Sir/Madam After giving my complaint almost every where @ 111, Vodafone Store, E-mail @ Vodafone Care, Talked at Nodal Office & even at Appellate Authority, but the problem of network in my indoor residence is going worst & worst. I am Deepak Bansal user of Vodafone prepaid connection # 98xxxxxx82. I am seriously getting frustrated in using even 2G connection only for calling purpose, no Internet, no 3G (3G coverage is not available at my residence). Completely unable to make & receive calls, unable to receive SMS. Frequent call drop at every call whether incoming or outgoing. Have to go out of my house to make & receive calls. Already gave request on 31.05.2013 @ Vodafone 111 (Complaint No- [protected]) but no action till now. Then I had given a complaint for the same to Nodal Office on 18.09.2013 ( Complaint No[protected] Every time whenever i contacted them for status of my request, they simply said... We have forwarded your complaint, please give us time. Now they have taken 5 months but completely unable to give me a reason for this delay. My case is with Nodal office right now with Mr. Martin, but he is such a lazy person in a Top level office, he didn't nothing to solve my problem. Vodafone just make fake promises to solve my problem by saying sorry & sorry again, but they don't want to do any work from low level office to top level office. Vodafone advertises That their networks works well even in remote areas & villages, but I stay in Delhi, capital of India, & in a better location but completely unable to use my cell phone. I have even replaced my mobile phone by spending Rs.15000 & replaces a new SIM, but this does not solves the problem. I have to manually search for network after every 10 minutes. I am using 2 Vodafone connections, out of that my Main contact no is in use from last 8 years & from last 3 years I am continuously in follow up with my issue. Now i[censored] people can solve my problem with in 3 days by installing a Booster or otherwise then its OK, otherwise i will portable my connection to some other company. Please don't say in your reply by giving a link that please fill your details on the site & share your number. I did this many times. I have given complaint number at both Vodafone care & Nodal office. You can retrieve my details from that complaint numbers. Regards Deepak Bansal

Thanks for appreciating my patience but please do something so that I can appreciate you.

You people are doing nothing for my complaint/request of NETWORK PROBLEM. I am surprised to see that I have my complaint every where in your team but you are not taking any action from last 5 months. Why Vodafone is doing every work so negligently, why you are not taking this issue seriously, why you are not doing anything for me, why you are making your customers fool by saying just sorry & thank you by not doing anything. I don't think my complaint is so unique for which you have no solution.

Its just a Network problem in my HOME INDOOR & NOT in MY AREA. I never get any call, message, email from your side for giving update. It simply means you are not doing anything for me. I had posted my complaint here on 26 Oct-2013 for this you have asked for 5 days & on the expiry of 5 days you again extend the time for more 3 days & on the expiry of these 3 days, you will definitely ask for 1 week more. What is this??????????????????

Are you people wanna solve this problem or not, simply tell me that we don't have any solution, we are more than worst of a govt. office. If are not able to provide me a reasonable service & solve my problem, I will simply PORT MY CONNECTION TO SOME OTHER TELECOM OPERATOR. You should atleast give me options for arranging BOOSTER. I AM READY TO BUY A BOSTER. I can purchase from you or from outside or I can pay a nominal rent for this. But you should proceed this complaint further.

After waiting for around 6 months, neither I got better network from your Optimization nor any other means like arranging a booster at my site.

Totally unable to make & receive call even now. Call disconnected after 5 mins of conversation whether incoming or outgoing.

Please do something in this regard.

      मी "दीपिका रमाकांत म्हात्रे " वोडाफोन या कंपनी कडून मी पोस्टपेड चे नवीन सीम [protected] एप्रिल महिन्यात खरेदी केले व त्याचा बिलिंग काळ हा प्रत्येक महिन्याचा 18 ते दुसऱ्या महिन्याच्या 1 7 तारखे पर्यंत देण्यात आला. या पोस्टपेड कनेक्शन मध्ये 399 रुपयांचे रेंटल प्लान होते. या स्कीम मध्ये मला 1 GB इंटरनेट पहिल्या 3 महिन्यांसाठी फ्री देण्यात आले. पहिले 3 महिन्यांचे बिल हे मला 400 ते 450 रुपयांच्या घरात आले व ते मी रीतसर भरलेही. परंतु नंतरचे बिल हे मला 5000 रुपयांच्या वर पाठवण्यात आले. तेव्हा मला धक्काच बसला. मी त्यांना बिलाचा तपशील जाणून घेण्यासाठी call केला असता त्यांनी मला तुम्ही इंटरनेट सुविधा जास्त वापरली म्हणून तुम्हाला हे बिल पाठवण्यात आले आहे असं सांगितले, परंतु मला जी 1 GB इंटरनेट सुविधा फ्री देण्यात आली होती ती संपल्या नंतर वोडाफोन या कंपनी कडून मला कोणतीही पूर्व सूचना किंवा call करण्यात आला नाही आणि त्यांनी त्यांची हि चूक मान्य हि केली कि आम्ही तुम्हाला कोणताही call किंवा मेसेज केला नाही, परंतु तुम्हाला हे बिल भारावेच लागेल अशी भाषा त्यांच्या कडून करण्यात आली. तेव्हा मी त्यांना सरळ शब्दात सांगितले कि माझी जर चूक नाही तर एव्हडे मोठे बिल मी का भरावे. त्या नंतर त्यांनी माझे इंटरनेट आणि outgoing call बंद केले. तेव्हाही त्यांना परत call करून मी विचारणा केली असता त्यांनी मला तुम्ही बिल न भरल्या मुळे तुमच्या सर्व सुविधा बंद करण्यात आल्या आहेत हे सांगून मला त्रास देणे सुरु केले. मी पुन्हा त्यांना तेच सांगितले की मी बिल भरण्यास तयार आहे परंतु मला तुम्ही 400 ते 500 रुपयांच्या घरात बिल पाठून द्या. परंतु त्यांनी माझे काही एक ऎकुन घेतले नाही व मला call करून त्रास देणे चालूच ठेवले. त्यांच्या कडून मला वारंवार call करून त्रास देण्यात आला व शेवटी माझ्या घरी माणसं पाठवून मला बेइज्जत करण्यात आले. त्यांनाही मी तेच सांगितले कि मी बिल भरणार नाही. हव असेल तर माझ connection deactivate करून टाका. व आता notice पाठून मला एक प्रकारे bill भरण्यासाठी धमकावण्यात आले आहे. तरी कुपया आपण या संपूर्ण प्रकारची योग्य ती दखल घेऊन आणि वोडाफोन या कंपनीवर रीतसर कारवाई करून मला न्याय मिळून द्यावा. हि नम्र विनंती, दीपिका रमाकांत म्हात्रे मी भरलेली त्यांची बिल मी त्यांच्या मेसेज सकट येथे देत आहे. 1 ) Hello! Your Vodafone mobile bill for Rs.184.83 is due on 06/05/2013.Please pay by the due date to avoid late payment fees. Please ignore if paid. 2 ) Hello!         Hi Team,

        I was using my vodafone number [protected] from almost 3 years but Vodafone has disconnected my connection with out any intimation . As I am a employee, that number was there for my all day to day transactions from bank to all my calls and messages. But Vodafone people are saying that I was not using that number and after putting the same query on VodafoneIndia Facebook page, the representative had called me and said that will get that same number with same plan. But again, when I had visited Vodafone store, Koramanagala Banagalore, they were not ready to issue the sim at first and behaved bit rude with me, his name is Karthik P. and when I got my sim now they are not ready to provide me the old plan .

        Please help me.

          Got a new Vodafone pre-paid SIM couple of days back only to be able to access 3G internet in my Tab. Was using Docomo for a very long time, but Docomo doesn't provide 3G services in Chennai.

          On 22 October 2013, I recharged for 249/- (1GB of 3G data plan for 28 days) - Details below

          Order Amount : Rs. 249.0/- Only

          Within a matter of 1 hour, 1GB data was over and 200 rupees of talktime was gone. Pheww... And in this time I had opened only Facebook for 10 mins and nothing else. When called up the customer care, the rep said I had drained my 1GB data and further 200 Rs of talktime was deducted due to further data usage ALL IN A MATTER OF ONE BLOODY HOUR.

          I fail to understand, how come a facebook page had eaten up this much of data... JUMBO FACEBOOK...

          No abusive languages and no venting anger here. Vodafone please have a look on this.

          Got a call from Vodafone post their comment, just for the shake of calling I believe. There after no changes. Now seems it's high time I just disconnect and throw the Vodafone SIM into the dustbun. That's where it belong I suppose...

            My problem started when I had purchased a new handset and converted my self from Blackberry to Android. I am giving below the list of incidents which will say how much was I harressed by Vodafone The number on which the problem happened is [protected] 1. I was using Blackberry till 13.06.2013 and on 14.06.13 purchased Nexus 4. This is also shown in your system as one of your recovery person has said this to me. 2. On 14.06.13 I had requested Mr. Akash Roy (Through mail) to stop black berry service and activate GPRS for android. 3. On June 15th I had sent a reminder for the same. (Through Mail) 4. Over Phone I was confirmed that the same has been done. 5. On 06.07.13 my first bill was raised and on 07.07.13 I had again expressed my concerns through mail & on phone to Mr. Akash Roy and was confirmed that the things would be done. 6. On 11.07.13 I had again sent a reminder and I was informed that "We have given the same for approvals. Will revert as soon as the same is processed" 7. On 13.07.13 I had sent a mail for conversion of my post-paid to prepaid. 8. On 15.07.13 received a mail from customer care about the process of conversion. 9. Replied the same Mail with cc to my RM highlighting my concerns, no reply till date. 10. On 02.08.13 I had again sent a reminder to Mr. Akash about the reversals, but no reply. 11. Followed up over the phone regarding the issues. 12. Upon the issue of the new bill on 06.08.13, again reminded Mr. Akash Roy for the new charges and reversals. 13. on 16.08.13 sent a reminder (through mail) but no response. 14. While communicating over phone I was assured about the reversals. 15. Till 15th August, the total amount of reversals to be made was Rs. 5041. 16. Received the communication that the reversals would be done. When I reminded about the conversion to prepaid as the post-paid rentals are accruing up, without any use, and was informed that the reversals would be done for the same also not to worry. 17. upon new bill on 06.09.13 again reminded Mr. Akash Roy about the earlier reversals and also about the new bill raised. If you go through the bill you will find that there is actually no usage in the number. A strange thing about the bill was that both blackberry charges and GPRS charges were levied on the same time. 18. Received the reply that Rs. 3000 would be reversed and balance needs to be paid. 19. In between the service was disconnected and people for recovery have visited my home. Also on regular basis they would call me up for recovery and they would not listen to my problem. 20. Finally on 5.10.13 my service was disconnected, and I had to write a mail explaining the things in details but it seems I was not very clear or you did not wanted to understand. 21. On 06.10 a new bill was raised and again both blackberry charges and gprs charges are charged I must have have written more than 50 emails to them but they are not ready to understand the things and are only arguing on their point. Total extra billing done by vodafone is 6290.11 and reversals done from their end is only Rs. 4500/-. They have disconnected the number and are asking for the balance payment, and only then they would restore the number. My question is why should I pay for the fault of vodafone.

              Hello, I have activated free SMS booster for Rs.47 (100 SMS/Day for 28 days). But they have been charging 1Rs/SMS everyday from 12 to 2 am. If they are charging SMS for 2 hours per day, for the complete package they will charge for around 56 hrs (28*2) i.e. almost 2.5 days. When I called customer care person, he said that is server updating time and the SMS will be charged at that time. So I asked him to connect to his higher official and he said ok putting me on Hold. I have been waiting for more than 30 mins. But no one spoke to me. I tried again several time. They not even picked my call. If you are not going to resolve this the only option left with me is to leave quit vodafone services (along with other 4 connections in my family) My Mobile number: [protected]

[protected] I have purchase Dongle on 29.03.2013 by paying Rs. 2000 chargeable rent for 3 months 3GB & than Rs. 250 per month 1GB, As there was no net available in Village Bidada Kutch GUJARAT, I was unable to use service in April &May 13. I Received following mail.After some days I recd. call from Vodafone to pay Rs. 331, I told to that person to stop my Vodafone service, he replied me that he will do needful & pay Rs. 331. I approach to Vodafone Vileparle E & met to Mr. Chetan & ask for payment of Rs. 331. I have told him that I want to discontinue this no. He immediately given instruction on there Computer & told me to pay only Rs.331. I Immediately paid amount. I was under impression that my no. got discontinue Than I got Phone call from retention & told me that they will waive Rs. 875 & continue, I have given them permission but I surprise that Am getting continue reminder for payment of Rs. 2252, though I have not used service. but surprisingly I was getting reminder call to pay amount. I sent them all mail about waiver but still they are demanding balance payment.I Stopped to use service. Only use for April & may in Gujarat. I would like resolve my complaint & stop harassment. we have ask them detail accont since inception period 29.03.13 till date. We had sent many mail but they are not replying.                   Please send us detailed billing since inception with plan we opted for & what about waiver of bill promise by you. ( refer to our all mails sent to you)
                  I just port on vodafone from 2 months, I have E_Connect_3G_ 299 plan
                  activated on my number. According to this plan i get 750MB of 3G data
                  free surfing. But in my previous Bill, i was unduly charged for the
                  following packs with respective charges:PACK CHARGES(Rs)VAS downloas 99 + 99 i.e. d2c_mydala_99I
                  contacted the Customer Care Executive, through mail, call but none of
                  them were able to clarify the charges. All help that i got from their
                  side was that they said you might have clicked some chargeable site or
                  must have downloaded some paid apps.Since i was not sure at previous
                  time thats why i did not argue or file a complaint for mydala charges
                  98 + 98, but in my current Bill dated 05.04.15 to 04.05.15, Bill no:
                  [protected], i am again being charged with similar pack:PACK CHARGES(Rs)VAS downloas 149 i.e. d2c_mazaa_149 on 5/4/15.This
                  time i am sure that i have not clicked on any chargeable content.
                  Please provide some fruitful assistance so that such undue charges can
                  be avoided and above all the inconvenience caused to the customer.Now on 6 may i again receive sms from m.mydala.com for thanking for buying mydala deals, and as per your customer care or APP no VAS is activate on my account.I definitely sure this coming bill contains VAS charges even i don't.Its big headach for me.Please resolve this problem that i continue with your service.

                    Vodafone introduced a bonus card activation to make free 10 mins local or national calls @ Rs.4 I activated the pack from my mobile via IVR response code dialing *111# I have activated this pack several times in past 1 month During 1st 4 times I used to get the popup message from vodafone intimate the number of seconds left in my bonus pack but after 5th time I didn't get any message I have to make calls blindly without knowing how many mins left in my pack but today I activated the pack, 4 rupees has been deducted from my account and I got the popup message stating your pack has been activated showing all the validity information. so I decided to make a call but the charged 9 rupees from my balance for that call. so I called the customer care. To speak to customer care person they charging 50 paise for mins that call went for about 9 mins They didn't return the deducted amount so I decided to file a complaint

                    The amount has been refunded partially by adjusting the number of mins i spoke that day but i knew its not the right way to resolve the case but i told them not to repeat the mistake in future. Thanks for consumer support forum

Next day on 13th September I submitted my Xerox copies of my Voter ID with Photo to the VODAFONE MINISTORE verified by the ministore in-charge Ms. KAHKASHA and her Agent Code is 307603 MOBILE No. is [protected] which is situated in HINOO at LAXMI TOWER APARTMENT beside INDRA PALACE. Then I get the new VODA SIM No.[protected] and IMSI No. [protected]. Further on 19th September I received a message on my mobile written ‘Your MNP request for cell [protected] got rejected. Reason – DONOR : REJECTED NUMBER’ and lastly on 23rd September I got a message from Vodafone written ‘Hello! Your Porting Request EB168278 dated 23 Sep 13 has approved by your current operator’ and on the very night the no. gets terminated from RELIANCE Telecommunication as said by the ‘RELIANCE MINISTORE’. With you knowledge my problem has not been solved by the “VODAFONE MINISTORE” or by the “Complain Helpline Number 198” as I have visited and called many a time to both of them. But they used to give me excuses and I excepted it and give my documents again. But no use of it. . . . . !                         Vodafone IN (Bangalore) — Vodafone connection revoked for no reason

                        Hi,
                        I had recharged for one year validity scheme on 5th April 2008 (Recharge amount = 399/-) and got a balance of Rs 25/- and validity till 5th April 2009 on the recharge. After almost a month on 8th May 2008, someone by mistake recharged for Rs 399/- on my number and i got an extra balance of Rs 25/-.All of a sudden on 12th May 2008 evening i found my validity being cut down to 13th May 2008 and my balance being reduced by Rs 75 without any prior information and without my permission.Upon contacting Vodafone customer care, i didn't get a positive answer and as of today i find my connection being cut down.Upon lodging a complain in Vodafone care, they tell it takes 3 working days to resolve the issue.Does that mean i will have to wait for 3 days to get back my connection.


                        Can you guys please act on this as it has troubled me a lot.

                        I deeply regret to bring to your kind notice that despite of submittng all the necessary documents for the Vodafone connection +91 [protected] (Karnataka network), still my services have not been resumed.
                        The incoming calls on this number cannot be identified, as it does not display the incoming numbers.

                        All the documents along with the photographs had been submitted on the 21st of October at the Indiranagar Vodafone store in Bangalore.The sim is in the name of Mr.Shiv Tripathi.The application number is 20926015.

                        It is of great disappointment that despite calling repeatedly none of the Customer Care Executives attend to the calls; and if at all they do so, there has been no action taken yet.
                        I am facing great difficulty regarding this issue as the incoming calls cannot be identified, and if at all the calls get missed I am unable to call back.

                        I regret to say it is really annoying and disappointing on the part of Vodafone, which claims to be a reputed organisation.Also, I have been a customer of Vodafone from the past 6 years and have never faced such a problem earlier.

                        Hence, I would really appreciate if you look into this matter at high priority.

                        I am migrating from Vodafone to Airtel using MNP.
                        I have a vodafone postpaid connection, for which I had not paid anything when I applied in the begining. Now, the vodafone executives claim that my number is a premium number (fancy number) and the rules have changed so I have to pay an amount of Rs.1000 to prevail with this number which is digusting. This rule came into picture after this MNP as per Vodafone employee (which is not implemented by any of the other mobile service providers). It was not informed in prior and now why should I pay Rs.1000 to Vodafone, which I hadn't paid before. Please advice or take necessary action to act on this.

I have received the Number portablility message on 27th Jan and on 28th I got call from Vodafone Customer care and the convinced me to stick with Vodafone and offered me a reasonable plan. But after 2 days when i enquire to the customer care for the tariff plan. I was shocked to know that I have been misguided and some diferent plan has been activated. Please look into my issue.

                        I have requested for porting of my mobile No from Vodafone to Airtel, have received Request No VM 153997 dt 15 Feb 11 it has been assured that the request will be acted upon within 96 hrs however till today it has not been done. When I called call center I have been told that you are CUG customer hence it can not be done. In fact the bills are always issued in My name contractually I am liable for payments, I had been given option hence I have choosen the CUG plan It doen't mean my company is liable for payment. Secondly, under the CUG plan Vodafone says its unlimited internet but has blocked pushmail, GPS services and many website. In similar plan Airtel gives 2 GB download pm for Rs99 pm which far better. than Vodafone's Rs299 for 2 GB. Vodafone is neither allowing to change in plan nor porting the number.

                        I Have a mobile connection with Vodafone. I recently wanted to Port my number from Vodafone to Airtel. It has been 3 months but Vodafone has not allowed me to move from their network to Airtel. At first they declined the request because I number was under a Corporate Plan. I fail to understand why this should be a problem, however I went to the Vodaone store and moved my # from a Corporate account to a Personal Account. Then i put in a request the second time. This time again Vodafone declined my request and the this time the reason was absurd. They said they declined my request cause they had offered me 5 min a free ISD calls. I never asked for this, Vodafone Proactively gave me this plan and that too without my Knowledge and they denied my PORT request on these grounds. This is causing inconvenience to me. Also Vodafone had Promised to give me the same plan that Airtel was offering, ansd asked me to fax them the plan i was getting from Airtel. I did that but then there was no revert from them and finally when i called them, they said they cannot offer me the same plan. Also now this month Vodafone has sent me an exceptional bill of 3500 - which comprises of charges worth 2500 for GPRS, when i called into dispute the same, they are not willing to take the dispute over the phone. They expect me to mail the dispute to their email id. This is poor customer service. I infact feel they have purposely done this since i am willing to move a new network, can some one please look into this.
                        I gave Rs. 500 to Vodafone for changing my existing service of Airtel to Vodafone through Mobile Number Portability but they rejected my application with out informing me anything. When I called , they said outstandings were due. I paid every outstanding, disconnected all value added services but still nothing is being done. They have taken my money and documents and done nothing

                        This is regarding the problem i faced while opting for mobile number portability. My number [protected] was originally a reliance connection. I did MNP to vodafone and after i got the network in the vodaone sim for the same number, i did an online recharge for certain amount. But that amount was credited in the reliance sim which was forfeited soon.
                        I have been visiting vodafone store and they tell me that they didnt recieve any transaction. I believe this is their problem as the amount has been debited from my bank account. So i need a credit for the same in the vodafone number.

                        I am using Vodafone Pre paid for nearly 5 Years and they never provided any good data plans. Finally I decided to do an MNP. I have been trying to port the number for past two weeks, more than 10 times I sent the messages for porting, 10 times I called the customer care, and they don't even care. The reply message I get is "your number is used for our internal purposes, Please contact our customer care". It takes more than half an hour to get the customer care connected and each time I call they say I will receive the code in next 24 hours!!! the concerned person will call to my number..!! I am not sure what happened to the so called "concerned Person" !! Now they say go to vodafone store...!! Dirty Tactic I would say..!! I hope these people are not going to ask me why I wannu change from Vodafone.. They should know the answer better...

                        Some of my problems with Vodafone Prepaid: +91 [protected]

                        1) I had to submit my document TWICE while taking my vodafone prepaid sim card but they had baud my outgoing calls. Later one, after few days i had to go to their vodafone office to request them to re activate my number. It took me more than 10 days due to their negligence.


                        2) Every day Rs.3/- is getting deducted from my prepaid Vodafone number +91 [protected] due to cricket alert which i have not activated. Am getting sick to rectify this problem neither the customer care people take this seriously. One 27th at 10 pm i made a call to CSR and got an complaint number [protected] and was told that the unsubscribe within 4 hours, but no use. Again on 28th March'2011, i made a call to CSR and was told to wait for some time and the phone was hanging on for more than 10 minutes but did'nt get any response.

                        Now i am really very sick to get their stupid service. Don't know what to do now.

                        Need an action against them asap.

Secondly you would not give a new voafone SIM card through MNP without proper document. Even then we again submitted the document again to restart the services. Please look into the matter immediately

                        I applied for Mobile number portability about one week back. I was trying to port from bsnl to vodafone. On the night of April, 19th at around 2100 hrs, my bsnl service ceased. When I switched to my new vodafone sim card, I expected to get mobile service back after 2-3 hrs. Today is April, 21st 2033 hrs, and I still do not have any mobile service on my phone.

                        My phone number is [protected]. I would like to know if there is any way that I can file a lawsuit against this company for negligence on their part. I am not able to contact my family, and in case anything untoward happens to me, I would not be able to call anyone for help. What they are putting me through is much like harrassment.

                        Vodafone — Mobile Number Portability Request Rejected 4 Times

                        I have been using Vodafone for the past 6 years. Over the last one year or so I am facing lot of troubles with them and hence tried to change my service provider.

                        I have raised the MNP request for four times, and each time after a week Vodafone comes back and says the Request is rejected. When I call the customer service, they harrass me stating that they would not be able to help in any way and I have to go and raise a MNP request again.

                        When I visit the Vodafone customer care office, they dont have a proper solution, stating reason that they are only Sales Team and they dont have a response.

                        I am trying to move out of Vodafone and I am trying it for past 2 months now.

                        10 th of June b: Requested Port out from Vodafone to Airtel VD37487 and received a message from Vodafone saying your request has been rejected due to contractual obligation . Than I called to Vodafone CCE and he told me that Kindly contact relationship Manager of your company. Than I contact him on his mobile phone and corporate email Id. He ( Anoop ) R M of Vodafone assured me that contractual obligation has been remove on ur Vodafone NO [protected].

                        26 of june I generate the New MNP Code no once again VD 417462 and Vodafone reject the same the the same reason.

                        I was really fed up with the MNP process and this happens with thousands of the consumers. This is not only about the Vodafone but all the other operators are playing the same game. These stories are well known to TRAI, TERM and DOT. There is some strict action and steps are required to avail the MNP facility or It should be revoked by the government.

                        I am a loop mobile customer and have been following up with Vodafone for MNP as i want to shift from loop to vodafone. i have been following with vodafone guys but they have not moved my application forward in last two months. i am stuck with vodafone simcard for which i was charged 350 bucks and also had to deactivate many loop mobile facilities so as not to impact contractual obligations. first the loop guys troubled a lot and now vodafone has stopped moving the application. i have had to generate UPC for 4-5 times in last few months. its really disgusting in the manner in which vodafone has been dealing with this issue. they have been passing the buck to third party marketing company andromeda marketing (whose numbers are perennially busy)

                        i am a punjab government employee. and we took a corporate connection last year from vodafone company. their agent mr. vikram took our id proof with him for the connections. but that person used my proof to issue another numbers to some unknown person without my knowledge. but the person who took that number misuses that number and had argue with some person who lodges a complaint at police station ludhiana. on verification police found my address for the numbers and asked me to come to ludhiana for verifiaction. i called vikram at ludhiana police station and he said that he uses that proofs knowingly. then police resolved that case. but i want compensation from the company the way the harassed me and even my department enquired about the same. what can i do for the compensation???
                        i have submit paper for MNP to vodafone on 20 June 2010 in their pahar ganj outlet they said it will activate with in 7 days.

                        on 28 june i confirm with them that time i got information that they put wrong information that why my no cant be transfer so they again put request for that and give me date for 6 July .

                        I am 7 year old customer of vodafone. I was joined it when its name is cellforce in gujarat. after longtime with this company now I want to do porting from this co. before 10 days i was just change my postpaid service into prepaid service today i m going to BSNL CSC Centre for my my number porting in BSNL i already get my unique porting code from 1900 and by using it i fill form n submit document at BSNL Office. but after few minutes i get message from vodafone that your porting request rejected due to you are not using this no. since 90 days so this request is rejected. As per TRAI their is no rules for porting time period but this co. make its own rules for that. i was their 7 years old postpaid customer n no dues is pending of their bills but now when i want to change my service provider than they create this kind of problem. I don't know why they are not follow TRAI rules they stick with their own rules n also suffering their oldest customer by not doing porting from Vodafone to BSNL. Kindly guide me what step i will use for this monopolian co. who are not steak with TRAI for their personal satishfaction. I am waiting for your possitive response by this complaint and also take some strict steps against this kind of monopolitican co.

                        This complaint is against Vodafone service providers....On 21st April I requested for MNP for my airtel prepaid connection to Vodafone postpaid CUG connection and also asked for a new connection...However the new connection did not get activated....After 3-4 days I cancelled my porting request and informed Airtel as well as vodafone about the porting cancellation....After few days got My airtel prepaid connection converted to postpaid....On 5/5/2012 my Airtel postpaid connection got activated...On 7 may I received a msg from Vodafone saying welcome to vodafone and my number got ported to Vodafone....My new airtel postpaid connection for the same no. is working but I am only able to make calls from that number....No incoming calls as it says "Vodafone number switched off"....Unable to send or receive SMS as well.....My number with which I am facing this problem is [protected]....I don't want vodafone connection on this....I am happy with Airtel postpaid....

                        Vodafone — wrong charges for internet use for last day of mnp

                        hello sir,
                        I was Vodafone customer before port out. Now I am Tata Docomo customer. My no. is [protected].
                        My no. had been ported out on 23rd may 2012 @ 10:00pm. My billing cycle was from 1st to 30th/31st.
                        In Vodafone I had 75 rental + 2 gb GPRS @ Rs.98 was activated. But after MNP when I received final bill I have been charged 1st to 22nd rental on pro-rata basis for normal and gprs(VMC). but I have been charged 1p./ 1KB on 23rd for on day. I used arround 73mb on that day. Vodafone had deactivated my plan before 1 day of port out and charged me without rental benefits. and final bill I received is 981/- Rs. instead of approx. 144/- as per rental benefits. even I had not received any call or message regarding deactivation of my VMC rental plan before one day of port out. I request to Vodafone to reissue me the bill with rental benefits from 1st May to 23rd may instead of 1st to 22nd May. I registered complaints in vodafone store,Vodafone customer care & with nodal officer. But till date I have not received any solution.

                            I am Vodafone Karnataka Corporate User using vodafone postpaid services since last 1 year. When I checked my bill for the month of September, i got to know that the company has added extra minutes to the call duration to increase the bill amount. I calculated manually each and every call duration. Everywhere it was the same problem. Initially, I thought may be there is a problem with this month specific bill. So to clear my doubt, I checked the same thing for August BIll also and to my surprise, there also the company had done the same fraud. Each and every month, the company has been charging extra money from me with this fraud. When I called up the customer care, they didn't help me out in this. I called them up 20-30 times and registered my request also. They said, you will get a call but I never got a call after that. Then I dropped a mail to Corporate Email-ID also " corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com" but from them also, I got the same reply that there is no discrepency in the bills. I do have the prooof for the same that the company is doing a fraud. For eg 141.26+51.26 comes out to be 192.52 but the company has added 196.82 or something more than that. Always only the last digit matches. Rest everything doesn't match at all. The company has harassed me a lot. I have just started earning. Bangalore itself is a very expensive city and over that Vodafone is sending me huge bills every month irrespective of my usage. Please help me in this. I am very much mentally tortured because of all this.. Its been more than a month now I have been asking for a help in this.

I am using your vodafone card almost around 10 years and internet package since 2 months as i purchased my new phone and i got free internet usage of 600 mb on purchase of the phone, my internet package was working properly but suddenly on 19/10/2013 morning there was a message from your customer care that my internet package has expired, so i got a new 3G plan on the same day at around 12:23 noon, and i started using my Whatsapp, but around 1:30 i saw a message on my phone that Rs.5.30 are cut off from my balance. Then i checked my balance which was only Rs.406.47 which was earlier Rs.724, which states that my balance of Rs.312 is unnecessarily cut off. My complaint is that if my internet package is expering then your company should inform me 1 or 2 days before its expiry. Also i want to know that where has mah balance of Rs. 312 used, and i also want its recovery. Also i am not satisfied that you are not giving any information regarding this matter, so i request you to please reply to this and take needful actions.

                                I am using Vodafone mobile no along with 10 more connections in my household I am facing serious network issues such as no signal and call dropping. Inspire of complaining with Vodafone customer care they are not being able to solve my problem. Every time I register a complaint with them they say that they have sent a team in my area and got the signal checked some 100mts away from my house. I do not understand why they do not get the signal checked at my premises instead of checking near my premises. Last complaint I had lodged with them in starting of oct 2013 with docket no.[protected]. They now say that my complaint is being worked upon and they will get back to me by December 19th 2013. I am fed up with them. The worst network in Delhi. Rishi jain

                                  I had an outstanding bill of Rs 354. And I wished to disconnect my connection because of their fraudulent bill, horrible network and customer services. Instead of accepting my request to close the account, these guys waited until 3 months, which added monthly rental to my account and then gave me a whopping bill of 1470 Rs. I disputed the bill but they threatened me that if I delayed the payment they would keep adding monthly rental and then I would eventually have to pay them. I was very upset. I was paying for something I had not even used. I still reluctantly paid the big amount of 1470. But I still receive emails from Vodafone saying I need to make the payment. Nothing is disgusting or humiliiating than this. I have sent several emails saying I have done the payment and have provided them with transaction ID. I am really frustrated with these emails. If there is anyone out there who can help me out of this.

                                      About two months back I opted for two sims of Vodafone with a very great hope of services, but I am really sorry to inform you that it was totally bad experience no faithfulness, no proper services.Following were the problems. I was given two sims one for Voice([protected]) and one for Internet connection([protected]). 1. After several reminders the connection started after talking to so many people that is too for a day only. 2. After a day when i talked to people of Vodafone they answered me that you need to deposit Rs.-1800/-then only connection will be active. 3. This payment was due on Voice card for Internet services, I am surprised when we have not used internet on Voice card how the bill is coming for internet use on voice sim no.?? 4.Even after talking to so many people nobody is removing this unwanted dues on me. Now I request you to stop both the connections which I have already removed from my mobile from that very day and refund my security.Hope my this letter will reach to the highest authority of Vodafone and problem will be solved once for always.Thanks in anticipation. Please be informed that the services on your SIM card was activated on 30/08/13 and 31/08/13 for 99**71**55 and 99**71**55 respectively. We confirm that we have received Rs.500 each as a security deposit for 99**71**55 and 99**71**55 on 30/08/2013. We confirm that the data charges on 99**71**55 are accurate as the GPRS usage was done without activation of GPRS data pack. Therefore, the same was chargeable @ 10p/10kb for browsing on Vodafone 2G network. Please be informed that GPRS is a basic service activated by default for all prepaid and postpaid Vodafone numbers. GPRS is chargeable, only i[censored]sed and there is no monthly rent attached to the service.Therefore, we confirm that the charges are valid.
