On one of Vodafone number, [protected], an S4 Combo pack plan with a monthly rental of Rs 1199 was activated sometime in May without my knowledge.
I got to know about it only when I received the bill in the month of June. Since then I have called up the call center multiple times to deactivate the said rental plan & revert back to original plan, however inspite of providing me a confirmation on the phone the plan was not reverted. As an outcome, every month I kept getting high amount bills.
In the month of August, I decided not to make the payment & visited the gallery in Ghatkoper West, near Sarvodaya Hospital on 2nd September. In the meantime my outgoing was disconnected on 31st August. In the gallery, I was given a confirmation that since I had not requested for the S4 Combo pack, all charges of the said pack will be reverted back & that will be reflected in my next bill & my outgoing was also activated.
Again, my outgoing was disconnected on 3rd September & I visited the Gallery on 4th September. This time I spoke to the Manager RajLakshmi & she was not only un polite & rude but also absolutely not customer friendly & unprofessional. She just refused to listen to me, told me that if I wish to use the services I need to pay & I have only initiated the request for activation of the S4 combo pack. She went on to say that there is no prior request in the system that I have contacted Vodafone customer care for deactivation of S4 combo pack and hence I am not eligible for any reversal. However, I have this information from the customer care on chat that I have contacted customer care on 7th June, 7th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 24th July, 14th, 19th, 20th, 26th Aug & 3 times on 1st Sept. And I can tell you that all these calls have been made only for one purpose & that is for the request of deactivation of S4 combo pack. To add to it, the agent has confirmed that I contacted them for plan 199 on 17th July and 20th July the system says†you called for reversal of S4 as you say you have not activated the planâ€. I have 2 requests now –
1. Since I had not requested for S4 pack & it was activated without my knowledge, I need the same to be reverted back & the amount that has been paid by me should be refunded back to me.
2. Strict action to be taken against RajLakshmi to be so rude & unprofessional with the customer.
