Hi,
I would like to bring to your notice that my Vodafone connection with number +91-[protected] which I have been using since past 5 years, presently i am staying in Bangalore. This is my Andhra Pradesh Vodafone number. For my number they are deducting 1 rupee daily unnecessarily past 2/3 months every ime I am not observing the my balance. I am not calling from this number and I am not receiving to this number. They are deducting dates (June 18, 19 2013) these dates are I am fully observing.
Today (Jun19) I am called to Vodafone customer care 111 one Vodafone lady executive telling your receiving one call at 3:39 PM, but I am telling to her I am not receiving any call to this number, she said that in records one call receive at that time that's y money deducting she tell again I am telling to her that is my problem please transfer my call their supervisor. He asking some what is the settings->network settings in your mobile phone. I am asking after 2 min you can call me sir he said no you can call me again same number. I said OK.
First Time Call: 3:41 PM (duration: 15:22)
Again call to 111 I can ask the Vodafone executive transfer the call to your supervisor he said ok my call be on hold I am waiting that call be disconnected I am not talking that supervisor
Second Time Call: 3:57 PM (duration: 8:39)
Again call to 111 Vodafone executive I am explain my problem after again I am waiting on hold he said that you call form this number at that time he said like that finally he is also said that your call transfer to my supervisor again he Is transfer t the call to supervisor my call be on hold I am waiting that call be disconnected I am not talking that supervisor

What the hell are going on I don’t know….. I am using this network past 5 years but the executives are like that
I am feel very shame for using Vodafone connection form past 5 years and I am using Karnataka connection also Vodafone (+91-[protected])

not answering the call — negligence

I have been trying to call a IGNOU city center in bangalore (jaynagar[protected] for the past 1 hour, however the lady picks up the call yawning hesitating to give the details regarding BEd courses offerd in correspondence. Please help .

    Hello Sir,

    I am Tarun Gupta ([protected]) unfortunate subscriber of fraud and gangster's i.e. Vodafone.

    I am using there 699 plan plus 99rs - 2GB plan on 2G connection.

    At present, my outstanding amount for the current month shows around 13000 RS due to my usage of internet. These guyz discount everything at the end of the billing cycle as per them. But for some reason, they have barred my internet as well as out going calls.

    When i called them to seek clarification they were very rude and asked for a payment of Rs. 8000. I do not understand when my bill at the end of the cycle will not exceed[protected] Rs. then why should make a payment of 8000RS.

    I send email to all their departments and talk to many people but they use foul language and threatening me to make this payment. How can I make a payment before my billing cycle.

    For your reference, I have pasted whole my email conversation below. Any quick response will be highly appreciated as I am already humiliated by these people badly and I am scared too...

    PLease check the below email that I have received.

    I do not understand why I have been asked to make a payment of RS 8198 where as I have not even exceeded any limit according to me.

    According to my plan, i have 2GB internet plan and i have used arnd 1300MB due to which my bill amount reflects over 12000.


    This is a corporate number and I cannot afford to loose any call. secondly, it will be stupidity to make a payment of 8000+ at this moment since my bill may not even exceed Rs 1500 at the end of the month.

    Either activate my services and do let me know the procedure to change the subscriber since your Customer care people including supervisor does not know how to talk to the customer.

    He asked me to make a payment of 8000+ or else i have to wait till my bill get generated. I asked him if he can help out as this does not make sense to make such a payment then he was rude and which is not acceptable.

    Any quick response will be highly appreciated or else i have to talk to my company to look about this frudulent activity plus i will mail to consumer court if my calls do not get activated by Monday.

    Vodafone — Vodafone Cheating People

    My cell no is [protected]. Vodafone, previously Hutch in india started giving free missed call information without suscribing. After words they made it as paid facility charging RS.10 per month without taking concern from the customer, and to that they are puting the charges under the subheading as download charges so people may not be position to make it out for what they have charged.Isn,t it a great fraud.By this time for how many customers vodafone has robbed in this way GOD knows better.It is now question to us that how far we can tolerate such so called MNCs.

    Vodafone introduces some offers viz., "Earn while You talk" "Earn More" etc., "Hello! We tried to reach for an excellent offer" etc., from time to time.

    Similarly there were some offers to recharge for Rs.175/- before/by 29th of April'2009 & earn another Rs.185/- talk time to be credited within next 24 hours.

    This happened twice to me, that i recharged with the suggested amount, by the suggested date, but i never got those additional credit added to my balance.

    It's all just fake. Nothing but fooling the customers.

    So Please don't believe in the offers, what vodafone offers.

    Vodafone — threatening call by Vodafone

    After six months of disconnection of Mobile, I received a threating call from Delhi Police Commisioner , that he has an arrest warrant in my name and will come to arrest me at 6pm. He gave me the number of an Advocate. he asked me to call him and try to settle the matter or else he will get the cops in front of my home in the evening. i was petrified and terrified and fainted at the very first thought of it.

    companies like vodafone using unaccepted mode to recover outstanding amount this has happened to my friend and also to me very recently, I get a call who claims calling from Bannergatta, Bangalore police station he said his name is Sidappa who claims himself to be a cop, and then he hands the phone over to Kaushik who is a vodafone executive and it seemed like he called me not to collect the money but just to abuse me, i tried explaining my situation and wanted weeks time to pay but he was not at all ready to listen to me and at the end of the call the exact words he said was "now you dont have to pay this amount this call is recorded we know how to collect it from you" i was a customer for vodafone for more than three years, now that i`ve paid the amount after borrowing money from my parents what about the mental harassment i`ve gone through its not only Bupesh & I have faced this harassment there may be thousands across India, Our government should take strict action against these companies and start penalizing these companies, i[censored] have gone through such embarrassments pls get in touch with me at [protected]@hotmail.com lets have a discussion ans see wat we can do on this

    Vodafone — How vodafone is cheating people.

    I was a happy Idea subscriber. Until one day i saw an ad of vodafone outside dadar stn. It said on a first RC of 69 our subscriber will get 1p/s , 10p v2v local , 25p v2v mah & goa , 2gb data usage etc. I believed them & ported my no. from idea 2 vodafone. Went immediately to vodafone sion gallery & did a first recharge of 69 on a new sim card vide transaction id MU[protected]. Neither did i get the scheme nor did i get any talktime. They just cheated me & all my money was gone. This is how vodafone people are happy to help themselves with peoples money. I wonder how they can start schemes on their own without written permission from the subscriber. Now i am waiting for 90 days to get over to get out of vodafone. Is TRAI , DOT listening? Within a few hrs of porting i regret my decision. My cell no. is[protected]. I wonder what is the logic of TRAI to make people wait for 90 days to get rid of such cheating service providers? Their voice breaks when i am at the desk & have to go to the window to talk & listen. Whereas with idea the voice clarity was as good as a landline. Can anyone help?

      To whom it may concern

      This is to inform you that I am using Vodafone number from two years. My number is [protected]. I have submitted my payment of 1000 cash on 12 June in Vodafone bill machine in M2K Rohini Vodafone branch but because that machine was not ok so the store guard asked me that come on 13 morning so that the store manager can take cash entry. One of the employee of that M2K Rohini branch pretened us that he had sent a mail to vadafone customer care and my number will be activated within 2 hours but no action is taken till date. On 16 June the store manager Shruti in ronini store manager totally refused us that she can do anything because she don't know us or have seen us before and misbehaved very badly and humiliaite me. But on of the store employee helped and and assured us to forward our mail to their customer care on 16 June itself.

      No action is taken yet from their end my number is still barred and also they are not giving us any transaction id or something so that I can check it from another outlet.


      Please help me in that matter asap as my number is not working from 2 days and I have already paid my bill.

      This is my humble request please take strict action against those irresponsible employees who are not even listening to their customers and humiliate them.

      Vodafone — number not activated

      Dear Sir,
      My mobile number is [protected]. I have submitted my documents like driving license. but it has not been received by the company. The field person hasnot submitted the documents for 10 days and and my number is bar. The field manager is also not responsible person and taking the things so lightly. My incoming and out going has been barred. Its really bad servise by vodaphone in gurgaon.

      I am Sreehari Babu. My mobile number is [protected].I has been using bsnl mobile number for past 6 years.

      I have applied for mobile portability from Bsnl to Vodafone in Ameerpet Hyderabad Vodafone store on 2- Feb -2011.

      On[protected] I got a message from Vodafone.

      On Friday[protected] my bsnl mobile disconnected and Vodafone Simcard is not activate yet.

      Please look in to the issue.this is not right way to serve the people.

      Vodafone — Billing dates and payment dates are not ok

      Dear Sir/Madam

      This is regarding the billing system which is hampering in late payments. We receive the message but the bills are deleiverd after payments that too without call details which we were receiving when we first got the number.

      This is regarding my old number [protected] which was taken in the month of may 2010 and got disconnected in november 2010 as this number also being used by a female malwika sharma . i got my new connection in november and the first bill on number [protected] i received and made the payment and another bill comes of my old number without details which i will not pay since i got this number closed. The billing period was as follows

      Number : [protected] period : 28.11.2010 to 28.12.2010 amounting to Rs.376

      payment made on 11.01.2011 of Rs.400 and after this i have received another bill of old number amounting to Rs.485 period 6.12.2010 to 6.01.2011

      Its requested to please clarify my billing period of old bill as it was stopped after getting a new number from the same out let greater noida

      Now my new connection is disconnected and i would like to surreder this and get another service provider as this is the worst connection i ahve ever come accross and hassel free.

      Its, very true. I am also facing the same problem. Even after paying the bills and getting it cofirmed by the officer Mr. Jatin of Valsad(gujrat), I still keep getting calls and recovery agents at my home for the nonexisting bills. Either Mr. Jatin is totally inefficient or he has not deposited the cash in vodafones account. Anyway, I have the reciepts.

        I have tried many time for unsubscribe NJ service from 58558. but service provider didn't take any action for unsubscribe. I am getting 2-4 for naughtty jokes per day from 6 month unnecessary with cost of Rs. 30/- per month. Please help otherwise Rs. 30/- will charge on my mobile bill every month.

          Guys since last 2 months the mobile service provider called "vodafone" is cheating with me, My balance has been deducted several times for no bloody reasons.. and whenever I'm calling up it's customer care executive, they are showing me so many excuses..the service of vodafone customer care is far below standard and they are all learned there how to cheat on customers and more importantly how to cover that up with lame excuses..

          As discussed on June 20, 2013, we confirm that the balance was deducted for using data service. Data browsing and downloading any application is only possible when the handset software configuration, data connectivity and respective applications are all in line. On successful data transfer and download only, a subscriber gets charged. We regret our inability to reverse the charges as they are valid.

          It has been a regular act since a month that some alerts like Astro alerts/MCI services is getting activated on my cell no. [protected] without any prior notice or consent.

          This is costing me both financially and socially.
          I have talked to the customer care personale for refunding of my money.
          But I want full assurance that in future, no such service would get activated without any permission from my side.

          I, Kalyan Kumar Debroy, am a prepaid customer of Vodafone bearing mobile number [protected]. I activated Daily GPRS Pack (40 MB at Rs 4) on November 1, 2010 at 00:05 hrs. Upon activation of the above mentioned service, I started surfing connecting my phone to laptop via data cable. After one and half hour, the connection got deactivated and my phone balance was showing negative balance (Rs. -154.4720). But connection log of my laptop was showing almost 16 MB of data usage. Then I called the Customer Care for an explanation for the unreasonable deduction of balance. But the personnel on phone said that I had used extra 20 MB on surfing (i.e. total 60 MB data on surfing). Naturally, I was not satisfied with the explanation as I had used only 16 MB of data. Moreover, I have a prepaid connection. So how could my balance go down to negative value (Rs. -154.4720) ? And also when my balance reached zero, I was not even notified of the matter.
          So, I would be happy if you take necessary measures as soon as possible. I am attaching the screen shot of the data usage (connection log) of my laptop.

          I agree.. they actvate alerts and deduct your balance without your consent and give a reply that the customer had requested for activation...

          Vodafone — unreasonable deduction

          I had activated 99rs 1gb gprs service on my number +91-[protected] today at 11.55 am. And got a message from your side that my data pack is activated and is valid til 27.6.2012. I started using my net by 1 pm but after session got over my balance of rs. 76 got deducted. Kindly look it to the matter as soon as possible.

                2.Blackberry charges are hopeless..overcharged

                  I would like to put forward my complaint regarding your caller tune services. I subscribed to this service a few days back paying an amount of 30 rupees on my no. [protected]. Nowhere did it mention that before the caller tune your pathetic subscription message will be voiced. People are calling me and before they are able to hear the caller tune i pick up my call since your lame advertisement is so disturbingly long that it takes up all the time. Also, it sounds cheap and disgusting. You people should realize that its no use putting up a caller tune when all people get to hear is a terrible recorded audio of your stupid advertising strategy. I would therefore want you to either correct it immediately or refund my money otherwise i shall port my number to some other honest service provider. And next time please don't try to fool other people.

                    I've been a customer with Vodafone for more than 6yrs using no. [protected] and I feel that Vodafone does not value his customers.
                    I've been dissatisfied with the Bbm services provided by Vodafone. I have been trying to deactivate the services of blackberry internet yet instead of canceling it. I have been charged rs.199. Dated 12.6.13, updated the issue to AJINKYA ASHOK AMBULGEKAR then to supervisor Priyanka later with manager Vijay. But all were disappointing. similar situation took place in Oct '12 wen I was charged rs399 twice and no action was taken to refund. I had contacts the customer care no. And visited the help centre saki naka. Did file numerous complaints but I believe it fell on deaf ears. This time I am not going to let it go that way.
                    Requesting for refund my money. I feel that instead of happily using the service, I am being forced to use something that I don't want. Please help me in this situation. Their executives have been absolutely hopeless.

                    Vodafone — Dissatisfactory Services Provided

                    I am using 2 nos. of Vodafone from last 2 years and every month i got some problem like charges for Caller Tune which i had never requested, charges for bill wise details which i have not requested. From last 8 months i am facing a big problem for the payment. As per Vodafone, There is a credit limit they are giving if any particular month we cannot pay bill then they will continue their services. But against this Vodafone given a contract to some collection agency and their people come to my home everyday to take a payment and forcing to make the payment. They are using a bad language and stand at home till the time i will not pay the bill even if the due amt is Rs 100 then also the people come to my place & ask for the payment. I have never receive a call from collection agency regarding that they are sending their officer to my home.
                    For Transfer from one name to other name there are so many formalities which i have face so ultimately i have deactivate both the numbers. For deactivation, i have paid all my past dues and submitted a request to vodafone branch on 28/03/09 and as per their rules, i will receive a confimation call within 3 working days for deactivation. i got a call from vodafone on 31/3/09 and i told them that i want to deactivate both the numbers but the officer told me that i have to pay 3 days rent more ie. (28/03/09 to 31/03/09). I dont no what kind of services providing to the customer.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I received a call from a vodafone executive stating to use blackberry services in my E61i model from nokia which is black berry compatiable.

                    In our discussion he said i am required to send a SMS to 111 a toll free no. He didnt told me what that sms was for. and then my billing for the black berry services started.

                    When i came to know what that sms was for i talked to customer care with in half an hour, tey provided me the no of black berry services of vodafone. I again talked to them they said once the activation is on they cannot stop activation withour charging the amount to the account.

                    i talked to the person whom i spoked for the services he said send me a mail and he will reverse the amount and deactivate the same service.

                    Nothing happened.

                    Recently I went to get my phone recharged from your customer care centre, civil lines Bareilly, where Ms Deepti explained me the benefits of post paid plan and I agree to convert my number to the same, also deposit Rs 250 as security and other necessary documents required . she said that the phone will get started in 24 hrs though I was in hurry since I can’t close this number as I get my tender alerts on it but understanding the formalities required I made myself comfortable with the situation, by the time a person for verification came who told me some other scheme on which I don’t agree to and asked him not to convert my plan and let it remain the same as earlier, He asked me to write on the form and I did the same . But all of sudden on Aug 1 ’09 my number gets ward (closed ) and till date I have being going to customer care centre Civil Lines Bareilly where repeatedly I am coordinating with Mr . Manu & Ms. Deepti but each time they say that we will get it started soon but nothing is being done to fix the problem, at last they said that they have crores of number to look after and can’t deliver the time for on one number, and asked me to take services of some other company, also denied to return the security or to start number. I have also seen their attitude towards other customer bad as well .

                    I even talked at Vodafone helpline on Aug 17 ’09 at 9:50 and told the entire issue, and asked for a complain number, but Mr. Amrish ( named told by him) told that he can only give the enquiry number that is [protected], for other information needs to call at customer care, I have called number of times from my other number [protected], u can get the detalils also from our system .
                    Many of my important tender alerts are missed coz of this.

                    Now pls let me know after spending so much of time, efforts and money, may I get the reason for this delay and how can u replenish the same.

                    I have been using Vodafone for the last 2 years and using Mobile connect for a monthly rental of 499. Last month I cancelled it using their IVR on the 19th Nov. But I am being charged for it again this month. I tried to get info from Customer care but the guy named Rohit (Not sure if its his real name) is so rude and could barely converse in English and finishes his sentences with "Thats it" LOL...Customer Care sucks!!

                    I would like to lodge a complaint against the Vodaphone executive (Mr.Rajesh) and the postpaid TL (Mr.Rajkumar) for breaking the trust between Vodaphone and the Client.

                    I was told that 3G tower available in my home location and also in another mobile location where I used to stay on weekends. But unfortunately, none of the location is having 3G network and finally came to know that the device which they provided supports 3G network upto 3.6Mbps.

                    I was ready to pay the money whatever might be to get a good speed (in Mbps) and believed their words; got a (postpaid) mobile broadband with unlimited (599) plan.

                    Later came to know, the available network is of only 2G (Vodaphone EDGE) and they haven’t given me the receipt of the USB stick which they promised they will bring the next day as they forgot on that day.

                    Trusted the vodaphone representatives and since 8th Nov 2011, I was calling them but they are not at all picking my call. If I try to call them on another line, they pick the call and disconnecting. I visited twice to the vodaphone office, he is not ready to give back my receipt even over mail and providing excuses.

                    Improper resources to the Vodaphone management. I never faced this type of service anywhere and that too from a multinational company/service provider.

                    Even I have cleared the executives that I already holding both TATA and RELIANCE usb stick which is bit slow compared to vodaphone. The Day-1 when I purchased this device, I told my manager everything looks good and I can support for that day from my home; but I got screwed and got 2 days LOP for poor network.


                    I don’t mind, if you take action against them or not, but I need the receipt of the Mobile broadband device which I have purchased for Rs.1600/- and the best available network in my area.


                    Acknowledge at the earliest and thanks in advance for addressing the issue.

                        Vodafone has been charging me Re 21 per month since April 2011 against Voicemail services for which i never opted.
                        Instead i cancelled Voicemail services in March 2011.
                        I have my bills to submit as a proof and the Vodafone customer service Department is unable to find any request done by me to re activate Voicemail services.
                        The company has been duping me with an excessive charge of Re 21 / month for the service which...

                        Hi,
                        I had subscribed to a Vodafone 3g plan of INR 850 and had called them for its disconnection on 10th or 11th of April 2013 since I was moving abroad for an unknown period on 12-Apr-2013. The concerned agent confirmed that he has done the needful and the plan will be disconnected. I was rest assured and I left. 5 days back I received an over due bill which left me in shock as my account is usually with excess payment. I made the payment immediately and when I reached India on 08-Jun-2013 I called them to enquire this issue. What left me surprised was that the 3g service on my account was still active as the earlier agent had failed to make any notes as well as disable the service. I wrote to vodafone on this, however they were unable to take action due to non availability of notes from the earlier agent. So now I have ended up paying INR 815 for service was never used and a service not disabled by the mistake of their own employee. The worst part is that they expect the customer to make notes of calling them, paying for that call and ensuring that their services are taken care off. If we as customer need to do all that then why should we pay for every call we make to them.
                        I'm writing on this forum as I would seek some action to be taken against such scammer company and its employees. This is not the first time when this has happened. A similar thing happened with me around 7 years back when I wanted to close my Vodafone account and was billed for 7 months and charged to my Credit card. At that time I had the fax letter, still was not given any refund for my 7 month bill.
                        With this forum, I seek the help of this website to highlight such issues and make others aware of such happenings.

                        The above mentioned device [Sharing Dock R 101 with USB stick K-3770] was purchased from Vodafone Store, Park Street on 29 Jun 2012 to enjoy a ‘3G experience’. I was clearly informed that I should be able to get 6 Mbps at my residence in central Kolkata. After several complaints a speed test by Vodafone network staff on 12 Jul gave a speed of 1.8 to 2.5 Mbps [Copy of test report is with me]. This is more or less the same speed I get on my humble BSNL broadband.

                        So far Vodafone (a) has claimed the above speed comes under ‘good coverage’ and therefore declined to accept the device back and return my money (b) has raised a bill of Rs 702.25 for period 7 Jul to 17 Jul when the usage was a nominal 0.23 GB and Vodafone had not yet established the 3 G experience as their device was being tested.

                        Perhaps my experience will serve as a lesson to others that the ‘3G experience’ promised by Vodafone is a farce and yet our regulatory authority permits telecom companies to function without any test of the quality of services offered to consumers.
                        This evening I had received a call from Vodafone and the discussed charges were reversed. Although it was acted very quick however it should have reached this forum to have acted upon. I would like to thank this forum for this initiative and helping customers like me to deal with such issues.

                            Dear All,
                            Myself Kushal from Guwahati, Assam. I am working in Standard Chartered Bank as a Associate Sales Manager. I have got transferred from Guwahati to Chandigarh in the month of October, 2008. After reached Chandigarh I have taken one mobile connection from vodafone bearing contact no: [protected]. From the time of taken the connection I faced lots of problem like in call charges, service etc.etc. I have enrolled my name in the DND list for this no, though I got calls from the Vodafone. In the month of Feb09, someone called from Mohali (Punjab) service centre of Vodafone and the respected person asked me to pay all the dues, but not in a polite manner and with a rough behaviour. On that time I told that person repeatedly to send me a letter in my email id, mentioning about the dues. I also mentioned on that time that, "I want to surrender this connection, so send an executive to my officw to collect the sim card and to do all the formalities". But there was no response from the side of Vodafone. In this concerned, I have contacted vodafone customer care also at [protected].
                            In the month of March09, I have got tranferred to Guwahati again. From that time again some executives calling me repeatedly in my Guwahati no from Vodafone (One customer care no from where i usually get call is: [protected]) and tell me to pay the dues. When I tell them that I just not only want to clear the dues but also want to surrender the connection, they gives me only one answer, "atfirst clear your dues".
                            Now my question is, when I enrolled my name in the DND list, how the executives from Vodafone can call me? I have given my email id at the time of taking the connection. But not even a single communication they have made thruogh email. Why the executives of Vodafone only interested to take the dues! They have never given me any help to surrender my connection.
                            Please help me out in the above mentioned matter.

                            I got a Recharge of Rs 129 for BBM on 29 Feb
                            In return to that I got no balance Transfer and No BBM Service.

                            I've 50 Calls to the Customer Care People..

                              I have a Vodafone Corporate connection, and have a 2 GB data plan for Rs 99 active. Three days back i got a mail saying that my outstanding amount has crossed the credit limit and my call services have been barred! I checked my bill online and found that I had been charged incorrectly for the Data plan. They had charged the data plan twice and then on top of it they charged for VF Mobile connect, an amount of 450 due to which my outstanding amount had crossed the credit limit! I called the customer service and explained this 3 times but they didn't do anything. I sent a mail but got no reply in 2 days! Then i went to Vodafone store and showed them the bill they said they will restore the service in 30 mins, but nothing as such happened!! This is my official number and I am stuck with NO HELP from Vodafone!

                              I am very disappointed with the deterioration of Vodafone service quality!

I tried calling the customer care service and the executive just stalls me for some time then say's "I will put you on call with my supervisor" and just puts me on hold... I kept on waiting for 10 minutes but no response!

                                The person Mr.Basha,Ph-[protected] who collected my documents(DL proof & Passport Photo)
                                filled the form & gave me counterfoil bearing no-CKAA 168529 Dated-5/6/2013.
                                After 2 days on 7/6/2013 i received call from Mr.Basha stating that the no i have selected
                                is not available and requested me to select some other nos,on this i asked him to cancel my
                                Application for new connection and return back my documents.On this he asked me to contact Mr. Hemanth (TL) ph-[protected] for requesting him to cancel my application.

                                I immediately contacted Mr.Hemanth & requested him to cancel my application if the nos [protected] have selected is not available,on this Mr.hemanth apologized & requested me to select other nos and he sent me a text msg bearing few nos- [protected], [protected],& [protected] asked me to select one of those.due to his repeated requests i was bound to select one of those nos Bearing-[protected] and requested him not to disappoint again.
                                After all the verifications (residential & Telephonic) were carried on by vodafone customer care staff, On 10/06/2013 i received a text msg from customer care asking me to "call 117 for televerification for your new vodafone number [protected] (Which i never selected).
                                After this i tried calling Mr. Basha repeatedly his nos responded switched off and repeatedly called Mr.Hemant but he never answered my call.Hence,after going through such a bad EXPERIENCE at just beginning of a new postpaid connection,i decided to bring this matter to you to avoid any further problems.
                                Dear Sir,I Humbly request you to cancel my application for the new postpaid connection i had applied and kindly return back my Above said documents along with my photo to avoid any unavoidable circumstances in future.
                                I Hope you will consider this matter as serious issue and do the needful as earliest possible.
                                And even would like to declare that I should not be held responsible from Vodafone for claiming any bills
                                or indulging in any illegal activity in case of my verified connection is passed over to some other person or sources.

                                Kindly cancel my application immediately and return back my documents to avoid any further legal actions from my side.

                                Same thing is happen to me, I got call from Mr. Vikas Bansal Phone:+91-[protected] he told me that Advocate Mr.Tarun Kumar Phone(+[protected] sitting in chamber no:372 Patiyala Cort Delhi has filed a case against you. and you have to appear tomorrow morning 9:00 AM in Delhi.

                                When I asked to Mr Tarun Kumar, He told against you Phone +91-[protected] which was disconnected in 2009 there is a bill of Rs 1359.00 and you have to pay right now other wise come to Delhi for hearing tomorrow.

                                It is illegal my phone was theft I asked customer care to close the connection and I paid all the bills, after one year asking again to pay it.

                                Dear sir ,

                                I had applied for Vodaphone number and submitted my verificaiton documents(signed) to an agent of Vodaphone (name Ashok :[protected]) a month back (month of Aug 2011). Few days later , when i asked him to cancel my application and return my documents , he promised me that he'll be returning them in few days But even after waiting for 15 days and more, i didnt get my documents resulting i again called him. He again assured me but even after waiting for another a week , i didnt get my documents . Now he is not picking up my call and when i tried to contact his manager (name Mayur : [protected] ) , he also made fake promises to return my documents. and now the manager is also not picking my call . I am stuck in a bad position since i am afraid my documents can be misused .

                                Kindly look into this matter.

                                    I have been given itemized bill. the total SMS shown are local -341 and national- 21 (page9). but its charged for 494(local) and 24(national) (page3).
                                    on making a call and talking about the same on 111. the person said the extra messages are ones which exceeded one message. however i verified from the entries with time given and found that each message which exceeded a single message is written in multiple entries! proof- these entries with difference of fraction of seconds are the ones with multiple messages in one go and are counted separately!

                                    on telling him this, he went back and came up with another explanation.
                                    so first proof - that the reason being given was wrong and on counter arguing it was immediately changed!
                                    after that almost for half and hour i tried to explain and he kept repeating and then when i asked please transfer to senior, i was put on hold and after 15-20 minutes the same guy came in, repeating same things. again i explained him, again he put me on hold for senior and finally disconnected.

                                    i have been vodafone customer for past 5 years now. had converted from post to pre for some personal reason and am now back to post last month as they were offering some good offers. however for every other thing i am being required to either call, remind them or mail.
                                    and now this billing.

                                    its too much of harassment. its a clear case of misappropriation and proof enough with them also changing their explanation.

                                    correct it asap. I will only be paying 50% of bill now.

                                    and you will have to compensate for pain and agony that you are giving. I will not be paying you any service tax.

                                    I was given a 9 page bill. with which started this concern. the first step as suggested by vodafone was done- calling 111. information given there was misleading, improper and a waste of time efforts, energy and unnecessary harassment.
                                    then raising this complaint.

                                    then you justify by giving me a new bill - 11 page one.

                                    let me know how do you plan to compensate for harassment and mental agony.
                                    I would like to claim 20% of bill amount as harassment claim. kindly deduct the same and send me the amount to be paid

                                    please note- i received one call, number seemed one from which Vodafone people had contacted before. however, there was voice problem and call was disconnected withing seconds. post this there was no call again.
