I have been following up with vodafone since last 2 months but all my efforts are gone in vein ... instead of responding to my queries they are sending emails for their due amount ... which i am ready to pay ... But my queries are not being answred .... they want we to send a email from registered email now along with all the details but i fail to understand why was i sent a email when my ID was not registered. KP.

Hi! I received two calls today from Amruta and Jigish both on the same day ... I was wondering y ... Later i realised if missed deleating my designation from my signature on my last email ... well !! good that it helped ... But i appreciate both of them being concered and hope to see a respond to my queries over the email.
I had received a call from Amruta and Jigish from vodafone and jigish was pretty much confident that i will receive a call within two days ... and i had asked amruta to reply to me emai ... guess the 48 hours time line is yet not over and all my questions still remains unanswered ... Vodafone company know how to charge their bills and late payments ... keep offending customer for making their pending payment by they have no clue what happend when they are wrong ... How unprofessional ... is this company ... guess you should recruit people those who understand their customers rather than only those who are worried about your profits ... "HAPPY TO HELP Punchline should be changed to "SCARED TO HELP" ... for not responding to any call ...

    My Name is N S Sentil kumaraan, I was Using the no [protected] since 2007, past 8 months I could not use it because I was in Aboard , when i came back it was disconnected from service , I contacted the call center they instructed to submit the document for the same I visited the store with the document But the Executive ( Asif Opp to Graphite India ) said that the Prepaid sim has been deactivated so if you want to use you can buy in Post paid connection the same number , I agreed and finished all documentation on the same day i.e on 14.09.2013, But till now sim has not activated, when i contacted Asif([protected]) he is keep on telling it will be activated today after 2 days Also , whenever I call him.     Four days i take a postpaid connection, till now it is not activated its making me to wasting the time back of this, last three days i am keep calling to cust care and the sales executive(rajesh) but there is no response, i want im mediete response
    I had ordered a new SIM card on march 8th 2008, which has not yet been activated. Its been 3 months and counting and no action has been taken till now. Upon speaking to their customer care executives the following has been stated in 5 calls i have made since morning 5 'o Clock:

    - The no. will get activated in 2 hours
    - After 2 hours when i again spoke the female who picked up the phone said --- The SIM no. is invalid
    - at 8 when i spoke with a certain person called divakar in their customer care office he said that it would maximum take another 1 hour
    - at 10 when i spoke again to NEERAJ he reffered the call to his supervisor who then never bothered to take the call -- VERY PROFESSIONAL he is.
    - and then when i spoke again a while back the person said it would maximum take 8 hours..
    WELL I WOULD WANT TO STATE THAT IT BEEN MORE THAN 8 HOURS NOW COS ITS 3 MONTHS NOW

So i called to the customer care so Rohit said k the line will get act in 2 hrs. then too my line not got activated. so the spoke to Miss janki pillai, then she also said k the line will get activated in 2 hrs. still i faced the same problem. So again i called to customer care so Mr. Roshan Srivas said k the line will get act in 2 hrs. But i was not satisfied with him, so i said k to tranfer the call to the floor assist but he was not ready for that also and atlast he said k the line will get act in 15 mins. And now post 15 min my line is not yet activatd

    I had buy a Vodafone post paid Sim from Vashi gallery & give him all the document.
    they say to me this no. is activated with in 3 day but after one week i found that the my no is not activated.
    i call to customer care & found a interested story that no is not a post paid no but it is a pre praid no. & they tell me that this no is not activated for me but this no is given to another person.
    also after checking all the record they found that they is no information about me or my no.

    2. get a scheme of 40p/minute for one month

    But NEITHER THE SIM WAS ACTIVATED NOR I GOT THE ABOVE 2 BENEFITS after 24 hour.

    they say to me this 2 nos are activated with in 3 days but after one week i found that the two no is not activated.
    i called to customer care & found a interested story that the both the no is activated & they told me that these two number is not activated for us but this no is given to some other person and it got activated also
    also after checking all the record they found that there is no information for our numbers and also Verification team has visited our office for verification.

    Please take proper action to resolve this case.

    I dont know whats wrong with vodafone today there are soo many options for the customer but still wee chosen Vodafone post paid its been 5 days still the post paid sim is not yet active will surely lodged complaint about this matter kindly check if you guys can resolved it or i have to check orther option [protected] this no is not yet active from last 5 days still they say waIt for 24 hours

      My name is Gagandeep Singh Johar and I am a Vodafone Customer. I wish to lodge a complaint against Vodafone Mobile Service Provider. I am a Vodafone customer for the past 8 months and Vodafone has been giving me all false commitments. When I purchased the Vodafone Mobile connection (Post-Paid) I was told this is the the best service provider. I was told "Vodafone is Happy to Help and has coverage in the entire Nashik region". However since the time I have got this connection, I have had a number of issues. The calls don't connect, Internet does not work. And when I call the Customer Care, they disconnect calls. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Vodafone website gives us the email address and phone numbers for escalations etc. like the Nodal Officer and Appellate Team. I have sent them many emails so far but they simply don't respond. I have the entire email chain available as proof. I, would appreciate if an action is taken against this as Vodafone is misleading the people of India. We are paying for the services that we don't even use, and to top it up we are treated like beggars (customer care executives disconnect our calls or misbehave with us).           Dear Sir,

          I am a Vodafone consumer and have been using the services baring number [protected]. Due to some urgent priority official work i had to travel to Kuwait, i did not get a chance to activate international roaming when coming to this part.
          Due which i contacted their customer care over an email and requested them to do the needful.
          As my company changed domain and i have no access to my registered email id i have shared my personal information for helping me out in activation. I have made a payment of Rs.3000 as demanded by the customer care representative. But to my surprise the service was not activated till date. Hence i had to contact the Nodal and Applet offices of Vodafone. To my surprise the Nodal and the Applet were so irresponsible to respond to my complaints and emails .
          I am out side India and have limited access to communication hence i request you to please help in dealing with this and reduce my emotional trauma. I am not able to contact any one near and dear and having financial loses in the form of lost contracts.
          Hoping to get a resolution soon. I can provide the email communidatio that i had with them in full.

            Ref: complaint regn no.[protected] dt 29/08/2013

            I have received message that the problem will be resolved by 06/09/2013 but as on date no improvement at all. Last couple of days i get flash message every 10mts. This is not only disturbing but also the getting discharged frequently.
            I have tried to contact last two days by dialling 111 &198 but not getting through. Request you to contact me and resolve the said issue.

              Hi, I am BHUSHAN PATIL. I have done portability of my two Aircel no. i.e. [protected] & [protected] into Vodafone billing VG_MU_MV_NOVARTIS_99 corporate plan. In this plan Vodafone offers Novartis and Sandoz employee free calling in the circle i.e. .CUG ( Corporate user group). As per my request Vodafone activate CUG on 31 July 2013 also informed this though mail. But after some days they again deactivate CUG service without any intimation and still it is deactivate. I have communicate on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com and by phone also but not any satisfactory response they given to me My email id-:[protected]@gmail.com mob-:[protected] /[protected]

                hi , Even I got a call from [protected], he said he is from Vodafone company and I have won a lottery of 25 lakhs for my vodafone number and said he is calling from Kolkata from some saxena bazaar and gave another person named Sundar Singh with number [protected] asking me to call on that number for further details. I didnt knew the ISD code was from Pakistan and thought to find out more and so called up the new number, this guy asked me to give my bank account details onto which money to be transferred for which I gave a fake 12 digit number. Then he said to proceed with this winning amount I have to deposit Rs 10300 into some persons account number as below: Sanjay Kumar SBI [protected] Then he asked me how much time I will take to transfer, I said 2 hours and then he cut the call. After about 5 mins he called back and said for the next two hours till the time I deposit the amount I need to switch off my mobile which I didnt just after this I checked in google and this ISD code was from Pakistan so I didnt switchoff my device thinking that they might be trying to hack some Indian numbers from Pakistan. I shared this information thinking it would be helpful for investigations. can someone tell me proper place I should report this other than this as I can see these posts from the past 2 years.                   I have serious issue with vodafone network in my area. I have raised complaint regarding this but action has been taken till today. I am sorry I have lost the complaint number. But If you search your system you will find out the complaint. For this purpose, I have been calling the customer care again and again but no response on this. Only response I get from past three months is "your problem will be solved in 2 months" but not yet solved. I keep getting one reply from them now "Sir, our technical team is working on it". As well, if I do a port, I am not getting the MNP number don't know why. Hope it will be taken care ASAP. Really frustrated with the network, repenting of coming back to VODAFONE.                     vodafone people blocked my sim for no reason. my number is [protected]. they blocked my sim permanently without informing me and now i will be going to consumer court and i will give police complaint on this regard.. this is really worst service from vodafone..

I have no problem with my mobile phones but I am facing problem with Vodafone dongle 3G. I have not getting signal and proper speed of internet with Vodafone dongle 3G at my house. • I have purchased 850 per month plan of Dongle 3G and deposited Rs. 2550/- as 3 month advance in one go. Mr. Sagar ([protected]) from vodafone made conversation with me regarding 3G speed ranging from 1 mbps to 21 mbps. He assured me for a speed of 8-10 mbps on an average. • In this regards, I made an request at phone no. [protected] on 1st September, 2013. Mr. Sanjay told me to arrange a call back to me which never happened. • Again I called at the same number on 10th September, 2013 and Mr. Sunil told me to arrange a call back to me which never happened. • Again I called at the same number on 12th September, 2013 and Mr. Satpal told me to arrange a call back which never happened. • Again I called at the same number and Mr. Parvez told me that this problem will take a month to solve. • Then I called at Mobile No. [protected] to contact Mr. Sagar but I experienced a very bitter response from this no. The phone was picked up only first time in the day then it was cut frequently and I could not have a talk with Mr. Sagar from I took this dongle. • My first request is to solve my problem at the earliest so that I could get the value for the money. • For the period during which you could not correct the problem, you should not charge from me.                         My name is Sudeep Parihar and I have vodafone postpaid mobile no. and without my permission internet has started on my phone and charged me 5500/- Rs for August 2013 bill. I did not requested to vodafone to start internet on my phone and once i logged-in by mistake in internet in my phone it started and continue for August month 2013. And nobody from vodafone has informed me for the unusual bill amount and unusual internet usage in August month. Internet usage for August month 2013 is 0.5 GB, if i had to use internet on my phone so i could have taken 1 GB plan and it would hardly cost me 150/- Rs not 5500/- Rs.

                        My normal monthly bill amount for previous months was maximum 200 /- Rs so why should i use internet without any plan and pay 5500/- Rs and how can vodafone provide credit limit of 9500/- Rs for maximum 200 /- Rs user.

                        In my other vodafone no., i usually get number of calls for vodafone promos, because it has vodafone profit but vodafone could not contacted to me where unusual event was happening in unusual internet usage, unusual bill and other similar things for customer well being.

                        I also contacted vodafone costumer care executive and reference no. of our conversation is[protected] and[protected] for the same issue. And i contacted to them by mail as well and they provided reference no.[protected] but there is no satisfactory reply from them.

                                    Dear Sir, i am customer belongs to vodafone network. I am using Samsung Phone and installed vodafone application. By the of that application , i used to recharge my GPRS / 3G / talk time whenever i need. On[protected] , There is a plan([protected]@RS125 ) i selected from vodafone app in "Best Offers ". If you recharge Rs 249 via online , You could have following benefits. "Enjoy 1 GB Of 3G Browing! Market Price : Rs 249 Your Price : 125 Rental Discount :Rs 96.61Tax : Rs27.4 FREE MB valid for30 Days ". This is the actual description on the web application while we start to buy. I activated the plan via Online Money Transfer , as per the Plan i received 1GB of 3G data to my data account as well as Rs 96.61 Rental discount added to my original talk time. Then after few weeks , on[protected] , i bought the same plan one more time. This time i received 1GB of 3G Data alone without the rental Benefits (Rs : 96.61 not added into my talk time) . I talked to vodafone customer care 5 times ,no one responding properly. All the nodal and appelleate number in vodafone website redirect to same customer care or showing busy. i sent screenshots / proofs of evidence to vodafone chennai customer care / tamilnadu vodafone nodal /appellate , no one responded. You could see the screenshots of transaction happened in[protected] correctly and cheated amount on[protected]. Please help me to get back my amount Rs 96.61. Customer care and nodal officers totally irresponsive about my complaints. They try to cheat me.

                                      i have Vodafone Delhi mobile connection no [protected] in the name of Jyoti gupta.when i reached Bettia in Bihari contacted the customer care and i bought Rs 24 as an access fee for free incoming call.After that any call i received has been charged @ 1.5 paise second.and local and outgoing calls have been charged at the same rate. and charges have been deducted from my prepaid balance.for that matter, i lodged the complaint with Vodafone.and made several exchange mails.but of no avail.Desperatly, i still paying all calls as outgoing rate.

                                      as per vodafone Delhi tarrif there is 24rs pack for 1.5p/min incoming and outgoing calls you need to purchase 75rs which have one month incoming totally free and or 5rs/day for the free incoming
                                      Currently i am in Bihar. what is Roaming Tarrif applicable to my call in Bihar??? can u explain...

                                        Hello

                                        My office Raymonds are tied up with Vodafone for CUG plan. As such, they provided a connection to me on 25.07.2013.
                                        Their sales agent Mr. Munwar said that I am being put on a calling plan of Rs. 199 and an unlimited data plan of Rs.99 and that I can start using the plans immediately. So, I did that.
                                        I was oblivion of the fact that I have no data plan active on my mobile and that I am being charged at an usual rate.
                                        Neither was there any intermittent sms from Vodafone alerting me regarding my data usage as happens with my Idea account, where I have data plan active.
                                        I have been using mobiles since 1999 and I am quite aware of the data plans and the charges associated. so, obviously I am knowledgeable enough to understand that an unlimited plan active means my charges will be capped.
                                        When I received the bill, to my surprise I found that I have been charged a total of Rs. 3161 of which data charges were of Rs.2913.
                                        I have raised a complain to VODAFONE explaining the situation and they keep on denying the fact. I have even raised a complaint through the sales agent who activated the plan, but still are denying.
                                        I hold them for nondisclosure and false information given. I have sent out a mail for disconnection and am not ready to pay any charges fro data usage as I did not know that I do not have a data plan.
                                        For reference, I can produce my other bills from other providers.

                                        Please help me resolve this issue.
