I am Vijaya Mhatre using vodafone postpaid connection [protected] from dec 2012 given m plan of monthly rent Rs.399 wit 1 GB 2G data free for life time, 30p/min for lifetime, 800 mins free local etc. Also paying my payments on time.As off m getting the same but i got message from vodafone stating that your 1 GB 2G data plan is going to deactivate from next month or you will be charge for the same with monthly rent of Rs. 149 dated on 3/9/2013...

activation of S4 combo rental plan without my knowledge & inspite of multiple requests vodafone is not deactivating it

On one of Vodafone number, [protected], an S4 Combo pack plan with a monthly rental of Rs 1199 was activated sometime in May without my knowledge. I got to know about it only when I received the bill in the month of June. Since then I have called up the call center multiple times to deactivate the said rental plan & revert back to original plan, however inspite of providing me a confirmation on the phone the plan was not reverted. cheated by vodafone, worst customer care

I recently purchased 3G dougle [protected], at the time of purchasing call center told me “3GB data on 3G speed after that 128-512 kbps speed on 2G.” But I am only getting speed 64kbps in 2G. So many times i called Customer care regarding this, then they told me "You are wasting my time"(worst customer care i ever heard.) Even nodal officer are not responding in this matter. So Guys don't buy any internet plan...

Vodafone india - Vodafone Network Problem in Vasai Area.

We the residence from kirawali, Vasai (West) in District Thane (401201) are facing Indoor & Outdoor Network Problem for last 6 Months i.e from August 2009. Many o[censored]s had launching complain from last 6 Months. But till today our complains reguarding Network has not yet solved. Unnecessary Billing

I was having a Vodafone postpaid connection at hyderabad. i have sent a request for disconnection multiple times since 19th May 2013. however they keep billing me and are not disconnecting my number [protected]. I have called multiple times to their customer support department and also sent them mails but to no effect.
