    Respected sir/madam, I had taken post paid dongle from your vodafone company 5 months back. My dongle no is : [protected].I had paid Rs. 5100 for 6 months 3G plan with dongle free. Since then every month i am receiving bill of Rs 2200. My dongle hardly works for one or two day every month. I have tried to contact several times to executive mr.sumit and his senior lady suman. They never replied me. I am now fed up from your service. I am Heart surgeon working in corporate hospital in ahmedabad. I am feeling that there is big cheating done with me. I am going to file case against vodafone company and your executives. Your executive names are.1).Sumit, [protected] and 2).Suman:[protected].       I got information through *121# that my mobile no. [protected] is eligible for 2gb 3G [protected]@ Rs. 225. so i reacharged with the same on same date i.e. 02/07/2014. recharge was succsessful but there are no reply by vodafone . next day i contact several times to customer represntetive via 198. but there are irressenponsible behave were there by those represntetives. they disconnected me always through several methods. i got disappointed. what should i do to whom i connect? so finally i m writing here. please take action for it required for it.

      Not : i am sure of information of my above offer through *121#. i confirm several time before recharge.

        i have recharged my no. [protected], with a roaming pack of rs.72 between 10th-15th june, dont have the transaction id, , also chatted with a agent online, they are too dumb to talk, i did it simply by typing *444*972# which is mentioned on the website my balance was deducted, and still i have been charged on incoming calls which is ridiculous. already wasted more than rs.300 on recharge, i need a total explaination why this happened or i want my money back, never thought that a company like vodafone make me face such a inconvenience. so fake.the advisor has told me its not recharged because i have didi it wrong, he said it should be *444*72#. i have a screenshot of your online page which shows to type *444*972# and which means am not stupid, i don't know how this company is still running, you can't fool customers. really tired of this stupidity, i have faced a lot, and i'll take legal actions as well.

          I would like bring to your notice that the Customer Care no. 111 (or any other customer care nos. like 116, 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive (CCE) . Instead, whenever I call to 111 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, I am not getting any option to talk to CCE. My Vodafone number is: [protected]. I would hope to get my complaint responded and resolved as soon as possible...

          Hi, i received one message from vodafone, there is one offer on your number (v2v at 10Ps/1m ). so i make a further process for the same, but it not activate then i make a call to Vodafone customer care. they said simply "we not send that message". i forward that to 111 again make call, they confirmed but it just advertisment. last few month i use that offer by the same way "once i receive the message, make a process of given code and it will be activate" but this time it is problem, then i need help from service provider. finally they said "we are not responsible for that, if you have any more compliant we forward the call to senior", so i wait not response.

          Again make a call to customer care and clear all the thing, but simply they people said, " we are not send the message, if you want to complaint on me, make a process".Last Saturday night 8pm - 9 Pm this problem, it hurts alot, i need feedback, why this irresponsible feedback from their end.
          I am a vodafore customer from last 5 years they closed one of my number becoz i didnt used that 2-3 months i was not in india and when i came back they issued the sim to other customer without any prior notice. after that i buy a new sim and whenever i call customer care there is no option to talk to an executive. i send the request for portability they are not doing anything.

              I have a corporate WOW plan in Karnataka circle and I am currently on roaming. I received text messages from Vodafone saying that Roaming Incoming is free. I see that I have been charged a sum of Rs 157 in this month's bill.

              I am not able to dial either of your call center numbers (111 or 198). The number [protected] kept me on hold for half an hour and no body took my call.

              I was able call [protected] and the lady promised me to give me a waiver of Rs 157 on my bill, accepted the mistake and send me a new bill and she never got back to me.

              I had a chat with customer care and they have a different story to say that I need to activate roaming plan and I will not get any waiver.

              Is this some sort of joke? Why is vodafone sending such ambiguous texts to fool customers to make some extra money.

                Hi, we live in a gated community called KLR in Kodad Nalgonda district, Telangana State. We used to have Vodafone tower near our community and used to get good signals, but due to heavy rains, we stopped recieving signals. Many people here use vodafone now everyone are planning to change the network due to this problem. Please take this complaint and the needful asap.

                  Hi, I was using SIM with as [protected] (postpaid). Initially with this connection this month of data was free. As soon as completion of 3 month, I got a call from Vodafone-mini-store suggesting me to buy new sim and deactivate the previous one. I did so, I brought two sim one for me and one for my colleague. I waited for a week, no response. I called for V/care no response. I wrote to nodal center somehow after a month are able to activate my sim but not my colleague but they kept generating the bill for previous number. ([protected]). Please deactivate the older sim and activate the new One. I feel tortured and harrassed. Please look into matter Pramod [protected]

I have always ask them to block my number from their data. & repeatedly requested them not to call me.. I'm really tried of this call.. & forwarding this complaint to you.                       This is to inform you that I am using vodaphone from the last 8 years (6 years – Corporate A/C) and (2 Years – Individual A/C) I am really unsatisfied with the services provided by vodaphone.
                      In December I experienced very bad network in my area – Punjabi bagh, despite of repetitive complaints I was assured that services will be fine, but when I opted to port out, they asked me to wait for some time and since I had a long relationship with vodaphone, I opted to continue with vodaphone.
                      But very recently I experienced another worst experience regarding my bill which recently got generated. I opted for 300 MB 3G Plan @ 100 Rs and when it got finished I called and the relationship team told me take a booster pack of 1 GB 3G @ 250 Rs which I agreed to opt and when I received my bill I was shocked to see 3 Internet bill Plan which were :
                      100 Rs for 300 MB
                      250 Rs for 1 GB
                      650 Rs – so called capping plan which relationship never told me and they activated my 1 GB plan @ 250 Rs even after that also.
                      So eventually the charges were levied 2 times o[censored]sing the same internet plan and when I complained to relationship team, and I asked them that I used 1360 MB ( 1GB @ 250 Rs and 300 MB @ 100 Rs + 60 MB – 120 Rs (I am ready to pay extra) but still amount to 530 Rs ( 100 + 250+650 =1000 Rs –[protected] = 530 Rs) is charged to my extra, he agreed and registered my complaint and told me that I will get waiver but after rigrous follow up he informed me that the request has been declined.
                      So without wasting much of my time and feeling pretty bad about the whole experience, I want to end my relationship with vodaphone as I am not going to pay extra charges at all, I have better options to opt for and I will.
                      So please let know the process of closing my account with vodaphone, I am ready to pay all the bill (except 530 Rs) and will move to other network.

                        Hi, I am frustated vodafone user, using vodafone service for last 7yrs.I am being harassed by Vodafone.My vodafone no : 8095***6822 I am staying in the heart of bangalore city and I don't get any network at my place. I have repeated complained to vodafone about the same, but vodafone has failed to take any corrective action. Vodafone nodal team Syed has made false promises time n again and has made me to continue with the service, for almost 6 months now!! Well Vodafone is not allowing me to port the service provider!!! Well Why should i use Vodafone when I don't get any network and basically no use for me to make charity for Vodafone!!!Vodafone has not only cheated me but also given false commitment and shown that as a brand, they wont hesitate to to lie for gains!!!I have mail proof to show that vodafone has given false commitment and now not even responding to my mails/calls!!! Vodafone is disclosing my personal data to telemarketers, who often keep calling for marketing purposes. I have been told by couple of telecallers that they get the details from Vodafone DB. These telecallers have every single detail, including company where i am working, salary, etc. I am not surprised because these details are explicitly collected by Vodafone while taking a connection!!! As per TRAI rules, when a complaint is raised with the service provider against a tele caller, the service provider responsibility to ensure the action is taken.But Vodafone has not initiated any action, but in turn have made a back room bargain with TATA indicom and other service providers, for monetary gains!!! There are around 20 complaints which are still open, nos are still active, Vodafone has closed most of the tickets giving some stupid reasons.This shows the attitude when they know people are dependent on them...I am ashamed to address them as Service provider, but call them harasser!!!

                          Due to financial problem we could not able to pay bill of my connection no.[protected] in time.We visited vodafone store and promise to pay in instalment starting from comming sunday.despite that they disconnected my no.[protected].Today we requested your call center for repayment of said dues.inspite they disconnected my another phone no.[protected] of which all bill are paid in order.Pl restore my connection for my phone no.[protected] immediately to avoide any dispute.

                                Dear Sir, I have bought Vodafone 3Gstick from Croma store in Rcity mall by a Vodafone representative. He has told me there is an offer at that time with I have to pay 2000 Rs and will get 3G services for 3 months. Later I may have to pay monthly bill of 650 Rs. HE told me that the connection will be activated within 3 days But after buying the connection it is not activated for approx. 2 weeks later when it is activated it was not communicating/transferring data with my Macbook but it was working ok with Windows computer. I have complaint to Vodafone on 24th May with a complain number of [protected]. As per them my complain will be resolve in 2 working days. But it was almost 1.5 month my complain is remain open and in the meantime these guys are not giving any solution of my problem. I have visited to their gallery in Mulund (W) but the manager of that gallery is highly rude and she didn’t care of any customer complaint. Now even I am managing somehow with the 3G connection suddenly Vodafone disconnected my connection on 30 June without prior information. I have paid an extra Rs 267 in June for their service charges which I never received. And currently there is no amount is unpaid from my side. When I talk to customer care as per them they don’t have any information. They are asking me to visit dealer to resolve the issue. I asked them please give me the reason for disconnection they don’t have answer for it. They are just repeating that I have to visit the croma store. I am a working person do not have time and money to visit Vodafone store again and again. I am going through mental stress because of this 3G connection. I am not able to do my office/ other work due to non-availability of internet connection. Please look at the matter

                                same thing is happening with me...i am fed up with this type of executives from vodafone and croma... i have paid 5100rs. for 6 month 3G post paid plan from vodaphone... nobody is answering...i lost my money...i have taken new no for internat. i am about to file a case against croma and vodafone company after two days.

                                  In april, 2014 i purchased the sim #[protected] from hsr layout stores by providing all my documents. Was deactivated in, 2014. (Reason, no documents provided* are you trying to fool me?Without documents how will ever activate the sim? You thought customers like me are fools is it?)

                                  Again its deactivated in june, 2014, (Reason given by the vodafone stores, multiple connection, documents not provided)

                                  On 24th june you bloody deactivated my sim and i approached this lady called a n shwetha, informed me within two days(27th june )it will activated. When i went, another brainless guy says, the sim has been re manufactured. What do you think of yourself? Will trash you guys.

                                  Withinn 2months i had given 3 documents n 3 photos, my balance in the sim is rs.400.
                                  Cost of the sim is rs.124
                                  My fuel expenses approaching you guys- rs.600

                                  This guy william(Hsr layout-stores) sold me the card and he is such an irresponsible guy. The minute i enter the stores, runs away inside like a women. Have you thought and trained them to assist you customers?Shameless vodafone

                                  I had given this #[protected] to my bank, since the number was deactivated, my loan transactions, my trading passwords are being sent to this number, since i am unable to get the password, i have lost almost 36k in trading. Bloody , can you repay my debts??? I want to sue you , lazy!!!. There is a limit for everything.

                                  So, you will be paying my sim rs.124+ recharge balance rs.400, travelling expenses to your stores rs.600.

                                  I will sue you. Should i file a case in the name of a n swhetha or william?
                                  One last chance i will give you... I will go to the police station which is close by the stores.Mind you.
