I had registered a compliant telephonic ally for my device & complaint no is- [protected], after this my device is still not working I visited to Vodafone Store Priya Cinema Hall, Vasant Vihar New Delhi three times and complaint no-SR#[protected],SR#[protected] another no they could't gave me and said that the device will not be replaced it will be repaired within 21 days, after this again I visited to Vodafone Store Canad Circle, Canad Place, New Delhi.

hardly i cn do nything with dat
sometimes its shows its connect bt no surffing possible bcs no pagedownloading
means zero bytes transfer

Data Card Device — Data Card Device

Hi,

This is to inform you i bought new data card device from Vriti Telecom Services this is one of call centre based in noida from where i got a call from one of their agent "Arun Verma" and i decieded to take it .That was the wrost decision i ever made in my life in which first i faced problem while getting it because the day i got a call from that agent i asked him i don't have my credit card detail with me send your executive tomarrow i will give him document and money both but he was in rush of sale he said sir " its my word your net will activate today and send me document tomarrow by e mail after getting your device activate" then i have given 2000Rs. in cash to his courier guy (Umesh)
Then after it didn't activate and after two days i got a call from their activation department they said it won't be activated till the time you submitt your document.
Then I went in there office and submitt muy document they(Sumit & Piyush) said now it will be activated again after two days i called them it didn' activate then they said it can be setting problem . I did check with my brother he is basiclly a hardware & network eng. he said no network in our area .
Then I got a call form relience communication direct i informed all these things to her and she told we will send one of our technical officer on monday. after her i got one more call from relience communication once again they said no issue you will get you money back from them in 32 hours and ots being three days no response from your end

Kindly send me my money back now i would not like to go for that data card which is creating problem in my personal and professional work.

Kindly do the needful..

Vodafone — DATACARD

i had purchased new datacard froom vodafone . my sim no is [protected]. after hectic pursual it got activated after 12 days but now the problem is speed & connectivity . the speed is between 10kbps to 80 kbps which is far far below other service providers speed of min 100mbps. a 5 minute song is taking 1 hr to download . whats the use of such broadband .

most useless & i am feeling cheated & my rs 1600.00 gone down the drain & over tht i will hv to pay a monthly rs 500.00 . my business is also suffering as i am not able to check mails & do other net activities .

some1 plz help

    My Vodafone No which has a problem is [protected]
    Relationship No is 1.25303013

    I had purchased this no from a DSA who is situated in Thane West.
    This entire purchase was via a telephonic call made from the DSA (which is pathetic enough) not to record their calls made to vodafone customers.

    When i was informed that they shall be providing me with this no, the female executive only explained me the Monthly Rental Plan which she mentioned includes the internet surfing upto 1GB. She informed me that the plan is of 399.

    All of a sudden i get a bill dated :[protected] . Bill No[protected]
    which states that the Internet charges 1783.70 to my shock

    When i call the call center, they tell me that the internet plan was de-activated & normal internet usage charges were charged.
    When asked further, she told me that my internet plan was only for 3 months which was another shocker to me.
    There was no message nor any calls from any Vodafone representative or DSA that the plan has been deactivated and all of a sudden such a huge bill

    When the store is approached

    , they behave as if its not their issue & i should approach the appelate & they shall resolve it at their own discretion
    & if you make a part payment for the amount which u have only used , they disconnect the phone line within 5 days of paying an interim amount.

    It is very very pathetic to know that inspite of having more than 10 vodafone no's in the family for the past 8 to 10 years, this is the service we get.

    Without even informing us , the internet plan is disconnected & we are charged , when we approach them, they say you go here you go there.....
    It is very shameful for a company like Vodafone to adopt such low standards of quality policy in regards to their couterparts (DSA).

    I am very serious about this issue, and need my refund about the charges on an immediate basis.

    It is not a big amount , but we are fooled and again not heard properly.
    Hence would take this issue to what ever level (be it consumer court, media, online forums anything....)

    i want my issue sorted on a priority basis

    Hope that your organization can help me in getting this issue resolved.

      Vodafone did not send e bill to my email id, morover in bill dtd 27.06.2013 there were some wrong charges, and it was told from vodafone that it will adjusted in next bill it is not adjusted, i was charged for 98 rs gprs pack more than 98 rupees. And on 111 official respondeed rudely.

      We have checked the concern and found that you were charged Rs.99/- GPRS rental and received complete benefits of the same in your invoice dated 27/07/13 i.e. 2gb surfing data. Hence, the charges levied are correct. We have also checked the concern regarding bill on mail and we have found that bills are being regularly delivered at your registered mail Id on your account. Please check junk mail or spam mail to see if you have received the same.

      i am prepaid consumer and my phone is registered on my girlfriends name . on 13th of May i got a sms from vodafone saying that my bonus card validity is over and to continue pls recharge your bonus card so i topped up with there was problem with their system they took 3 days to top up .than again on 20th of May i got the same sms regarding my bonus card. so i called the customer care of vodafone . i spoke to their excutive and they told me that they will refund me the money, but from thst day onwards every time time a vodafone or any other mobile user or land line they have deducted almost 80 rupees for my prepaid account in 2days . the call rate for me present 3 Rs for mobile and land line it is 8 Rs . i spoke to their customewr care yesterday they said we are transfering it to their head .i waited for 15 minutes to talk with him .no one picked up my call .what is this to lodge a complaint consumer has to suffer so much than what the using of cell phones and just because no one complaints operators has to take full advantage of the consumer.sir this is not fair not alll so rich were they can say forget it .

      Vodafone — undue billing

      I have got my vodafone no ([protected]) deactivated in the month on the 24th of August,2009 and had made all my payments of outstanding balances regarding the said connection on the very same day. i had submitted the sim card the same day at the vodafone service outlet at Noida Sec-18. They have been Billing me even after the getting my connection deavtivated. bill No.[protected].

      They are not listening to my complaints and calling me a THIEF telling me that i have kept the sim card and not making calls.

        i had a vodafone number [protected] from past years, i last used my sim on 18th and 19th of july, and they cancelled my connection on 20th of july, reason being i didn't use my connection from past 60 days which is totally wrong, all they say is there system shows no activity from past 60 days, customer care is not supportive at all. they say i need to give them Rs 2100 to get my connection back, i need my number back.
        HELP!!

          Hi, I have given a request for converting postpaid to prepaid connection at vodafone shope in Basavanagudi. They have taken the request and deactivated the SIM 10days back. But new SIM is not activated. When asked they just escaping giving some answer. Customer care also not giving any answer..!!

            This is to bring to your kind notice that I m a Vodafone user (Lakshya Kakkar [protected]). I was using Airtel operator but i received a call from Vodafone, committing that if i switch to Vodafone I will be getting 600 free mins and 400 free msgs at the rental of Rs. 200, I denied the proposal. But then they committed that i will be getting 1GB of 3G data @ Rs 150 which will sum it up to Rs 350 for both.

            But now when i requested for the plan they completely denied it.
            It has been 4 days complaining for it and mailing Vodafone officer, but now they are saying no such commitment has been made from our end.

            I have the recording for the calls in which the commitment was made first was on 15th july and second from the verification team from your verification officer Geetanjali on 16th July

            I[censored] need I can mail you both the recordings. But i need quick response it has been several days requesting your officers

            Tell me what will be done for the same.

            i had a prepaid connection before...which i got converted into postpaid.After telling me that it would take 36 hrs to convert the prepaid connecton into postpaid, they took 10 days for the same..moreover they barred my services in between...the worst part is that when they offered me this postpaid connection, they had commited to me that my rental would be 499 rs/month and i would get 664 mins free /month on all local and std mobiles..but later when an vodafone executive visited my house, he told me that i would be getting only 499 mins per/month instead off 664 mins which i was promised earlier...i am so much upset with this company and its services that i want to give up all the vodafone connections i have at home...
            Phone no [protected] taken from madivala universal bangalore south by mohammed shueab mujawar was functioning and ok past 06days the phones out going is barred and dealer says to contact customer care and customer care says documents not recived we have decided to cancell the connection and amount be refunded it is only blame game from dealer to customer care and customer care not respondiong and cutting phone which is rediculas and un tollerable one

            Vodafone — false commitment

            My services has been barred since more than 48 hours.
            I had submitted my documents at vodafone store lajpat nagar & they had commited that number will be activated in 24 hours but now its more than 30 hrs but no action has been taken place.....
            I had a word in their customer service department but every time a new person picks up the call , every time same story has been repeated to everybody.....still nobody is doing a followup with vodafone store....
            when i visited vodafone store - vodafone executive refused that no docs has been submitted so far.....after lot of request they guys checked there file & its was found same girl had taken the document....& given reply in a very bad & rude manner "ho jayega wait for 48 hours"....Earlier they had given committment of 24 hours at time i had submiited my document ...when i revisited the store they have increased the time line to 48 hours.......
            customer service of no help.............they have barred my incoming as well....dats the main issue....
            I m requesting them again & again but getting one single reply "WAIT"

            Please help in getting my services re-activated..............
            vodafone customer service is worst

            I am the customer of vodafone from last 4 months. I live in Raipur city of Chattisgarh state. When I took the new Vodafone postpaid connection I was told that if in future i am not satisfied with the postpaid connection I can switch to prepaid. When i asked vodafone to change my no. to prepaid they told me that we don't have the facility of postpaid to prepaid migration. I made end no. of calls to customer care and each time i got the response "sorry we will be unable to process your request".

            While selling me the sim they assured me that u can cnvert it to prepaid i[censored] wish after 3 months. I would kindly request you to please provide me justice in this case.

            Vodafone — false commitment of number

            I was offered mobile no. [protected] by representative of M/s Vodafone (Mas Callnet Pvt. Ltd) rep . Mr. Faeem mobile no.[protected] on 10th March 2011. I was asked to submit documents and Rs 250/towards security amount for SIM card to the rep. After the rep took money and documents Mr. Faeem again called up and informed me that the number [protected] is no longer available. i requested mr faeem to return my documents alongwith deposit money. On 11th march 2011 i got a call from vodafone ( Rahul - [protected]) asking me to take another number, on my refusal he asked me to go to vodafone store to ask for refund. I have registered complaint with M/s MAS calnet complaint ref no. 204218 but they have not given any commitment for resolution of the problem.
            My questions are:
            1. Why should i go to vodafone store for refund.
            2. If they can send sim thro there rep why can they not send refund money for transaction not completed at all.
            3. Why company like vodafone is relying on such touts.

            Vodafone — False Commitment

            I am Samita Sahu... Once i was an existing customer of vodafone and my vodafone number is [protected]. from last 3 months they keep deducting from my balance for CRBT. I do not know what is CRBT. Once i call them and asked them to stop CRBT and they did but later again it activated. I do not understand what kind of customer service and commitment is... however now i am not using VODAFONE..

            I am using BSNL and BSNL is best...

            I AM USING I-PHONE 3GS. I GOT I-DATA PLAN RENTAL 200 RS. I GOT AN HOST OF ISSUES WITH IT.
            1. INITIALLY I WAS TOLD THAT REGULAR VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECT(VMC) DOES NOT WORK WITH I PHONES, HENCE I HAVE TO USE I DATA PLAN. I DATA PLAN WITH 200 RS RENTAL GIVES ME 100MB FREE. I PLANNED MY USAGE APPROX AROUND 90-95 MB. WHEN MY FIRST BILL WITH I DATA PLAN CAME I WAS CHARGED 511.4RS FOR VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECT. SIR WHEN VMC DOES NOT WORK WITH I PHONE FOR WHAT YOU ARE CHARGING. WHEN INQUIRED I WAS NOT GIVEN CLEAR IDEA FROM CUSTOMER CARE. YOUR NODAL OFFICER MADE IT CLEAR THAT WITH I DATA PLAN, VMC AUTOMATICALLY GETS ACTIVATED AND FEW SERVICES BY DEFAULT GET TRANSFERED TO VMC. AS A CUSTOMER I WAS NOT MADE CLEAR ABOUT IT. SO PLS WAIVE OF RS. 511.40 WHICH HAVE BEEN CHARGED IN MARCH MONTH BILLING. SECONDLY IF VMC WORKS WITH I PHONES, PLS PROVIDE US WITH RS. 299 PLAN FOR VMC, WHICH GIVES ME USAGE OF 5 GB FREE.
            2. SECONDLY RECENTLY I WAS ON A TRIP TO OTHER STATES. MY INETERNET CONNECTION WAS WORKING FINE IN GUJARAT AND MAHARASTRA. AS SOON AS I REACHED ANDHRA PRADESH ON[protected], MY INTERNET CONNECTION STOPPED WORKING. I WENT TO CHENNAI- TAMILNADU, STILL INTERNET CONNECTION WAS NOT WORKING. I LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT ON 18TH APRIL WITH CUSTOMER CARE GUJ. THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH AS MANY AS 8-10 CALLS WITH VARIOUS SETTINGS, BUT INTERNET CONNECTION WAS NOT UP. WHEN I CAME BACK TO MAHARASTRA ON 27TH APRIL 2011, SUDDENLY INTERNET CONNECTION STARTED WORKING, AND ALSO IN GUJARAT. SIR IN VERY STRONG WORDS I SAY THAT WITHOUT A FAULT OF MINE, I WAS DENIED SERVICE ACCESS FOR WHICH I PAID FULL RNETAL. HENCE I DEMAND AN WAIVER OF RENTAL FOR THE PERIOD OF 18/4/11 TO 27/4/11, FOR WHICH SERVICE WAS DENIED. ALSO WAIVER OF CALLS MADE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM FOR WHICH YOU ARE CHARGING ROAMING INCOMING. THERE WAS NO FAULT OF MINE OR OF MY MOBILE HENCE, PLS CLEAR ALL THE CHARGE WHICH WILL BE LEVIED.
            3. ALSO SERVICE IS VERY IRREGULAR IN MY HOME CIRCLE, WHERE SOME TIME EXCUSE OF NETWORK CONGESTION, OR SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION OR SYSTEM UPGRADING IS GIVEN. SIR IF YOU ARE CHARGING FULL RENTAL, PLS PROVIDE WITH FULL SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE VARIOUS EXCUSES.
            4. I SHOULD SAY THAT EXECUTIVES IN CUSTOMER CARE GPRS DEPARTMENT, KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GPRS, NEVER EVER THEY ARE ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. FOR EACH AND EVERY PROBLEM I HAVE TO CALL UP 4-5 TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE, WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION.
            5. RECENTLY I DEACTIVATED MY VMC AND AND VODAFONE LIVE(VL). WITH THIS DEACTIVATION MY INTERNET SERVICE STOPPED. WHILE ACTUALLY IT SHOULD BE RUNNING ON I-DATA PLAN. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES(GPRS) WERE HAVING NO IDEA ABOUT IT.
            I SHOULD THANK MR. RAJIT NAIR(JUNAGADH) WHO NOT ONLY HAD TECHNICALLY SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF MY PROBLEM, UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM, AND SOLVED IT IN NO TIME.

            SIR PLEASE DO NOT FORCE ME TO COMPLAIN TO TRAI , SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES, CONSUMER FORUMS. GET SOME QUICK SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEMS, INFORM ME WHY I SUFFERED AND WAS HARASSED SO BADLY. AND GET YOUR GPRS DEPARTMENT SOME TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE GUYS WHO CAN SOLVE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. NEVER HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH VODAFONE IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD. WITH NUMBER PORTABILITY ON, PLS DO NOT FORCE US TO BE WITH AIRTEL OR IDEA.

              My complaint is with Vodafone Postpaid connection. I bought a new connection in Dec 2012. At that time i was informed that i would get 1GB data free, however, i was not informed that it's only for a period of 3 months and that after that i will be charged for Data. I received no warning or anything to inform me that i will get charged for data after a certain period. Then i got a bill of Rs. 10,000, in which i was charged Rs. 8000 for Data. It's only after i called Vodafone customer service that i was told my data plan was only for 3 months. One lady named Parminder on the phone that i was supposed to get 1 GB free and that my charges will be reversed. After 2 days my internet was disconnected. When i called customer service, a male agent spoke to me and apologized and said that yes, i am supposed to get 1GB free and that i shouldn't be charged. He then activated my services within 2 hours.
              Then i get an email from Vodafone that the charges are correct and i have to pay the entire bill. Nobody at Vodafone tried to resolve my issue and insisted that i pay the whole bill. Eventually i went to the Vodafone gallery, asking for some way to pay in installments, and they refused that too. They said that i have to pay the whole bill and cannot pay in parts. Then in June, the Vodafone collections department, sent 2 collection executives to the residential address registered because the said number was disconnected and they were not able to contact me. I was not at home neither was my husband. Only my in-laws were home who are senior citizens. The executives tried entering the house forcefully even after they were informed that we are not at home. They started shouting in the presence of other society members, telling everyone that we haven't paid the bill etc. This kind of behavior is very demeaning. I spoke to the collection executive over the phone after they got my number from my husband and he refused that anything as such happened implying that my mother in law lied, which is again very demeaning of them. I told them that i will pay in parts. The executive refused to help and threatened to send a civil court order etc and said that i will have to pay the whole amount plus some 18% interest charges for last 3 months.
              Now my complaint in short is as follows:-
              1. Vodafone did not give me proper information about my data plan. They didn't send any warning or anything stating that my 1GB Data Plan is deactivated and that i will get charged henceforth.
              2. Different agents gave me different information.
              3. Nobody tried resolving my issue.
              4. The collection agents harassed my in-laws and are not helping me out in any way.

                  I had enquired with Vodafone Cust Care about conversion of my Mobile Billing from Post-paid to Pre-paid. At that time I was told that they have a sp lifetime offer whwre Vodafone to Vodafone is free, on checking the bill there is no such thing. I have held back the payment till I get a satisfactory answer.

                  I feel they did this onlt to stop me from converting to prepaid.

                  I have been with Orange/hutch/vodafone for last 6 years, it is sad that Vodafonre has no regard or respect for loyalty.

                  Vodafone — Incorrect information regarding the services

                  I have been a customer with Vodafone since last 9 yrs and it’s the first time I am facing this problem.



                  I took blackberry 249 plan in August 1st week and was not given complete information regarding the plan by the executive. When I received the bill for August, I found out that I have been charged for incoming mails as well ( Rs 1704) and this was not told to me by the Vodafone executive in the call.



                  My complaint is:



                  1. I have advised Vodafone to listen to that call where I got this plan activated but they have not done this till now. They should have the call recording with them and should listen and make judgment.

                  2. I am communicating to Vodafone since last 20 days and every time I get a reply from different complaints manager and I have also got same reply thrice. This means that they do not understand the concern properly and are not taking is seriously.

                  3. Vodafone has accepted in the mail that they ‘We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused due to misrepresented information provided to you, We assure you that the feedback regarding the same has been forwarded and we are ensuring necessary action to prevent recurrence of any such incidence.’ But still they are not correcting the bill.

                  4. I have right to correct information which was not the case here.

                  5. I have been mentally disturbed due to this issue since last 20 days now and moreover because Vodafone is not attempting to disconnect the connection.



                  Please log this complaint and try to get this sorted as soon as possible.

                    My problem started when I tried to cancel my Vodafone number due to shifting cities. I first called them weeks back to be informed I needed to call my circle (Delhi ). I have now tried speaking to 5 different people..vikram..manoj kumar..naresh (completely useless) barbita..the list goes on.. They don't notate the account and hence there are no records. On requesting to speak to a manager they keep me on hold for 5-10 mins and then disconnect the call..again no record. These records can be found if the call records are checked. I have been told that I need to go to the Delhi Vodafone office to cancel when they are fully aware that I've moved city.

                    I have already paid a bill even though there has been no usage as my credit rating will be impacted. I am deeply aggrieved with the situation.

                    How can such underhanded ness be addressed.

                        vodafone dont have proper 3G network in DELHI.its 2G only..they are selling there 3G plans and providing 2G only...only sometime you will get 3G(HSDPA) other wise you will always get 2G(EDGE).2G is good.my question is, when I am paying for 3G why they dont have such infrastructure
                        to sell 3G.i am getting frustrated day by day by their service.when u put your mobile in auto mode(wcdma and gsm)...you will get 3g for 1 or 2 minute
                        with very less signal strength then it disappears after sometime ..evern you are not able to call ..so you are forced to use GSM mode..then you will get good signal ..good EDGE network.

                        i influenced with their advertisment and bought vodafone but its rubbish..they are not maintaining their quality.actually they dont have dedicated 3G BTS(signalling tower).and they are promising so much ..

                        my friends are using airtel3G and its superv ... i did complain several time ...repersantative says call 198 ..when i call 198..it will take 15days when our executive will visit at your place.then i disconnect phone...in this situation i dont want to pay their bills..but what to do ...if you will not pay your bill they will discontinue your service...

                        My Vodafone no.[protected] still not working for more then five days after submitting the required documents.
                        I have purchase Vodafone Data card for Internet access for rupees 1500.
                        Problem:
                        Data card is not working properly. problem like connection loss in every 5 minutes and internet speed is very low of 2-3 Kilo bytes per second.
                        Data card of Vodafone is not responding is a given standard at the time of purchase.
                        various problem Regarding data card are:

                        3) very slow response.

                            Details as under
                            1. Lost sim card and got services inactivated on 18.11.11
                            2.a) Got duplicate SIM from Vodafone store in sector 35 C on 28/29 .11.11, was told sim would be functional after 4 hrs; sim did not work till 1/2.12.11
                            2b) at the same time asked for migration of connection from corporate to individual was given a sim and told this would start functioning on 1.12.11; this sim is still not functioning

IT NO WHERE MENTIONED THAT A RENTAL OF Rs21 will be deducted for the same. As per the TRAI guidelines the customer needs to be informed about any charges prior to the service activation.
                              Which in my case was not done. Called up the customer care 2 times - in turn they argue saying ATLEAST YOU WERE INFORMED AFTER THE SERVICE ACTIVATION - also, i was put on infinite hold for both the times times i called the customer care. with out any resolution
                              But my point is that i should have been informed before activation that Rs 21 will be deducted from my account.

                              I have recharged with GPRS pack of 95.00 rupee at 08:17 PM on 13th april 2012. I started using gprs in my mobile by around 08:40 PM andafter 10 minutes i recieved a pop up message saying that around 121 rupee balance has been deducted from my main balance account.
                              Note: i started using gprs pack after receiving message from vodafone that your gprs pack has been activated. Recieved a confirmation message at 08:20 PM on 13 april 2012. Having message as a proof.

                              I called customer care around 5-6 times and they are not taking any response. One of the customer care executive asked me to raise a complaint in vodafone store and vodafone back-end team will look into that. I raised a complaint and they confirm me that they will provide me info by 18 april. Vodafone complaint no is [protected].
                              I didnot get any call from vodafone and recieved a message on 18 april saying that i am not reachable. i called on 20 april and discussed about this issue, still nothing happen. The different reason from different vodafone customer care executive i am getting for my unfair balance deduction are given below:
                              1. Generally gprs pack activation will take 2-3 hour and because of that your main balance has been deducted for browsing.
                              Note: it is not possible to use the internet of 121 rupee in 2-3 hour with mobile and with poor vodafone internet speed service.

                              2. One of the senior executive told the balance is deducted from your mobile because of the internet usage till 8:18 PM on 13 april.
                              Clarification: I started gprs pack at around 08:35 to 08:40 and after receving message from vodafone at 08:20 PM that "Your GPRS pack has been activated". Also if the balance is of the internet usage upto 08:18 PM, why did i receive a pop up message of balance deduction after 08:40 PM.

                              Please take action on my complaint.

                              I activated GPRS pack in my Vodafone prepaid number +91 [protected] (mind it! I switched from Reliance to Vodafone for better service and now this is what I'm writing here) but I found almost 4-5 times that there are unfair balance deductions from my main account though I haven't made any calls or sent messages to anybody. I tried to check last three usage details by dialing *111# but let me assure you that is a crap application Vodafone has made and it will always show "Sorry! Recent Deduction History is not available for your prepaid number. Press # for main menu." Now when for the third time it happened, I dropped an email and after couple of day one customer care executive called me up and she first said that balance had been deducted as I had sent messages to 144 (at least your customer care folks should not give these kind of silly reasons) and after a lot of arguments she gave me RS 10.00 credit back to my account. Now again after few days, suddenly I saw balance deduction again without any reason and when I replied back to my previous email now nobody is replying. I was usiing this number mainly for GPRS and now I am afraid they will deduct more money if I keep on using this number for GPRS.

                              So, now I decided to deactivate the 1GB GPRS pack and will use my airtel number for the same. I tried all possible options like CAN GPRS, CAN VL, CAN VL95 but I am getting messages like Vodafone system is busy, please try after 72 hours! Now my current GPRS pack will expire on 08/07/2012 and I am quite sure now that Vodafone will charge another 95.00 for renewal of my data pack. :(

                              Oh my god! I am thinking to go back to Reliance again. Their network is sometimes awful but at least they do not do these kind o[censored]nfair things.

                              my name is abhisekh, i have switched my reliance no. [protected] to vodafone through porting it last 1.5 months. I am having a really bad experience by doing so, coz every time there is an unwanted deduction from my balance. recently i have activated the DND (Do Not Disturb) service hoping that there will be no more unwanted activation or deduction from my balance, but still the company is deducting it again.
                              Please look into the matter urgently...coz this is like robbing the customer directly.

                                Vodafone Postpaid — Charges for Customer Care Services

                                Mobile service providers charges for customer care services. Why TRAI is allowing such thing. In my bill, I am being charged for Internet services, which I never used or activated and every month I am being charged for the same. Even by mistake, a button is pressed, I am getting message that this service is not acrtivated, still I am being charged.

                                Vodafone — Vodafone 3G

                                Hi

                                Vodafone is fooling customers through Blackberry unlimited plan for 3G. Vodafone provides 599 plan where one can access unlimited internet.

                                However in my latest bill they have seperately charged for Vodafone live which is a GPRS framework. They say because you used Vodafone live you have to pay. This is ridiculous. How can you charge a customer for using GPRS platform if you are providing 3G unlimited. If there is any problem with your network, a 3G phone will automatically catch GPRS framework for which they will charge. This is atrocious and unfair.
                                I already changed the settings and deactivated long back as suggested by customer care. Let me reiterate that I am unable to use internet even my mobile settings support it and by mistake I press the button for web browsing. There is no loading of any data from any website (you can check with your system), still if you wish to charge unnecessarily, its your wish.

                                Vodafone — 3 G services

                                I bought a 3 G data connection ( [protected]) with a wireless router & 6 month subscription to work with my Acer Iconia tab computer. This never worked properly & repeated visits to their Adayar outlet did not resolve the issue.I then bought a USB stick modem & the connection is no better. Upon prodding Iam told that their 3 G services in Chennai is still under implementation & will take another 6 months to be fully operational.
                                This multinational is taking public for a ride by advertising 3 Mbps speed but actually does b not support even a few Kbps. My Reliance 2 G is much faster. I would like to sue this company & get my full refund for the hardware & subscription paid. How do I go about this please. Kindly advice.

                                Airtel is no better & more expensive. I have a 3 G connection for my I phone & work mostly on 2 G in chennai

                                I tried to get my complain resolved for 3G data pro ration of charges. I changed my plan to 3G as informed from customer care that my 3G will be charged at pro rated charges.

                                Now I am charged at the standard rate.i have been with Vodafone for quite sometime. I regret to inform you that I am not going to pay. As these charges are unfair to the customer.

                                Also I am getting template answers from your customer care.

                                  Despite of resolving the issue you guys have disconnected my incoming too. I have been using vodafone singe i brought my first mobile 2004.

Its been more than 5 days and nothing has happened and there is another bill generated again with extra charge which includes late payment too. Is it my fault for making payment late? Its because of you guys who don''t have a good system in place to take care of customers.

                                  Below is the bill generated two days back.

                                  *Usage :* 452.23 (424.23+28) (Usage and Messaging)

                                  *Note :* After finishing my 1GB 3G usage i got a message saying, you can avail another 1GB data by sending a message. I did so. As there is no 3G in AP why the hell are you sending out such message and leeching money from customers. As there is no 3G you should no charge me 250 more, which has been removed from the bill analysis above.

                                  Vodafone — excessive data charge

                                  My mobile no is [protected] with vodafone in mumbai. I am a blackberry user and on a 599 plan which provides me unlimited access to my emails, browsing and downloading. However, in the last two months vodafone has charged me for me around 1900 & 2500 as browsing and downloading charges. When I contacted the customer service they say that it is because I have used audio and video streaming, to which I denied and requested them to pull up their data and verify, which they did not do. I still went ahead and paid the 1900 but now they have charge me 2500. I do not have that kind of money to satisfy vodafone's ridiculous demands.                                     Subject: Vodafone's customer harassment because customer (me) has ported the number to other service provider

                                    Voda is charging a wrong amount for internet charges because i ported my number to another service provider. I have clarified voda executive several times, who called me ‘n’ number of times to please defer/waive off the wrong charges (especially internet charges as i was using the ) but they are listening. and sometimes a guy calls me and wave off 500/- and sometimes more. He negotiates as if i am buying a vegetable. the whole amount they have shown in my bill is wrong and i am not accountable to pay any wrong charges.

                                    I asked the voda billing agent that incase during the transit time( time taken to port from voda to another service provider) If there are any call charges pls inform, I will pay that. It is already frustrating as the customer has switched to another service provider so voda are harassing me by calls and mails.
                                    I have already told VODA many a times that there is no outstanding bill on my side. 442/- (month april- i paid) was the outstanding bill which I paid so that my number can be ported to airtel.

                                    There is a policy in AIRTEL only when you close all your outstanding bill with the current mobile service provider then only you can port your number to other (airtel) service provider.
                                    This is harassment of the customer as I am receiving phones as well as email from voda for the amount which is not mine or which is not due at my part. I would wish to take this matter to consumer court as I am asked to pay the fraud amount.

                                    Vodafone — Subject to harassment

                                    I have been subject to a lot of harassment by Vodafone. I bought the first sim card way back in 2007. The minute I filled my forms with all the details of name and residential address along with identity proof with a PAN card, they immediately called me up asking for my details again. The for months they kept on playing on my phone a recorded message stating that I will have to produce identity proof papers and residential proof papers. When I did produce them and asked them the reason they said the same number had been issued to two customers which is hard to believe.

                                    Then once I started travelling in the Himalayas, their customer care kept harassing me at least once in two weeks to ask me which part of India I am in and when will I be coming back to Chennai. This was a constant harassment and each call from their side would cost me one rupee on the roaming. Finally I had to shout at the employee over the phone and they stopped harassing me with calls.

                                    Then again I would receive calls from some random person if I would travel to some places. They constantly have been harassing me for some reason or the other. And now, again they are asking for re-verification. Is this totally necessary? In case they cannot trust their customers then why not just disconnect the number? If they are so concerned about security etc... then better not issue sim cards instead harass their customers. If they have doubts about our track records then just better cancel instead of following up on their customers constantly asking where they are travelling, why they are travelling, and when they will come back home which is none of their business at all.

                                    Vodafone — Customer Harassment

                                    It was disgusting to talk with Vodafone customer care Mohali. First of all Vodafone has charged me 30 Rs for caller tune activation which I did not activated. When I called up at their customer care for the reason, they were not providing me the valid reason, and were saying that this has been activated by you only, and when I said I have not activated he service and I want a solution for that, then that guy told me to talk with his senior and ask me to hold on, and then he drop my call. Then I called up again, no this other guy did no even listen me and when I said I want t complaint again this he sad you cannot, which was so frustrating. I am realy pissed off by these guys and I am really surprised that such people are working and being hired by companies lke vodafone, such a unpofessional way to treat the customers. Its a huge harassment of customers. I really want somebody should teach these people a leson. Also Vodafone should stop harassing there cutomer like this. I do no know if someone will read this or Consumer Court will take som action against such people ( for the purpose this site has been created) , but I am just releasing my intense frustration with this forum entry. INDIA is going no where if such unethical and unprofessiona people are employed.
                                    This is disgusting. Now you should tell me how can my mobile itself type these digits and activated this service. Moreover recently I received another message saying bollywood alerts has been activated on your mobile and 30 Rs has been deducted from your account, what nonsense is going on.                                     Hi,

                                    It was disgusting to talk with Vodafone customer care Mohali. First of all Vodafone has charged me 30 Rs for caller tune activation which I did not activated. When I called up at their customer care for the reason, they were not providing me the valid reason, and were saying that this has been activated by you only, and when I said I have not activated he service and I want a solution for that, then that guy told me to talk with his senior and ask me to hold on, and then he drop my call. Then I called up again, no this other guy did no even listen me and when I said I want a complaint against this he sad you cannot, which was so frustrating. I am really pissed off by these guys and I am really surprised that such people are working and being hired by companies like vodafone, such a unprofessional way to treat the customers. Its a huge harassment of customers. I really want somebody should teach these people a lesson. Also Vodafone should stop harassing there customer like this. INDIA is going no where if such unethical and unprofessional people are employed.

                                    To the Indian Public and specifically Chennai City Public

                                    This is to relate in a summary the harrowing and harassed experience with Vodafone “Happy to Help “… you see the picture of a Dog.
                                    Please note, you will be treated worse than a Dog.....believe me
                                    I have made the biggest mistake in life to have imagined that Vodafone is one of the best Service providers in the Country.
                                    I have had issues for the last one year and they do not care to resolve a customer issue.
                                    The network is pathetic with poor range in a prime locality in Chennai like Guindy Ekattuthangal .
                                    Repeated phone calls to the Help line number, the Nodal Office and the Appellate Office are a futile attempt to resolve issues and only result in a huge waste of time and effort.
                                    No one is has the basic decency to revert to a customer understanding his/her issue.
                                    None of the Officers are accessible to an aggrieved Customer and they are always busy.
                                    No one in the Nodal Office is “Happy to Help” in fact they are very happy to complicate and be of the least possible help.
                                    My experience and frustration is being very mildly expressed on this site, basically to warn the Public of all false commitments by such unscrupulous Service Providers who do not understand the meaning of Service.
                                    I had been given repeated commitments that my issue would be resolved, but on the other hand things get worse.
                                    Even after all this when you make a payment as a rightful citizen you are harassed ,saying your payment is due and your line will be disconnected.
                                    This is the true state of affairs which can be proved with evidence and facts.
                                    Beware of Vodafone !!!!

                                    I was told by the highest Costomer greviance office that I would get a call within an hour, it is now past time and I am yet to receive a call as per the commitment...
                                    This happens every time ...hence im am forced to add...
                                    To make things clear I have other Connections like Airtel, TATA DOCOMO, TATA Indicom, which all function well with good range only my Vodafone range is absolutely pathetic.
                                    After making a payment on 19th to theit own Office, you dont get an update even after four days.They say it will take seven days to update a payment .In the mean time you get SMS alerts and Voice Messages to make payment or your line will be disconnected.
                                    After followup with their Nodal Office and giving evidance and details of payment made four days earlier, you still get such harrasing sms and so on...
                                    Again after followup you get a sms thanking for Payment and soon afterwards get another SMS threatening to disconnect if payment is not made... This is the best Service Provider and the Best Customer Experiance !!!
                                    Who will dare to take up a Customer issue and deliver justice/get justice?????

                                    Myself Perbesh Negi, My cell No is [protected] (Bhatinda< punjab>), t26 april 17.48 hrs again i got massege for news activation and deducted my 30 rupees for rentels, then i call imediate costomer care center but they didnot give me satisfactory answer.then i immediate deactivate my news alert service after deduction of 30 rupees, and also activate DND service, but today at11.24 hrs again i got the massage of news alert activation , so this the cross the limit , if i didn"t get my deducted money , i will go to the CONSUMER COURT for harrassing me again and again.
                                    My friend also suffering from these thing, so we are planning to go CONSUMER COURT.and we are also planning to change our service provider. i want immediate action againest these thing.

                                    please do the needful, we are waiting for your favourable reply.

                                      I had complaint regarding the Speed of your 3G Service after the recharge of 855rs for 5GB on my number [protected] but I am failed to take the facility because of Vodafone Fake promises to resolving my problem...
                                      Sorry to say but your service is very ridiculous...As you had suggested me, I had visited the store and they had provided me a new Sim. But in the new Sim I am also facing the same issue for the 3G Service...I had complaint on 26th June and today is 23rd July almost 1 month you had taken to resolve an simple issue..In your Customer Care they are telling me our technical team is working on this Issue...But my concern is “As I am the only person who had taken the 3G Service from you in Delhi NCR Circle"?
                                      Nobody is talking about my previous 3G Data Balance. I had recharged with 855rs and 249rs for 1 GB, thinking that now it will be resolve due to I had changed the 3G plan but I was really shocked to see the same issue on the new Recharge as well.
                                      Now I am going to buy a new connection of Airtel and I will discontinue my Postpaid Vodafone Number [protected] or I will do MNP in Airtel after facing this Issue...
                                      You are worst than MTNL Provider but now they are very much better than you to providing Services.
                                      Now I am also post on Consumer Complaint Help Desk for this issue so that after seeing this complaint nobody will think of taking your service.
                                      Hope you will take some good decisions and provide good services.

                                        My name is ashish kumar shukla .
                                        I had vodafone postpaid mobile connection (Number- [protected]).
                                        On 30 May 2013 i send them mail to deactivate/disconnect postpaid connection.
                                        after that they replied me on 1 june 2013 for the feedback.

                                        after that on 10 june i got bill from 5 may to 5 june (since i got confirmation 1 june ) so that i again send mail regarding deactivation on 12 june after that they replied me on 14 june 2013 that your number is deactivated w.e.f 14 june 2013.

                                        after that on 10 july 2013 they sent me bill from 5 june 2013 to 5 july 2013.
                                        then i sent mail them that my number was deactivated on 14 june 2013 why are you sending me bill . then they are saying that your number will be deactivated from 19 july 2013 please pay bill for june.
                                        Please help me in this matter.I have saved all mail which i got from vodafone if you need in solving this please let me know i will forward you .

                                        Vodafone — sending bills of postpaid after deactivation

                                        Dear sir
                                        My father used to have postpaid connection of vodafone number [protected] till april after which he left abroad. so to deactivate their service i submit all the papers required along with the application after paying all the due charges and also recieved the request number. Still i am getting their calls to pay the bill and also recieved some notice from some firm. I find this very harassing. we already have paid 4 month charges when we haven't used it.
                                        So now what should i do, can i go to court against this.
