Vodafone India executive misbehavior

I received a call from the after mentioned number ([protected]) on 30/09/2013 at 4:46 p.m. There was a talk held between us about a new postpaid scheme. I was not happy with the offer, hence refused him about the offer. Then he insulted me with his misbehavior and vulgar language. The profanity is just intolerable. He also discriminated me on the base of affordability and wealth. I want a strong action to be taken against him....
