I would like to register a complaint against Vodafone Cellular Services, Kolkata Region.
I am bearing a corporate connection from Vodafone on behalf of Cognizant Technology Solutions, kolkata and suddenly last week friday afternoon i got a text in my number stating that "Dear Customer, we have received a request for replacement of your SIM card. If you have not requested for the same, please call 198(toll free) immediately".
Just after this text, my cell went out of service and when i tried to reach to 198 for querring on this from my colleagues cell, no one picked the call. On top of this, when after sometime, out of curiosity i called up my number from another cell, some guy picked up and when i asked that how is it, that you are using this number? Then that guy disconnected the call and again after that my number is saying as invalid.
I tried to seek help from all possible vodafone representatives but no one is helping me till date. They are just putting me in a vicious circle and saying me some left and right. I have got huge business loss, personal loss, and mental disturbances in these three days because of this service interruption from Vodafone.
I would kindly request, to please take up this matter with utmost seriousness and priority and resolve this issue with a definite compensation. I have email records which has been interacted back and forth as my evidence.
