Vodafone had wrongly deducted Rs 99 from my balance twice inspite of requesting for only once. Now vodafone is not ready to reverse the amount of Rs 99 which has been deducted twice from my balance.they have robbed me of Rs 99 due to their technical error.This is totally Looting of customers from vadafone.

    Hello, I would like to register a complaint against Vodafone Cellular Services, Delhi NCR Region. I am bearing a connection from Vodafone. They send me my fist bill of extra amount which i genuinelly used. I activated 3g services 3 times and they just activated it 2 times and when i confirmed it, they activate it or not they always said my service is activated but it was not. after that they discoonnect my no. too. I have got huge business loss, personal loss, and mental disturbances in these days because of this service interruption from Vodafone. I would kindly request, to please take up this matter with utmost seriousness and priority and resolve this issue with a definite compensation. I have email records which has been interacted back and forth as my evidence.

      Hello, I would like to register a complaint against Vodafone Cellular Services, Kolkata Region. I am bearing a corporate connection from Vodafone on behalf of Cognizant Technology Solutions, kolkata and suddenly last week friday afternoon i got a text in my number stating that "Dear Customer, we have received a request for replacement of your SIM card. If you have not requested for the same, please call 198(toll free) immediately". Just after this text, my cell went out of service and when i tried to reach to 198 for querring on this from my colleagues cell, no one picked the call. On top of this, when after sometime, out of curiosity i called up my number from another cell, some guy picked up and when i asked that how is it, that you are using this number? Then that guy disconnected the call and again after that my number is saying as invalid. I tried to seek help from all possible vodafone representatives but no one is helping me till date. They are just putting me in a vicious circle and saying me some left and right. I have got huge business loss, personal loss, and mental disturbances in these three days because of this service interruption from Vodafone. I would kindly request, to please take up this matter with utmost seriousness and priority and resolve this issue with a definite compensation. I have email records which has been interacted back and forth as my evidence.

          I am complaining with respect to the fraud charges the company is charging me with on 6th June and 7th June for downloads which I didn't do amounting to Rupees.67.42 which should be reversed as I have a the plan in which I get 3gb 3g data and post that unlimited data @ 64kbps and i had made a payment of Rupees.1000 as advance for 3 months bill

            sir, i Dr. Neethu Soman, Sujeesh Bhavan, Vempally P.O., Kottayam, Kerala, Pin686633, a vodafone customer mobile number [protected]. since feb 2014 a 2G package ( unlimited2GB @199 ) was introduced to my number without informing me. i came to know about it only when i visited a vodafone store yesterday. i havent used t internet services till now. please be kind enough to withdraw t package and refund the bill since feb 2014. thanking you, yours faithfully, Dr. Neethu Soman

              I had SMS pack and 3 digit main balance... on my birthday i forward an invitation to 15 contact as a group SMS. I have been blocked for 24 hours and the customer care executive telling its TRAI rules to block if any one sending forward messages.

              First thing i'm gonna do is to change network when i get my SMS service active.

                  Dear sir, I am using vodafone since last two and a half years but this is the first time I am logging a complaint. I calld 198 in the evening to know about the sms pack, the guy was there told me type *444*9# to activate a sms plan. And I did the same. I got a sms later that 25mb data plan has activated. I called again, Mr. Ramesh ans me that I have heard wrong. When I asked him to deacactive it because I am having 3g plan already, he told me that data will added to my previous plan. Now I called 198 at late night and Mr Sitaram is telling me that my 3g plan has alreday deactivrated cause I have activated another one. Just for your information just few days ago I have activated 3g plan cost 249 rupees. And I have lost that cause of 9 rupees recharge which has been wrongly informed me by someone from customercare. Kindly deactivate the plan of 9 rupees and let me continue with 249 plan. [protected] is my number. Please tmake necessary action ASAP. Looking forward for your cooperation.                     vodafone is playing with the emotions of the customer.unnecessarily charging more cost to the bills and very arrogantly talking with the customerand not ready to resolve the problem and when i called customer care they made me hold for 40 minutes and after that also they are saying ' DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO". This sentenced is used by their team leader Mr. sharukh in mumbai customer care.and they never give me my gift which i supposed to receive after 3 months but it almost 1.5 yrs but no response from the vodafone. This is very serious issue i dont know they may have did this way to many customer as well.Need to take strict action against them.

                      My number([protected]) has been banned by TRAI out going text messages . I just text my friends and relatives and banning me for that is very annoying. I called the vodafone customer care for this issue but the response I got was "register your number on TRAI website ". I have been really frustrated and request VODAFONE INDIA to please rectify this soon . PLEASE.

                        I am regular customer of vodaphone since 8 years. I am frequently international miss call from nos like [protected] [protected]. I lost money mistakenly by dialling one of this nos. Why as a customer should I entertain such things. It really irritates me . Vodaphone is unable to do anything about it . please help me out.                             Respected sir/madam, I had taken post paid dongle from your vodafone company 5 months back. My dongle no is : [protected].I had paid Rs. 5100 for 6 months 3G plan with dongle free. Since then every month i am receiving bill of Rs 2200. My dongle hardly works for one or two day every month. I have tried to contact several times to executive mr.sumit and his senior lady suman. They never replied me. I am now fed up from your service. I am Heart surgeon working in corporate hospital in ahmedabad. I am feeling that there is big cheating done with me. I am going to file case against vodafone company and your executives.                               I got information through *121# that my mobile no. [protected] is eligible for 2gb 3G [protected]@ Rs. 225. so i reacharged with the same on same date i.e. 02/07/2014. recharge was succsessful but there are no reply by vodafone . next day i contact several times to customer represntetive via 198. but there are irressenponsible behave were there by those represntetives. they disconnected me always through several methods. i got disappointed. what should i do to whom i connect? so finally i m writing here. please take action for it required for it.

                              Not : i am sure of information of my above offer through *121#. i confirm several time before recharge.

                                i have recharged my no. [protected], with a roaming pack of rs.72 between 10th-15th june, dont have the transaction id, , also chatted with a agent online, they are too dumb to talk, i did it simply by typing *444*972# which is mentioned on the website my balance was deducted, and still i have been charged on incoming calls which is ridiculous. already wasted more than rs.300 on recharge, i need a total explaination why this happened or i want my money back, never thought that a company like vodafone make me face such a inconvenience. so fake.the advisor has told me its not recharged because i have didi it wrong, he said it should be *444*72#. i have a screenshot of your online page which shows to type *444*972# and which means am not stupid, i don't know how this company is still running, you can't fool customers. really tired of this stupidity, i have faced a lot, and i'll take legal actions as well.

                                  I would like bring to your notice that the Customer Care no. 111 (or any other customer care nos. like 116, 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive (CCE) . Instead, whenever I call to 111 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, I am not getting any option to talk to CCE. My Vodafone number is: [protected]. I would hope to get my complaint responded and resolved as soon as possible...

                                  Hi, i received one message from vodafone, there is one offer on your number (v2v at 10Ps/1m ). so i make a further process for the same, but it not activate then i make a call to Vodafone customer care. they said simply "we not send that message". i forward that to 111 again make call, they confirmed but it just advertisment. last few month i use that offer by the same way "once i receive the message, make a process of given code and it will be activate" but this time it is problem, then i need help from service provider. finally they said "we are not responsible for that, if you have any more compliant we forward the call to senior", so i wait not response.

                                  Again make a call to customer care and clear all the thing, but simply they people said, " we are not send the message, if you want to complaint on me, make a process".Last Saturday night 8pm - 9 Pm this problem, it hurts alot, i need feedback, why this irresponsible feedback from their end.
                                  I am a vodafore customer from last 5 years they closed one of my number becoz i didnt used that 2-3 months i was not in india and when i came back they issued the sim to other customer without any prior notice. after that i buy a new sim and whenever i call customer care there is no option to talk to an executive. i send the request for portability they are not doing anything.

                                      I have a corporate WOW plan in Karnataka circle and I am currently on roaming. I received text messages from Vodafone saying that Roaming Incoming is free. I see that I have been charged a sum of Rs 157 in this month's bill.

                                      I am not able to dial either of your call center numbers (111 or 198). The number [protected] kept me on hold for half an hour and no body took my call.

                                      I was able call [protected] and the lady promised me to give me a waiver of Rs 157 on my bill, accepted the mistake and send me a new bill and she never got back to me.

                                      I had a chat with customer care and they have a different story to say that I need to activate roaming plan and I will not get any waiver.

                                      Is this some sort of joke? Why is vodafone sending such ambiguous texts to fool customers to make some extra money.

                                        Hi, we live in a gated community called KLR in Kodad Nalgonda district, Telangana State. We used to have Vodafone tower near our community and used to get good signals, but due to heavy rains, we stopped recieving signals. Many people here use vodafone now everyone are planning to change the network due to this problem. Please take this complaint and the needful asap.
