The sim num is[protected] and mobile num is [protected]. So plz check n do greedful to me and take the action on your associative Mohammed maaz.

    In last bill you have charged isd charges in stead of local charges again u have charged isd charges instead of local charges.
    I say that i speak throguh delhi person instead of isd person.
    You can not believe that customer is saying truly.
    You say that customer is saying false.
    It's true i spoke to delhi person instead of isd person.
    U have wrongly isd charges charged instead of local charges apply.
    Please relieve my charges and then i can pay the amount
    I can not your amount of bill.
    I can pay amount only rs. 300/- only rent and other service tax etc charges

        I got a post paid number from Vodafone last year. In November 2013, i settled the Full & Final payment and asked them to deactivate the account. After 7 months, they are contacting me saying that i have not paid the bills and I need to settle the account. They are continuously harassing me for no fault of mine and are asking me to pay up. I have written to the authorities in Vodafone but no one responded back. Its just the call centre execs who keep calling me and harassing me.

            On March 30, 2014 i requested to change my bill plan. My request number is [protected]. The customer care executive claimed that the new bill plan will be activated in the month of May. I agreed upon it. Additionally, earlier i was getting my bill by post but the company without my prior permission activated the online bill request on an unidentified and incorrect email address (which i got to know in June). I havent been receiving any bills since 6 months. Still i was paying my bills by checking my bill through different sources.

            In May, i was waiting for my new bill plan. I waited the whole month and i never got any bill (by post or mail). In June i got a call that my bill was pending and when i inquired about the pending amount, it was the still my previous bill plan amount. When i demanded an explaination, the failed to answer my questions. However, on forcing they revealed that for my request number [protected] they had got the reply that this bill plan cannot be changed.

            I was not informed about this. Vodafone is a company which is just concerned about their bills. I[censored] call them for services they wont even pick calls and if you call them home for collecting the cash they will be standing on your gate within 20 minutes.

            Moreover, i havent even used the number since almost 1.5 months and they are saying that you are continously using the number. They are cheaters and fraud.

            Please help.
            I will pay the bill for only the amount i requested to change in March. Its their mistake that they didnt inform.

              my no is [protected].today recharge Rs115 full talktime offer.i had call only for 2calls.but balance amound is cut full.i call coustumecare, that persion told we redusue the amound for internet.but what i m telling i recharge the coupon for only full talktime offer(115 to115).then y cut the internet .y cheating poor pepole money.u know Rs115 earn money in poor people with honer.i m not fluand in english but wt i m telling u know?

                Outgoing SMS from my number [protected] got blocked from 24th June 2014 without any prior notice. When contacted customer care they say that it cannot be revoked it is blocked by TRAI. Have just sent forward messages to friends and relatives. Help me to solve this issue.

                From November 29th Morning, My Vodafone [protected] number was blocked for Sending outgoing SMS.
                I asked to customer care they said that, I need to register with TRAI.
                Actually I did not involve in any Marketing, and I have send messages less than 100 for a day. Even though they blocked my number.
                How to resolve this problem??.

                    i need to register my complain against Vodafone..i am a doctor and i was using Vodafone Haryana no. [protected] till now i was to relocate to Bangalore recently n reached here yesterday that is 23 June 2014. Before that i recharged my phone with Rs82 which gives roaming free for one month and as i landed here i changed my phone network settings to manual network selection and registered on Vodafone but still my balance is being cut on roaming charges n neither are my 82Rs refunded back..i talked to your customer care representative Ms Chetna n she said your system is reading my network as Airtel and that Vodafone cant help me with anything..even if i have registered on Vodafone..further Ms Chetna stated that neither my 82Rs will be refunded back nor the money which has been deducted wrongly..so basically this is another way of cheating people because first you recharge then Vodafone does not provide service and refuses to refund the money back..i m feeling so much cheated..as soon as possible i m going to switch my no to some other network and drag Vodafone to consumer court..i am very highly disappointed with the behaviour of your customer care and cheating people by taking money for the services which are not being provided

                    Nooo i did not get any useful information from your executive..i am sorry to say but vodafone is the most terrible telecom network i have ever dealt with..i am a very well educated doctor and i know what network am i using..i hv registered my phone on vodafone network atleast 20times since morning..i guess this is a new technique of fooling people by vodafone

                        I applied for mnp to port my number from bsnl to vdafone haryana.
                        I submitted my documents ( 1 photo, 1 xerox copy of driving license, and upc code) at vodafone mini store at sector 7 karnal-132001 ( haryana ) to mr.Rajesh on 13 june 2014.

                        But i haven't got the any confirmation message yet and hence my number has not ben ported to vodafone.

                              Hi, I have requested for conversion of My Prepaid Vodafone Number([protected]) to Vodafone Post paid.I have submitted all the documents on 13-06-14. Vodafone executive committed within 72 hours your number will be converted in Post paid but after 10 days my phone still not converted in Post paid and no one is answering my phone. Please help me.                                 I converted my number from postpaid to prepaid in 2010. I received a cheque of Rs.273.61 which was the extra amount paid to vodafone. Details of cheque : Date : 24 feb 2010 Ref no. [protected] Lot no. 37 Cheque number : 055621 I could not encash the cheque within 6 months. After that, ever since, i had been going to vodafone store (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) and a number of complaint request generated but never i got the new cheque. I still posses the original cheque. In my last visit to vodafone store i spoke to Fahad (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) I am tired of visiting the vodafone store and calling customer care for this. Request to seriously address the concern. PS - I need the new cheque in my name as previously the number was in my elder brothers name who is no longer in india

                                    Hi, I need to change my connection prepaid to post paid that is official purpose. I have approached vodafone agent submitted all the documents its been 5 days now. No response from anybody. If i call the vodafonae representative Soniya([protected]) not responding properly . Very bad services from Vodafone, i had to change my connection to Post paid and there is no response from this representative . I need to see the solution quickly. Pls help me . Thanks, Vani

                                      I m using the Vodofone No since 3 yrs, On friday I make a recharge of amount Rs 335 (i.e Balance recharge) Instead of balance my number got activated with the offer of V2V 10paise/min for 84 days, I never click to any such offer while making recharge. After receiving a SMS of activation of V2V 10paise/min, I call 111 to help me they manipulate me by saying that I have selected another state instead of Gujarat that was really a rubbish reply which I can not accept. After long argument they further assure to reply till evening 5pm with positive reply (i.e they will activated my number with 3G offer which I required and disconnect the V2V offer). But they never revert me apart I tried to call them and ask Customer service people to connect me to the same manager they just put me on hold for 10min and further disconnected me for 3 times on Saturday.
