My Vodafone post paid no was [protected] which was i have stop use from last month and also complain about my billing 3 times to send the correct billing amount . But the customer care department so much care less and sending mall again and again wrong billing amount. When i contact customer care complain no 198 it hold for half an hour to 1 hour but unable to reach them . The worst service and harassment vodafone has given me from last 2 month.currently i am using [protected]. i need the solution ASAP. My old no was from Andhra Region and now i am staying at kolkata.

    My, mobile no. Is-[protected](In the name of company central bank of india) and i want to get bill every month in our email id no- [protected]@centralbankofindia.Co.In,
    For this i have many time contacted with vodafone center at naharkatia, dist-dibrugarh, assam but till date we are not getting the same. I had also contacted to vodafone customer care centre at jorhat in assam over phone but we are not getting any solution.

    Please to send our bill every month at above said email id so that we can avail the service regularly.

      Dear Concern, My no is [protected] Bhaba Sankar Kalita I am using this number from last almost two years. Last month I got a call from vodafone care to change my prepaid connection to post paid. Accordingly One person from S S Network Pvt. Ltd. Guwahati came to my residence on 24/06/2014 to collect KYC documents and Rs. 250/-(Receipt no 2741 dt. 24/06/2014). After two days he again came to my office to collect one more document. After that my no was converted to postpaid connection. Now, from last three days the service has been temporarily withdrwan. I am unable to connect to my collegue and family members.

      They did the same to me today. Its really heartening too see how they treat their valued customers. You have been a customer for 2 years and still they didn't give a second thought before doing such an act. I, too, am a customer of 7 years and they have done the same thing to me. After converting my number [protected] from prepaid to postpaid, they have discontinued the service.

        i am using vodafone internet monthly pack . but the service i am getting is worse . since 3 months I am getting very poor service . I am just not able to use internet properly . i have registered several complaints . internet works fabulouss on day after complaint resolution . but again same problem . i am paying 199/- per month, but i am hardly able to use internet for 15 days technically . while contacked to customer care, they put my call on hold for 20 minutes, this is not one time ... everytime they do the same .and now i am frustated .

          Dear Team, I ported my no. from TATA to VODAFONE last month. As I had changed my address so I requested as per my request no.[protected] kindly call me before coming to my new address for verification so that I can hand over the documentsto the executive. But he didn't call me on my alternate no. [protected] and verified my address from my neighbour.But still my no. is not activate. Customer care said submit you documents to vodafone store. but i was out of station. I was not in the position to send hard copy to Vodafone store. I was out of station & my documents was at my home. Noone was there to submit and as per my telecon with Cust. care Executive and Supervisor, my add. verification was positive. He suggested to me that i can send my scanned IDs .so i sent scanned copy also. but no. was not activated. I called cust. care they again said submit your documents to Vodafone store. After reaching to Gurgaon i submitted my documents at Vodafone store Sec- 53, Gurgaon to Mr. Pankaj..He said no. will start within 24 hrs. again it was fake commitement. Already submitted my all documents to your vodafone store on 5th Jul but still no. is not working I again called cust. care they said your documents are not updated. Then i again visited Vodafone store & again request to Mr. Pankaj, he again said no. will active within 24hrs. Due to this i am not able to use bank facilities or any online transitions. Now i feel i am totally mentally harass by Vodafone from last one month. I spend my fuel, time & money. Now Vodafone will be responsible if some thing happens with me. Plz plz do needful, I hope u understand my problem seriously.

            Sir/Madam, I had activated a 3g net plan on my vodafone no. [protected] for rs.101 for validity of 1 month on 6th July. But they activated some other plan valid for 7 days on my no. . And when i try calling the complaint no. of vodafone they give me a message 'Sorry unable to process your request now' everytime and this is happening from 2 days. And when i called the customer care complaint no. from another no. and raised the issue of net plan they disconnected the call. Hope to take action into this matter soon.

              I have received message that some services has been started by MYDALA.COM which i never opted and why my amount has been deducted without any consent from myside when i called on vodafone customer care they are saying this is a third party we can not do anything, if they can not resolve my problem then why kind of customer care they are providing. 99Rs has been deduted from my vodafone number.

                  1st July i reacharged with a unlimited 2G Data plan of 199. Today 7th july because of some personal need i recharged a 150 mb 3G pack.now i have only 150 mb data. But why??                     I couldn't avail Vodafone's 3G services for approximately 2 months (loss of Rs. 500/- plus taxes), which is still okay, but on top of that I have been asked to shell out additional Rs 769.70/- for pitiful & inconsistent 2G services, charges for which weren't intimated in advance.

I was supposed to get Benifit rs 0.50 local and national call charges during roaming but Vodafone claimed rs 1 for local and rs 1.5 for national.                               Hello sir, This is Tejash Nayak student of MBA B K School of business managrment, Ahmedabad I have recharged of Rs.201 2G internet on my Number [protected], Before that I was using 2G net on Idea, i thought due to powefull network vodafone may have faster net speed, buT after wasting my money i feel that this is the worst 2G connection because i cant load een google.com on my pc. I cant affort 3G packS because my main use is Surfing and chating only, and on 3G network with using this only net pack over by 10-15 days only. I just want to say that i have done portability from docomo to vodafone for its best services which i heard and which i not true for 2G net service and Also for local call rates. 3 months are completed of portability so i will like to port again to Idea.                                 Hello, I m Vodafone customer for many years .I went to U.k on 3 June activating my IR and took package of Rs 599 . My network stopped on 6 June till 10 June . . I was even lost in London and when I saw the phone, which showed no coverage . The motive behind activating the IR was not fulfilled.On returning back to India on 10 June I enquired about sudden stoppage . They told me the credit limit was exceed so they stopped .No mail or sms intimidated about sudden closure .I received bill of Rs 1800 .I paid it thinking it is due to IR .This month June July I received Rs 1800 with GPRS charges . But I have not used any of it . More over the executive told me only 599 will be charged and it will stop immediately . Sir My motive of activating was not fulfilled but your bills are all correct as per your team . So kindly look in my bill and do needful .My number is [protected].

                                  Hi, I am not satisfied with the Vodafone Post Paid Service . I am in the plan ST_CR_MV_E_Connect_499.My Cr. Limit is Rs.800/-. But I get the messages that my outstanding bill amount crossed Cr Limit, so the services would be interrupted. Why is that the data charges are being added to the outstanding amount? Why is my limit given as only Rs.800/-? Some customers get Rs.1400/-, where I got only Rs.800/-. I already visited the Vodafone Store on 07-July-2014. After that I was able to get the service for couple of hours only. Again I got one more message and service has been stopped. I am not at all satisfied with the service, I can not go daily to the store and get the issue resolved. When I call customer care, they had different details...

                                    My self Bunty Chugh, and my mobile number is [protected] I am using this number since last 20 months. Vodafone was providing Satisfactory services earlier. But from last few months i am getting really dissatisfied with the unwanted charges for my vodafone number. 2 months ago i received my bill of Rs.730 for the bill cycle 3rd April to 2nd May. In that bill there was extra charges of Rs. 99 for downloads by name shotformat_dwnlp_9 which was not used by me and even not aware of it. So i first searched through Internet what is that shotformat thing then i found that many of the customers are already complaining about that. So i called Vodafone CARE so many times situation became so worse that i was going to discontinue my services with Vodafone and i raised a request for that they had barred all my services. Then i received a call from Vodafone Re tension team. They informed me that my money will be reversed in next bill. Then again i decided to continue with Vodafone Today after 2 months in my bill cycle of 3rd June to 2nd July Again i am charged with Rs. 148 which includes the same shortformat_dwnlp_9 thing for Rs 99 and also one extra download charge of biddeal_49 for Rs. 49 which i never used and dont know whats that thing is. I also called Customer Care today itself that told me that we cant reverse this money. I am really dissatisfied this time from Vodafone that’s why filing this Complain against them. Everytime i call Customer Care they tell me that i am a valuable Customer etc etc. Is it the way to handle Valuable Customer to charge Extra Money for their Value.?? I want my sum of Rs. 148 back along with Tax Deductions otherwise i will have to discontinue with the Vodafone any more and have to take more steps towards filing the complains at higher levels.

                                    Total: 219 Rs charged extra. When I contacted customer care, they told i clicked on some banners and downloaded some paid sites like that. But when I searched in net, many people reported these kind of fake billing by Vodafone.

                                    Please waive the fake bill (Rs.216) and let me know the correct bill so that I can pay the bill. Else, I would discontinue my number and I will not pay the bill.

                                    I have raised complaints against Vodafone on many consumer complaint sites but no response from Vodafone
                                    I also see extra charges in my bill amount of 99Rs/- for “shortformat_dwnlp_9” .
                                    I have mailed to customer care, let see what reply I will get.
                                    Even I had this same problem I filed a complain in the Vodafone consumer forum and my problem was solved within 1 day
                                    I got my refund of Rs 99

                                      Indukumar Ilangovan I have following post paid plans. [protected] Rs.199 plan [protected] Rs.175 plan [protected] - Rs. 175 plan Within a month of taking the connection, for the second and third connection one fine day a lady called up and informed that my plan is getting changed to Rs.375 & there is nothing I can do about it. when I called up the customer care (198 and then with retention team), after talking for 30 minutes they told me that my plan will not be changed, the call is from the marketing division. On the very subsequent day my plan was changed and when I called up again they told me it was changed due to the older plan is not supported any more. After following up with various people: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com, 'sivakumar.[protected]@vodafone.com'; 'baskar.[protected]@vodafone.com', I was told my plan will be reversed to Rs.175. Its been a month now, nothing has happened. It has to be noted that not even SMS message was sent to me for the plan change activation. I spoke with Ms. Sandhya, Ms.Suganya few other people. The interesting part is every time I call up 198 and subsequently the retention team they play innocence & I had to explain the details for 20 minutes. For the numbers:[protected] & [protected] my tariff is changed to Rs.375/month without my consent. Earlier I was promised that my plan would be reversed to Rs.175 which has not taken place. It is an irony that this country is being eaten away by unethical business practices. Searching through the internet I see that I’m not alone and Vodafone as a company follows this as a business strategy.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I taken vodafone post paid sim, number. actually i taken sim card after enquirying all the details of this sim form vodafone executive they replied that the sim card not a recycled number and it is a new number and i am the first person to using this number, but this sim card activated on 1-july-2014 morning around 9'o clock and i got the 2 messages within half and hour and nearly 6 calls in that day,

                                        I complained this problem to vodafone executive who issued this sim card to me, they made 2 days time pass and after that any avoided all my call.
