last month. As I had changed my address so I requested as per my request no.[protected] kindly call me before coming to my new address for verification so that I can hand over the documentsto the executive. But he didn't call me on my alternate no. [protected] and verified my address from my neighbour.But still my no. is not activate. Customer care said submit you documents to vodafone store. but i was out of station. I was not in the position to send hard copy to Vodafone store. I was out of station & my documents was at my home. Noone was there to submit and as per my telecon with Cust. care Executive and Supervisor, my add. verification was positive. He suggested to me that i can send my scanned IDs .so i sent scanned copy also. but no. was not activated. I called cust. care they again said submit your documents to Vodafone store. After reaching to Gurgaon i submitted my documents at Vodafone store Sec- 53, Gurgaon to Mr. Pankaj..He said no. will start within 24 hrs. again it was fake commitement. Already submitted my all documents to your vodafone store on 5th Jul but still no. is not working I again called cust. care they said your documents are not updated. Then i again visited Vodafone store & again request to Mr. Pankaj, he again said no. will active within 24hrs. Due to this i am not able to use bank facilities or any online transitions. Now i feel i am totally mentally harass by Vodafone from last one month. I spend my fuel, time & money. Now Vodafone will be responsible if some thing happens with me. Plz plz do needful, I hope u understand my problem seriously.

                            Sir/Madam, I had activated a 3g net plan on my vodafone no. [protected] for rs.101 for validity of 1 month on 6th July. But they activated some other plan valid for 7 days on my no. . And when i try calling the complaint no. of vodafone they give me a message 'Sorry unable to process your request now' everytime and this is happening from 2 days. And when i called the customer care complaint no. from another no. and raised the issue of net plan they disconnected the call. Hope to take action into this matter soon.

                              I have received message that some services has been started by MYDALA.COM which i never opted and why my amount has been deducted without any consent from myside when i called on vodafone customer care they are saying this is a third party we can not do anything, if they can not resolve my problem then why kind of customer care they are providing. 99Rs has been deduted from my vodafone number.

                                my outgoing SMS has been stopped without intimation.my number is [protected]. i send SMS only to my friends and i am not a telemarketer but vodafone customer support telling me to register in TRAI. i dont understand. Help me out of this and thanks in advance.

                                  1st July i reacharged with a unlimited 2G Data plan of 199. Today 7th july because of some personal need i recharged a 150 mb 3G pack.now i have only 150 mb data.                                     I couldn't avail Vodafone's 3G services for approximately 2 months (loss of Rs. 500/- plus taxes), which is still okay, but on top of that I have been asked to shell out additional Rs 769.70/- for pitiful & inconsistent 2G services, charges for which weren't intimated in advance.

                                        Dear Team vodafone charged me wrong bill amount for jun 2014. I was supposed to get Benifit rs 0.50 local and national call charges during roaming but Vodafone claimed rs 1 for local and rs 1.5 for national.                                         I have activate the internet plan on 24.05.15 of rs 175.00 but interner chages is charged in bill rs 645.00, i have complain on 26.06.15 to vodafone customer care executive he says that your bill is wrongly generated we will refund the amount but today i call to customer care executive he says you should be paid the total amount.
