Hi,

I'm using vodafone number: [protected].
I was recharged Rs.29 to get local vodafone calls 10paise per minute on 24th may, 2013.
Till now[protected] the offer is not active.

Several times I was called to vodafone customer service, but they didn't respond on my problem.

I was loss my main balance also for this offer. Please reimburse my whole loss amount as early as possible.br...

Biller beyond credit limit

Got a heavy bill with less usage of calls

Asking to pay POSTPAID bills on PREPAID number

I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid in January after paying my bills. Vodafone had confirmed having received the payment and successfully had converted my number to prepaid. I even did top-up on mu prepaid number. However, after 6 months of converting my number to propaid, I am receiving emails to pay the undue amount for the month of March. This ridiculous and cheap behavior is not acceptable from a reputed company like Vodafone....
