Sir, The mobile connection i have taken 10 years back, and there was no problem in billing, usually my billing amount does>Rs500/.but in the month of May 2014 i received a billof Rs 6743/ i was surprised on enquiry i was told that i have made aISD call to Somalia for 62 minutes, since my mobile has no ISD facility i briefed them but instead of checking the issue they are giving the same old reply.my humble request is that my moble does not have ISD facility, then how can i make call to outside India, this may be verified from my previous 10 years outgoing callsI think some technical error in the system, instead of setting right they are unnecessarily giving trouble to the customer.please set right the error and allow me live peaceful retired life(i am 64 yrsold) With Regards, V.Chandra

Sir on19.06.2014 @16.32 hours I received a messahe from VG vodafone stating that a sum of Rs.7214.73 may be paid by[protected] to enjoy un interepted service, again @19.10 hrs I received a message from them stating that pl ignore the earlier payment reminder sms. we regret the inconvenience caused. Again on[protected] @12.10 hrs I received a message stating pl pay the amount immediately. I am not understanding how can they send different messages.Sir pl sort out my problem and set right my bill .

    I feel very sorry to say you that last 15 days continuously i am trying to get GPRS Manual Net setting in my iball tab model no i9018. Eventhough taking request for manual setting. At present in my family we r all using vodafone and i am having two no r [protected] & [protected], from both the number i have requested for the same. I also talk to u r executive officer on 15/6/14 at around 1500 hrs. He promises me within 24 hours it will be done. I don, t know weather i have done mistake to associate with u r service.

      Hello, myself samuel. syrian, my name has changed to new name samuel syrian from old name sunil. shinde. the application and documents had given to vodafone store to thane gokhale road naupada on 7th may 2014. but still the old name is reflecting on the billing statement. Several times the complaint has lodged to customer care but still waiting their call to recieve. Find too embarrassing to carry a carrier like vodafone, no value for customer requests.

          Hi, At the time of taking a new post paid connection, I was informed about a gift scheme based on my 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd month billing, which I can redeem after 1st or/and 2nd or/and 3rd bill payments. Its been almost 8 months I have been using this number, and made around 4 rounds to Vodafone store for redeeming the same. During my 4th visit, my registration was done, vide registration number 6043, by the store executive and the screen shot was shared to me. I was told the gift would be received in 15 days at door steps. It is around 40 days now, and I have no clue about the gift. When I check with Vodafone Store, they say this is with CISPL. Contacting CISPL is frustrating. Their executives are always busy and in around 5 seconds, the call gets disconnected. Should I wait for any response or shall I assume that I was cheated...             I sent a request for porting regarding my vodafone number [protected] but after few hour dated on 24/05/2914 at 5:19 pm vodafone executive called me and offered a plan Rs 349/- plan including thousand call local and std+1GB data on 3G speed and I excepted the plan now the problem is the executive committed wrong. I am not getting benefit as he told me kindly request you solve this problem. Thank you

            This is issue pertaining to wrong information been committed to customer, Hence drop a mail to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com clearly mentioning the committed offering, executive name or no from which the call came and your pain.
            If the problem is not resolved there are more channels for escalation, though, i think your concern will be addressed at this level only

              Dear Sir, I used ([protected]) Vodafone Sim Since 1 year with same plan, but recently your changed the previous plan without intimation. As per previous plan I used my sim but i received present plan (I think its working previous plan after received bill i was shocked). Please change my plan and process the bill as per previous plan. If your not consider my request i am not able to use your network.. Please consider above the same and do the needful action as soon as possible Dear Sir, My current Plan is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 and without any intimation Vodafone people has changed my current Plan to ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99 which is totally illegal as my billing cycle starts from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. Despite my continuous explanations to Vodafone customer care executives they seem to stick to the same behavior and as per My Bill Dated 25th March My Billing Cycle should be from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. So I requested many times with Vodafone customer care executives to change my plan into my previous plan which is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 & I also requested them to discount the extra amount which was charged to me. After many repeated calls they changed my account into NC_DL_MV_Alankit99, but they didn’t discount the extra amount which was charged to my account unnecessarily and without my knowledge. What I want is the same plan and the extra amount to be discounted from my account. If this is the way Vodafone treats its customer then you can understand how ethical they would be at service... So, I hereby request to kindly take initiative and do the needful

              I got a call from Vodafone today with no.[protected] & they are saying that they will not refund the amount to me. Am totally vexed with the services of Vodafone. So i request to pls look into the matter and do the needful for me.

                    about a 2 days ago while i was surfing on my internet a pop up message bar has been flashed.I immediately closed this window but due to its loading page a RS 75 has been deducted from my balance.While i haven't get a single message of this deduction from Vodafone.When i came to know about it after a 1 day and call customer care Executive She has refused me to answer about it.The Senior Person Named Vishal Patil has told me that it was a fault in your Mobile Device.As i have Used too many cards of Different company they haven't told me about it and i have never Experienced this things in my mobile device.He also tell me to complain anywhere as no one will help you in this matter from vodafone and u will get same answer.So it's a totally fraudge service from vodafone to its customer.As i asked him for Refund this amount to my balance, his rude answer tell me that its your handset problem.Neither we nor our system has fault.So how could i know whose mistake is this, as they havent message me after the deduction of this amount from my balance.

                      Dear Sir/Mam, I am using HTC Desire 816 and I have recharged my cell no. [protected] with Rs. 650 for 3G mobile Internet on June 15, 2014 at 12:17 AM but my Internet service has not activated yet. I have called customer care executive many time on same night and told my problem. They told me my basic Internet service has not activated and they take request for the same and it will activate within 24 hrs. But it was a false commitment because nobody had taken my request on June 15 night. They also told me, from Vodafone I will receive a call regarding my problem and it will solve. But Sorry to say it was again a false commitment because I did not received any call till now. On June 15 morning at 6:30 AM again when I call 116, then one female executive had taken my request for activation of basic Internet service. Till then every customer care executive did not take my request seriously, I don't know the reason why they do this. Some of the executive was so rude that they don't want to listen what I was trying to say. At least they should listen my problem. Now today is June 16 and time is 08:51 AM, but still my Internet has not activated. From the time of my request has taken, it is more than 24hrs now. Can you Pl. tell me when I will use my Internet?                         yesterday my unlimited data plan was close but, my complaint is not solve at your side, and not take my complaint at your side seriously. This was show your irresposibilty of your customer, , am using only 850 MP data for unlimited data plan for past one 21 days due to your low network speed, .It was showing your network coverage condition at very low, and am calling customer care they not give responce me, and they are cut my call and diver my speech, and they saying you can better change or port your number, its not your rits to tolled to customer to chenge network, , It was finnaly showing vodafone network was poor customer support &amp;amp; complaint taking, So am was un satisfied for your network,

                          pathetic plans, pathetic service, pathetic systems. I have been trying to change my 3G plan on my Vodafone dongle but it just doesn't allow me. It is asking me to keep adding talk time...I added 20, then 20 again and then 100 and I am still not allowed to change my plan. When i dial vodafone customer care, it goes to mumbai center but I am in nagpur. So they gave me a nagpur number which has no option to connect to a real person so that I can tell my issues. In fact they have eliminated the number "2" option which I suppose was to connect with customer care executive. How convenient is to irritate people from small cities. Now every week, i have to waste my two days and definitely lose business, listen to complaints from my customers just because my internet is slow and I can' work properly. I am losing patience and I am losing my business. Not forgetting the pathetic dongle with its pathetic signal which works only when put in one room and in one direction and every 30 mins it disconnects for no apparent reason. There is no way I can find if that is the bad signal or my limit has exhausted because there is no option to check balance online. Vodafone has nicely made the most confusing website where when you see the plans you have no option to recharge and God knows from where a customer will get the idea and that you have to change the URL from vodafone.in to shop.vodafone.in to actually get to recharge option. My sister uses Tata Dongle and never had any issues and so many times because of this pathetic service of vodafone, I had to use her dongle. Unfortunately, she is out of town and I am out of my miind because my internet is so slow that I simply can't work. We have 3 mobile phones working on Vodafone service and this Dongle. May be the regular call service is not that bad but vodafones decision to provide mobile internet on pc definitely looks quite a waste of time. If they can't provide good service, forget good, atleast provide service, its better that I buy other dongle from reliance or Tata. And forgot to mention one thing - if you want to know your balance or want to activate plans when their website is not responding properly, you have to remove the sim and insert into mobile and then activate it. Now I don't understand why they have complicated everything from the device to website to mobile to customer care when it can be done in a simple way. I am repenting the day I brought this headache in the form of a dongle. I strongly warn people planning to purchase one specially if they are living in a small city. They has very less to give for small city dwellers.

                            HI, I had asked for a tariff change, ie downgrade to the lowest tariff on the 18th or 19th of March. The rep told me that they have a plan which costs Rs.99 and some add on compulsory for Rs.30, so a total of Rs.129 which I agreed to. They wrote back stating that the above plan was not available but something else that comes upto Rs.150 odd was but till date nothing has been done about it. I needed the downgrade, activation of IR and cancellation of data plan w.e.f 21st of March since I was going to be out of India for a few months but I wanted to retain my India number. I was told to send an SMS for deactivating the Rs.250 data plan which I did on 21st March as soon as I was about to leave the country. Till date I have sent several mails to fix the issue, asking them to downgrade to the lowest available plan and cancel the data plan from the date of my request, but I dont seem to get any response. I made my calculations and paid the 1st overcharged bill but they continue to not revise the tariff and overcharge me. I thought of not paying the bill they dont settle th issue, but a 3rd bill has been raised without any resolution to my issues. I wrote to the Nodal officer twice as well as given in their website, but not received any response so far. I am seriously tired of communicating on this issue and not sure how to go about the same. I dont want to me receiving calls from them on the India number and incurring Roaming charges when it was they who have goofed up in the first place. I am hoping that someone who seriously prefers to retain customers is reading this email and gives me a resolution else pls let me know the procedure for porting out [protected] and [protected]. Mind you I will make payment for only the money I owe you and not the one that You have billed me for before I do so.

                                I have port my number from Vodafone to airtel. I have paid amount which is generated after port. Still In their system showing i didn't pay amount. They also agreed with me. But still they are not resolving it. The store person is telling that it is still in under process to resolve my problem. And my sim card is deactivaed from last 7 days. I cnt call to any person.

                                  I am fed up of slow 2G Internet ... it is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen .. Not reachable at all. I transfered to 3G .. It was smooth till i bought a new phone . It gets finished up in 13 days now . Is this a joke . Like my usage hasn't increased . In fact it has decreased . I don't download movies or any videos or anything. My basic usage is Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram that too I open it 3 times a day . How the hell does 1000Mb gets used up in 13 days. I am shifting to some other company i[censored] don't solve my problem. I went to your Vodafone care centre and the advice given to me was shift back to 2G unlimited 199. I did so and now i regret it . Pictures sent to me via whatsapp take ages to download. I have been vodafone customer since last 5 years .

                                    Dear Sir, My name is Jigar G Shah, I am from Mumbai. I am using vodafone service since more than 10 years. This is first time i experience very rude behaviour from Customer executive Pushpendra rathod. which has hurt me a lot and put me for thought why i am continue with such service provider. I asked him that why company is offering different rates for 3g services to selcted numbers? I asked for the reason for same. i got very arrogant reply and he was not even trasferring call to his seniors. I requesed him for several hours. Even he was not ready to lodge complain.                                     Jigar, I would sincerely suggest you PORT your number to some other Service Provider. By porting you get to keep the same telephone number. Send a toll-free SMS to 1901:
                                    PORT (space) (Your cell number)
                                    You will get a porting code. This code is valid for some fifteen days within which you go to the other Service Provider's gallery and submit form and documents. Simple. End of Vodafone headache.

                                      Dear Sir, I used ([protected]) Vodafone Sim Since 1 year with same plan, but recently your changed the previous plan without intimation. As per previous plan I used my sim but i received present plan (I think its working previous plan after received bill i was shocked). Please change my plan and process the bill as per previous plan. If your not consider my request i am not able to use your network.. Please consider above the same and do the needful action as soon as possible Dear Sir, My current Plan is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 and without any intimation Vodafone people has changed my current Plan to ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99 which is totally illegal as my billing cycle starts from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. Despite my continuous explanations to Vodafone customer care executives they seem to stick to the same behavior and as per My Bill Dated 25th March My Billing Cycle should be from 25th March to 24th April Midnight. So I requested many times with Vodafone customer care executives to change my plan into my previous plan which is NC_DL_MV_Alankit99 & I also requested them to discount the extra amount which was charged to me. After many repeated calls they changed my account into NC_DL_MV_Alankit99, but they didn’t discount the extra amount which was charged to my account unnecessarily and without my knowledge. What I want is the same plan and the extra amount to be discounted from my account. If this is the way Vodafone treats its customer then you can understand how ethical they would be at service... So, I hereby request to kindly take initiative and do the needful.
