I had an outstanding bill of Rs 354. And I wished to disconnect my connection because of their fraudulent bill, horrible network and customer services. Instead of accepting my request to close the account, these guys waited until 3 months, which added monthly rental to my account and then gave me a whopping bill of 1470 Rs. I disputed the bill but they threatened me that if I delayed the payment they would keep adding monthly rental and then I would eventually have to pay them. I was very upset. I was paying for something I had not even used. I still reluctantly paid the big amount of 1470. But I still receive emails from Vodafone saying I need to make the payment. Nothing is disgusting or humiliiating than this. I have sent several emails saying I have done the payment and have provided them with transaction ID. I am really frustrated with these emails. If there is anyone out there who can help me out of this.

      About two months back I opted for two sims of Vodafone with a very great hope of services, but I am really sorry to inform you that it was totally bad experience no faithfulness, no proper services.Following were the problems. I was given two sims one for Voice([protected]) and one for Internet connection([protected]). 1. After several reminders the connection started after talking to so many people that is too for a day only. 2. After a day when i talked to people of Vodafone they answered me that you need to deposit Rs.-1800/-then only connection will be active. 3. This payment was due on Voice card for Internet services, I am surprised when we have not used internet on Voice card how the bill is coming for internet use on voice sim no.?? 4.Even after talking to so many people nobody is removing this unwanted dues on me. Now I request you to stop both the connections which I have already removed from my mobile from that very day and refund my security.Hope my this letter will reach to the highest authority of Vodafone and problem will be solved once for always.Thanks in anticipation.       Thank you for writing to us. Please be informed that the services on your SIM card was activated on 30/08/13 and 31/08/13 for 99**71**55 and 99**71**55 respectively. We confirm that we have received Rs.500 each as a security deposit for 99**71**55 and 99**71**55 on 30/08/2013. We confirm that the data charges on 99**71**55 are accurate as the GPRS usage was done without activation of GPRS data pack. Therefore, the same was chargeable @ 10p/10kb for browsing on Vodafone 2G network. Please be informed that GPRS is a basic service activated by default for all prepaid and postpaid Vodafone numbers. GPRS is chargeable, only i[censored]sed and there is no monthly rent attached to the service.Therefore, we confirm that the charges are valid. We anticipate that the above mentioned details have addressed your query, therefore, we request you to clear outstanding charges on 99**71**55 at the earliest. We look forward to a warm and mutually rewarding association.

        I am using one corporate connection of Vodafone and from that relation I got one broadband SIM ([protected]) from a Vodafone sales executive. As I am not staying in billing address presently, I requested for EBILL. But when I did not received any bill statement in my email id, I contacted Vodafone customer care & found my email id wrongly update in their system. My correct email id amajumder.[protected]@gmail.com & wrongly updated email id is amajumder.[protected]@yahoo.co.in. They took my complain & assured to correct my email id. But not corrected. As I was not getting the bill on time, most of the time I missed the payment & service got disconnected. Few months I paid late payment also. Few days I was hospitalized & was in bed rest. So I was not able to follow-ups with Vodafone care few months. In June 2013, I object to not pay the late payment & asked to rectify the issue & bill. Again they commit to rectify the issue & delete late payment charge. Next month, same story repeat again. Then Vodafone customer care asked to visit Vodafone Store to correct Email Id & asked to pay bill amount except late payment charge Rs. 100 to active the service. Vodafone customer care commit to delete late payment charge again & re-active the connection but asked 48 hrs for that. As committed I paid the bill & wait 2 days. Connection not restores. Vodafone Care then requested another one days. I wait another 5 days but connection not active. I informed Vodafone customer care to disconnect the service. After that conversion my connection not restored & I did not used that connection for a second till date but yesterday I got a call from Vodafone recovery dept that I am having due bill of Rs. 1600 approx. When I refused to pay, Vodafone executive (lady) was shouting on me & using rough language. As per her, service may be de-active but broadband SIM No is active in their system. That for I have to pay the bill whether I use the service or not, that does not matter. Kindly suggest as I don’t want to continue with Vodafone service personally & don’t pay the bill for what I hadn't used.

          Im having vodafone mobile#[protected] & [protected], i paid 1000/- each for this number i was having billing amount of rupees-1800/- & 1400/- respectively, vodafone collection executive called up and ask me to pay thousand rupees for each number and said he will give me waiver of 800/- & 500/- for my numbers and i have done payement also but after 2 day there was only 500 waiver for [protected] and they have disconected the servives also for 300/-rs payement is this the way vodafone treat customer and when i have called the person for query he give mobile number of vodafone employee and ask me to confirm with her she was pooja with mobile number [protected], when i have called her she says im not concern with this and simply disconnect my line and she dosent even lift up the call even the exec name haneef with mobile number# [protected] is not lifiting the mobile, and pooja says that kindly call vodafone customer care or vist store because we work for idea... Is this the way... I request vodafone and consumer fourm people to look into this matter, because of this i lost many calls which was important i need urgent action on this..

          after giving complaint on customer care email id, applet officer email id, nodal officer id, still today i didnt get any solution from vodafone...really consumer complaint also not taking any responsibilty..im very much disoponited...i was in hope of getting help from consumer complaint but no use no one has resolved my query..vodafone and forum didnt help me...out...vodafone really you win in this ..cheating customers...

          above suggestion given by vel india i have submited alternate number and a snap shot of that
          still im waiting for waiver on [protected]...you must provied 300/-rs...waiver more...because of vodafone services...i lost my time..my energy..my important calls...and just because of your services i have to mail and complaint about it...in 700/-rs waiver only 500/-rs waiver...is given by vodafone executive..200/-rs is given by customer care after i had complaint..through customercare.[protected]@vodafone.com..due to extra amount taken for late payment and reactivation...so kindly make it..as soon as possible..after that ...its a bigest nightmare...i had in life...i can pay this extra amount..its not difficult for..me..but i want vodafone services to know how customers are cheated...after this process only i will pay my bill

            hello everyone...my mob no:[protected] residing in the state of kerala.i have done a recharge of Rs195/- on 18/102013 by the information got by the customer care that if you want to know your balance then you only have to dial *121# and after dialing the same, got the msg as 22%discount on 3G GPRS pack as 1gb internet for Rs195/-and i have done the recharge on 18/10/2013 and waited for one hour but didnt get any activation msg.i decided to call the care team and wen i told the incident abt this Rs195 recharge they are telling there are no any offers for that amount...i sincerely suggest all the people in india, PLEASE DONT TRUST VODFONE as the informations they are spreading by msgs are entirely different from what the customer care team speaks.if there are no any offers by which the way the care team informed me then iam asking why did they recharged and debitted the money for the same amount.PEOPLE BE AWARE THIS TELECOMMUNICATION WILL LOOT AND CHEAT YOU IF YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF YOUR RECHARGES...

              sir, i'm using Vodafone 3g for last 2-3 months. but in last few weeks the network of this service in my locality has dropped drastically. it's speed has dropped below 2g speed.. i have spent a lot on this service but now it sucks.. some people in my locality are saying that there's a scandal going on in the network provider in my locality. they have took away some precious parts that help in functioning of the 3g signals... please help it or tell a way to file case against this company workers online.. this i going to ruin the company...

                  Hello, On 12th Oct i have recharged with 16r for 80mb internet pack, and same was processed by Vodafone, but when i connect to internet and try to browse web pages, internet is giving error message saying the webpage is not available, immediately i called up customer care for help, i got revert saying the data team is busy, so call us after 30min, i did call later on and requested for call back option also . when i called second time i did reach data team, the data team listen to my complaint and said call us from different number, we will help on your Vodafone number as i was trying to connect internet thru my laptop. so i called them from different number, they were trying to help me, they give some option which i did in my laptop, even though the net was not on my system. so again i have to call customer care to reimburse my money, as i was not able to browse net, again they said the data team will help, so i requested for call back option and gave my timing (after 9:30pm on Monday (14th Oct), they did not call me on same but they have called on Wednesday morning 9.50, so i have requested them to help to connect net, but they have told me non of the pack are active in my number, i am surprised to listen that, However there might be two reasons 1. The data pack valid for three days only. 2. They never activated my plan at all. i have explained same to data customer care, but they ask me to complain in customer care. So i am complaining here for the money what i have lost, and also on negative service 16 Data package, and call charges for reaching customer care from air tel number:-around 35inr.

                    I have activated my internet data plan of rs. 96 on my no. [protected] on 17 oct, 2013 via calling vodafone care no. 111 now as per plan told by by your system was 650mb @ rs.96 for 21d but i get only 500 mb Now i want rest 150 mb back to my a/c. This is ridiculous that a no. that is made to take care of customers is itself telling a wrong thing. Its cheating i will go to consumer forum

                      I'm using a postpaid connection with no internet plan. I use wifi all the times. I've been wrongly charged around 200rs for internet usage as I've haven't used any GPRS internet on my mobile. I don't even own an android phone. My phone does not have any background internet process. I googled on vodafone complaints and i saw many users getting randomly charged for wrong internet usage. I've heard this for airtel and i can't believe vodafone has started charging users with random amount. This is serious un-professionalism. Apart from this, the vodafone customer care is a big joke. I made a complaint and i got a reply after 3 days in which they mention they called me thrice whereas, i never got a call from them. Secondly, the illeterates mentions in the email that, all phones when purchased comes with built-in internet settings. Are they even IT qualified ? I'm not paying my bill until this wrong charge is reversed. My complaint ID is :[protected] Not Thankful for the unprofesisonalism and loots...

Before that I checked through your offer at *121# that by recharging by Rs.350/= I will get full talk time plus 1212 secs. of free talk time.                                   As per the authentic codes of Vodafone, I checked the best deal offers by typing *121# from my phone. It showed that on a recharge of Rs 58, I will get 500 MB of mobile internet data, for 15 days. I did that, but I got only 385 MB valid for 14 days. I called the customer care immediately and they said that it will be rectified within 24 hours. After 24 hours, nothing happened, so I called again and now they tell me that I will not be given the remaining 115 MB because the offer is 385 MB for Rs 58 only. This is unprofessional, Cheating and fraud. Not to mention, the decisive advertisement by the Company.

                                      respected sir i pankaj bhardwaj using my vodafone number [protected] from last 7 years an this number is in prepaid but due to scrach in sim it get break so iwent to vodafone store which is mohali punjab your coustmer care executive are given me a new sim by saying that in this number we cannot given this number in prepaid you have to take it in postapid and change it in prepaid after sometime my compalints are that as below 1 how much time you will take to convert it into prepaid. 2 as when i take this number internet setting are recived and it will automatically syn my data and working and my useage is over to limit kindly check my detail bill and properly given me detail bill on my email i.d :- [protected]@yahoo.com 3 kindly arrange me a call from your senior executive so i have to expalin brief my complaint or i have to restirct my connection and no need to use your services please also suggest me for that

                                        This complain is regarding of improper deduction of amount rs 100 from my no.[protected]. Customer care representatives are telling that I hv downloaded some so files which I actually never opted. Inspite of dat when I tried to call or ask which so files I hv downloaded plz give me details of it or mail it on My I'd den they took call on hold saying dat we were transferring to ours senior and den after dissconnect d call very bad response ...I m really so much harrassed by being customer of dis bloody company
