I am Rohit Rathod, I am using USB Stick- K3800 with a vodafone postpaid card. I continuously sent complaint regarding vodafone 3G internet problem, but they ignore my problem everytime. Discontinuation of a particular service without customer's approval

Harassment by Vodafone for payment even after discontinuation of service

Horrible 3G speeds - no refunds provided

Despite several complaints on 111 and [protected] not only mine but several colleagues and relatives 3G connection speed is pathetically low these days at 0.05 Mbps or lower. Sometimes there is no connection at all neither 2g nor 3G. All this despite paying rs800 per month with several hours and days of downtime. How can a company of such repute get away with this. Even voice services get frequently interrupted or disconnected....

Wrong Internet Charges

I am Using vodafone postpaid from last 3 years In july 2013 i was using vmc99 data plan . Then on 20th july i got call from vodafone for the activation o[censored]nlimited inyernet plan of vmc 199 in which there is condition that speed is reduced to 40kbps after 2GB usage , i accepted the plan . And plan got activated from 1st august 2013 which i confirmed by vodafone care . After 2gb usage i got a msg that -KEEP ENJOYING UNLIMITED DATA PLAN...
