Dear sir, its Vodafone customer care service men fault is that he didn't explain me full plan and said me only about you get 1gb 3g speed and after finishing you will get 2g unlimited and it is GUDI PADAWA offer for 2 months free of cost and nothing he told about extra charge.and he force me to take plan before this plan my sim card was deactivated but he again activated my sim card.(on march ending) after one month I get bill rs1300 on that time I realised that I am cheated from Vodafone. Apart from me I m new user of Vodafone sim and didn't have any idea about the plan that's why he cheat me. ((Name: Omkar No.:[protected] it is those person name and no. Who had gave me these kind of face scheme. )) So what can I paid high much amount and sir I had many time explain these problem to the customer care but he didn't try to understand me and didn't take any action and my complain. He always take those person side who had gave me that fault scheme and sir I cant afford that much amount so please be kindly take my complain and request... please sir I am belong to middle class family and I cant afford any such kind of payment so give me your kindly response to me. And vodafone customer care always call me and demand for bill amt. i can not able to make payment for bill, its fraud to me.so why i should paid for these fraud scheme and vodafone break my trust and my father portable his sim vodafone to reliance network. please sir ...that's it.     Dear ceo, I am a retailer sinch last 15 years, I have a billing demo Card no. [protected] sinch Last 12 to 13 years ago. we doing proper buisness last many years Like orange, Hutch & vodafone. Whenever U get the hutch changed name vodafone, however i do very well buisness. Now i got problum with my demo card converted with out any given such optIon. u r not converted in prepaid demo or normal billing or Pripaid card, not even given mnp service also. I Was send many mail to your nodel, vodafone care, account manager, south managet & Demo head. But no One can give proper ans. also they were Egnor now, they can not pick my Call Or replly My mail. I Not any position what i do, I have Last option to go court for further Harrestment. i really sorry to Say Vodafone is sad to help.       Hi, I am Sanjiv Kumar Singh having Vodafone No- [protected] on last 10 years. I am very upset by Vodafone Company due to plan (“MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G”) activated by the company without consulting me. Firstly they disconnected it.       My name is Siddharth Shah and my vodafone number is [protected]. I received the bill with the plan MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G activated on my number. Vodafone have added 750 INR in my bill for the month of September-2014 and it is sheer case of fraud.

      How company can add any plan on our number withouit our permission?

      Hi, My name is Prakash Naik, I have been a customer of Vodafone since it was known as Hutch. my number is [protected]. the (“MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G”) plan has activated on my number without concerning me about this plan. Rs 750 has been billed for my October month.

      Kindly deactivate this plan and refund/adjust Rs. 750.00 at earliest.

        The service provided by Vodafone is not only pathetic but questionable. In March 2014, I changed the address for my daughter's phone in the Frazer Town, Bangalore Vodafone office. Twice I requested the payment collection man who came to collect the bill payment ( for April and May) and they promised to change the address which they also took from me. Till date they didn't change the address. Today I again went to the same office and checked from their system that on 08 May 2014 my request has been entered in the system. My complaint Number is SR No [protected] and My Token Number is 73. When I asked for the BILL they refused to give and said..." After 45 days they will generate the bill " They stopped the service 5 days before. Vodafone Company please tell when your Bill payment man had collected twice the payment from the same house then why can't you give the bill now which has also been lodged on 08 May ? Do you require more time ? 30 days not sufficient ? Plez note that NO BILL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TILL YOU GIVE THE AMENDED ADDRESS CHANGED BILL. I will also not pay for the duration for which my daughters phone service has been stopped. You are also not giving monthly bill to the me and it is also incorrect. Kindly instruct your staff to come and hand over me the amended bill so that I can pay immediately. Please treat this as my notice to the Vodafone company and I will not be
        responsible for anydelay on your part . My disputed mobile number is [protected].

          My Number is [protected], I had given an activation request of promotional pack for 1gb 3G at 125rs, and the customer care told me that it is a 2months plan, and now in my current bill i am being charged 225rs for 2gb 3G and also Rs1050 for 3G both dated 28/9/2013. I havent given any kind of request to activate this plan. The plan has been activated without any intimation. I was told by the Vodafone representative that the Bill Issue will be Settled after paying Rs 1500 and i also got the payment receipt for the same. He also stated that the Settlement Letter will be sent to you by Email. I haven't got any kid of Mail from Vodafone regarding the Settlement. Today Suddenly i got a call from Vodafone Saying you have to pay Rs 948 towards your Bill. I don't Understand up till what level can Vodafone Cheat its Customers. I will not make any Kind of Payment ahead. I was Cheated even before this during the Active Connection and even now for the Settlement of the Issue.

            Hi, I am Arunabha Sarkar having a Vodafone no. [protected]. My number got activated with a plan BC 45 without my knowledge & when I tried to call the Vodafone customer care Kolkata circle, firstly they disconnected it. On trying to call them second time a representive (Uttam Mukherjee) spoke and could not solve the issue. So, he transfered the call to his senior Monojit Roy. Mr Monojit Roy was very agitated and agressive in his tone. He continously repeated that it was my fault. He told me i have somehow activated the plan. But i never did it and not received the confirmation message also of this plan from vodafone. When I felt bad and asked him 'Am I fool' to activate such plan. Then he replied 'Yes'. That is not at all accepted from such a giant and renowned telecom company Vodafone. I don't understand why Vodafone hires such illeterate people for their customer support. Note: Vodafone I thought I was a privileged customer of your company. But, I was wrong. I recharge my number atleast with Rs.1000 per month. But, I guess I have to change my network using MNP.               I have faced a lot of problem with vodafone store. Problem in the sense of their behaviour and the process of doing things. My issue:Convert de-activated postpaid sim to prepaid. The sim is registered under my brother-in-law name.1st Day(6th June 2014): I went to the vodafone store. Gangadhar, a vodafone executive updated to bring authorisation letter, PAN card xerox from my brother-in-law. I thought vodafone sentence "Happy to help" is perfect. But, executives are very rude to the customer. I got to know this next day.2nd Day(7th June 2014): With authorisation letter & PAN card with my brother-in-law signature, i went to the Vodafone store. Gangadhar, who i have consulted is on leave. Thinking that vodafone is best in helping customer, i have approached another executive name:"M MADHU". He gave me shock to me. Saying that, you cannot do this. And the process is entirely different. And the form which Gangadhar gave to me is postpaid form. As per his words, i understood that he is not aware of the process. I requested to speak with supervisor. I believed that supervisor will resolve my issue in a better way. But, his rude behaviour made me to write this complaint. In a nice way, i was asking him the details. He rudely spoke with me saying that you cannot do this. And he is asking me why did u brought postpaid form. And by seeing his rude behaviour, i have decided to raise a complaint against the process, employees. So, i have requested him how to raise complaint. For that, he told me to wait. I have waited for sometime & again requested him. He is not at all caring my request nor resolving it and attended some other customer in the middle and speaking with him. I went to him and can you pls provide me the process of raising complaint. He shouted and told the security to give some book. He told like this "Do what ever you want". I have asked him what is the process of this conversion. He told some other story which is ir-relevant to the one which previous executives told me. I have simply told "please try to give perfect process". In reply to that, he told "YOU NEED NOT TEACH ME PROCESS, I KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO" And by seeing that book, looks like my issue wont be resolved nor i cant raise a complaint. With Vodafone customer care helpline, i took this email id & sending this mail. I have some few questions.1. Can we convert a de-activated postpaid sim to prepaid ? a. If so, what is the process ? b. If not, why did the executive Gangadhar mis-guided me ? c. If the process is to bring authorisation letter from brother-in-law, PAN card and my documents, photo. Why did the second executive & Srikar rejected to do it ?2. Is this the way to treat the customer who came in hot sun to the store ?3. For one issue, each & everyone telling their own process ? Is vodafone having particular process or not ?4. Why did Gangadhar gave me a wrong application form(Postpaid form) ?5. Can you provide me the resolution to this ?6. Why proper training wasn't provided to the executives ? And why they are mis-guiding customers ?                 I am a regular customer of vodafone & all our family members uses only vodafone sims. Almost one month back I got a prepaid Sim & I was told that you will get a free recharge of Rs. 30 but till date I have been deprived off from this service. If this facility is meant for your customers then how come your dealer can not recharge my mob no. I am not expecting this from your dealer of Soura Locality, Srinagar, Kmr.

                  Day 1 - Using a BB curve 9320, was suggested by Vodafone Gallery Thane that i could switch to Vodafone 3G Plan even if i am on BB handset. It will only disable BBM and Blackberry world. - The plan gets activated on 7th June 14, but i am not able to use any internet service. Can only make calls, receive them, semd sms and receive sms. All this whilst having a Voice plan of Rs. 299/- and an internet plan of Rs. 650/- - I call 111 (vodafone Customer care) to sort this issue. I am asked to change settings after 3 calls lasting good 15- 25 mins each (thats how long it took for 1 of the representatives to understand the issue). I am told it will start working in 2 hours. - I wait and find out after 2 hours that internet is still not working. Call 111 again, after speaking to a rep, am suggested to go back to BB Plan of Rs. 599/- . I agree and authorize them to deactive the Vodafone 3 G plan and activate BB Plan for rs. 599/- Am asked to wait another 2 hours for this to work. - 2 hours later i find my internet is still not working. I call back 111, tell them the whole story, to get a revert saying the Vodafone 3G was not deactivated by the previous handler!! Am asked to wait 2 more hours. - Day 2 - I still cannot use internet services on my phone, call 111, i am transfered to the Tech Dept who inform me my BB PLan is something called 250 MI. I insist i had asked for a 599/- plan. I am transfered back to the post-paid cell...all this takes 30 mins...while being put on HOLD several mins at a time. No resolution to my issue whatsoever. I am asked to wait 2 hours and some "part" of my request was "not activated" In totality, i spend 2 days, make 7 calls to customer care and still not able to use internet on my phone. Horrible service meted out by Vodafone. Its sad to speak with people who barely understand your issue with the service. They are irresponsible and do not act on any of the requests made by the customer promptly. Very frustrating to be a Vodafone Customer!!!

At that time i have paid 200 extra billed amount after told by your executive. As per information by your executive, with in 60 days my extra remaining balance including security amount (250/-) should be refunded by check. but still i am getting the check of Rs. 200 only.                         I activate service family and friends which reduce call rate monthly rent of 15 rs per no maximum 5 but I Activated on 1 no 3rd june 2014 service is activated but 7th june 2014 service deactivate i am try to reslove the problem to vodafone customer care 111 or 198 10 times or more they have didnt resolve my problem every person like uneducated i am still facing the problem my no is [protected] zero knowledge of service very poor of customer Relationship executive i am totally fed up

                          I subsrcibe to an unlimited pack per month, and the vodafone guys have, for a reason best known to them, failed to correct the internet network, error i am facing since 4th June. The problem being on just one location, they are very laxed in contemplating the reasons!! I daily get a call and i again repeat what problems i am facing ten times and they say that they will try n solve the problem and directly get back to me the next day meanwhile, thay have also locked mt access to the complaint helpline since the day i have issued the complain. They were supposed to correct the problem by today 2 pm and the problem still persists!! So, what is the use of porting to vodafone if the company can't solve a meagre problem as this???

                            I have taken vodaphone number in Bangalore and number is [protected] the number has not been activated and numebr is showing invalid I have spoken on three numbers and all of them promised tomorrow the same would be activated. the numbers i contacted are [protected] [protected] there were diffrent people promising but nobody responsed. Please refund my money or activate my phone

                              I have recharged my vodafone mobile ([protected]) for bonus coupons Rs. 22.0 (TransID: [protected]) and for Rs. 38.0 (TransID: [protected]) on 04/06/2014. The coupon for Rs. 38.0 says daily 75 local sms and 25 national sms for free. But yesterday they have started charging Rs. 1.5 per sms for me, after I sent some 15 sms. This is rediculous. Similarly I have a doubt about their call rating also, because my balance reduced immediately from Rs. 100 to Rs. 70 without any long call. I want the explanations for issues and suitable solution for the future. Thanks, Vasudevan

                                Its very serious complaint about the vodafone.

                                The call center is not customer caring though they say that we
                                will look at your all concern. It’s totally pathetvatic service is
                                providing by customer care executive.

                                This is with connection to the calls what I made to Vodafone customer care on june 08, 2014 after 5.03 PM.

                                i had activated the gprs pack of 8rs in that they had specified that 12am to 6am regarding the gprs plan i got an confirm message of activation in that message they had specified as one day pack. for that i had called to custemer care one of the lady picked i had said that i had activated the plan in that message it has of only in 12am to 6 am & i got a message for one day (repetedly for atleast 2 times) but the lady told that its one day pack and u can use..

                                after that i started browsing while browsing the net my main accoount balance has been deducted..
                                for deduting of money also i did't got ant notification message, , .
                                again i called to the care and asked to connet to the supervisor, , after a long time they had received the call and i said all the things of deducting of money and requested him to credit of money, .
                                but he refused to credit the money. and told that they will take action about that lady, , but i said that u shud take action meanwhile to credit of my money. he again refused and disconnected the call of showing their attidute.


                                We as customer like to be given atleast little priority and need to
                                resolve the issue at first point of contact instead to close the
                                complaints without even resolving it.

                                please give justice to me..

                                  postpaid bill paid, but not credited

                                  My postpaid no [protected] monthly bill was paid by INB on 23May14 for an amount of 957.00But it is still being not credited and for credit dues my incoming & outgoing service has been terminated even after repeated visit to vodafone store & contact with helpline nos.I have submitted my INB success report & bank statement to vodafone store & told to bet resolved immediately but with no result. Plz help...

                                  Dear Sir/madam I am a senior Army officer presently serving as Head of Department of Government of Gujarat I am facing severe problems since even after putting my sim card ([protected]) in different mobile phones it is not getting detected /registered I have not been able to make calls or recieve calls throughout the day I tried the sim in other mobile phones All the other mobile hand sets are functional when operating on other sim cards but with my sim card they are not if you may recall I had to change the sim card last to last month at Rajkot for similar problem after the change over to new sim card it was partially ok now it has again gone bad fully the problem is apparently with Vodafone and not with the hand set if other handsets are functional with other sim cards and not working with my sim card then matter is clear please respond fastest since my entire functioning has come to a stand still. may I request you to please forward to me the email and mobile number of the senior-most person of Vodafone in Gujarat Please also look into following problems Incoming Calls Most of people calling me face the fwg problems A) They get a message that mob is unreachable even though I m in coverage area B) They get a message that mob number does not exist even though my No is active C) They get a message that mob is switched off even though I never switch off my mob D) I am unable to connect the call by swiping as it doesnt get connected E) I am unable to hear the conversation clearly F) The calls drop repeatedly without getting completed necessitating more number of calls to be made thus excessive billing Out going calls Most of the time I face the fwg problems A) When I make a call the message on the screen that appears is - Not registered on network. B) The net work indicating bars show nil or negligible bars(Network) C) Message doesnt go as the network shows nil network D) I am unable to hear the conversation clearly E) I am unable to complete calls as they get dropped repeatedly without getting completed necessitating more number of calls to be made thus excessive billing Data I am unable to properly use the network data efficiently Repeaters/ Boosters The two sets installed are not working now May I request you to please do the needful please Regards Major General Dilawar Singh Additional Director General NCC Head of Department NCC, Govt of Gujarat Army Cantt Ahmedabad

                                    Hi, I was using Vodafone Postpaid number [protected] since last 3-4 year but suddenly they stopped its outgoing & incoming calls without giving any prior information. The reason why they have blocked my number because, I had taken a Vodafone Postpaid number [protected] in month of November 2013 for internet use under a scheme wherein they had given me a dongle (KKT3800 – IMEI: [protected]) with free subscription for 3 month with 3G speed upto 3GB & after that 100 KBPS unlimited but after using this I was not satisfied with its speed then I called in his customer care center told him to close this number & also sent mail before generating my 3rd month bill which was completing on 6th February & I had sent mail on 5th February & before mail several time i called him to close this number but despite that they did not closed. Few days later they called me & asked that why you want to close this number then I told him that I am not happy with your speed & therefore I want to close this number then they offered me to convert this number into calling SIM with same offer which I am using in my previous number ([protected]) which monthly rent will be 200/- then I said ok & they sent me a micro SIM Card on my address which was not compatible for my handset & I requested him for normal SIM but they have not given me & they started generating its monthly bill whereas I am not using this number despite that continuously they were generating its bill from last 4-5 months & when its bill gone up 1650/- then they forced me to pay its bill then I said why I will pay bill for that which I have not used then they have closed my previous number- [protected] which I am using since last 3-4 year & there no bill due of this number. I said I will not pay any bill for that service which I am not using then they called my several time on my alternate number & were arguing with me and when I did not pay bill then they stopped my outgoing & incoming of my old number [protected] due to which I am facing lot of problem whereas I am paying its bill on regular basis.                                       MI_cap_750_30d_r_promo_3g activated by the company without consulting me. Clear cut case of cheating by Vodafone india. Relationship no. 8.11576053.00.00.100722. Unable to speak to customer center. Calling 111 I get stuck in IVR HELL. Unable to stop the service from My vodafone in online account. need to stop it.

                                      was able to speak to customer care from friends vodafone number. New customers do not get option to speak to customer care on 111. Anyway MI_cap_750_30d_r_promo_3g is just a confusing way of capped internet usage to 750 Rs. after which the speed is reduced to 64 kbps. Issue resolved.
