I have Vodafone 3g sim for 4 years, this month I didn't get the bill on my mail id, so I visited my nearest Vodafone store. they issued a new 4g sim on my same number with the reference on my original Aadhaar card, but it was not activated, the reason was photo mismatch, as per them requested I also provided him with my original passport, but still my sim is not activated yet.
Kindly, I request that please cancel all the sim replacement requests and activate my old 3g sim.
