Vodafone harassment and fraud

hi i have been using vodafone for 5yrs now. vodafone has been good in service but in the recent past,vodafone has started cheap tatics to make quick money.... vodafone 3g./grps has been activated without my knowledge and rental has been charged!!! well i have never used it... well when i reach out to customer care, mr masood claims that i have signed an agreement while taking connection that i am ok to pay rental for 3g /gprs...

Vodafone sends false expensive bills to customers

Vodafone has been sending exceptionally high amount bills on my post paid 2G internet connection and is not willing to reverse the wrong charges. Port out Problem

I have requested my two number [protected] and [protected] to Port out from Vodafone to TataDocomo. The request were rejected on 26th Aug due to contractual obligations, but as per TRAI, vodafone is not suppose to do so. however I call customer care, they told me send a mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone, to terminate Contractual Obligation, and it will be terminated within 48 working hours.
