Postpaid bill paid of wrong number

I have inadvertantly paid bill of Rs.4, 000 through phonepe and the same is acknowledged by operator.I request you to help me in this regard as the amount involved is substantial.

Wrong data usage calculation

Vodafone is not clear on how it is calculating the data usage. 11 days after I paid my bill, the app is showing that I've used 97.5 GB data which is not possible. I checked on my phone settings which shows I have only used 25.15 GB data. Customer care says that I can check my daily data usage only after the bill is generated. There is no explanation for the discrepancy. I have no way to check how they have calculated this much data usage....

Upgrade of SIM

I went for sim upgrade from 2g to 4g. They told they can't upgrade. After lots of request they provided SIM but just now the upgradation request got cancelled.

Unsuccesful Recharge Refund

I have done recharge on 20th August 2020 of Rs. 269 on vodafone app via gpay UPI Transaction ID[protected] on my mobile no. [protected].
The recharge didn't happened I called up Vodafone Customer Care and they said our server was down so money will get refunded in next 7 days, it's almost 2 months and after 6 complaints nothing has happened, they don't even have satisfactory explanation whenever I call them.
Please help to...

Amount Deducted for Flash Messages

About 3 times amount got deducted due to flash messages and vodafone is not taking care about this, atleast when services get activated they should send deduction messages, but not receving any type of messages.they are telling on third party have done this, we are not responsible.this is how they are stealing the money in the back end.this is not fair...

Amount deducted but recharge not done

Dear Vodafone,

I recharged Rs.449 for my Vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected]) via https://www.myvi.in/prepaid/online-mobile-recharge and pay the amount using onlinesbi . But the recharge was not done and I even did not receive SMS for this recharge while Rs.449 was deducted from SBI account. Transaction details as follows...

Internet speed is low

Vodafone Postpaid India mobile call to special number

Special call charges of rs 1680 + gst charged on my postpaid number [protected] for call made to 51772 in Sep 20 month bill.

Spoke to your customer executives who say that you have called these numbers. The info is not correct and we have made no such call on the given number. When i called this number today to verify what fraud is this ; it starts with the warning that this call charges are rs 9 per minute. I am very old vodafone...

Wrong post bill of RS 16202( sep 2020) and 13658 aug 2020

I have VI no. [protected] which have given the bill of RS 16202 for Sep 2020 and last month(Aug 2020) bill of 13298. I have tried to complain for Vodafoneidea but they are refuse to take. I had paid the amount of 13298 in Sep 2020 after taking personal loan . I am frustrated and helpless . VI( Vodafoneidea) told this is VAS services charge . My monthly rental is only Rs 499 but without any information and consent they has charge the huge amount...

Hi VodafoneIdea,

My mobile no. Is 998******55. I am getting double of the bill every month because of VAS. Kindly provide waveroff for VAS. In romaning internet is not working from past more than 3months on top of that your cosutomer support say I activated this vas while watching some video, how can I watch video without network. It's not justified at all to charge ur coustomer like this. I should not punish to use vodafone.Please...

Wrongly charged, Unethical behaviour by representative

Hello, I put my number in safe custody and paid Rs.150 for 3 months. I was told that I would not be charged any more in the 3 months. However, I am still being charged Rs.300-400 every month. When I visit the store, they accepted fault and said they would reverse it but still haven't done yet. When I call customer service they talk rudely and say that they will not reverse the charges. This is a very unprofessional behavior....

I am being followed up by some guy whose number shows on my phone as wrong number and constantly asks me to pay the Vodafone-Idea remaining bill i.e after I ported my number to Airtel. when i ask him what is the bill about, he tells me its the last bill generated after i ported - GST and something.
He is telling the services were not immediately shut down after i ported and hence the bill. Now i dont understand if the company didn't...

Network

What the hell is this ?? It has been more than 10 days since I registered for VI choice connection. I got activation message withhin 2 minutes after verifying my documents but so far I am not receiving network on my Vi. I tried everything. I changed sim slot. I changed device. I even move to Vi store but nothing helped me. And daily at 4:30 PM I receive message from Vi on my alternate number that you are on step back from tele-verification....

I am not able to make any calls nor receive any on my vi number. Also, whenever i try to recharge the phone thinking if plan has expired, it is always getting denied.

Refund-Unsuccessful recharge
