Dear sir,
My pre paid number [protected] in which International Roaming 673 activated on 22.06.2014 valid for ten days.
as per the conformation message received on 22.06.2014 by 14.51 hrs from vodafone that my pack will be activated within 4 hrs, all the in coming and outgoing calls will be charged Rs.30/min, SMS outgoing Rs. 15/min.I left India on 23rd June, but when i reached Japan, the 673 pack was not activated the normal call charges of Rs.70/min for both incoming and outgoing and Rs.30/ SMS,
Once i got the conformation message when i was in India that, my 673 pack will be activated within 4 hrs, then why the pack is not activated, if the requested pack is not activated within 4 hrs, why the service provider didnt inform that the pack is not activated.
Right now I am in Japan and facing huge problem for not getting connected with my family, and even i cant recharge my telephone from Japan, This type of service provided by you invited me and my family lots of mental tension and stress on both the sides.
Could you able to clarify the issue at the earliest, or else i dont have any other option left with me except to knock the door of consumer forum.
If i didnt get proper and positive response within 5 days time, i may be bound to file a case in the consumer court for giving me and my family the extreme mental stress.

We called 8****9***6 at 1:45 PM but there was no response from your end hence request you to specify the best time between 9 AM to 6 PM when we can speak to you regarding your concern.
