I am using this service because i am big stupid.This is a froud Mobile Service Provider.Yesterday i activated 3g internet packs by dailing *444*8#.In this pack i got only 30mb data usage.Today i call 121 to know more about internet packs...i got that we get 125mb data usage at rs24 and to activate dail *444*24#...when i dial this i got that 30mb data usages for one day only...and rs24 deducted frim my account...i am posting this post in hope of get justice...i think these all compny are froud and exploiting there coustomer.Today i am going to break my vodafone sim becoz this is not only first time...its always happened. My vodafone no is [protected]

    Dear Vodafone Team, I have one postpaid vodafone connection, I am suffering from unwanted services from vodafone. They are only cheating with customers to activate services and send large amount bill, and there is no any support from customer care. I called 10 times customer care but did not get any solution. My vodafone number also has been closed, while its post paid number.
    vodafone should be kicked off.should be bann and put a seal on that company, cheater.vodafone cutting money from customer without reason, if you call their customer care, that all are not giving proper response.i request all please changeover to bsnl.Atleast we will be satisfy that our money is given government.not bloody these

      Sub: Non receipt of Vodafone Bill for post paid connection Ref No. Vodafone mobile connection no. [protected] Dear Sir, Apropos of the subject cited above, this may please be informed that during last 3-4 months it has been observed that your office has not been sending my Vodafone bill against the aforesaid number. The undersigned has contacted your Customer Care Service several times (at least 100 times) in this regard but they did not pay any attention to my request, but only gave me several false assurances that duplicate bill would be sent to you shortly. But they did not actually send any duplicate bill, as a result of which I have been facing problems for making payment against my rental bill following which my connection was withdrawn for at least seven days. However, on the basis of the message sent on my mobile I paid the bill after due date and my connection was restored after seven days which resulted in so many problems to me which is not desirable from you at all. In the month of September, 2013 the bill did not come to my house. After so many requests to your Customer Care Service, your personnel sent me a Xerox copy of POD indicating that the bill was delivered to my door step which was subsequently lost, although during that period other members of my house were very much present in the house. This amply proves that your delivery man is not delivering the letter properly, rather evading responsibility. It is a matter of great regret this year I have not yet received my bill for this month too, although the payment has already been made by me on the basis of your message in my mobile. This is not the system for making payment. But lest my connection is disrupted like previous month, I have made the payment. Such irresponsible act is not desirable from a concern like you and if such thing continues in the nest month I shall surrender my Vodafone SIM Card without any hesitation, which may please be noted. Your early action in this regard is solicited.

        On 25th Oct 2013, I called up Vodafone customer service to get a new 3G data card. Accordingly your representative came to my residence and collected my documents i.e. photocopies of my passport and a photograph. He delivered me a SIM card and told me that the dongle will be delivered nexst day. On 26th Oct 2013 the same representative came to my residence to deliver 3G dongle. He collected Rs. 1000 from me and gave me receipt as well. He was from SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE SERVICE PVT LTD. I was assured that on the same day my data card will be activated. I was looking gor Rs. 1250 / 8GB data usage plan. On 26th Oct 2013 I received verification calls. Inevening I received a call from Systematics and I was told that the Rs.1250/- plan cannot be given to me as I have ONLY paid Rs. 1000 for dongle. For Rs.1250/- plan to be activated I need to pay additional Rs. 1000. On this I immediate called Vodafone customer care and I relized after talking to your tele representative that the person has not provided any mobile number to me for the SIM card delivered. On this next day on 27th Oct 2013 I went to Vodafone gallery in Borivali (West). They heard me but told me that they cannot help me. There I asked them to raise a complaint against the Systematics. The request number for that is[protected] On 27th Oct 2013 at around 11 AM I received a call from Systematics. They give me mobile number as[protected]. I was told that the same number on my data card will be activated by evening. On Monday 28th Oct 2013 I received a message from Vodafone (VM-VFCARE) that they cannot activate my number for data card and I should contact Systematics. On calling Vodafone customer care I came to know that this number[protected] cannot be activated as there are outstanding dues. Umpteen number of times I have called to Systematics but they are not responding.

        This has been the worst experience from vodafone!!!

        I am a Vodafone customer since last 5 years but this experience has annoyed me so much that I wish to cancel all my Vodafone connections.
        Below is the series of actions that has been take with regard to activation of this new postpaid connection ([protected])

        1. On 2nd September I took a new postapid connection from Systematic Knowledge services and the no. was [protected].

        2. After a lot of follow up, no. Got activated on 6th September and got a message on alternate no. ([protected]) to call for televerification.

        3. I was not able to make any call and on 8th September, Vodafone (executive at 198) as well as Avni from the Systematic Knowledge
        services informed that I have been given a wrong Simcard and the new Simcard will be sent to my address the very next day.

        4. I followed up a lot but new Simcard was not sent to me till 20th September. I was advised to repalce the simcard from a Vodafone store. I
        exchanged my Simcard from a Vodafone store on 20th September. Sim Card got activated within an hour and I completed my Televerification.

        5. After the Televerification is done, I am getting a message saying "Not on registered network" if I try to make any calls from that SIM.

        6. I tried to call on 198 and they are telling that my televerification is still pending. They gave me a alternate no. to complete my verification
        ([protected]). But when I call here it says that my televerification is already completed.

        This has also been escalated to Nodal desk of Vodafone. But still there is no action taken on this.
        I had paid Rs.300 to Systematic Knowledge Services and I have been given a receipt for the same.
        I think this was a waste and I should forget my Rs.300 and I should cancel all my vodafone connections.

          Hi, I am holding two Vodafone Corporate connections issued at Bangalore.([protected], [protected]) Facing n/w issue, frequent call drops issue since last 3-4 months. I have called to customer care so many times and logged the complaint about it. Till now no action has been taken by them. I have raised number portability request also but their executives called me 2-3 times and said that the problem will be resolved.But till now no action has been taken by them.             I am Uday Mer, I am customer of Vodafone. My number [protected] has outstanding bill around 2100 it is because of gprs usage, and Vodafone had stopped my outgoing call. Like to make your kind attention On this number vodfone_live_2G_unlimited plan is activated. regarding this I had called customer care and they had called me that your CUG dealer has not activated mobile internet service on your phone so service not activated on your number. In whole scenario due to a single mistake of your side we are suffering lot.

            I request you to resolve it earliest and waive off the amount and resume the service.

            I was my assumption that Vodafone has the best service but I think was wrong because, the date the card I activated I faced many problems regarding service and all stuff.

            I heartily request to help me, otherwise I will going to stop my number from Vodafone, even stop my all CUG number.

              Please note, you received an MMS on your account and it has been viewed. So, every time you try to view an MMS, there is a data transfer and you will be charged at a rate of 10ps/10KB. Incase if you are not able to view any of the MMS you receive please delete it to avoid any further charging

                I have been a customer with Vodafone postpaid user since Jan 2013 ? my account number is 5.70155.00.00.[protected]. and mobile number is [protected]. 1. My credit limit is just 2500 INR. However, This month Vodafone has generated bill of amount 19892 INR. Here, big question comes why Vodafone hadn?t stopped my services when my credit limit was crossed. In generated bill, calling recharges are normal as previous bills. But, recharges for data usage is 19820 INR approx. 2. As per generated bill, I have used 6.3 GB of 2G data from 28-Aug to 27-sept. But, I completely disagree with this much data usage. when I have already taken 190 RS 2G-internet plan for 3GB. Also, I haven?t got any intimation for data plan was over. The changes are also not applicable. The payment of bill is completely beyond my limits. I can?t pay this kind of hefty amount for mobile usage. Please let me know if anyone can help me here.

                  I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer response team of vodafone. This is pertaining my account [protected].
                  I have been given wrong bills continuously by VODAFONE for last 3 months. And it is mainly their data usage calculation which is a concern. VODAFONE simply wants to suck every penny from customers in the name of 3G data charges because most often it is not tracked by the customer directly. so they sent me wrong bills. Through constant follow up with nodal teams, i was able to get reversal on previous occasion but this time they went overboard. Sent me a hugely inflated bill. I had high credit limit. so got the liberty to over bill me. clearly I refused to pay the amount till the bill was corrected. I sent several mails but did not get any satisfactory response from them. Instead my connection was abruptly discontinued. Since this was the only no. I was having I faced a lot of trouble for few days. Then I got AIRTEL no and have been happy since then.

                  The customer team is hounding me for payment on my mail ID, since luckily i did not share my new no. with them.
                  I have absolutely lost trust in vodafone. had been a customer of Vodafone since BPL HUTCH days. BUT This new team is apparently greedy, non-transparent.It is very disappointed for a POST Paid customer.
                  I think it was due for some time now that I try out other subscriber. As they say, every cloud has a silver lining.
                  AIRTEL is great.

                  I hope guys you avoid vodafone terrible services and save yourself from the agony of being hounded by them inspite of being a priviliged customer.
                  I have also raised with issue with consumer court. Hopefully VODAFONE will be reprimanded.

                  How will the company able to establish contact with me when it discontinued the connection with-out resolving the grievances.
                  Your Co.erreously billed be Rs 1700 extra then reversed it in september. You billed me retrospectively in Aug and then reversed it again
                  And then you did same thing in Oct.This is a trend for the Company. The Company over-bills the 3G charges to high credit limit customers because it is hardly tracked and then you bully the customer.

                  I no longer care. This piece was written solely to gullible customers to AVOID VODAFONE.
                  Keep your connection with you.
                  VERY POOR.
                  Your billed 1700 extra then reversed it in september. You billed retrospectively in Aug and then reversed again. In October also same.
                  Co.over-billed 3G charg to high credit limit customer coz its hardly tracked, then you harass customer.I no longer care.
                  I suggest all people to AVOID VODAFONE.

                    Sir, I am a customer of Vodafone India network. My mobile number is [protected] I have been complaining to the customer care about their bad network on my home. At first there was no issue. But after their upgrade from 2g to 2.5g I can’t use internet or make calls indoor. I have registered various complaints on the same issue for the past 1 years but they are not caring to rectify it. They say they have rectified it but nothing is seen in practical.                       3G modem out of order with in three month, I return to Vodafone gallery at Manjushree, Haldia, West Bengal on dated 06/11/2012. I can't return back the Modem till date, I inform customer care of vodafone and gallery also several times but no result. The gallery people not taking interest with the matter, not even giving any positive information .

I tried to port my Vodafone number to videocon in May 2012 I repent for the mistake..The No was NOT Ported successfully as it was rejected by videocon saying that, the address n id proofs need to be submitted .. but when i enquired the retailer he clearly shows he has sent all the id and address proofs, ...In any case after it was rejected it is with vodafone, I had been to vodafone stores @least a million times and they promised me that the no is with vodafone (right since 2012) and i had been following up but having made me reach out to them for an year (all the way saying the no is available with vodafone) they now claim that it is not possible to get the no. Now when i visit some other vodafone store, logical they should be giving the same resolution, shouldn't they?, but they say ask me a week's time to retrieve the no.. Is Vodafone running business or something else.. NOW Videocon has closed its operations...Its been more than an year since this happened and because of this idiotic Trash, I have lost my number... and now it is NOT IN USE... Is there any logical reason for the NUMBER to be NOT in use, if the porting is NOT proper it should have been intimated...BUT it was NOT, INSTEAD FOR AN UN-SUCCESSFUL PORTING HOW THE HELL I CAN LOOSE MY NO... WHICH I CANT AFFORD TO... having done all formalities i don't need to waste my time... if i m not able to get proper resolution, I will file a suite and necessary action may be taken against Vodafone

                            I was using vodafone prepaid number [protected] suddenly after using it for few months my number got disconnected. I got to know from customer care that more than 10 number has been assigned in my name and TRAI has disconnected my number due to some regulatory rule. I was shocked as I was just aware of this number and have no idea of other numbers. I asked customer care person to give me the list of numbers so that I can file a complaint and get other numbers blocked as other numbers are using fraudently using my address/id proof. Person replied that they can't provide the number and I should contact near by vodafone store for the resolution.
                            I reached vodafone nirmaan vihar store on 7th of sept 2013 but no body was aware of the process, after discussion with few employees Neeraj sent mail to someone about my issue and asked me to follow up after few days. Since then I was following up with no response from anyone.
                            Today on 24th oct when I reached store, I met Neeraj and was surprised to know that still they don't have any details of other numbers. On his request I met Sachin (Store manager) and was very disappointed with his response. Very rudely he said to me " kisne bheja apko yahan, yeh yahan se pata nahi chalega. hume kya pata apne kahan kahan apna id proof baata hai" (who send you to this store, we can't do anything on this. How can we know to whom all you have given your id proof.) We can reactivate your number if you want.
                            I just want to know that being a store manager, he don't know how to talk to their customers?
                            If this can not be tracked from vodafone customer care and vodafone store that how many numbers are against my name and proof then where should I go?

                            The lady Neha at store does'nt do anything except for checking the token and she is so rude that I would never like to visit the store again.
                            I haven't seen her working on her desk (in my 5-6 visit) except roaming and if someone asks her a question then the very first reply from her is "where is your token? they will call you according to that"

                            Vodafone has lost one of his customer from today, and I would like to bring into vodafone notice that if any fraud happens with any number against my name, then I am not responsible for that as currently I am not using any number of vodafone.
                            Also i would like to bring into notice of higher management of vodafone to keep some polite and humble person at their store not like Sachin and Neha, as this is highly competitive world and people of lots of other options.

                              As per my billing cycle my bill was 4200 for three months. I recieved a call from vodafone and they give me a waiver of 2200 rupees. After it I paid the rest amount of 2000. But from next month the amount of 2200 was added to my next billing cycle.My mob. no. is [protected]
                              I am using Vodafone for 12 years now & its been 12 years is ever since Vodafone came to India. However, I am very unhappy with Vodafone's integrity issues. They loot customers by increasing their credit limit without their permission every month. I had agreed for a credit limit of INR 2100 and they increased it to INR 9000. I have written several emails to them explaining my financial difficulties and have requested them to wave off a certain amount of my bill but they have not done anything about it!!!

                              I am really unhappy with vodafone and will have to start using a new number with a new simcard from a company that values its customers more.

                                Sir/Madam After giving my complaint almost every where @ 111, Vodafone Store, E-mail @ Vodafone Care, Talked at Nodal Office & even at Appellate Authority, but the problem of network in my indoor residence is going worst & worst. I am Deepak Bansal user of Vodafone prepaid connection # 98xxxxxx82. I am seriously getting frustrated in using even 2G connection only for calling purpose, no Internet, no 3G (3G coverage is not available at my residence). Completely unable to make & receive calls, unable to receive SMS. Frequent call drop at every call whether incoming or outgoing. Have to go out of my house to make & receive calls. Already gave request on 31.05.2013 @ Vodafone 111 (Complaint No- [protected]) but no action till now. Then I had given a complaint for the same to Nodal Office on 18.09.2013 ( Complaint No[protected] Every time whenever i contacted them for status of my request, they simply said... We have forwarded your complaint, please give us time. Now they have taken 5 months but completely unable to give me a reason for this delay. My case is with Nodal office right now with Mr. Martin, but he is such a lazy person in a Top level office, he didn't nothing to solve my problem. Vodafone just make fake promises to solve my problem by saying sorry & sorry again, but they don't want to do any work from low level office to top level office. Vodafone advertises That their networks works well even in remote areas & villages, but I stay in Delhi, capital of India, & in a better location but completely unable to use my cell phone. I have even replaced my mobile phone by spending Rs.15000 & replaces a new SIM, but this does not solves the problem. I have to manually search for network after every 10 minutes. I am using 2 Vodafone connections, out of that my Main contact no is in use from last 8 years & from last 3 years I am continuously in follow up with my issue. Now i[censored] people can solve my problem with in 3 days by installing a Booster or otherwise then its OK, otherwise i will portable my connection to some other company. Please don't say in your reply by giving a link that please fill your details on the site & share your number. I did this many times.                                 Thanks for appreciating my patience but please do something so that I can appreciate you.

                                You people are doing nothing for my complaint/request of NETWORK PROBLEM. I am surprised to see that I have my complaint every where in your team but you are not taking any action from last 5 months. Why Vodafone is doing every work so negligently, why you are not taking this issue seriously, why you are not doing anything for me, why you are making your customers fool by saying just sorry & thank you by not doing anything. I don't think my complaint is so unique for which you have no solution.

                                Its just a Network problem in my HOME INDOOR & NOT in MY AREA. I never get any call, message, email from your side for giving update. It simply means you are not doing anything for me. I had posted my complaint here on 26 Oct-2013 for this you have asked for 5 days & on the expiry of 5 days you again extend the time for more 3 days & on the expiry of these 3 days, you will definitely ask for 1 week more. What is this??????????????????

                                Are you people wanna solve this problem or not, simply tell me that we don't have any solution, we are more than worst of a govt. office. If are not able to provide me a reasonable service & solve my problem, I will simply PORT MY CONNECTION TO SOME OTHER TELECOM OPERATOR. You should atleast give me options for arranging BOOSTER. I AM READY TO BUY A BOSTER. I can purchase from you or from outside or I can pay a nominal rent for this. But you should proceed this complaint further.

                                    मी "दीपिका रमाकांत म्हात्रे " वोडाफोन या कंपनी कडून मी पोस्टपेड चे नवीन सीम [protected] एप्रिल महिन्यात खरेदी केले व त्याचा बिलिंग काळ हा प्रत्येक महिन्याचा 18 ते दुसऱ्या महिन्याच्या 1 7 तारखे पर्यंत देण्यात आला. या पोस्टपेड कनेक्शन मध्ये 399 रुपयांचे रेंटल प्लान होते. या स्कीम मध्ये मला 1 GB इंटरनेट पहिल्या 3 महिन्यांसाठी फ्री देण्यात आले. पहिले 3 महिन्यांचे बिल हे मला 400 ते 450 रुपयांच्या घरात आले व ते मी रीतसर भरलेही. परंतु नंतरचे बिल हे मला 5000 रुपयांच्या वर पाठवण्यात आले. तेव्हा मला धक्काच बसला. मी त्यांना बिलाचा तपशील जाणून घेण्यासाठी call केला असता त्यांनी मला तुम्ही इंटरनेट सुविधा जास्त वापरली म्हणून तुम्हाला हे बिल पाठवण्यात आले आहे असं सांगितले, परंतु मला जी 1 GB इंटरनेट सुविधा फ्री देण्यात आली होती ती संपल्या नंतर वोडाफोन या कंपनी कडून मला कोणतीही पूर्व सूचना किंवा call करण्यात आला नाही आणि त्यांनी त्यांची हि चूक मान्य हि केली कि आम्ही तुम्हाला कोणताही call किंवा मेसेज केला नाही, परंतु तुम्हाला हे बिल भारावेच लागेल अशी भाषा त्यांच्या कडून करण्यात आली. तेव्हा मी त्यांना सरळ शब्दात सांगितले कि माझी जर चूक नाही तर एव्हडे मोठे बिल मी का भरावे. त्या नंतर त्यांनी माझे इंटरनेट आणि outgoing call बंद केले. तेव्हाही त्यांना परत call करून मी विचारणा केली असता त्यांनी मला तुम्ही बिल न भरल्या मुळे तुमच्या सर्व सुविधा बंद करण्यात आल्या आहेत हे सांगून मला त्रास देणे सुरु केले. मी पुन्हा त्यांना तेच सांगितले की मी बिल भरण्यास तयार आहे परंतु मला तुम्ही 400 ते 500 रुपयांच्या घरात बिल पाठून द्या. परंतु त्यांनी माझे काही एक ऎकुन घेतले नाही व मला call करून त्रास देणे चालूच ठेवले. त्यांच्या कडून मला वारंवार call करून त्रास देण्यात आला व शेवटी माझ्या घरी माणसं पाठवून मला बेइज्जत करण्यात आले. त्यांनाही मी तेच सांगितले कि मी बिल भरणार नाही. हव असेल तर माझ connection deactivate करून टाका. व आता notice पाठून मला एक प्रकारे bill भरण्यासाठी धमकावण्यात आले आहे. तरी कुपया आपण या संपूर्ण प्रकारची योग्य ती दखल घेऊन आणि वोडाफोन या कंपनीवर रीतसर कारवाई करून मला न्याय मिळून द्यावा. हि नम्र विनंती, दीपिका रमाकांत म्हात्रे मी भरलेली त्यांची बिल मी त्यांच्या मेसेज सकट येथे देत आहे. 1 ) Hello!                                       I was using my vodafone number [protected] from almost 3 years but Vodafone has disconnected my connection with out any intimation . As I am a employee, that number was there for my all day to day transactions from bank to all my calls and messages. But Vodafone people are saying that I was not using that number and after putting the same query on VodafoneIndia Facebook page, the representative had called me and said that will get that same number with same plan. But again, when I had visited Vodafone store, Koramanagala Banagalore, they were not ready to issue the sim at first and behaved bit rude with me, his name is Karthik P. and when I got my sim now they are not ready to provide me the old plan .

                                        Got a new Vodafone pre-paid SIM couple of days back only to be able to access 3G internet in my Tab. Was using Docomo for a very long time, but Docomo doesn't provide 3G services in Chennai.

                                        On 22 October 2013, I recharged for 249/- (1GB of 3G data plan for 28 days) - Details below

And in this time I had opened only Facebook for 10 mins and nothing else. When called up the customer care, the rep said I had drained my 1GB data and further 200 Rs of talktime was deducted due to further data usage ALL IN A MATTER OF ONE BLOODY HOUR.

                                        I fail to understand, how come a facebook page had eaten up this much of data... JUMBO FACEBOOK...

                                        No abusive languages and no venting anger here. Vodafone please have a look on this.
