I have my 3g data plan till 12th of June 2014 23:59 hrs but my data plan got deactivated without any prior notice and my complete balance got deducted at 23:47 hrs. This has hapened last time also as i activated Rs. 59 pack last week also and the same happened. This time my balance Rs. 13 got deducted and last time Rs. 69 or so got deducted before time. Please stop this cheap scheme vodafone has started.Also If my complete balance doesnt get refunded, I am going to change my service. My Mobile Number is [protected].

The amount of rs51.78 have been deducted from my number without any reason on 14 & 15 july 2014 and the customer care attendents are give my the stupid reason (that opened a paid website or you download a full song) but i am very sure i did't do any of this and i have the 3g data package also on my number. when i told them all my issue than said rudely that than u have to call within 24 hrs of deduction. and than after you again deducted my rs50 balance on 17 july but thankgod you refund it(and this tym also they give the same reason that open dash website that song...) if this is the issue than why did u refund this tym..

i am sorry to say that i am unhappy with your service

I've spoken to one your customer service representative named Moumita via 198 complain help line she told me that my balance were deducted due to some kind of delights service but I haven't activated any kind of service or downloaded these kind of service and when asked her to refund my balance she hasn't taken my permission and without any information she transferred my call some kind of senior desk where my call get disconnected by it self. So I want my balance back because I haven't took any service and please see your CSA's behavioural concern as well ASAP.

Please see this concern and refund my balance back ASAP or else I have to go consumer court.

on july 30 i was deducted an amount of Rs.70 to 75 and i called customer care for help they said that it has been deducted due to Internet usage of downloading apps from net but i already have net pack and they keep on saying this ok i left this issue but still 2.5 of weeks passed still i am not able to connect to costumer care for other issues they have blocked my call, i tried in different vodafone number to reactivate my connection they told me to wait for 1 hour every time i connect to CC but the job has not done i am using this sim for 6 years now they made me think choosing another network..i need a proper reason for it, thankyou

On dated 5/10/2014 I got message from Vodafone for 90 rs deducted from my account and caller tune activated on my phone without any request from my side then I call on 198 at 18:09 on dated 5/10/2014 for complaint and I got very poor and bad response from the executive. His behavior was very rude and his answer was totally.
Again I call on next day 06/10/2014 at 08:01 am, Prabha Patel attended my call and she accepted my request for return my balance and deactivated the service which I don’t want. She committed me that your deducted balance will credit in your account next 24 hours but after 24 hours I didn’t get any balance in my account so I again call on 198 next day 07/10/2014 at 09:30 am and executive committed me that your balance will credit in your account in next 10 minutes surly but no luck.
Again I call on 198 same day at 14:29 same answer repeated by executive that your balance will credit in your account in next 10 minutes surly but again nothing happened again I call on same day at 17:27, executive told me all seniors are busy we will call you but no call received from your side.
Service deactivated immediately but balance not credited till date after more than 48 hours.

I tried reaching ur customer helpline but wasn't given a favourable reply.

From last couple of days Vodafone and its executives have been bothering me a lot. First they deducted my 3G data and main balance. When i reported this, they gave me Rs.57 refund, inspite of deducting Rs.110/- Then today they have deducted the whole balance and its showing zero available balance. Nobody have contacted me from Vodafone since i have reported this issue. Its happening on a daily basis. They are charging me heavily on a daily basis. I tried contacting their senior and nodal officers as well but got very rude response.

I am a consumer of your network. In the last 5-6 days, there is a deduction of approx Rs. 50 for some service (i dont know, i am using one simplest mobile of Nokia 110), I have not using any services except phone call and message. I have tried to make one complain over phone but customer care executive says there is some technical problems in

After 10 Dec 2014, i came to know from customer care, that there is some 49-MYDALA (what is this and what to do with this service) is not having any idea and not used at all. Even using that 49-MYDALA service is not possible with my Nokia 110 model mobile.

Again i said to you that i have not called to you for activated this service. Please chek it & if i have called to customer care by my mob no [protected] for activation of this service. On[protected] i got a msg from push services they told to visit the site to avail new offer. I clicked the link and vodafone delight offer site was opened then automatically three times my balance was deducted 1st time Rs.9 then Rs. 40 and then Rs. 49.
Immediately i called vodafone customer care, firstly they refused to help then after a long argument they returned Rs.49 Which was my last deduction. I called the customer care again to refund my rest amount then they told i will get within half an hour. After 2 hours i called them again, Again they told i will get back my rest deduction amount with in half an hour.

It happens five times simultaneously.
It is my request to you kindly refund my deducted amount i.e 9rs and 40rs.

I am writing this to inform and complaint about DEDUCTION from my mobile balance on 2nd June 2015, I went on a official tour of India on 31 May to 3 June 2015 .
I got my mobile recharged for Rs 1000/- in March and my balance was almost 1100/- on 31 May.I activated mob net pack for Rs 65/- on 31 May and used my mobile fr calls only.suddenly on 2 June night I found my mobile balance was Rs 0/- from Rs 821/- .I tried to call customer care for 5 hours but only computer was answering.

This was very bad experience and I was left in middle to face difficulties in making calls.( remember I was on official tour and mobile was important tool for me).

Because my mobile balance was suddenly zero I was not able to confirm my flight and missed it.

I tried to call all possible Vodafone customer care numbers but did not succeed.

I found it very UN professional and strange service from Vodafone.

Now my request is to refund my deducted money on my number or I have to file a complaint with consumer court.

I am a vodafone customer .before 2 months 149 rs were deducted from my account balance and so i tried to call to cystomer care for this problem but due to some network problem it was not working and ao i tried another day so they said that you did not call within 24 hours so younwill not get rs 149 back and i told them that i tried to call them between 24 hours but your helpline was not working properly so whats my mistake in that and they did not returned my 149 rs back.

I am a post paid customer of Vodafone since long. These days service of Vodafone is too bad. My monthly bill is the same as i have taken package but service is terrible. Have made several complains still i am facing huge connectivity problems. Most of the time my phone shows no service.

Bad service of Vodafone

Vodafone service is bad. No one cares about customers problem. After giving many complaints to the head office, nodal officers, appellate officers etc they don't bother. Even when we visit the store also they never solve the prob. So it's better not to go for Vodafone service.

Vodafone Regarding Auto activate VAS

On my number VAS is auto activated. I called to Customer Care and some guy told me that you clicked activate button on some third party site and its activated. and even i dont get any msg of activation of VAS. I need refund. this was happen 2 or 3 times.

How vodafone can do like this that activation of service using third party site.

    I am from Mirik, Darjeeling West Bengal India. I had received SMS from Vodafone in mobile number [protected] saying as Exclusive 3G internet offer only for you !! Recharge with MRP 599 and get Unlimited 3G Data valid for 30 days. Post 3GB enjoy 2G speeds. So i have recharged with MRP 599 with hoping 3G speed and unlimited but i got hopeless and too slow then 2G speed. Therefore i want my services what i had been promised.

      My name is prasad from Chennai, tamilnadu, India . I'm an employee of dell computer, I'm really frustrated with the Vodafone 3g service . I bought this Sim on jun 2nd and activated it on jun 5th and activated 3g pack of 250inr for 1.5gb of 3g usage . . . till now 3g is not active . . I'm using only 2g . . the setting was set by tech support on jun 5th . . but till now I'm only using 2g . and rs 80 was detected for using internet when I have another 20 days validity and 500mb left . customer support returned 40 rupee . but fa another 40 rupee they created stories . and I paid for 3g but till today even after the tech helped in changing the setting still it is in 2g mode . . its a 2 month Google nexus 5 mobile and I'm a computer technician, so I know about internet and mobile phones . its the problem with the network . I called 5 times today to customer support and tech support . but ended up nowhere . and the way rep replied was rude and was rising the voice and blaming me . ask to put the call to supervisor but they dint do it in both the call . I'm really frustrated with the service of Vodafone . I'm going to file an case in consumer court . . I have recorded the conversation I had with the rep from Vodafone . I'm sorry that I'm being this way . but you should understand how I feel . end of the day it is money . and I lost it and the time . Vodafone is defenetly paying me for this .         Hi my name is Rizwan Shaikh...My Mobile num is[protected]...I had complaint to vodafone in may regarding my network issues at home location...Its been more than 1 months since I am following up on the complaint but no one had been able to reply back to me...Whenver I call to them they say the tower in your area is under maintenance and will take time...When asked for refund of money for the services they can't provide...they just transfer saying billing will take care of it..billing says its network problem...when called vodafone complaints on 198 on 12.06.2014 at 16.08hrs a lady from billing answered the call and dint botherd to transfer the call to to supervisor and just kept on hold for 9 minutes...So this is the type of service vodafone is giving to customers...They are just looting the customers as there is no one to question them...When asked they dont reply properly... Want a strict action against this...

        Hi, I am living at Balaji Avenue-IIi, Neelamangalam, Guduvanchery, Chennai - 603 202. After Speaking to customer care They say that I requested a new data plan so my plan got deactivated. But I cant see any new plan on my card. On telling this to customer care senior executive, the only replied i got a 100 times is "we cant do Anything". I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible.

I recharged my Vodafone no. with 198 unlimited 2G internet on 3rd of June, In which speed is reduced to 40kbps after 2GB usage as every Vodafone customer knows. But after 3GB o[censored]sage the speed is again reduced to 10kbps without my knowledge. I also got a msg from Vodafone saying " Your speed has been reduced to 10kbps on reaching 3GB on your number[protected]. Recharge again to get back to normal speed." This wasn't till now that the speed will reduce to 10kbps. 198rs. for a student really worth.. So I'm really unhappy with the experience with Vodafone. I want my problem and complaint to be solved as soon as possible. Because browsing with a speed of 10kbps is just worst, useless..

                Hi, my vodafone 3G card no is [protected]. I use this only in my iPad and DO NOT use it for mobile telephony. I was told today by one Mr. Ganesh from Vodafone (presumably) that in addition to my normal use (data in iPad) voice activation, mobile telephone use on the same card was activated in March 2014 bythe Vodafone shop where I purchased last year the service of this card ONLY for IPad use. This latter activation was done without my permission. This was brought to my attention by Mr. Ganesh and I was told all charges for this service would be returned immediately. I am surprised that such a practice of activation without consulting the consumer happens in a compny like Vodafone. I was asked to lodge a complaint with the company and the person abruptly disconnected the phone. After this phone call my 3G services for data has not been working. I do hope this can be rectified?                         The service provided by Vodafone is not only pathetic but questionable. In March 2014, I changed the address for my daughter's phone in the Frazer Town, Bangalore Vodafone office. Twice I requested the payment collection man who came to collect the bill payment ( for April and May) and they promised to change the address which they also took from me. Till date they didn't change the address. Today I again went to the same office and checked from their system that on 08 May 2014 my request has been entered in the system. My complaint Number is SR No [protected] and My Token Number is 73. When I asked for the BILL they refused to give and said..." After 45 days they will generate the bill " They stopped the service 5 days before. Vodafone Company please tell when your Bill payment man had collected twice the payment from the same house then why can't you give the bill now which has also been lodged on 08 May ? Do you require more time ? 30 days not sufficient ? Plez note that NO BILL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TILL YOU GIVE THE AMENDED ADDRESS CHANGED BILL. I will also not pay for the duration for which my daughters phone service has been stopped. You are also not giving monthly bill to the me and it is also incorrect. Kindly instruct your staff to come and hand over me the amended bill so that I can pay immediately. Please treat this as my notice to the Vodafone company and I will not be

                          My Number is [protected], I had given an activation request of promotional pack for 1gb 3G at 125rs, and the customer care told me that it is a 2months plan, and now in my current bill i am being charged 225rs for 2gb 3G and also Rs1050 for 3G both dated 28/9/2013. I havent given any kind of request to activate this plan. The plan has been activated without any intimation. I was told by the Vodafone representative that the Bill Issue will be Settled after paying Rs 1500 and i also got the payment receipt for the same. He also stated that the Settlement Letter will be sent to you by Email. I haven't got any kid of Mail from Vodafone regarding the Settlement. Today Suddenly i got a call from Vodafone Saying you have to pay Rs 948 towards your Bill. I don't Understand up till what level can Vodafone Cheat its Customers. I will not make any Kind of Payment ahead. I was Cheated even before this during the Active Connection and even now for the Settlement of the Issue.

                            Hi, I am Arunabha Sarkar having a Vodafone no. [protected]. My number got activated with a plan BC 45 without my knowledge & when I tried to call the Vodafone customer care Kolkata circle, firstly they disconnected it. On trying to call them second time a representive (Uttam Mukherjee) spoke and could not solve the issue. So, he transfered the call to his senior Monojit Roy. Mr Monojit Roy was very agitated and agressive in his tone. He continously repeated that it was my fault. He told me i have somehow activated the plan. But i never did it and not received the confirmation message also of this plan from vodafone. When I felt bad and asked him 'Am I fool' to activate such plan. Then he replied 'Yes'. That is not at all accepted from such a giant and renowned telecom company Vodafone. I don't understand why Vodafone hires such illeterate people for their customer support. Note: Vodafone I thought I was a privileged customer of your company. But, I was wrong. I recharge my number atleast with Rs.1000 per month. But, I guess I have to change my network using MNP.                               I have faced a lot of problem with vodafone store. Problem in the sense of their behaviour and the process of doing things. My issue:Convert de-activated postpaid sim to prepaid. The sim is registered under my brother-in-law name.1st Day(6th June 2014): I went to the vodafone store. Gangadhar, a vodafone executive updated to bring authorisation letter, PAN card xerox from my brother-in-law. I thought vodafone sentence "Happy to help" is perfect. But, executives are very rude to the customer. I got to know this next day.2nd Day(7th June 2014): With authorisation letter & PAN card with my brother-in-law signature, i went to the Vodafone store. Gangadhar, who i have consulted is on leave. Thinking that vodafone is best in helping customer, i have approached another executive name:"M MADHU". He gave me shock to me. Saying that, you cannot do this. And the process is entirely different. And the form which Gangadhar gave to me is postpaid form. As per his words, i understood that he is not aware of the process. I requested to speak with supervisor. I believed that supervisor will resolve my issue in a better way. But, his rude behaviour made me to write this complaint. In a nice way, i was asking him the details. He rudely spoke with me saying that you cannot do this. And he is asking me why did u brought postpaid form. And by seeing his rude behaviour, i have decided to raise a complaint against the process, employees. So, i have requested him how to raise complaint. For that, he told me to wait. I have waited for sometime & again requested him. He is not at all caring my request nor resolving it and attended some other customer in the middle and speaking with him. I went to him and can you pls provide me the process of raising complaint. He shouted and told the security to give some book. He told like this "Do what ever you want". I have asked him what is the process of this conversion. He told some other story which is ir-relevant to the one which previous executives told me. I have simply told "please try to give perfect process". In reply to that, he told "YOU NEED NOT TEACH ME PROCESS, I KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO" And by seeing that book, looks like my issue wont be resolved nor i cant raise a complaint. With Vodafone customer care helpline, i took this email id & sending this mail. I have some few questions.1. Can we convert a de-activated postpaid sim to prepaid ? a. If so, what is the process ? b. If not, why did the executive Gangadhar mis-guided me ? c. If the process is to bring authorisation letter from brother-in-law, PAN card and my documents, photo. Why did the second executive & Srikar rejected to do it ?2. Is this the way to treat the customer who came in hot sun to the store ?3. For one issue, each & everyone telling their own process ? Is vodafone having particular process or not ?4. Why did Gangadhar gave me a wrong application form(Postpaid form) ?5. Can you provide me the resolution to this ?6. Why proper training wasn't provided to the executives ? And why they are mis-guiding customers ?                                 I am a regular customer of vodafone & all our family members uses only vodafone sims. Almost one month back I got a prepaid Sim & I was told that you will get a free recharge of Rs. 30 but till date I have been deprived off from this service. If this facility is meant for your customers then how come your dealer can not recharge my mob no. I am not expecting this from your dealer of Soura Locality, Srinagar, Kmr.

                                  Day 1 - Using a BB curve 9320, was suggested by Vodafone Gallery Thane that i could switch to Vodafone 3G Plan even if i am on BB handset. It will only disable BBM and Blackberry world. - The plan gets activated on 7th June 14, but i am not able to use any internet service. Can only make calls, receive them, semd sms and receive sms. All this whilst having a Voice plan of Rs. 299/- and an internet plan of Rs. 650/- - I call 111 (vodafone Customer care) to sort this issue. I am asked to change settings after 3 calls lasting good 15- 25 mins each (thats how long it took for 1 of the representatives to understand the issue). I am told it will start working in 2 hours. - I wait and find out after 2 hours that internet is still not working. Call 111 again, after speaking to a rep, am suggested to go back to BB Plan of Rs. 599/- . I agree and authorize them to deactive the Vodafone 3 G plan and activate BB Plan for rs. 599/- Am asked to wait another 2 hours for this to work. - 2 hours later i find my internet is still not working. I call back 111, tell them the whole story, to get a revert saying the Vodafone 3G was not deactivated by the previous handler!! Am asked to wait 2 more hours. - Day 2 - I still cannot use internet services on my phone, call 111, i am transfered to the Tech Dept who inform me my BB PLan is something called 250 MI. I insist i had asked for a 599/- plan. I am transfered back to the post-paid cell...all this takes 30 mins...while being put on HOLD several mins at a time. No resolution to my issue whatsoever. I am asked to wait 2 hours and some "part" of my request was "not activated" In totality, i spend 2 days, make 7 calls to customer care and still not able to use internet on my phone. Horrible service meted out by Vodafone. Its sad to speak with people who barely understand your issue with the service. They are irresponsible and do not act on any of the requests made by the customer promptly. Very frustrating to be a Vodafone Customer!!!

                                      Dear sir/mam Myself Pradeep Kumar and my Vodafone No. [protected]. I have migrated this no. from postpaid to prepaid on 27th March 2014. At that time i have paid 200 extra billed amount after told by your executive. As per information by your executive, with in 60 days my extra remaining balance including security amount (250/-) should be refunded by check. but still i am getting the check of Rs. 200 only.                                         I activate service family and friends which reduce call rate monthly rent of 15 rs per no maximum 5 but I Activated on 1 no 3rd june 2014 service is activated but 7th june 2014 service deactivate i am try to reslove the problem to vodafone customer care 111 or 198 10 times or more they have didnt resolve my problem every person like uneducated i am still facing the problem my no is [protected] zero knowledge of service very poor of customer Relationship executive i am totally fed up
