It is with an sms rechage of 35 rs in karnataka region.
As per recharge customer shud get 150 sms for 28 days. But that actually is not true. My money is still deducted for every sms.

Wrong Charges on Bill

I just received my first ever bills for 2 Postpaid connections. The bills are inflated against the discounts which were offered. International SMSs are charged. Surprisingly the SMS timings are around my phone activation times. There is a previous balance shown on both the numbers. Since these are my first bills, how is it possible to have a previous balance?

NET USING CHARGES

I am post paid customer of Vodafone vide mobile no.[protected].

They have imposed Rs.641/- towards net using charges of 64 mb data mistakenly. When I request them to adjust the amount in monthly internet plan but they totally denied.

But actually they are charging Rs.99/- per month for 1 GB data.
