I was using vodafone prepaid connection ([protected]) since last 7 years.
In January I came to Sweden for business trip. and here also I was using that number with international roaming.
Suddenly on 04th June the number stopped working. the validity for number was till May 2015
I checked with vodafone and got answer the number is deactivated because of not recharged and not made any call within 3 months. and they did this without any prior intimation.
Then I wrote email to vodafone care and they had considered my case and gave assurance to reactivate the numebr by submitting some documents to nearest Vodafone store(i,e, Sawantwadi) and I agreed to that.
Then my father went to the nearest Vodafone store(Sawantwadi , 60 Kms from my place).
They took my documents and told that number will be activated within 2 days.
I waited for 7-8 days, then I called the vodafone store Sawantwadi to ask why the number has not been activated.
Then they supposed to reply with status.
My Father again personally visited the vodafone store to check the status, That time the executive had told my father that the number activation service is not available at our store, you have to go to another city (Mhapusa in Goa) which is 110 Kms from my place.
My question is then why this store is opened here if it is not for customer.
and why these people are making fool to customer and misguiding?
I don't want to loose this mobile number.

Vodafone — deduction of customer balance, by fooling them

useless service,

I miss Vaishali m Sonawane user of vodafone, this people call us for vodafone many times. I disconnected the call & suddenly i got the msg that your caller tune is set on your no. & my balance deducted. As called cust care first he was not ready to accept but when i got angry & had lot of conversation then the supervisor came on call & then he said " yes maa'm your caller tune is being set from our end by default so don't worry , you will get your balance back after 48hr. but still it was not back , i called back again & again the same assurance was given to me. after calling them again they said it is in request once your request is accepted your balance will be given to you & till today it will be done. The worse part is while talking to this executive & questioning them , then they keep our call on hold for 5-10mins & then disconnect our call. Like full again & again we have to call them & they disconnect doing the same things. And all the time when we call them back they ask us for details again & again we have to repeat the same procedure as if we custumer have no other work to do. I would like to request vodafone & the co-wroker that stop fooling your custumer. I used to face same service problem in my postpaid no. also that's the reason i stop using that no. Now i m just waiting when my balance will be back. I was more irrate when i came to know that many people our facing same problem & my friends also.

I hope that vodafone comeup with some solution for such kind of behaiver of their co-workers.

Vodafone — fooling customers by misleading

i have applied for 1day scheme of 40mb internet usage. the service was availed to within an hour. i used mobile net for about an hour. after using my balance was deducted about 30Rs. for using the service although i have free service. i called the customer care for inquiring this why the balance had deducted. they said you have vodafone live not vmc. how can i can surf on vlive when i have applied for service of vmc. customer care executive had a talk with me very rudely. three of them put hold on the phone for about 6-7min for transferring the call to senior each time i called them. the call was dropped after every 6-7min after transferring to senior. they misguided me & tried to fooled me that have use the wrong service.

Vodafone — VODAFONE STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS

i was porting out from vodafone number([protected]) but i got the call from vodafone on 8th feb 2011 saying that if i dont port out i will be offered call charges as 1 paise/2sec for free and if i recharge with 21 rs i will be charged sms at 1paise and will be getting full talk on recharge of 30 and above but 10 days has passed and vodafone is still fooling saying that its a technical problem and require more 24 hours, like this 10 days has passed but i NO offer has been activated on my mobile inspite of my repeated complain. i have wasted a lot of money on recharge after that call. moreover the people at vodafone customer care are very rude and disconnect my call when i give the complain.
the nodal officer is not bother to reply to my email regarding the complain.

Vodafone — Misleading Customers

vodafone is not at all reliable. No business ethics . Pathetic customer services.

When i bought the vodafone USB stick the agent told that there is a 199 line rental corporate plan wherein i get unlimited data usage. I specifically asked him if there is a limit to the data usage. But he told me i can use as much i want and there is no limit whatsoever.

But now after getting the services activated i get to know that there is no 199 line rental plan.
And the data limit for the plan which i am using is 3 gb....

And the customer services always hang up when i try to register my complaint.

    How to find the vodafone simcard number which is rejected? Iam having my sister`s vodafone simcard. she forgotten her number since she does not use it all. when i insert the simcard, this message appears "SIMcard Rejected". How to clear this and findout my simcard number

    Vodafone — Activation Of Sim Card

    Due to PUK Code, my sim card was rejected. As per customer care executive, the duplicate sim was activated within 2 to 4 hrs. But it's already 32 hrs now and nothing can be done... Again CCE said, there is no such information Or entry available in their systems and go to the Vodafone dealer and ask him about this.
    What service you r provide to your customers???????
    sir recently in feb 2008 i played a quiz contest on mobiles in that i secified my name as anil kerkar after some days i received a sms saying that i have the won quiz contest and i have won gili jewellery worth rs 14000 but yet now i have not received my prize plz look into this matter my mobile no [protected]

    Vodafone — non crediting of money to account

    Dear sir,
    Actually my brother(Mr.Kartik naik ) had visited vodafone gallery(Mapusa-goa) regarding payment of bill during that moment he had deposited some extra amount of Rs 55/-.And the concerned staff lady who is working in that vodafone gallery she had commited him saying that she will going to transfer that amount in his account ([protected])but so far she has not done that .
    so one day my brother had called her regarding the same, so she replied saying that what men your arguing for this 55/-.Actually the question is not of 55/-, today they are doing this things for 55/-, tommorow they'll be doing for 500/-.
    so i want your kind attaintion towards this thing

    I am Manoha Waghmare one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
    My purpose of writing is only to tell that my ring tone money has not been refunded till dated my registration No is[protected], my ring tone is not there I have closed my account of geting messages. u r rewquestedto please credit my rs 40/- to my account at the earliest i will be greatful to you sir,
    there is no tower at hingewadi (wakad) pune, so there is no network

    Vodafone SIM Card — Inactive after using 3-4 days

    For getting a Vodafone pre-paid sim card i twice submitted the documents and paid Rs 80. but finally i did not get my sim card activated.
    after complaining again and again its seems like a non sense.....
    I think its a minor issue but it can be bad impression for prestige company like Vodafone.
    mobile numbr [protected]. phone lost on 20.09.11 around 10.30 AM.
    Request for Deactivation of SIM registered but deactivated only at 9.30 PM.
    Duplicate SIM received promptly on 21.09.2011 around 12.noon.
    But SIM does not get activated even at 10.30 pm against a promise of 4 Hrs service for activation.
    Customer service recording says "Happy to help you" but the customer service center refuses to transfer the line to supervisor stating all supervisors are busy.
    This is vodafone customer service at its very best.

      I have purchased a new mobile samsung grand on Febraury '13 vodafone offered me a 3G plan of 2GB for 2 months free. then they deactivated the plan in 2 months so, far they were perfect. They actually send a message to inform customer that the pack is deactivated in the month of April. But in my case they never sent me any message and activated the 3g plan on tariff (10 KB 10 paise) without information (says in smart phones gprs is automatically activated when we try to use) well as per vodafone smart-phone buyers have made a crime. I paid the bill for the month of April '13 of Rs 2546/- if they would have informed me i would have easily changed to 2g plan of just Rs 199/- unlimited usage, which i am currently using. They also sends messages for every 200 MB usage for 3G plan, but again in my case they never sent me any message if they would have sent me message of how many MB i have used, i would have immediately changed my plan. by which we could have avoid this problem. Now, again i have received the bill of rs 1630/-. Vodafone is not accepting their mistake whatever happens they says its an system error. I have followed-up with vodafone customer service a lot of time but nobody is trying take call on this issue i have never said that i will not pay. I am ready to pay the bill excluding these data usage charges. why pay so much if you are getting internet service in just Rs 199/-.

      Vodafone — wrong information and no intimation

      i am using vodafone past 5 years .i hane not suffered like this .
      i have recharged in 2007 for one year incoming service .In last date of finishing 1 year plan i have received call from vodafone
      regarding about a new scheme of 6 years incoming for Rs 300 -6 years incoming free, 400 messages free for 6 years and then i recharged in jan 08 after finishing 3 months of easy recharge cost of 300 .on April last week without any intimation of phone call and any message i havn't received .on that last week i have
      balance 325 messages free . they are cheating the customer .
      there is no response with customer care also.
      I have lost my mobile having vodafone prepaid connection [protected] on today at 11:30 a.m. I have tried upto three hours to contact to customer care of vodafone to block my cell but could not succeed. I also tried it on vodafone site but could not find any site. Just I find this site and though this site, i want to block my vodafone no. [protected]. Please block it immediately to avoid its any misuse. Right now, i dont have any number...if required.. vodafone officers may consult me on[protected] on office time or they may leave massage on my E mail id.

      I want plan 250 in place of plan 799 in my Telephone No[protected] recently. Other then disconnect my ph. no[protected]

      Vodafone — CHANGE OF PLAN WITHOUT INTIMATION

      Plan has been changed from 25 rental plan to 149 rental, without any intimation.

      However it is told to me that whenevr your 25 rental plan will be end your number will be again shifted to your previous prepaid account as your had before...

      This completely rediculous and unneccesaary charging of money.

      Vodafone — Problem in bill plan

      This is with reference to my vodafone number [protected]. It is a post paid account from the last 2 years and I have always made my payments on time.

      I had requested vodafone to suggest me a way to take a add-on new number with my current number. I was suggested for a new add-on number its [protected]. A representative promised me that i would get a discount of 10% with my master mobile`s bill. Now when i get my bill there is no discount of such type.

      I request to you that pleasetell me what can do now. Please suggest me on my number [protected].


      However, despite my best efforts none of VOdafone’s Customer Care executives were able to help me out at that time.

      Vodafone — Plan changed without intimation

      I WAS USING A 998RS YEARLY RENTAL PLAN BUT I WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN IT GOT EXPIRED AND VODAFONE CHANGED MY PLAN TO 298RS WITHOUT INTIMATING ME . LAST YEAR I GOT A PROPER CALL WHEN IT EXPIRED AND I GOT IT RE-NEWED ON TIME . THIS IS A KIND OF AFROAD AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE . NOW WHEN I M CALLING CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE BUT NOT READY TO ADJUST LAST 4 MONTH CHARGES INSTEAD GIVING ME DIFFERENT OFFERS .

      I'VE 3 VODAFONE CONNECTIONS IN FAMILY AND USING FOR A LONG TIME NOW . IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE LEVELS YOU PROVIDE TO REGULAR CUSTOMERS I THINK WE CAN EXPECT ANYTHING THEN .

      I M FIRM ON MY DECISON AND NOT GOING TO MAKE ANY OTHER PAYMENT TILL MY PREVIOUS CHARGES ARE ADJUSTED . I M READY TO SACRIFICE MY NO. # BUT WILL NOT USE VODAFONE GOING FORWARD IF IT IS NOT RESOLVED.

      Vodafone — automatic change in bill plan

      I have a post paid connection no,[protected] since last five years.you have charged the monthly rent from me for Rs.100 per month and you have given to me 500minutes free on vodafone to other mobiles, grouping also free and 200 sms national free . But from the last two month you have changed my bill plain and charged the rent from me Rs.209 in the bill of month april 2011.         This is just to make you aware of the ridiculous service i have received from Vodafone on just 2day of activation after MNP .

        I had paid 175 Rs for Vodafone E-TOP while MNP and it never reflected in the balance (As informed while paying it would be i got receipt ).
        Have called Vodafone care they asked me to go to gallery and i went to gallery waited for 50 minutes for my turn and then i come to know this was the charge for MNP or conversion charge .
        175 Rupees for MNP really?
        Then come another agent he say i get free data card for for 175 Rs (I never asked for this data card and i don't want and he asked me for id proof ! wow didn't i gave proof for MNP ??

        Thank you for the excellent service!! 175 Rs for Vodafone E-TOP .

        Never new customer are treated like this was pretty much happy with my last provider ....

        THE WORST CUSTOMER SRVICE IF EVER AWARDED SHOULD GO TO VODAFONE INDIA.....
        REDICULOUS SERVICE....

          i have submitted all required docs at vodafone mini store at amberpet, hyderabad. i wanted to port in to vodafone from aircel. i've been said that aircel sim will be deactivated with in 7days, and vodafone new sim will be activated. i have submitted docs on[protected]. but still i.e[protected] aircel sim is not deactivated and vodafone sim shows sim card registration failed. i don't have another vodafone sim to call to customer care that is why i'm registering a complaint.

          Vodafone /sim card — delay Activation

          Sir i m Adeliene Diana D'costa, i submitted my documents to activate my sim card my sim No. is [protected] but sir it still did not activate.Its not a frist time. Please do some thing.

          Vodafone — SIM card activation delay

          I had lost my SIM. So when I requested for new SIM card with same no which i was using. The Vodafone customer care executive asked for the necessary documents and Rs. 99 for re isuue of same no. Afer verification and payment they told me that the new card will get activated within 2 hrs of time but even afer 7 hrs it dint get activated . when called at vodafone they are saying wait till morning.
          I suffered a lot because of their iresponsible behavier and reluctance.

          Vodafone — MNP not activated

          MNP not activated.

          I applied for MNP to transfer my conection from Tata Indicom to Vodafone on 26th Feb 2011. (Porting code:TT338438, Number:[protected]). My current servcie provide i.e Indicom deactivated my connection on Feb 3rd morning 8 a.m. I got a message from Vodafone the same morning saying that "The current service provider has approved your application to transfer to Vodafone. We will get back to you shortly on the data/time of porting."

          It has been four days since then and my number has not been ported. While I reach Customer care (call center) they say that the intermediary has rejected my application. After telling them that I got a message that it has been approved(my message) and Tata number has been deactivated and that I signed a form from Tata Indicom personally indicating the closure - they come back saying that there is some IT problem and they will call back. But except one or two times they havent(even then thye say it will be resolved in 12 hours but no use).

          Vodafone does not give me a complaint number since I am not part of their network and so I cant even raise to the nodal officers or above. (They ahvent been responding to emails anyway).

          I have been to their cusotmer care centers personally and checked. There still seems to an It problem which is yet to resolve. always the 12 hour excuse is given.

          In the last 4 days I would have gone to their customer care center five to six times and called them up at least 10 times.

          No use Pathetic service even before I start. Instead of two hours it can take 12 hours of even 24 hours to port. 4 days I have not got my number and nobody even cares.

          Respectfully i want to inform you that, on 24/12/2010, I registered my IDEA number (+91-[protected]) for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) in VODAFONE Company.

          The Porting Time for a consumer is 7 working days as per TRAI guidelines.

          But my Number (+91-[protected]) has not activated in VODAFONE.

          Two days ago i went to Vodafone Head office 2 times, but they said to me that my number will activate in tow days, yesterday evening (7 Feb 2011, 3:25:16 PM) a message comes from the Vodafone on my IDEA number (+91-[protected]) is that "Hello! Your Porting Request IE946NAR has been approved by Yor current operator. we will Communicate the porting date and time Shortly".

          Since last night the network from my IDEA operator has been Deactivated, then today Morning I Insert the Vodafone Sim in My Mobile, but there is no Network has comes from Vodafone.
          After that I went to Vodafone Mini Store, Rajajipuram to know the Porting Status of my number
          (+91-[protected]) .
          There they said that your service for Vodafone is now activate on your number (+91-[protected]),
          but the SIM is provided to me is wrong. Please contact to Vodafone Shah Najaf Road Lucknow.

          Then once I go there for that, then he said that "Sir Please Come after tow days,(10/02/2011), then i will provide you a duplicate SIM."

          Sir, Now I getting Tired for this.

          Vodafone — CHARGING FOR MNP

          I have Vodafone number [protected], i have applied for MNP from Vodafone to Bsnl as i am shifting to other location where the connectivity of vodafone is not present,
          i have submitted documents to BSNL and my unique number is VA163499, on 8th of this month, i have received message from Vodafone stating that my request is rejected due to the number or range is in contractual obligations, please call customer care or visit vodafone stores for further action
          i called customer care but there is no solution from their side asked to visit store i visited the store and the answer is i need to pay Rs 1000/- as it is a premium number,
          while taking the connection they not charged me anything now to get out of the network i have to pay Rs1000/-

          This how service providers loot people

          I was done mobile port Reliance to vodafone network That process has been changed after two days i worked as vodafone then it disconnected.           sir i am ported airtel to vodafone. 27th april airtel approved port and stopped the service on other hand still today (3rd may) vodafone didnt started the servise. i gave my id and photo 3 times. i contacted dealer, vodafone centre twice bt no use. i contacted customer care more than 10 times. please provide me servise. its important no. to me.
          i'm tired of calling vodafone customer cae and also visiting vodafone stores. i have already registered a complaint earlier for the same reason that is i have ported my aircel number into vodafone around 3weeks back. i have submitted all required documents at vodafone mini store hyderabad. sales executives at store says that they have forwaded the documents, it might be delayed at head office. i have called to vodafone customer care but of no use. nobody is responding correctly. 2days back i've got call twice from vodafone. they said that new vodafone sim will be activated by tuesday i.e[protected].but still today aircel num is working a usual. one of the executives at store said that if previous network allow me to mnp then it will be processed. how can i know that aircel has permitted me or not. if the vodafone sim not activated with in 1day. i'll go for another network. atleast let me know the status.
          I have number [protected] submitted all documents for porting from dolphin to Vodafone. On 28th august 2014.. Now two weeks later still nothing is being done and I'm told tat wait for another seven days. And that if nothing is being done then we will resubmit after 7 days . My UPC expired yesterday. And when I''my trying to check the status of Port request at mnpindia, it shows request not received.

            Again yesterday after my last call balance was .93. Today the balance is .01after making a call of 1 second whichcost only .01 ps.

            I am using vodafone prepaid.internet and mobile. when my internet was used up, they had deducted nearly Rs 60 without any intimation. Normally they send an sms showing 80%of internet isused up. My deductions were done without notification.

            Further my balance yesterday after last call was 0.93. Aftrr making amother call which lasted .1 sec which cost 0.01 my balance was shown as 0.
            Please do the needful against this.

              Dear Sir,

              I have converted my prepaid connection to postpaid in the faith of company, as I am very old user ans customer of Vodafone. After getting details of my call I found that on a particular local Vodafone number my calls were high and I was consuming some internet pack on my phone. I decided to get plan for reducing my bill and I visited company showroom at U block, Shakarpur area from where I have converted my number into postpaid. I was told that there is plan of 75 monthly in which i can choose any local Vodafone number and my calls would be free on the same and it would be activated after 4 working hours. I have accepted that plan on 14/6/2013 and got confirmed from call center that it was activated call details for the same are printed in my bill for which they have charged .5 Paise.

              I have received another bill few days back which I opened today for making payment. Before going for payment I have gone through my bill and was surprised they have charged for the number against which I have opted monthly plan. I though it may be billing mistake and I called to Customer care of Vodafone at 10:44 today i.e 6/7/2013. I have conversation with Mr. Abhineet Pathak who clearly denied for plan scheme and I was told that till time I do not use my free call of 7500seconds from my number this scheme would not be applicable, which is a very very big fault commitment and was never told by and person of the company. They are charging me double as monthly rental as well as separately for call.

              I have seen the bill and come to conclusion as:

              1. I have used my free calls as on 6/6/2013 and plan was activated from 14/6/2013.
              2. I was never told these type of things earlier from any person of the company.
              3. This monthly plan was implemented in my monthly bill but company never gave any benefit.
              4. This is a matter of cheating and fraud with their loyal customer.
              5. Each and every customers bill should be checked and heavy penalty should be charged on the company.
              6. The time which we are using in complaint and taking with their representative should be compensate by the company.
              7. All extra charge should be reimbursed as soon as possible with immediate effect.
              8. I should be free for changing my service provider and should receive final due bill after rectification so that i can pay it.
              9. Company should accept its fault and publish on their website.
              10. I have given request for number portability on 6/7/2013 at the last conversation with customer care and my request number is [protected].
              11. Apart from postpaid I am using three other prepaid numbers of Vodafone and will go for portability.



              I have tried to give as much information as possible from my side, if any how you need some query u are most welcome any time. Only request is to make learn those cheaters company who are having smile on their face and happy to cut pocket.

              Vodafone / mobile services — Billed for the services not used

              Dear Sir,

              This is with reference to my Vodafone mobile no. [protected]. I used their Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) for couple of months before June 2010. I got it deactivated in the month of June itself.

              After which for the month of July and Aug 2010 i am not receiving the bill as VMC rentals but as vodafone live amounting Rs. 290.50/- and Rs. 328.80/- respectively.

              Here i do not understand when i am not using the services then why am i billed for the same. if you check my mobile usage for calls also it is not much but vodafone live is charged more. I am your customer since last 5 years then why am i charged for the services which i have not used.

              Also if you see and check the bill throughly i am billed for the vodafone live usage after every 25 - 30 mins for 24 hours for both the month, i fail to understand i dont use the service and that too never in the late night and early morning.

              Is vodafone trying to mint money through this.

              Request you to kindly go through the same and credit the charges as i wont be paying for the services which i have not used at all.

              I have a vodafone post paid no [protected]. When I changed my no from pre-paid to post paid the cutomer care executive told me that 1 vodafone number will be free for me forever even though I changed the Plan. But, on 19-sept when I changed the plan and my free number ([protected]) get deactivated. After 15 days I check my balance and I came to know that nnumber is deactivated. I again activated the number. But, when I recived the bill the free number charges has aslo included in total amount. I talked to Nodal services they are saying me tell that executive name which is not possible for me to remember till 4-5 months. So, please help me to get out from this Problem.

                i was wrongly charged heavy internet charges inspite of activating an internet plan of 2GB. on complaining i was told that there is no record of such an activation and the system doesnt approve of the same.

                upon repeated complaints to the vodafone executives they offered me a 50% discount on settlement, which is cleverly exploiting a customer and charging him Rs. 3300 for no mistake of his. i refused to pay more than my call charges and the data pack charge which was Rs. 125. Infact i even paid Rs. 600 which sufficiently covered both, but that was also of no use.

                On registering a complaint on their online feedback portal, i get a couple of calls, and when i ask them to hold on for a minute so that i can get out of my office and speak, the executives have the audacity to cut my calls. This is the level of service that they boast of.

                My phone is not working fot the last one week and i have been punished for no mistake of mine. It is to my utter disdain and exhausted attempts at settling this issue, i have to write this.

                You were so persisitent upon a written record for activation of the internet plan, I want to ask you one thing, why was i not given any written confirmation of my complaint on your feedback portal. So that you can safely say no complaint was registered as per our records? Pathetic Service and sheer loot of ignorant and meek customers. Shame on you!

                Vodafone — Wrong Plan Activated

                Wrong plan was activited on My Vodafone Mobile Number. Afer so many telephonic discussion with Ms. Nikita ([protected]) and Ms. Priyanka ([protected]) they have given me wiver but not providing the calculation on which they calculated the wavier.

                Dear sir,

                As I'm using the Vodafone connection for past 4 years .My number is
                [protected].I have changed my prepaid connection to postpaid on April 2011.I
                have taken another number [protected] with Vodafone for CUG connection
                .Our plan is Talk more 100 @ life time .I have duly signed all the
                documents provided by Vodafone and applied for CUG connection .We are
                using the CUG connection starting from May' 2011.

                Last month ,we have the received the bill amount of Rs.475 & 445 for both
                CUG numbers.So We make a call to Vodafone customer care for
                clarification.They said that there is no CUG connection activated in this
                number [protected].So we approached the Vodafone Outlet.They replied the
                same .

                We are unaware and we are paid the bill for more than 11 months for CUG
                Connection..

                Still we have not received the itemized bill from your side (for the month
                of Mar'12) .


                I request you to rework all the bills starting from May'11 to till date
                .Please take necessary action

                You are supposed to rework the payment

                We are very much unsatisfied with your service .

                Try to resolve the issue as soon as possible .

                    I requested Vodafone to cancel their post paid 3G data card with number [protected] four times in between 20th April and 30th April, 2013 after clearing off their bill Rs 1186/- on 30th April, 2013. They did not cancel the vodafone data card till now and they sent another bill of Rs 200/- for the month of May, 2013 and Rs 930 for the month of June, 2013. We have not even used the datacard after 17th April, 2013 till date.

                    Apart from that the Vodafone Begumpet and Kukatpally branch people called me atleast 50 times asking me to convert to prepaid. Got vexed of saying no to them.

                    And vodafone customer care called me another 50 times to pay the residue amount.

                    I have put all the email exchanges between me and vodafone customer care below between 20th April and 30th April.
                    Vodafone is not cancelling my post paid 3G data card with number [protected] for the past 3 months even after clearing the residue amount on 30th April, 2013

                    Also the numerous phone calls made by vodafone Begumpet and Kukatpally branches and the vodafone customer care is making me log a criminal complaint against them.

                    I was having two numbers of Mumbai location Vodafone service provider. I cancelled them as I changed my job location to Gujarat. I cancelled that numbers in approx November the request approved after two months and numbers closed in January I paiud all the outstanding amount as and when communicated by vodafone.                       I have 1GB of 3G data plan activated in my billing period for postpaid number:[protected] and billing cycle is 14th to next 13th of every month and during this billing cycle i have completed my data usage and would want to activate additional package of 3G and placed request 5 hour earlier and its not been processed so far. even i called customer care they say reason is unknown and we will get back to me soon. even it happened last month as well due to which i got Rs.2000 bill and this month also happening same thing. i would like to understand will my request be processed or not?. If my request is not processed and still this month also if I get more billing amount than i ll not be paying for the same.

                      if you feel you have reason which are unknown than for a common ppl like us we have consumer court to put it forward.

                      I ll not tolerate any more....

                        I have been a vodafone customer from the last 7 years. My number is [protected] from hyderabad, and I'm curently working on a project in rajasthan for a few months. However, on the night of 1st July, my sim stopped working and started to show the message, 'sim card registration failed'. The next day, when someone went to the vodafone customer care in hyderabad, they alleged that 9 sims were issued in my name. they said that they had sent messages regarding this, but i did not recieve any such messages. after a lot of harrowing, they agreed to transfer that number to my father, however its been 2 days and the number has still not been activated. on top of that, the behaviour of your executives was very rude. they refuse to talk and meet when someone goes down over there, and says that the document is in process. Is this the sort of behaviour and service you provide to a loyal customer? I would be very glad if my number is reactivated, please do the needful at the earliest.

                        My name is Vaibhav Mundada. I had taken a vodafone prepaid number [protected] in Nov 2007 from vodafone store in Amravati MAHARASHTRA. The initial validity of the card was upto August 2009.
                        In May 2009 i had recharged my number with a validity recharge of Rs.99 to make its validity till March 2011. At present i am living in Delhi and i am not using the abovesaid number from last 3 to 4 months.But in august 2009 when i inserted the said sim card in mobile it shows the message that sim registration failed.
                        I had contacted in this regard to vodafone store in Amravati from where i bought the card.
                        They said that this number is issued to another person because of non using the said number from last 3 months.
                        I don't know how this is possible because this number have a validity upto March 2011 also had a balance of Rs.125 approximately. This number cant be issued to another person because of its validity. Non using the number for 3-4 months does not make it available to another person.
                        you are requested to take some action in this regard and give me my number back alongwith balance of Rs.125.

                        Vodafone — Regarding registration failed

                        I have recharged my vodafone number [protected] and another number also and went to US and came back after 5 months. When i switched on the cell numbers [protected] is telling that"Sim card registration failed" but at the same time the another vodafone number is working properly.

                        When i called to customer care they are telling that why will not reactivate that number. But they are telling that after one year they will allot this number to others. How is it possible ?

                        This is my problem. How can i solve this problem. Can you tell me the procedure or can anybody tell me how to re-activate the SIM.

I had provided and submitted all documents, photos and Rs. 250/- for Security. In spite of that my all services (like outgoing call, sms) has stopped on dt. 26.06.2013. field officer shows Good verification in negative. dispute of many several mails but they didn't take a necessary action. Now I am facing most problems...I request you please look into the matter.

                            Vodafone service — wrong billing

                            from so many months vodafone has been charging me for some service which i have never been using. infact my handset do not support any such services as it is a very simple model. about this i came to know on 13th january while enquiring with 111. then i went to borivali-west office and complaint. i then just received one registration no. saying that i will be contacted on 18th jan at 11.30 am but nobody has yet contacted nor anybody is taking any responsibility of solving this problem. now if i stop the paymetn they will disconnect my line and create more problem for my earnings.

                            Vodafone — Wrong Billing

                            I am using "Corporate Account" of Vodafone since past couple of years now and I really feel that "Vodafone" is into 'Quick Money Making' by charging unauthorized charges.

                            Following are the examples:-
                            1> I was given a 'Corporate Plan' by an executive of Vodafone and hence I switched to it. When the bill was not in sync with the plan - I mailed customer care and they advised me to talk to the executive who gave me the plan!!! - WT[censored]
                            2> In each of my bills I have to check the usage - I get an itemized bill - I usually get charged for previous month usage too in my current month bill!!! - I have raised this with Customer Care in mail - for more than 5 times now (i.e. for more than 5 bills now) - Ridiculous Service!
                            3> I had requested deactivation of 'Vodafone Mobile Connect' on June 28, 2010 and I was informed by IVR of Vodafone that it would be deactivated within 2 hours! However, I didn't get any confirmation till June 30, 2010; being proactive I mailed 'Corporate Vodafone' and asked for re-confirmation - I was informed that it was deactivated as on July 02, 2010 and I have to pay monthly rental of 699 towards July usage as it was deactivated in July 2010 - WT[censored]

                            Hi

                            I am a user of vodafone services including blackberry and I had paid one year amount for my blackberry services now when that one year expired vodafone did not inform me but started charging me 1099 Rs monthly on their own. Vodafone also rips its customers by incorrect billing which as a customer you will never be able to find out what is being billed to you. I have been using vodafone for more than 3 years and inspite o[censored]sing it for more that 3 years if this is what vodafone does to its customers I suggest all to never use vodafone. They will charge you all wrong amounts for your blackbeery services, will never give you discounts as promised and the billing is always incorrect. So guys beware of vodafone.

                                With reference to above subject for my cell No [protected]; please note; Today 1.7.13, I was misguided by your person, while I call to your help line no 198 and ask for current recharge for 1.2p/second. He told me that by doing recharge of Rs. 82.00; I will get 1.2p/ sec on Local & STD. he told me that he will send me SMS for the same offer. Meanwhile I did Rs. 82.00 recharge, But received SMS was uncompleted so I reconfirm on 198 again. another person surprisingly told that there is no such offer.

                                By doing recharge of Rs. 82.00; I get local 1.2p/ sec and 2p/ sec STD. I ask to put me to Nodal Officer he again refuses to do so; even he is not ready to give me email ID of your customer care.

                                This is second time during six month with me that your persons are not so sound to guide (See Below Email). I am also afraid, that my talking plan may be changed and you are requested to transfer my money back and also look at the matter that my talking plan will not affected.

                                Respected Sir/Mam,

                                I have been using Vodafone (earlier Hutch/Essar) as my cellular service provider for about 8 years now and with all respects to the company I am very satisfied with the services offered by them on both my no.s of Vodafone except for a little glitch.

                                My no. with the problem- +91 [protected] | (other no. [protected])

                                The Tariff Plans on both the no.s are the same Lifetime Plans. The problem I face is with regards to the monthly fixed CLIP charges, whereby Rs. 49 as CLIP charges are levied to this no. of mine, despite the claim it wouldn't be. The difference has been in the timing of the activation of the plan, whereas the Lifetime Plan was activated on [protected] last year and on the no. with the problem- [protected], earlier this year, both at the time of termination of previous Advance Rental Plans respectively.

                                At the time of the termination of the plan on [protected], I kept getting calls for the renewal and was assured that if I were to visit the Vodafone store- for the activation, i.e , I'll be given the exact same plan on this no. as well- which clearly hasn't been the case.

                                I have no other problems with the Company's working and service provision and would just want the issue to be sorted with an end to the CLIP charges being waived on [protected] as monthly fixed charges for lifetime (as offered on my other no. with the same Lifetime plan) as well.

                                  I have been a pre paid customer of Vodafone with mobile No. [protected].
                                  on the intervening night of[protected] and 1-7-2013 service to my mobile phone were abruptly stopped. There was no notice nor any message asking for any information from my side.

                                  On contacting the Vodafone customer care, I was told that there are multiple connections in my name and as a result as per TRAI guidelines, the service is barred.
                                  I asked for showing multiple connections in my name. There was no reply from the service provider.

                                  At least there should be some sort of a communication that the service will be barred.

                                  Abrupt stoppage of service caused a lot of inconvenience.

                                  Response of the service provider is evasive and not to the point. Now the service provider says that the present mobile no. will not be available to me any more. I want to continue with the present no. as I gave this number to lot of my relatives and friends. Please help me out.

                                  Vodafone — Withdrawal of services

                                  On 12.08.2008 my services to mobile no [protected] were suddenly withdrawn. On going to the Vodophone store located at Shahnajaf Road Hazratganj, Lucknow, I was informed that due to some technical fault the services were discontinued and that the mobile connection would be restored within 2 hours i.e. by 5.00pm the same day. By 6.30 pm when the service to the mobile were not restored I rang up the customer care centre ([protected]) who weree unable to answer as to why the services were not restored but assured that within 4-6 hours the services would definitely be restored. It is now 23 hours since I personally visited the vodophone store/office but the service to my mobile has not been restored as yet, causing me a lot of inconvenience and misery. No representative is picking up the call at [protected] and when I called up the other helpline number [protected] they were unable to help and asked me to again to the store. How long can the consumer keep running around? Everyone in vodophone organisation wants to palm off the responsibility to someone else

I was shocked when i able to know that my caller ID & SMS service has been withdrawn by the Company without any intimation from 2nd December 2008. I am using the no.[protected] from last two and a half year, i am regular user and continoulsy recharging with top-ups time to time. last week on 9th december 2010, i have replaced my sim and paid the fee. .from sector 35 vodafone care. That guy assured me that your no will continue on replaced sim in another half an hour, after that i made two top-ups on the same no. worth Rs 123/-. and there was already a balance. but on 13th of december they barred my services and issue the no to another dealer.
                                  and they all have done this without giving me any information. when i contacted them again at their branch they simply saying that our system is showing NOT REPORTED, when i asked them that what is that meaning. they are politely saying we are not sure. this is my family no. and distributed to across world to our relatives and friends.,

                                  I dont understand how these Company can do this silly mistake. i have submitted my documents even twice and thrice whenver they ask for, even i am residing at the same address.

                                    i accept that i use this card after a long time but this is very bad experience with vodafone that for getting postpaid connection they are not giving me this card , they are not ready to give me this card,

                                    then after i contact customer care executive by phone , as per him give all documents again at vodafone stores it will be surely activate again,

                                    my request : i shows my name in that card with old records, still card is on my name co please activate my card.
                                    i have my old Sim card , so please active my cell no, don't use more formalities to give me this card.

                                    i like vodafone service , but this is the 1st time bad experience with vodafone.

                                    As per government regulations w.e.f May 22, 2013, for connections without any usage (voice/video calls, Outgoing SMS, internet usage, VAS purchases with balance) for 90 days; following actions are liable to be performed by Vodafone for subscribers with less than Rs 20/- balance; all services will be deactivated pending payment of Reactivation Fee for a period of 15 days. Number will be disconnected on non-payment of said Fee within this period. For subscribers with more than Rs 20/- balance, Automatic Number Retention Scheme will be put into effect - Rs. 20 will be deducted and services will continue for 30 days. If there is no usage till the end of this period or may come into effect, depending on balance. You Vodafone number has not full filled the said requirement and number has been cancelled. We are unable to allocated the same number once again.

My outgoing has been suspended coz of some delay in the payment.After I have done the payment I was told that Outgoing calls will get activated in 1 hours time. But my outgoing calls were not active for 20 days instead I got my next moth bill. When I personally went to the store "Vodafone Store, Plot No. 119, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune-411044, Landmark: Opposite Jaihind School" He activated the outgoing services when I asked him the reason for not activating there was no proper response insted he secastically telling "the person might has some personal probelms with you " and making fun of me. This is not the first time with Vodafone I have similar experience in the past.

                                      this is regarding my Vodafone mobile bill for the month of April. it was a Rs 983 bill which was due to be payed on 19th of May 2013 & i made a online payment of Rs 984 through my axis bank credit card on 15th of May. i got the confirmation from Vodafone.in on my email & got amount deduction message from my bank as well. Since then i have been getting regular calls from Vodafone call centers for payment.. inspite of me giving them all the details regarding the payment along with the credit card statement on ther customer care email id & to justin john's email id, they disconnected my connection twice. i went to their Vodfone kiosk at hypercity mall & met Mr. Shoeb who promised me like other that i will not be troubled again over this matter. but after 3 days of me visiting him my line was again disconnected. i spoke to many people & again n again they asked me the same question regarding the payment but nothing is been done. Every time they give me same answer " its not showing in our database ". i was out of station but they didnt spare me there also. they must have increased my mobile bill by Rs 500 on roaming charges.
                                      i am forced to write thios mail to you b'cause they have started the non payment automated msg on my fone before making calls. its a humble request that you pls look into this matter very strictly as they have taken me for a ride in this 2 months time. i am highly disturbed & tortured by Vodafone people & you are my last hope.

                                      Vodafone India — harrasment on providing add-on card

                                      I am using mobile services of vodaphone since last 7 years or so. On 1st november 2007, i visited to their gallery located at Bhandarkar Road, Pune, Maharashtra (India). I asked for an add-on card which was given to me within half an hour after making a payment of Rs. 150/- towards deposit. I also applied for change of address for communication, for which I submitted the proof on next day. It was inormed to me, that address verification shall be done before effecting the address change and then only add on card shall be activated. On saturday, 3rd Nov 07 i recd a call from verification agency re. visit to my place. The meeting time was fixed at 11.00-11.30 am on sunday - 5th November 07. On that sunday, nobody came to my place, though i wated till 2.30 p.m. . Since that day, no further communication from vodaphone people. Not only this, their staff members namely Ms Kajal responded arrogently. After Diwali, I again visited the gallery personally and was promised that the problem shall be resolved soon. However, till today i.e.22nd Nov 07, no reply from them.
                                      I am Sonali Bakshi, a student of Amity.I am using a prepaid connection which is on the name of my cousin brother "Tushar Kapoor- who is also a student in the same college". I wanted to get the number migrated to a postpaid connection so I called up vodafone office so as to know the procedure. They sent an executive to my place, who gave me a sim card, which he said will be activated within 72 hours. He also took the photocopied id documents of Tushar Kapoor so that the number can be easily migrated.I told that executive that I also wanted the number to be transferred on my name, since i was the one who would be using the number.He took my id documents also so that there are no hassels in transferring the number to my name. This happend roughly 15-20 days back. but till date the post connection has not started and the number has also not been transferred on my name.
                                      Then there was this executive who came home for the verification of the documents of Tushar. I told that officer also that the number also has to be transferred to my name. he told me that vodafone has my documents and there will be no problem in transferring the number to my name.
                                      I have had a word with 34 customer care executives including 5 of their "feild officers". I even remember their names. I also tried contacting the nodal officer of vodafone- ms. gurpreet rawal.but she also didnt respond to my problem.every time i call up vodafone i have to narrate the whole story to a new person.

                                      and above all this they also had the odasity to tell me that i told the previous executive to stop the procedure because of the delay..which i did not. one of them also told me that there was some problem in the verification. he said that there will be another executive who will visit my place and do the reverification. but no one turned up.every time they tell me a different story and expect me to be patient. I even lost my nerve at one point of time and had to speak to one of the field officers very rudely. he told me on the 25th that by 26th at any cost the needful will be attended to. and when next day no action was taken, i called up the customer care again only to hear that it was a national holiday and that no work will be done today.the best part being that, i cant even get back to the same person i spoke to and i need to start from square one. i dont know why they keep feeding in wrong information instead of the requests i am filing in.and the next time when i speak to another executive, i have sumthing new to hear.

                                      voafone has left me absulutely helpless, with consumer forum being my last hope.plzzz do something about the working procedures of vodafone and make sure that they appoint some sensible people as their executives so that the consumer greviences can be met.
                                      plz take immediate action against them and tell vodafone to compensate me for alll the time and energy i wasted in this procedure, so that my number can be migrated to post paid and transfered to my name.

                                      Yesterday, I received a call from Vodafone marketing department for changing the plan from Prepaid to post paid connection. When I refuse the same, then she (person on call) start ABUSING. I REAISE THE A COMPAINT with complaint number: [protected]. When today I called to customer care about the status of my complaint they told this is not part of our duty, we just raise the compalint and the conern person will do the proper action against this.

I got an SMS at 7:50 am in the morning today that my services have been barred without any prior intimation.I talked to their customer care executive Mr. Rajeev Babbar at 7:55 in the morning & tried to know the reason. He told me that my bill was generated in the night so it has crossed the credit limit. That's why the services have been barred.
                                      I tried to convince him by saying that if somebody is to be sentenced to death it can not be done by just killing him & then telling his family that he has been sentenced to death. First the verdict is announced & then it is executed. The executive refused to provide any help by saying that this language is not right.

                                      Now i want an explanation on whether my language was not ok & are the the customer cares is just to appologise for the inconvenience to the customer or to provide help.
                                      & secondly why i was not informed before the action taken so that i could have gone on to clear the dues..

                                      I am a sincere subscriber, always paying all my bills on time. But yesterday(17.11.11) without any information vod afone company put barring on my outgoing calls & when I asked the reason their cc executives Ashutosh tripathi/Amit both said that 'there is one more connection with the same address is not paid so we put barring on your number to pressurize the other subscriber for payment .this is our company's policy. Here I want to mention this that the other subscriber is my wife (Vaishali jayaswal) & her mobile no. is [protected]. I want to ask you some questions:
                                      1)If the bills were unpaid then the company should have barred her phone calls not mine. But company could not do so as there were some genuine issues raised by subscriber.

                                      2) My phone is barred without any prior intimation to me resulting into loss to my business. Will company ready to bear this loss?

                                      My Service Provider Vodafone has barred services to my number because they got a communication from a corporate company called Aegis BPO. I don't work for a Aegis BPO at all neither my cell phone is a company paid number. When I am calling the executives they are saying some Sandeep Biswas has asked to suspend my number. When I request to transfer my call to seniors, they just keep it on hold for hours with no response.

                                      Last month, also, without intimating me, they changed my BB Plan from 299 to 699, saying the company has changed the plan. Vodafone is charging me extra under some reason. I have called the service centre for four - five times from today morning, they are not even focused on resolving my problem, but are just giving some or the other reasons.

                                      As the services, are barred to my cell, I have lost 2 complete days of communication. My clients are unable to contact me and due to which my company is penalizing me for being unavailable and not responding to customer emails. This has lead to a serious harassment and I am unable to reach any of the senior authorities to Vodafone. I am vodafone customer from almost 4 years and with the repetitive issues from this service provider my mentally getting disturbed.

                                      I need a explanation and a proper resolution to the mental harassment I have to undergo due to the service provider.

                                        I got a message from vodafone ( VT-611120 )on 28-Jun-2013 regarding international call cutter and my number is [protected]. To activate the call cutter *121*7# .
                                        After I activate, Rs.235 debited from my balance. But in that message, my discount price for the call cutter is Rs. 10.

                                        As per the Customer Care instruction, I forward the offer message to the number "[protected]" and they accepted the issue and My service registration number is [protected].
                                        Also they told me that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs. . Till now no update from vodafone and amount is not credited. I went to vodafone showroom (Pondy Bazar) and the vodafone representative(Mr Manikandan) crosschecked the issue and messages in my mobile.
                                        He too accepted the issue. But still amount is not credited. Please check and update the status issue ASAP.
                                        All accepted the issue from the vodafone side, why am i suffering and continues followup it.

                                        i m sanjeev kumar mob. no. [protected]. a request no [protected] dated 7/4/09 change the tarriff plan 175 to 298 adv. rent @c.r.park.this request giving by mr. bharat from c.r. park vodafone store. i m calling on 111 customer care & ask me inform the that i m going & meet to mr. bharat personnaly & take the request about tarriff plan but i can not go & meet to mr. bharat. i did not submit any request @vodafone store. while they activated this plan without my permission on 13/5/09 my request no. [protected] against this activation.my origienal plan which i have to start up the plan but after this request i call to 111 customer care . they informe me that your compaint has been forwarded but they did not forward the complaint of refund the money . after this i went to vodafone store @rajeev chowk0n 29/6/09. there i registred my complaint again for refunding the request no. is [protected]. but till now i did not get any infomation about the solution.

                                        I cancelled my vodafone postpaid connection on July 08. Still now I have not received my refund.

                                        I have made a lot of follow up with the Vodafone people visted vodafone Hub 3 times. All for no use.

                                        I was told later they have sent a cheque and I have not received it.
