I received a message from Vodafone(VX-611120) today(Sep 8) at 10:17 AM informing me about an offer that said ” 70=70! Get FULL TALKTIME of Rs.70 on Recharge of Rs.70. Offer valid for today only. Hurry!”. I decided to avail the offer and recharged my mobile ’[protected]′ with Rs.70 from ‘www.paytm.com’. But I received only Rs.59 as the balance. I do not understand why they have misled me by sending this message.

Hi guys,

The first message that I received immediately after recharge said that only Rs.59 was credited to the balance. So, I felt disappointed and registered this complaint. But after a few hours I got another message saying that Rs.70 was credited. This confused me even further. Later one of my friends told me that it would take the operator some time to validate the offer and hence the delay.

Any have my problem has been resolved. I thank Vodafone for their timely response.

Hi, Even I got this message saying RC70 full talktime validit:60days. But when I try to recharge through online, it's not getting recharged. Vodafone guys this highly confusing and disappointing. I tried through Vodafone, Paytm and Freecharge.
I received a message from Vodafone(VX-611120) on(May 31) at 12:00 PM informing me about an offer that said ” 3 in 1 Vodafone Offer! 100=100! Get FULL TALKTIME+Local Mobile Calls 1.2p/2 sec-15 days +50 mb data for 3 days Offer valid for next 3 days”. I decided to avail the offer and recharged my mobile "[protected]'with Rs.100 from ‘www.mobikwik.com’. But I received only Rs.83.96 as the balance. I do not understand why they have misled me by sending this message.

    sir, i purchase samsung galaxy core, they give me offer for 1GB net for 2G/3G on vodafone, for 2 months. i call customercare but they did not give sufficient response. whereas Idea also give free net data for two months, my friend also purchase samsung galaxy along with me, he enjoy free net pack( for 2 months) . i become so disappointed with vodafone services. i want to unsubscribe VODAFONE and change the sim card of any other service provider. name-ALOK Srivastava, mob.       Hi this is Nilesh Polekar, I have corporate vodafone number [protected]. Before 2 months I got a call from vodafone outbound executive stating that I was selected for special plan which is provided by Vodafone for lucky one and that I was being offered a new tariff plan of Rs 250 which included the benifits of my original tariff plan (199) plus 1Gb of 3G net free. Ur Similar calls were recieved by my collegues in office. But when we received our bill it showed a rental of 199 + 250 + 99 (data plan). I was promised that i will get only rental of Rs 250 and that my other plan of Rs 199 and Rs 99 will be deactivated. Vodafone repeatedly keeps on cheating customers by first lurking us into offers and then giving a whophing bill.

        Sad to say that i'm a Vodafone Customer for 7 years now. I have taken a add-on number - [protected], however, has not been using it from April. In may i have requested for Data connection and also requested for deactivation of Data connection in june week 1. This request has never been completed. And the same thing happened in Jan too where they had to go back and raise waiver. In July i was shocked to receive a call for payment of bill. I have not been using the number for calls and not the data service and still getting billed. I raised a complaint again in July for waiver - the Customer service never got back to me stating that the waiver is approved. Today they have disconnected my service to the primary number - Without any Bill dues on Primary number and without any prior notice. The number [protected] is still getting billed without any usage - Also, requested to disconnect the services for the same number - never got information for it.

          I have changed from TataDocomo to Vodafone through MNP as i was facing internet related problems with TataDocomo. When vodafone gets activated i have recharged with Rs.51 which has an offer of 1p/1s. But it is not activated after a week also and they are deducting 1.5p for each second. I have called to customer service executives more than 10 times. They will tell after two hours it will be solvable. But it is not solved yet. Very Bad service i have ever seen.

            I have been a subscriber of Vodafone Delhi (Postpaid) for quite a long time now. Recently, I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. Now, after the migration is done, I'm getting my account balance information after every call, and even SMS (though I have an active SMS pack). A message pops up on the screen with my balance information, and this is very annoying for me. I tried calling Vodafone care and even emailed them, but they simply reply "Sorry sir, this can't be disabled". As a consumer, I should have the right to select which services I want, and which ones I don't want. I'm sure disabling this service is not impossible. In fact, I know people on Vodafone Delhi network who got this service disabled - but they're not disabling mine.

            Vodafone (Delhi) — Recieving calls from different bank

            Dear Sir,

            Myself Vipul Dubey working in AXIS Bank ltd new delhi.I had taken a no from vodafone customer care and they had given me the no of some mr Ashish Tickoo.Who had taken Loan from different bank and had not paisd it.
            S Now I am recieving unwanted messages from different bank regarding Payment of Loan amount.
            As this no is taken in month of september from vodafone callcenter.
            After this i had complaint to vodafone customer care and the vodafone customer care person told me that we will try to close your complaint and they had given me the option to change last two digits of my no, but I had given my mobile no to n no of peoples and now i cant change my no.
            I had recieved messages from SBI, ICICI Bank, CITI Bank
            So, Sir Kindly help me out in solving the problem

              I have already complained on 198, i have send an e-mail also regarding this issue. My number is [protected]. Similar call was recieved on my other number ([protected]) and even then we were promised that we will recieve a rental of only Rs 250 so i activated the service on that number too (from 1 sept) little did i know that just to complete your target of bringing people into 3G you guys would target innocent people with fake promises.

                I am Vijaya Mhatre using vodafone postpaid connection [protected] from dec 2012 given m plan of monthly rent Rs.399 wit 1 GB 2G data free for life time, 30p/min for lifetime, 800 mins free local etc. Also paying my payments on time.As off m getting the same but i got message from vodafone stating that your 1 GB 2G data plan is going to deactivate from next month or you will be charge for the same with monthly rent of Rs. 149 dated on 3/9/2013 (message date). Why should i pay monthly rent for the same if at time of taking connection promised for life long benefits, now how you can disconnect my plan. I called to customer care he told m about TRAI rules and regulation. So i just asked if that is TRAI rule then your going to disconnect all others data plan also? so he not able to give m answer Mr. Rajendra on call. Mr. Rajendra told m that my senior is going to call you for same Mr. Pravin but as of now i didnt got any call from vodafone. Please provide as much information as possible...

                  On one of Vodafone number, [protected], an S4 Combo pack plan with a monthly rental of Rs 1199 was activated sometime in May without my knowledge. I got to know about it only when I received the bill in the month of June. Since then I have called up the call center multiple times to deactivate the said rental plan & revert back to original plan, however inspite of providing me a confirmation on the phone the plan was not reverted. As an outcome, every month I kept getting high amount bills. In the month of August, I decided not to make the payment & visited the gallery in Ghatkoper West, near Sarvodaya Hospital on 2nd September. In the meantime my outgoing was disconnected on 31st August. In the gallery, I was given a confirmation that since I had not requested for the S4 Combo pack, all charges of the said pack will be reverted back & that will be reflected in my next bill & my outgoing was also activated. Again, my outgoing was disconnected on 3rd September & I visited the Gallery on 4th September. This time I spoke to the Manager RajLakshmi & she was not only un polite & rude but also absolutely not customer friendly & unprofessional. She just refused to listen to me, told me that if I wish to use the services I need to pay & I have only initiated the request for activation of the S4 combo pack. She went on to say that there is no prior request in the system that I have contacted Vodafone customer care for deactivation of S4 combo pack and hence I am not eligible for any reversal. However, I have this information from the customer care on chat that I have contacted customer care on 7th June, 7th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 24th July, 14th, 19th, 20th, 26th Aug & 3 times on 1st Sept. And I can tell you that all these calls have been made only for one purpose & that is for the request of deactivation of S4 combo pack. To add to it, the agent has confirmed that I contacted them for plan 199 on 17th July and 20th July the system says” you called for reversal of S4 as you say you have not activated the plan”. Please refer to attached chat window sessions for details. I have 2 requests now – 1. Since I had not requested for S4 pack & it was activated without my knowledge, I need the same to be reverted back & the amount that has been paid by me should be refunded back to me. 2. Strict action to be taken against RajLakshmi to be so rude & unprofessional with the customer.

                        Hi, This is to inform you that i had a Vodafone postpaid no.[protected] taken some 4 months back. After 10 days of its use, i lost my Vodafone Sim. Since, than i have not used it any further. But monthly bill keeps coming to my address. I have cleared all previous dues even though i have not used the connection after its 10 days of connection. I have already told this to one of the Vodafone executive in customer service. I again got a bill of payment Rs.326.45 this month(September). This is a highly ridiculous service.                         Please help us with the date on which you lost the SIM card/phone. Since, you're using postpaid connection, rentals will be charged until we receive a request to disconnect the number. We see that your number was activated on 10/05/13 and was in use till 17/06/13 on WB roaming.                           Hi, I was charge for using Vodafone internet ,GPRS and Game download (Rs 3121) which i never used from my mobile.Even In my handset, it will never open any web site and show the message" web page couldn't found". On this matter when i asked several time to customer care they told that the Internet and GPRS service activated on my Vodafone numbers bydefault and onwards they are charging money for that. When i did the complain, the internet service is deactivated on effective from 16-Jul-2013. I have been receiving numerous call regarding the payment. I have been explaining this matter number of times to the cutomer executive and your billing department people but no use. Please issue to concern authorities for action.                             I recently purchased 3G dougle [protected], at the time of purchasing call center told me “3GB data on 3G speed after that 128-512 kbps speed on 2G.” But I am only getting speed 64kbps in 2G. So many times i called Customer care regarding this, then they told me "You are wasting my time"(worst customer care i ever heard.) Even nodal officer are not responding in this matter. So Guys don't buy any internet plan from Vodafone, I am going to consumer court for this.

                              We the residence from kirawali, Vasai (West) in District Thane (401201) are facing Indoor & Outdoor Network Problem for last 6 Months i.e from August 2009. Many o[censored]s had launching complain from last 6 Months. But till today our complains reguarding Network has not yet solved. Due to Network Problem we are not able to Make & Receive calls, Send or Receive SMS OR use GPRS/EDGE (Internet) on Mobile. So please see to the Network Problem in our Area, Kiravali, Vasai (West) in District Thane (401201) & solve it as soon as possible.

                                I was having a Vodafone postpaid connection at hyderabad. i have sent a request for disconnection multiple times since 19th May 2013. however they keep billing me and are not disconnecting my number [protected]. I have called multiple times to their customer support department and also sent them mails but to no effect. The are just not listening and are charging me each month. my last paid bill was around Rs 350 and now due to their negligence it has reached Rs 1000/- -Please find th mails attached. kindly assist.                                 Vodafone - Hyderabad — 3G service has not been activated

                                I've got a new Vodafone post paid connection "[protected]" before 3 days and voice service has been activated, but 3G service for this no has not been activated despite of several request made to customer care team, from last 3 days they have been promising to activate the 3G services but it’s not activated yet, request you the concern authority to look into it and do the needful
                                I am sorry to say i did not receive any calls which were unattended. My number remains at [protected]. kindly add "0" as it would be in national range for you. kindly try to call from 12:00pm to 12:00am any day.
                                yes the vodafone people make false promises even they said me also same thing that they have called up ...bur in fact they dont..

                                  Sir daily i received one message or booster message from Vodafone service centre and at the end of the month automatic deduction of RS 30.kindly deactivate this service.My mobile no is [protected].Apart from that activate the do not disturb so that i could not receive any unwanted message and calls.please do the needful. yours faithfully kishlay Sri Anj

                                    Respected Sir, I want to submit a complaint & inform you about Vodafone poor communication gap or unmanageable services which I faced. I am using Vodafone (No. -[protected]) postpaid 150 plan and now I want to migrate this service in prepaid (Convert postpaid in prepaid). Now I want to convert this number ([protected]) in prepaid. For this I already visited in customer care of Vodafone which is in Dwarka Sector-12, DELHI at dated 29/08/2013 & filled a migration form. I have already paid my all amount in advance. After this process customer care told me it will convert in next 24-48 hours but 5 days have been left , its still switched off. I have complaint many time in vodafone customer care but they all time taking 48 hours time for resolutions and after 48 hours no buddy inform or call me, every time I have to call at vodafone. Vodafone is not able to convert postpaid in prepaid, so how can I solve my issue. I have already paid much more to vodafone now I want to convert my number in prepaid. I will take legal action for this if vodafone not supporting me. Kindly help me. I want to ask from Vodafone :- Why u can’t migrate my number in prepaid? Why you not describe me in detail about this issue? No buddy call back me or inform me about my issue , every time I have to call…. , Why every time I call vodafone?                                       My name indrajit Kadam(1)have a greivance against the VOdaphone india(2) i am charged wrongly for the bill as the benefits which i am entitled fro my corporate plan has not been given to me.
                                      My bill amount came is Rs.1871.70 The discount and benefits available for my plan has not been given for datails i ahve attached the copy of the scan for my tarrif plan issued to me and the vodaphone bill.
                                      When i enquired with vodaphone the asked me to run from pillar and post spoken in rude manner. The benefits mentioned are avilable in scan copy 200 mins free local +std every month which is not given by vodphone.
                                      200 sms local +national free, which is not given in the bill. Rs.99 (2) Gb datad free, they have wrongly levied charges Rs.828.20 I have been harrased and mentally tortured by this vodaphone people. I request you to take a stern action against the vodaphone.
                                      If all the bill is not waived of within 48 hours i will not laible to make payment for vodaphone as this is cheating done by giving me the wrong bill.
                                      Please note: I will not make a single penny of payment to vodpahone unless the send me apology letter and also i need compensation for harrasment.
                                      Enclosure Vodaphone bill and Tariif pla offered to me.
