After giving my complaint almost every where @ 111, Vodafone Store, E-mail @ Vodafone Care, Talked at Nodal Office & even at Appellate Authority, but the problem of network in my indoor residence is going worst & worst.
I am Deepak Bansal user of Vodafone prepaid connection # 98xxxxxx82. I am seriously getting frustrated in using even 2G connection only for calling purpose, no Internet, no 3G (3G coverage is not available at my residence).
Completely unable to make & receive calls, unable to receive SMS. Frequent call drop at every call whether incoming or outgoing. Have to go out of my house to make & receive calls.
Already gave request on 31.05.2013 @ Vodafone 111 (Complaint No- [protected]) but no action till now. Then I had given a complaint for the same to Nodal Office on 18.09.2013 ( Complaint No[protected]
Every time whenever i contacted them for status of my request, they simply said... We have forwarded your complaint, please give us time. Now they have taken 5 months but completely unable to give me a reason for this delay.
My case is with Nodal office right now with Mr. Martin, but he is such a lazy person in a Top level office, he didn't nothing to solve my problem. Vodafone just make fake promises to solve my problem by saying sorry & sorry again, but they don't want to do any work from low level office to top level office.
Vodafone advertises That their networks works well even in remote areas & villages, but I stay in Delhi, capital of India, & in a better location but completely unable to use my cell phone.
I have even replaced my mobile phone by spending Rs.15000 & replaces a new SIM, but this does not solves the problem. I have to manually search for network after every 10 minutes.
I am using 2 Vodafone connections, out of that my Main contact no is in use from last 8 years & from last 3 years I am continuously in follow up with my issue.
Now i[censored] people can solve my problem with in 3 days by installing a Booster or otherwise then its OK, otherwise i will portable my connection to some other company.
Please don't say in your reply by giving a link that please fill your details on the site & share your number. I did this many times.
I have given complaint number at both Vodafone care & Nodal office. You can retrieve my details from that complaint numbers.
