I have been using their no.([protected]) for more than 2 years, I m using corporate plan, but recently my company sent me Doha(Qatar) for project purpose. I will be here for 3 months. I have been chasing them since 7th June for the activation of International Roaming and I also completed their all the formalities like submission of security deposit etc. But now they are telling me that I have to visit personally to Vodafone store with my Identity proof and address proof, now how can I visit to Vodafone store if I am not in India. Apart from this they are taking 2 to 3 days to respond for every mail and mostly their mails are computer generated. Their service is too poor and due to this I am suffering a lot and the biggest problem is that I cannot do any bank transaction because on Internet Banking i had given this no.     Dear sir, I have a vodafone punjab number [protected]. The network signal that i am getting is very inadequate. I have missed a lot of important calls due to this. I am currently roaming in himachal pradesh. Please look into the problen or else i will be forced to shift to some other network. I have added a photo proof showing no service in sim1.

      n the month of May3-June2, I got my bill of rs 1757 Rs. Which i checked and fond that I have been charged 1000Rs. extra, as i had an internet plan active during that period. Actually I used 3 data plans in this month, 1)3rdMay-17thMay 2)18thMay-21stMay 3)22nd May-2ndJune. They have charged me 1000Rs extra, saying that my plan was activated on 17th 10:32 PM, and according to there rules i am viable to pay the whole day usage. ON 17th I used 700Mb which was before 10:32 PM and my 1st plan was active. I am appending the messages i received from Vodafone when i activated my internet pack. " Free 1GB Data pack has been deactivated on your number [protected].You will be charged as per your normal tariff rate. Supporting GPRS internet services will remain active.Dial *111 to check [protected]Enjoy 1GB 3G free with this data pack. Usage in between 1024 MB to 1390 MB will get charged @2p/10kb, thereafter you can enjoy unlimited browsing @ 64kbps Data pack has been activated on your number [protected] with a fixed monthly rental of Rs 250. Dial *111 for your account details. All messages received on 17th may 10:32pm. 1st one reperesents deactivating of my previous plan of 250, as on 17th may 10:32 pm. Then activation of another plan at 10:32 pm." I have lodged many complaing to vodafone but none of them care to give me an explanation why i am being charged extra.

        Dear sir, Myself k s dolera my cell no [protected] i hv purchaged new mobile nokia lumia 630 on 13th june, with that i hv got an offer of two month internet pack 1gb free.after so many complain at local vodafone office at jamnagar and custemer care of vodafone there is no any solution of my complain till date and not activate internet offer in my mob no.[protected] k s dolera. Also i want to sorry to say that in the staff of vodafone office town hall at jamnagar mr chirag not co-operative with custemer and his behavior is not like custemer supportive. Pls activate immediately my offer and provide custemer supportive staf at jamnagar. Pls call me..because 111 198 [protected] not able to contact from my cellfone.           I had transferred my vodafone corporate number to Personal number. 1) I tried to deactivate my corporate caller tune thrice. Vodafone hasnt yet deactivated. Every time it charges me few bucks. Each month I recieve an sms stating your caller tune is activated and in case you want to discontinue pls send sms to x number in X format. When I do the same, I get reply that your's is corporate number caller tune can not be deactivated. I wrote to customer care thrice but in vain 2) I activated 3G services. The plan was not briefed to me properly by customer executive thus leading to extra charges. When I complained the customer care I got the reply that they will come back in some time frame but they don't. This leads to late fee charges blah blah. 3) Then I deactivate my plan. But I reactivated on 4th April and deactivated on 2nd May. I was charged finely 250 Rs for the month of April. I deactivated within a Month but I have been charged again for the month of May. usage 0, charges 250. No one to listen in the company except superficial apologies but no one going to correct the bill.

            im user of vodafone company till 1 year around. im not satisfied wid ur company and ur customer care members because i am using a postpaid number [protected].
            your custmercare executive giving me a wrong information about ur 3g plans also they charged me about over usage of internet. When i complaint about that then they misbehaved n ask me to port your number. I will port all my numbers as soon as possible.

              complaint regarding connection- [protected] There is written in Vodafone Chart that for 30 days roaming free you have to dial *444*76# I have done the same but still charges are applicable in my number, that I called customer care department they said for roaming free you have to dial *444*72# there is no recharge available of rupees 76. So this is the fault of company not mine why the have displayed wrong amount on Chart. I want my 76 rupees back.

                Dear Sir, I saw your bill Dt-10.6.14 which is of Rs.522/-only(attached), then how does your unbilled amount be 15000+ before discounts, this is an impossible difference, which I always asked you to check in my previous mails. According to the bill, my unbilled uses was as under (before Discounts) Calls: Local - Rs. 198.10 for 708min. o[censored]se Night Speak- Rs. 5.10 for 21 mins o[censored]se, STD- Rs. 21.50 for 43 mins o[censored]se, Internet Rs. 14808.34 for 0.98 GB uses Now you have billed for my internet uses of 0.98 GB Rs.14808.34 on what basis, if you calculate it on your standard 10 kb rate (which is your standard rate without discounts) which is 2 paise/10kb the the total amount for my above said uses will be Rs. 2068.76 only, without any discount, this shows you have overbilled my a/c. with some abnormal high rate. Whereas I took a 1GB free pack so upto 1GB there should be no charge at all. Therefore this shows that my total a/c. was overbilled for which I was blackmailed that if I don't pay the outstanding 15000/- (which actually was Rs. 522/-only) my connection will be barred, and which actually got barred. This type o[censored]nfair trade practice is not expected from a co. like 'Vodafone'. Now either justify your billing, or you have to compensate for loss we suffered for the five days of disconnection, for no reason.

                    I ported my mobile number [protected] idea to vodafone. Vodafone sales team informed me that I will get 2gb 2g data pack with E connect 375 plan. But vodafone charged Rs. 1774 after 2gb data usage. I called to 198, nodel officer, appellate officer but everyone denied for waiver even I have an email as a written proof, that mail I have received from Vodafone corporate care and in this mail clearly mentioned that I was using 2gb 2 g unlimited data pack. I provided this mail to vodafone but they don't want to give waiver. If vodafone will not post waiver on my mobile number [protected] I will stop using my both vodafone number [protected] and [protected].

                      Hi I am a Vodafone coustmer from many years, I have a postpaid plan which gives me 1 GB data usage every month. On the 23 May I got a message that 80 percent of my data limit has been reached and on 29 May I got the message that my data limit is finished, I stopped using data after that. In my itemized bill I have noticed that I have been charged for the data from the 24 of May till the 29 may, this should not have been the case as on 29 may I got the message that my limit is finished. I tried calling vodafone coustmer care and even mailed them, but they say that the my data actually got finished on 23 May. But I think sending wrong messages about the usage is actually not fair. When my limit finished on 23 May why did I get the message for 80 percent limit on that day and I get the message of data finished 6 days later.                       An executive called me saying that they need time to check my concern. It has been 7 days and my problem is still not solved, neither did they bother to contact me again. Moreover, the vodafone 3G services have degraded now, its very pathetic. I will be switching to Airtel because they dont cheat you like this and provide relaible 3G connection.

                        Sir, Previously I am vodafone post paid customer, as a security deposit i paid Rs. 300, 2 months back I ported to Airtel, at that time vodafone said they will refund my security deposit. But till now there is no response from their side. Airtel said there is no pending bills for porting process, so for smooth process last month bill paid by myself only, Bill generated on 16th, I paid on 16th and sim migrated on 18th.

                          i am using vodafone mobile service and i am a reguler bill payer... still it has disconnected all my services including incoming calls and send me an email stating below: Your Credit limit is Rs. 1900 and your current usage (billed + unbilled) is Rs. 2486 (approx.). We request you to please make an interim payment of Rs. 2486 to enjoy uninterrupted services. Now i dont understand this unbilled amount...please resolve my problem and start my all services.

                            Hi, My name is Raj n vodafone postpaid number is [protected] / . I requested to put my numbe rin safe custody for 2 months from 6th April to 6th of June . Vodafone kept on sending me BILLS . I tried resolving issue by repeatedly sending mails n calls to customer care (PATHETIC customer care, took 10-15 mins to respond) . No help . Now when I have requested for re-activation, VODAFONE CHEATER is not doing, and asking to repay first My advice - NEVER EVER go for vodafone, else keep repenting later .                               Hi my name is Rahul S Nair having Vodafone no- [protected] on last 6years. I’m very upset by Vodafone Company, because I had a complaint to Vodafone in last May regarding my network issues at home location (Trivandrum, Konniyoor). It’s been more than 1 month since I am following up on the complaint but no one had been able to reply back to me. Whenever I call to them they say the tower in your area is under maintenance and will take time. There is more than 50customers facing the same problem but Vodafone still silent. They are trying to make customers fool. Pathetic service. They are just looting the customers as there is no one to question them. We need a solution for this issue.

                                I am Arpit Jaiswal and was a student at JIIT noida till 2 June 2014. I have completed my graduation, so I have to relocate from Delhi for my job. Therefore, I went for my vodafone number portability from postpaid to prepaid on[protected], as it was useless to keep postpaid number in roaming region. I gave my sim to vodafone store (Shop No 42, Gaur Gravity Mall, Gaur Green City, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad-201010) and they gave me new sim and completed all tha formalities and they said that it will be activated within 3 days. But its been more than 20 days, it is not yet activated. I have to receive important calls regarding my job location and date.

                                  vodafone had offered me an offers if i had changed my prepaid mob.num to postpaid. so, i have changed my [protected] mob.num to vodafone postpaid. later after using the sim i had got a huge bill, i had met the store and he said that there r no pffers activated to my num which they had said. now they are forcing me to pay that huge bill.

                                    hello sir...since last two months ..[protected] the number from vodafone haryana is bothering me by sending watsapp msgs and sometime texting too..i just wanted to know who is he/she...just the registered owners name of this number...plz sir help me out...i tried calling to coustmer care so many times...but no results...plz do the needful thanks

                                      Dear Team Vodafone, Since past 4-5 days i am suffering a lot due to sudden dis-connection of out-going facility on my cell no:[protected]. I am even struggling a lot with your vodafone customer care, wrote mails to :on corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com & [protected]@ymail.com & am also trying to talk on phone but there is no positive response nor anyone is giving me the evidence that who asked or gave a request to close the connection. Someone from your team told me that it is being closed as per corporate policy (i.e: earlier my connection was from welspun corp, anjar & then i got it changed to piramal glass, vadodara). But i even confirmed from welspun HR at Anjar regarding any request being sent for dis-continuing the said number & they told (Mr.Naresh Ranka, DGM-WIL HR) that no such request is being sent from here & it is just a fake statement. Request you all to kindly take-up this matter seriously & resolve the same immediately as i am not able to communicate with anyone since last 4-5 days & this connection is also in the corporate plan of piramal glass.                                         I am an user of Vodafone Postpaid for last 6-7 months. I have a 1GB 3g plan (after 1GB, unlimited 2g) I was charged Rs 49 for downloading some wapvilla(doesn't know what was that). When I called customer care, they told me that I have accessed chargeable sites but when I asked what are the list of chargeable sites, she didn't told me anything. Please help me. Thanks

                                        In my Vodafone Postpaid Bill for September ( on Number : 808****678), Vodafone has charged me an additional Fake amount of Rs 49, supposedly for some download that they claim to have happened on my phone. This is incorrect. Because firstly, i have an Unlimited Internet Plan (3G_Connect_375). Secondly, The download time shown is Afternoon. During afternoon i am always connected to my office WiFi so I dont use my net pack at that time. Also i have all nevessary security measures to block pop ups and unwanted downloads. So please do not say again that I have downloaded this. The name of the downloaded Content mentioned is, wapvilla_ppd. I dont have anything like that on my phone.
                                        I have all the details of all downloads on my phone since May 2014. I can provide screen shots of them if required. All of my downloads, are free small content, and nothing of which need to be charged.
                                        The amount may be small, but I do not intend to pay a single penny other than my own usage, if Vodafone just wants to cheat the customers. The same Fraud activity has been done for several of my friends bills as well. They have all reported a fake charge of Rs 49 or 99 for some download that hasn't happened on their phone. I have proper information that Vodafone has used this same tactics to cheat several others customers from various places. Some of the Content names shown as "Downloaded" are "wapvilla_ppd" charging Rs 49, "shotformat" charging Rs 99 etc.. Vodafone Customer care is so utterly Useless and all they reply if we call up and complaint is that "Their Vodafone Billing systems are correct & up to date, & that there is no error". What about the 100s of people who are complaining everywhere with the same download content name & amount.
                                        This is highly unprofessional for such a big Telephone Network Company, and I'm sure they will not last long if they intend to Fool customers like this.

                                        Same problem here.. I noticed some random download and cancelled in time. Despite that, they have charged for it. All they need to do is to find a technical mechanism to make sure that customer has downloaded the app 100% and installed it - they will easily come to know what to charge and what not to!
                                        I am a Vodafone Customer in Delhi using corporate connection 299 Plan in which i am getting 750MB 3G after that 2G Free data plan.

                                        Vodafone has charged me total of Rs 124 + Tax /- for downloading vuclipindia_pack75 of Rs 75 & along with wapvilla_ppd of Rs 49/-. in last month's september bill. So in all they have charged me Rs 124/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination. They just keep on sending me one line with incomplete details "You downloaded vuclipindia_p***** on 21/09/14-06:23:54 and wapvill****** on 25/09/14-07:11:11". I jhave never downloaded this kind of stuff or never visited these websites. This is fraud i need a proper explanation why should i pay when i haven't downloaded anything. Solve my query asap. Sad such a multinational company like vodafone using cheap means to earn extra bucks…shame on you guys. I am also gonna register a complaint and discontinue vodafone service for sure. I don't understand by using these cheap tricks you guys might gain some money but will losse customers. I have read hundreds of such complaints in which you guys have charged for these nonsense things.

                                        I too have been facing the same problem. The worst thing is that the Vodafone customer care has the guts to send me an email saying that their system is accurate.

                                        So many people are facing the same problem, Why isn't anyone taking up the issue at a legal forum. Below is a quote of an email from Vodafone. The reply is so cryptic and meaningless.

                                        All these days I faced only network problem. Now I am facing billing problem with Vodafone. For my number, I have activated data plan before two months. My billing shows (for this two months), I have downloaded some application named wap villa. I haven’t downloaded any application and this application is not available in my mobile. Last month while paying my amount, I called your customer care and I have told that I have not downloaded any application, however I paid my bill.

                                        Again this month I have been told that I have downloaded same application and charged 150 rupees. If this is going to continue, I don’t want to have your Vodafone number. You guys are charging an unknown amount every month which is not downloaded or utilized by me. I am not going to pay this 150 rupees and I will pay only the remaining amount Rs.350/-.

                                        I also want to disconnect my relationship with Vodafone. I don’t like to have network issue and billing issue with you guys every month. I have enough proof that how many complaints I have raised for network problem.

                                        Please let me know how I can port all my 4 numbers. I DON’T want your connection henceforth.

                                        I have been also cheated by Vodafone. Appvilla download charges of 49 rs is billed evrymonth in my post paid bill.
                                        I really dont know why these chrges are billed to me. I have called 198 today 1 am 23rd Nov. The customer service representative put my call on hold for 32 mins and then he disconnected the call. This is frustating. I contacted consumer forum. I will follow the process and file a case. Also spread this news to all social media website. Everybody should know what vodafone is doing with post paid customers.

                                        Same this time they have charged me rs.49 for stupid wapvill when I obviously did not use this application. Just irritated with Vodafone.
                                        Its same with me too. They have charged Rs.89.32/- for some unkonwn download from vuclipindia_p*** & con******. On asking list of websites which are chargable they said vuclipindia_p***& con****** are the links. I don't know what kind of links they are!

                                        But they have also passed a credit of Rs.89.32 to my account which will be reflected in my next bill.
