Bill after disconnection of number

Hi, I purchased a Vodafone Corporate connection([protected]) in April.But due to non usage i requested to disconnect it in June and paid all my outstanding of Rs 432. But still they are sending me the bill with previous balance which i had already paid. this is worst telecom company i have seen. Don't ever go for vodafone. Looking for complaining in consumer court also....

sim not getting recharged

Provided Wrong information

Hi,

GPRS Deactivation Issue

From last 3-4 months, I am facing everyday GPRS Services deactivation automatically. I have to reactivate it again and again. I am a corporate customer for Vodafone, but there was no resolution, I have emailed, called customer care and even tried on chat with vodafone. nowadays problem has begun more now deactivation started morning evening, in mean within 12-hours. but no resolution. Balanced detection

In my vodafone SIM I found detection in my balance of 50/-.
Because I wasn't using my SIM I ain't got to know the detection in balance.
I called at the customer care center to know about it as I got to know on 21 August.
They told me that balance is being detect for downloading any game cost 30/-.

high bill and unwanted bill

Even after repeated complaints against Vodafone services, they are charging me unnecessarily even fir services which I'm not using totally pathetic service n month after month I'm facing same problem, I hv 3g plan active for 1gb default monthly, n before completing 1gb data I have activated booster plan which is again 1gb for 250 rs additionally. Which means in my bill I should be charging Rs.500/- for 2gb, beyond 2gb usage...

Convert prepaid number into postpaid - 9930402123

I have raised the request to convert my prepaid card ([protected])in to postpaid on 23rd July, 2013.

All the relevant documents has been filled and handed over to your person.

It is almost 20 days, I did not get any revert from your end.

I called numbers of times at your Helpline numbers, they take Rec no : 3541 but no response.

Kindly take necessary action on this....

often but they just forward the call to their network department the guys from network depatment say that i will receive the call from vodafone side.. with in 24-48 hours, but the call never came...and the issue still persists

SIM card not yet activated after 7 days of submission of documents

Respected Sir,

I am Nandkishor Muzumdar([protected]) from kalyan.
I have got message from vodafone on 12 augest that to submit CIF form with document to nearest vfone centre.
I have submitted that on Wednusday 14 augest 2013, and they issued me a new sim card (H[protected]) and said that it will be activated in 48-72hrs.

I am Vanathi from Bangalore. I have disconnected my Vodafone prepaid connection and using a Vodafone postpaid connection with the same number as my Vodafone prepaid connection.
