On 16th july, I have sent an sms - 'ACT SMS35' on 144 to activate 350 text messages for Rs. 35. This SMS was sent by me once. However Rs. 35 has been deducted twice and I have received 700 texts rather than 350 texts. not able to recharge online

10 months back i have changed my service provider to vodafone by mobile portability . i was able to recharge by online for first 5 months after that i am not able to. Till now am getting issue to recharge online. i got reply from vodafone customer service that this is a known issue and we are working on it. i dont know how long they will work on it. Sometimes it goes worse when i want my account to recharge immediately.

I got a message from Vodafone to my BSNL number ending with XXXXXXX637 stating that , to activate my new mobile number, [protected] I need to CALL 117

But as per my knowledge I hadn't taken any new sim from vodafone. I thought that it was a wrong message, and Vodafone Customer care will be calling me, for Sim activation procedure on my bsnl number so I could reject the sim.

Now I am recieving abusing messages...

Deficiency in 3G Internet services

poor quality of prepaid recharge coupons

Purchased 2 coupons from vodafone on 8 th july 13. worth rs 60 each. I scratched the area properly with a coin. The whole paper got scratched including the secret recharge number. The quality of the paper has become so poor over the years. Its like the paper is specially designed so that the number gets scratched away and the company earns profits.

Misleading customer
