Iam from Andhra Pradesh and customer of vodofone postpaid with no [protected]. Till now iam using 299 Monthly plan and now suddenly i received a message today that i requested for 399 monthly plan and it is activated from today. This is just looting with out customer consent. For your kind information i did not requested for change of my plan. Please withdraw 399 monthly plan and convert my plan to 299 monthly postpaid which iam using till now.

    I am a student of Rajalakshmi Engineering College & my mobile no. is [protected] & they have downloaded caller tune on my phone & even deduce rs. 60 from my balance account against. I have regd. a complaint on customer care 4 days before numbered [protected] and they are still not responding to it. so kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back as it is very inconvenient for me. Thanking you

      Hi Team,

      I'm facing a really bad service from Vodafone.

      I never gets call. All were complaining to me when ever they try to call they get switch off or no coverage area and so and so. Worst service.

      I raised so many complaint on this through call.

      I send a mail and got a irrelevant solution.

      I talked to customer Care executive who is too clever and keeps Calls saying unable to hear.

      Reached near by Vodafone store who says to try online help we can't help you.

      I'm exhausted.

      I want my number but not Vodafone service.

        I m using this for 2 years approx and made many complaints for unauthorised deduction but no response. Till i think rs. 500 or more has been looted by vodafone. Plz look and return money and stop unnecessary misuages from your side

          I have already registered for DND on [protected], for which the company has given a confirmation. But still I am getting unsolicited messages for which numbers are not disclosed. Today i.e. on 23/10/2020 I have received two messages from QP-PBXPRT & QP-PZAMZG, giving some special offer with email id
          [protected]@outlook.com at 12.34 AM & 3.57A.M.

          I have already complained previously on various occasions but in vein. Company seems to neglect customer's inconvenience.
          I would be highly obliged, if this nuisance could be stopped as soon as possible.

            I sent a complaint regarding absent marked on nios marksheet..and uploaded my documents such as marksheet and examination enrollment no. So, It's a request pls delete the complaint because unknown person's are calling to me.

              Sir/Madam,

              I have Vodafone 3g sim for 4 years, this month I didn't get the bill on my mail id, so I visited my nearest Vodafone store. they issued a new 4g sim on my same number with the reference on my original Aadhaar card, but it was not activated, the reason was photo mismatch, as per them requested I also provided him with my original passport, but still my sim is not activated yet.

              Kindly, I request that please cancel all the sim replacement requests and activate my old 3g sim.

                Hi! That's not the experience we want you to have. I checked our billing system and found the charges applied are in line with your usage. I express our inability to waive off the amount. If you still need anything else DM us your query so that I can help

                Hi! We understand your concern. We would like to inform you that the charges deducted are inline with your usage. The said game is downloaded only at the consent of the user hence we express the inability to refund the said amount

                This is fraud, they are deducting money and blaming the customer for the same.
                Same happen to me .. refund my money..

                This is cheating. I have never heard about fun portal until today and this is not the first time you are deducting my balance. I want my money back.

                From last month VZ-ViCMS has been deducting money from my balance. Again today they charged Rs 20 from my main balance for Fun Portal and next month they will charge again for some other reason . What is happening? Please return my money. Otherwise I won't use this Vodafone sim anymore.

                  I got a message saying ' Thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8. You have been charges Rs.15'
                  how is this possible? I didn't download anything and vodafone simply deducted amount from my balance. Is this how to take money from people?
                  I got message today(21st October 2020) at 1.27pm.

                    My Vi number is [protected]. The place where i am staying is Alipur, Karnataka, 561 213. For some time i was not using your service due to network issues. Please refer my previous mails also in this regard.

                    I thought your services would be better after vodafone idea merger and emerging of Vi. As such, i recharged for ₹699 yesterday.

                    I am very disappointed and frustrated to note that your services are still same like before. It is a shame for Vi. You are taking customers for a ride.

                    I hereby request you to refund the recharge amount ₹699 so that i can port my number to any other service.

                    Sending herewith the screenshots of recharge sms, network unavailable proof etc.

                      I have been trying to port since last two months, when ever I send port message, I get a reverse message saying “ your number is in process of non payment disconnection please contact your service provider”. Where I have cleared all my bills and there is no pending, actually I have paid extra 200.

                          I received an SMS today stating "Hello!
                          Thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8.
                          You have been charged Rs. 15...". I did not download this. How can a service provider deduct my talktime balance without my consent? I even checked that I am not active on any VAS service. How can I get my balance back and make sure this does not repeat? This is the second time and I still don't know how to stop.

                                  I got a balance deduction of 48 rs. from my main balance. As I had not initiated any transaction from my side I called up customer care. I was informed that some ppu link download has been done by me and because of which the balance has been cut.This is utter nonsense.
                                  How can vodafone claim that I gave consent to download some link when I am saying I have not given any consent. This is CHEATING and FRAUD.
                                  How can vodafone keep the option active of deducting money from main balance when the UNLIMITED internet pack is already active??
                                  There is no explanation for this kind of FRAUD/420 being done by the company.

                                    Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone no-[protected]

                                    However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

                                    This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

                                    Replies by vodafone are pathetic and they simply se we can't do anything.

                                    Even after paying premium charges we r receiving such services.

                                    Request to immediately sort out the issue

                                      I am using vodafone network from last 15 years. On 19th October 2020 i went to vodafone store mini near Bhaiyo ka Shivala, amritsar punjab to change my old sim to new one. Ms. Navjot who was handling customer there firstly told that change will cost 250 Rs, but after having argument with her she told me that it will cost minimum 50 Rs but i[censored] want it free of cost than you can go to vodafone store main store.

                                      I have paid 50 Rs for sim change.

                                      I am sure that sim change is not chargeable by vodafone but some mini store are charging for the same.

                                      I request Vodafone management to look into matter and stop this kind of malpractices.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

                                        The issue that I have experienced was: All I wanted was to switch to Pre-paid from my post-paid connection, as i was absolutely not satisfied with the customer service and service in general.

                                        So i called in Vodaphone customer care for this and they told me that this will be resolved in Voda Store nearby.

                                        So i went to Vodaphone store in Ranchi for the same.
                                        First day, they told me that the link was down so they cannot do it.
                                        Next day it was closed so i went on[protected] . After waiting in a long queue, one lady told me that my request cannot be processed.

                                        Upon asking why, she replied arrogantly : Your postpaid number is from Delhi, so all i can do is i can transfer your number to postpaid Ranchi(the place i am currently in). and after 4 months you can raise a request to transfer this number to prepaid.

                                        Not sure about the process, i tried my luck with a differently lady (little less arrogant) and she told me that : "since you got this sim from your office as corporate connection, you have to reach out to them to get it transfered ". As she was explaining the other lady came in and told her to not process her "client".

                                        It occurred on: 8/10/2020

                                        I would like them to process my postpaid to prepaid transfer asap, without procrastinating more, so that i keep paying monthly bills.

                                        This is stupid process from Vodaphone as yes, they have successfully tied me in a loop to keep on paying monthly rentals even though i don't use it and i cannot loose the number.
                                        But, one the other hand, every single day i keep inspiring more and more people to not use Vodaphone and loose their service by sharing my experience which in my opinion is way worse than money. Unless vodaphone thinks otherwise.

                                        Also, i would like some decent chap at vodaphone to call Vodaphone store at Hariom tower, Ranchi and just inform them that one old guy who got us our freedom once said
                                        "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider on our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.
                                        "

                                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
