I've been charged an anonymous amount of Rs.15 towards animation download in my bill for the month of July'13.

Despite repeated mails, i am still not able to get an concrete reason as to why i was charged for the same.

I've not used any WAP downloads or Vodafone live and dont have the necessity to do it either.

I would like to rechecked my bill... As my credit limit was sett at 1300 nad i have received a bill of rs.3687.28/-

Why do we sett credit limit? So that when our cell is missused by some application or virus we should atleast know or should be intimated through sms or call.

I have been charged for gprs... As in todays smart phones all the applications are automatically updated...
