On 3rd june my balance is Rs.204 ...

At evening i got this message -
"Hello! Vodafone Cricket VF Alerts is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs 30 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs 174.62. To cancel send CAN VACKT to 144."

than i check my balance is Rs.174 only ...

Than i call vodafone customer care and tell this thing they said they deact this service and refund my 30rs in 4 hour ...

I wait and i got this message -
"Your subscription to Vodafone Cricket VF Alerts has been deactivated."

but my Rs.30 is not refunded yet ...
Now when i am trying to call vodafone customer care my call disconnects automatically ...

now tell me what should i do .....

this is 1st time happen with vodafone ....

Vodafone — Wrongly deduction.

I received a massage on 12/03/2008 at 06.55.07 for Downlaod. Massage is ” Download FREE ringtones as many as you want in 1 Hour! Click on link” From : http://202.87.41.147/ Vodafone/6131. (there are no other option for click) Thereafter I download some wallpapers and animation. Thereafter I see my Balance i.e. -Rs.286.

If it is FREE. then why, deducted this amount for said wallpapers. After that I speak to Customer Care Executive Shri Jitender Mahajan and Sr. Executive Mr. RAJ for said balance. But these persons are not explain me How, these amount deducted from my balance. thereafter, these persons are blocked my customer care service dailling option. This is not justic.

i'm second to what u had put-up ... the same case happens to me tooo ...it was 15.03.2008 at around 22:00 pm when my balance was 0.13 Rs... i tried to connect GPRS through those Service msgs sent on my phone ( Motorolla C168 ) ...and i downloaded 5-6 wallpapers wth each size not more than 12KB...at that time i faced no problem in downloading the wallpapers but then after few minutes i get to know that my balance has reached -72 Rs...it's insane and even customer care no. is always busy from my cell no.
normal charges for download is 10paise per 10KB but what that happened really unhooked me !!
It's not fair at all and this new company wouldn't pay any heed to this matter !!

Vodafone — Deduction in bal. Not connecting my call customer care executive.

Need some help.
From last 4-5 days i am facing a problem relating my mobil balance.
(using Vodafone )
firstly they activate a service on my no.
Before that They send me a msg(100 फ्री मिनट मुफ्त !! सब ऑफर का बाप सिनेमा ऑफर ! कॉल 345 टोल फ्री) msg does not contain any information regarding such activation.
But when I call they activate the service.
Then for a recharge they credit Rs.8 insted of Rs.4(extra amount on full take time which have to be credited in 72 hrs)(total bal. Rs18 insted of Rs14 approx)
then they rectify the amount.
After that they reduce the bal. Rs.6.01(I did a cal for app. 85sec before that)(call charges 1paisa/sec). Then they increase bal. To Rs6.61 after that again reduce bal. To Rs6.01.
After that I try to report this problem to customer care but call didnt connect to executive.
Before also I face such activation problem. I Know some other person also who face such problem.
Plz tell me how Can I report for such frauds.

i planned to change my network from vodaphone to other service then i send PORT my mobile number to 1900 then my service network was halt on that day onwards........

Sir my mobile no [protected] I use gprs 3days plan as last two hours I am not browse/download but they deduced Rs.85 from my balance I contact customer service they told only for browsing they took charge moreover I use 1mb they told me to contact nodal officer.its worst one they never take complaint and fraudly they take my amount without any usage.

    I have raised multiple complains with Vodafone since they are not catering to my request of cancellation of a post paid connection by the number - [protected]. This was my delhi number. I have shifted from Delhi to Pune and have taken a new vodafone post paid connection for Pune by the number - [protected]. Therefore I requested vodafone to cancel my earlier connection.

    I have made multiple calls but my request has never been answered, nor have I been given any status for the same. To top it, one customer care executive said that my request has been closed technically in the system, without even calling me. I have place a request for cancellation of connection via no. [protected] post paying my last bill outstanding for Rs. 1200 approx. I am not going to oay any rental post this, since I have already placed request for cancelling the number which the company is not responding to.

    Please take immediate action since I am fed up of following up with their customer care team who keep transferring calls and do not pay heed to the request or complaint

    Vodafone — Cancelled no.

    Hi,

    I had cancelled two numbers in the month of December 2007 ([protected] and [protected]) and i have a acknowledgement from the vodafone stores that they have cancelled the number but all of sudden they send me mgs that due to non-payment of alternate number...they are disconnecting the current number of mine ([protected]).

    Can some one please help me. This is really unfair for any customer.

      I have taken a new postpaid connection and service called (Vodafone Mobile Connect) has been activated and deactivated on my number multiple times. This was in span of 2-3 days. It was done either from customer agent or from my side (reviving incorrect information) from customer care. Each time I have been charged 199 rs. I made more than 10 calls and almost 15 email by now and I don't have any complaint number from their side. Company is folling me by saying that they have tried reaching me however I dont not miss any call. Why on this earth I will make same service activated again and again and then deactivate that too in a short time. As a customer, Why should I pay for mistake that company has made or if some charges are coming by false information from their customer agent. This is indeed regarding customer rights and need help from your side. At the sametime I am not talking about the harrasment and time that I am putting to resolve all this. I am not asking for compensation or any discount. I just need that I should not be paying for something that has been imposed by me with false commitment or issue from customer agent side.

      Vodafone — Unwanted Service Providing

      Today 14th June 2009, I have got an SMS from Vodafone "Your caller tune has been activated and your account will be reduced by Rs 30."
      Then I called a customer care but he was unable to deactivate this service and return my Rs 30.

      I am an Postpaid customer for 1 year..My number is [protected] . Today when i am trying to paid my bill i came to know they are charged 150Rs for Reactivation charges...
      I have call to customer care for clarifications..then one of the executive i dont remember his name he told me that my number has been deactivated on May 25th for non bill payment.So for Reactivation the system gets automatically charges..Suppose if i paid the bill with out checking then i'm looser...These people will do these kind of things that no one knows...

      I want to deduct that charges immediately..else i'll cancel the connection...

      I am using the vodafone number 9899xxxxxx, my gprs service is been deactivated from the customer care with my concern and when I check to myservice on 111 it says that your service is activated but when I go to vodafone live I says your service is not active. vodafone vas services are big fake.

      Baware friends before going with vodafone..

      my number is [protected] i wanted to deactivate my caller tune im not in position to visit customer care centre with my busy shcedule , iam trying to connect to customer care number its not connecting since 5 days , they are telling we are happy to help you , but they are not ready to help us, its irritating us if we remember that please deactivate my caller tunes or else i will be changing to some other network, before acitvating daily they will give callafter thats all

        I have a mobile with service provider as Vodafone no. [protected]

        I have a simple voice plan activated on my mobile.

        All of a sudden Vodafone has activated a data plan, with no request of any sort from my side. I have written several mails and also got calls from the call centre but they only keep saying that the usage is there so you have to pay.

        I wish to inform that 1. I did not make any request for activation of any data plan on my mobile. 2. I did not use any data service on the mobile even if Vodafone says that the plan was activated on their own without any request from the user.

        I will not be making the payment of the charges of Rs 493.40 wrongly charged to my bill.

        I am left with no option but to close the account and start services of another service provider.

        Please help in the matter and suggest.

The Vodafone people have activated Caller tune on this no. and have charged Rs. 45 and when called to the costomer care whont give any refund and are saying to complaint whereever you want. Kindly Look into this Matter.

            I have been charged for GPRS services despite I have energized the option " Connection when needed "

            I have not used GPRS sevices. But Have been cherged for the messages sent by Vodafone themselves.

            I feel I should not be charged. Vodafone is misleeading the puplic.

            I am using air tel post paid connection in surat gujrat state, i had down load games through gprs wap system on 11 th sep-08, this site is free down site but yoyr net work deduct money of game down loads, any down loads in any net work they are ask cridit card for the payment, but why airtel is deduct is payment in my account, so please arrange my excess deduct money as posible as early.

              Dear Sir,

              I need your kind intervention to resolve my excessive bill issue from Vodafone Service Provider.
              I hereby would like to place my complaint against Vodafone.

              I have make my 15 year old Airtel connection [protected] to PORTABLE just 85 days back.. It was really a very bad experience with Vodafone

              Few days back I got the one month bill of Rs 3958/-
              My monthly plain is Rs 199/- plus Rs 98/- data plan for 2GB, and I activate the 3G trial pack of Rs 49 with 500MB data plus taxes.

              Total bill will be Rs 400-500.
              According to my plan I am eligible for 2048 + 500MB total 2548MB data for this month.

              According in my Vodafone bill I used 2300MB approx. only, and they only discount 2GB and charged Rs 3500 for 300MB.
              I called to 20th may 2013 Customer Care Executive at 111 for this issue, he take 30 minutes to check and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly and will be correct in 24-48 hour by the team.

              On 29th my service barred, only incoming is ready, I go to Vodafone store Indirapuram and discussed With Mr. Jawed, he checked my issue and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly and will be correct in 24-48 hour by the team.

              I called 111 for my bill issue, he take 30 minutes to check and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly I request to start the service.
              Its start for one day only and again stop next day on 29 May 2013.

              Please note, on 21 may 2013 I email to Vodafone Nodal regarding my wrong billing issue.

              Mr. Manish from Nodal office call me 23 May 2013 I discussed, he checked my issue and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly & commit to solve the issue in 1-2 days and he will confirm.
              but no solution no call.
              I regularly email to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com

              Mr. Manish again call me 29 May 2013 again commit to solve the issue in 1-2 days, and assured call will not barred, but my service barred in few hours and no feedback.

              On 31th I go to Vodafone store Nirman Vihar - Delhi, after 70 minutes, 1 executive attend me. I discussed, he checked my issue take 30 minutes and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly and will be correct in 24-48 hour by the team.

              I would have called customer care 10-15 time (literally). from 20 may 2013 chargable 111 number. But no resolution.

              I call several to 198 to your executive from past 20 days, but everytime I hear, maaf Kijiyega ham abhi aapki sahayata karne main asmarth hain. what is the meaning of 198 complaint number

              I mailed several times, but nobody call me from your side, its my mistake I choose Vodafone and I suggest everybody in my circle don't take any connection form Vodfone(happy to cheat you)

              Now they are SMS and EMAIL me that I have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

              I appeal from TRAI and Telecom minister Mr. Kapil Sibal to do something this is no where logical as Telecom company are offering 10 paisa per 10 KB and charging 100 times more of that where anybody get 1GB in Rs 98. Please do something.

              I am no more satisfied with the way of services of Vodafone

                To Whom It May Concern,

                I Ms. Valerie Fernandes your postpaid facility user is writing you a Complaint Mail stating the following issues I would like bring it to your notice.

                1) I have been charged with an amount of rs. 75/- for Itemized Bill, my number is [protected].

                2) As per my discussion with the First Bill Desk Executive, I was clearly informed that No Charges will be posed for Itemized Bill. My Bill is sent to me on my Email Id.

                3) As well as the Vodafone Center Executive also assured me saying that Itemized Bill would be free for me for lifetime , Since I would be getting by Bill in E-Billing.

                4) This issue is yet unsolved. And my bill is due for 05th June 2013, still In have not received any Clarification from your end.

                Please find the attached Bill Snapshots in which the extra charge marked in Red Circles.

                Requesting you to please look into to the matter asap and revert to me on the same.

                  Vodafone Service is automatically getting activated on my number.
                  I am getting some message on my mobile screen which deducting my money. I called to customer care and the executive told me that Vodafone flash message service is activated and executive told me that I have used net that’s why this deduction is happening, even my Vodafone live service is deactivated and I have not used internet and I have not activated any flash service.

                  VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE IS SIMPLY USELESS and they are making money by FRAUDING PEOPLE.

                    this is the link on my complaint..i posted earlier..but no response..got a call from customer care and she said she will get back to me within 24 hrs..its been almost 10 days but no response yet..infact i got call from sales department ..mr shantanu mukharjee ...the same guy who gave me wrong information..he confesed that its their fault and he has processed my request to his senior...

                    but no response yet...
                    i feel consumer court is the only option left for me..
                    thanks a ton vodafone for your services..see ya in consumer court..

                    Dear sir/Madam,

                    i have registered no. [protected] no action was taken.on 9th i have talk to customer care exec. ms. anchal, mr.prashant.and mr pranshat told me that we logged you complain but till date i have not received any complaint number.and my vodafone customer care service is blocked by company.very worst service by vodafone.

                    Vodafone — no action taken for complaint

                    My vodafone mobile no. was disconnected on 24th july without any prior info. Then on repitetive complaints it was activated but all the tariffs were removed.
                    Again complaining and waiting for so long only 1 of the service was activated after 3-4 days...
                    Still rest services are not provided and customer care is not responding in favour. Rather on complaining they just put the cal on hold and never respond...

                      It was a real bad experience with Vodafone Customer Care official. I had given my mobile number for safe custody when i was going abroad.

                      After coming back I submitted a request for activation at Adyar Vodafone Store, Counter number C on 21/5/2013 . The executive there told the number will be activated within 24 hours. It has been a week now and the number is not activated yet. Today I went to same store to enquire about this and they said it will be activated in 4 hours (Surprised how 24hrs became 4 hrs). They gave me a Service request number and a phone number to contact in case it doesnt get activated. After 5 hrs it was not activated and I called up to the number given. The representative said the network was down (Usual dialogue when they dont want to give a proper answer) and will be activated in 30 mins. It has been 2 hrs now and I called that number multiple times and he is not picking up the phone.

                      This is real irresponsible behavior and really bad user experience. This is forcing me to disconnect the connection and move to a different provider.

                        Vodafone activated three unwanted srrvices on my phone charging me Rs35 for each of them. They deducted a total of Rs105 from my phone balance within like 10 minutes. When I called them, they told me that the complete balance will be refunded within 24hours and apologized to me for inconvenience. Now its been three days and only Rs35 have been refunded. When I called them up they told me that those were not their services and they are not responsible which was a clear cut lie on my face. I received message from Vodafone regarding their services and I have lost a balance of 70 bucks for no reason.

                          I am using vodafone no [protected] from last 5 years. From Nov 2010 onward I was facing so many issue. Network was not proper, call was getting connected to other connection, call drop and so on. I have raised so many complains but no result for this. Finally I have stopped using this no and was paying only minimum postpaid amount for more than one and half year. Now recently I have started using it in march for which I got bill of 2341 Rs. Initially I have not analysed my bill properly and by lump sum I have paid 1600 and rest of the amount 741 was ( one ISD call of 25 min + GPRS usage) which I have not used. So I started fighting with them but they are keep saying that this is valid charges. They are not giving any details of the usage or anything.

                          Finally I have gone through the bill again and I have found one strange thing. There was consecutive calls to one of my relative every day. I used to make call to same number but I have found almost more than than 1 calls for similar time gap. See example below. this type of calls are there everyday of the month. Now I dont understand why should I call to same number after disconnecting everyday more than 4 or 5 times.

                              i had registered for changing my vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected] to post paid on 3rd may.2013. there concerned person came the next day to collect the required certificates and security amount. as per the company's policy the number gets activated in 6-7 days. i patiently waited for a week but after getting no response from them i called the customer care. there they said that a postpaid dept cannot do anything about it. i called the person who came to collect the documents. he gave me another number [protected] which is ankur's number from vodafone. ankur told me that my id wasnt clear hence i require to send him a new id. firstly, there is no way that you reply to your customer after 17 days ie 20th may and that too i had to call him rather he calling me and telling me about it. even after this i didnt complaint and mailed him my id. now its been almost a month now ie 30th may and there is still no response from any concerned person from vodafone. vodafore care also doesnt supports and keep on telling that they cant do anything.

                              i would like to lodge an official complaint against both vodafone services and ankur ([protected]) and sue vodafone for negligience and tempering customer's mental status.

                                Vodafone started 2 give GPRS facilities free of cost( no charge for activating) but 10p/10kb surfing charges was charged fr surfing and also downloading from other FREE SITES.Only vodafone site used 2 charge money fr downloading from there wap site. I used 2 download lots of games from free sites with only 4 to 7 rs charges. Today when i downloaded from the same free site and checked my balance later saw that 200 rs was missing as i downloaded 2 things. On calling customer care they said that new policy is Rs 99 will be charged fr any downloads. there was no notice ir message from behalf if vodafone that their policy has changed. What is this.                                 There's nothing much you can do about such fraudulent practices. I myself have suffered from Vodafone's changing policy gimmicks. Once you talk to Customer Care, they assure you on face but nothing happens afterwards. I feel for you as such things happened to me when I was a student. I suggest you write an email to vodafone.

                                Hello. I started using Vodafone GPRS pack called BC95 sometime during October. But since 20th December, when the service was last renewed, the internet has stopped working. I called the customer care three times. First time I was told to make an access point called "Vodafone" in "Personal Configuration Settings". It didn't work. Then I was told to add a bookmark with the address as www.google.com. That didn't work either. Finally I was told to give my alternate number, and that the company would be calling me within 24 hours on that number. I also got a message that said the same thing and was given a service registration number - [protected], and that someone would respond to my query by Thursday, 23/12/2010, 05:46pm. Nobody called. On the next day I got another message telling me that they were unable to reach me, and that I was to call 111 for an update. I called 111, but my ability to call customer care had been disabled. Right now, I either want my internet to be fixed, or my balance to be refunded by Rs. 95 as I've been unable to use any internet. There is no error message I get, just that the page simply keeps on loading and loading endlessly. My number is [protected]

                                I'd also like to suggest that the company stop wasting millions on advertisements and instead use it to improve the quality of the product.

                                      This is to inform you that I have raised request for 3 time to get duplicate bills without password protected from Jan to May from My number [protected] with Vodafone care on [protected] & 198. I have raised with them as Bills are not getting download from Vodafone portal. Download is not working from my TAB2, My Laptop & even on Official 2 system and from 1 month I am facing the same problem.

                                      The main concern is to get bills without password protection as I wanted to submit these to my company for reimbursement and for that only requested Vodafone care but all 3 times they have provided me bills from Jan to May 2013 with password protected. All the 3 times I have confirmed with them that my request is not only for Duplicate bills but also Without Password protected.

                                      I am using vodafone prepaid connection in tamil nadu from past 3yrs.. on 6th of May 2009 at 22.15 i got a problem. i called customer care for Hello tune cancellation request. the person who talked with me very badly, harshly and disconnected the call. by next day my sim was blocked without my knowledge. then i checked with customer care again they told. yesterday you asked us for an sim card block request so only your sim is blocked but i didnt asked for an sim block request.. finally i spoke to an higher officer one mr.kumar in vodafone customer care and explained him what was the issue happen and i told him clearly i didnt asked for an sim block request also but he told me you go and buy a new sim card from vodafone store.
                                      see this is the way customer care is responding to a customer. he took a wrong request and blocked my sim card now i have to spend 150rs to get a new card. why should i have to spend my money for their mistake. due to last my business calls and money.
                                      this is the way vodafone helping happily to customers.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have postpaid connection of Vodafone (My Vodafone no. *[protected]*). On 22/Feb/2013, I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand and inserted the same Vodafone sim, after few mins, a message was received that says 2GB data per month will be free on your connection for 2 months as an offer of Samsung Galaxy Grand. I have also read the same offer on Galaxy Grand package box, and also the same offer of 2GB/Month for 2 months on Vodafone website.

                                        I called and confirmed the same with Vodafone customer care, they confirmed this offer will be deactivated in 2 months once the offer is over. But Vodafone did not deactivate after 2 months, and even did not notify me via email/SMS/call. And on the 3rd billing cycle they noticed and deactivated the service, but sent the bill for data usage which was consumed after 2 months.

                                        I asked Vodafone customer care (198) to raise a complain but they said the bill is correct. My concern is Why Vodafone did not send any email/SMS to inform me that 2 months offer has been over? For billing information and any promotional information Vodafone sends multiple email/SMS but regarding this why I was not informed on time?

                                        Now they are not responsing to my email. Please help me to raise a complain for the extra charge on data usage.
