Sim deactivation

I have been using Vodafone for more than 5 years.Since I moved to a new place and vodafone connectivity is not good, I had to buy one more sim.but i still use vodafone sim omn regular basis as my bank accounts, aadhaar, PAn are linked with it. Today i recharged for Rs 49, but when I insert SIm into phone, it says No SIM found. I have been charged incorrect sms charges for the last bill when i had not sent any international sms. Local sms is included in my package. This month also i now see that there is a charge of 27 INR for sms which i have not sent. The only sms i send is to Indian registered numbers. I have all the proof in my phone records. Reactivation of inactive postpaid number

Negative balance of Prepaid account

I found out today that my balance is -208 on my prepaid account. On calling the helpline, they told me they don't have the reason for the deduction and I have to recharge. I never got any message for balance deduction and now they want to me recharge without any explanation. This is clear fraud and I want it resolved ASAP....

Internet Data Stolen

I have a plan of 4GB data per day and from last 2 days am getting a message that 50%of the data is exhausted. I haven't used it and I want to know where my data is going? Vodafone customer care don't have any Information on this. Is Vodafone stealing my data? It is very difficult to connect to Vodafone customer care because they tend to take a long time.However that's fine but on asking about the usage, they don't have any answer to address...

Vodafone blocked SMS

I am using Vodafone network is pathetic and recently they have blocked the SMS and calling facility. I went to the customer care calls are now coming but SMS is still locked and I hvnt been informed of this.
Because of this trouble I cannot send text messages, my Gpay account is not working....

15 years customer & poor customer service

AUTO renewal of Amazon prime service without any information or call and then after stopping the service still included in bill

DEAR SIR,

I AM Vodafone idea customer now they call VI.

On 19th Sept I received SMS as my Amazon prime service is auto renewed.
After getting sms I immediately send SMs to stop and also called VI customer care and notified that why its auto renewed and there is no prior information. They said money won't be charge and call after billing cycle. I called 3 times after that and now today they said till 6...

Bill payment

I gave Vodafone to Airtel by paying amount of 425rs
Vodafone service cancelled the porting because of that again I have to pay for the service charges.

Now Vodafone service has stopped the out going service for the phone by holding the payment of 163rs. If Vodafone people would have approved the first time port then why the bill will come. Either they have to pay 425rs or they have to leave the payment due....
