In record [protected] airtel dth in the name of anuradha karki, since last 3 years or so, and anuradha khati, in record of indane gas consumer no. 13879, since last 10 years or so, and mini store saying that this no. belong to pradeep rai, how come this can happen, whose fault it can be, whether its the shopkeeper mistake/fault or some one from vodafone staff include in that, i will have to take this matter for further to get my sim back, and take the action against the wrong doer. Why don't vodafone calls the same no. and if so called pradeep rai picks the phone, i will giv up.

I have spoken to the customer care and even visited the store several times and it has been of no use. Each time a different representative speaks to me and after I explain the whole issue, they say they will contact me immediately but they don't!
Someone even called back and said its a mistake from Vodafone's end and so please pay only Rs.2000 and so I did pay Rs.2000 after which I did not receive any confirmation mail or message nor did the person call back.
So only if you can resolve this issue immediately then please call by 1pm or after 5pm.
