Hi,

I am having a Idea prepaid number ([protected]) at Delhi. I wished to opt a CUG plan from vodafone on this (through MNP) and called to Vodafone Customer care on 24 May 13. Vodafone CCE Mr. Himanshu, explained the detailed plan and arranged an executive to my place for documents collection.

The person came and collected all documents and handed over me a Vodafone SIM Card and told me that it will take approx. 7 days to port and activation of the plan.

After 3-4 days, when I had not get any communication from Vodafone, I called them up again at Vodafone Care ([protected]) and the CCE told me that no ststus is showing in system against this number & Suggested to wait for some more time.

I had waited and again called to VC (Vodafone Care) and same response came again and suggested me to visit Vodafone Store. I had visited and again found same response.

I had called multiple times to Vodafone Care (Approx. 15 times) but no positive response received. Tried to call Nodal Office but required Docket No., thus couldn't speak to them.

Called to Appeallete...Call was on waiting for 35 minutes continuoslly and then call disconnected.

I am fed-up with followup...now whenever I called to VC, they suggested me to visit Vodafone Store.

A person comes and takes documents on behalf of a reputed company..having all the papers from vodafone...even non-activated sim cards and company is not able to track the person...How pathetic?

I am worried for any mis-use of my documents.

Today Again I called to the number of the person who has collected documents ([protected])but phone was ringing only..and no one picked up.

Also tried the number through which CCE has explained me the plan details. Call was picked up by a person and told me that Mr. Himanshu is not here but didn't confirmed his name.

I started to explain my issue but he has disconnected the call during conversation. Again tried thrice but call was not picked.
Now received a call from Nodal Officer (Ms. Kanika[protected]. She told me that vodafone has received MNP request on 6th June 2013 and my number will get activate in next 7 days.
As you are saying that you have received request on 6th June & Idea has accepted port-out request on 6th June, would like to inform you that IDEA HAS NEVER RECEIVED ANY REQUEST FROM VODAFONE FOR PORTING THIS NUMBER. Why you people are hiding your mistakes and why you cant trace a person in your network who has collected the documents?

She told me that she can be contacted at [protected] but when I dialled IVR asked me docket no which is not provided by vodafone.
YOU ALL ARE FAKE...

    I have recently traveled overseas to the Philippines on a 21 day trip on the 03/6/2013. When arriving I found when i turned on my cell phone that my Vodafone server does not automatically provide me with Roaming activation. I've contacted customer support though email and it seems they require my drivers license id number and a whole lot of other information with a pin code to be able to activate my roaming on. Like as if I am going to have this information with me. So for the next 2 and a half weeks i cannot be contactable due to my service provider Global Vodafone Enterprises. My number which is un contactable due to Vodafone is +[protected]. Can anyone help me activate my Roaming on ?     Vodafone — Roaming not activated

    The roaming on my mobile no [protected](maharashtra circle) was not activated automatically in rajasthan circle, while I was intimated by the company officials that it will be activcated automatically.
    mera naam manisha hai mera voda ka no.LUCKNOW ka hai.mai kuch dino kai liya GUJRAT gaiye hui hu mere phone main network nahi a raha hai mene sim dusre phone main bhi laga kai dekhi fir bhi network nahi a rahe hai. mere phone par kiseka phone na a rahe hai aur na hi call ho rahi hai.

      I activated the 3g plan while I was using the 2g . The company deducted my balance while my 2g network data was still remaining. After that when I contacted customer care they gave a lame excuse that they have activated the 3g without sending any notification.after that when I wanted totalk to the mamager the employees misbehaved and disconnected the call each and every time.kindly take serious action towards them.

        Hi Team,

        I am sorry to write this mail as I faced worst experience with Vodafone usage.

        I am a MahindraSatyam employee and I have taken Vodafone connection with plan Tech M_299 per month.

        while taking the connection executive told me that every month I have 5GB free for net usage.

        Suddenly on May 24th they deactivated my net connection without informing me and they charged 3000+Rs only for data usage.

        I just used around 1.2GB of data of this month .

        If this type of service you provide I will forward the same to our Corporate service/Colleagues/Friends and post the same in Social networking sites.

        Kindly check the Bill and waive off my bill and do the needful if not I will pay single rupee for current bill and I will go with some other network

        As I don't have outgoing facility since from Sunday After noon which is very much bad.

        If I wont get my connection back by EOD And also bill should be waived off other wise I will go with another Network provider which is best other than Vodafone and also I wil not pay single Rupee for current bill.

        kindly check the plan and do the needful.

        i[censored] wont get back us by 10AM Iam 100% sure that I will send mail to corporate services and same thing I will post in Facebook .



        Also one o[censored]r executive promised me that by Wed I will get my connection back and after that he didn't called me up and no update from Him.



        Also from last 5 days Iam following with customer support no one is responding worst experience with the Vodafone customer support and very bad ... I will inform all my friends and colleagues not to go with Vodafone .. if they are using also I will ask them to migrate to some other network which is best and not cheating by fraud bills.



        I[censored] wont get back by 10AM I will go with some other network and I will not Single Rupee for current bill.

        Vodafone — sudden deactivation of connection

        i had taken a vodafone connection a few months ago under the name of Lt Col VS Pandey, but from the past 5-6 days the connection has been cut off suddenly neither do i get calls or messages nor can i make call or send messages. this is very inconvenient and i request the needful to be done as soon as possible.

            Respected Sir,

            Myself Sachin Kumar having a post-paid connection of Vodafone numbered [protected] from last 8 months. My post-paid pack is Rs. 249 per month. But from last 3 months I am facing problems with my connection. I gave a request regarding this in Vodafone office, Jhajjar to the Branch Manager Mr. Gaurav Sharma because my bill is continuously coming around Rs. 750. Then they said me that we waver your bill approximate Rs. 250, Then I wait and they disconnected my outgoing service without any notification and after one week they disconnected my incoming also without any prior information. Due to this my business suffers allot. After some days my bill increased up to Rs. 1500. Then again I came to the Vodafone Branch in jhajjar and meet the Branch Manager and he replied me to you submit the bill Rs.1000 and we waver your Rs. 500. So, I submit the amount Rs. 1000 in the same branch but my number was not activated. Then after two days i submit my left bill of Rs. 500 and request them to please convert it into Pre-Paid connection. But he did not take my request seriously and not convert my number and waver Rs. 200 and Rs. 100 in my next bill and I submit Rs 250 in branch as my next bill. I am suffering this problem from last 3 months and they did not convert my number into pre-paid. Now, My number is disconnected by company and my business is suffering.Please look after this matter.

            Idea — post paid connection not convert in pre-aid connection from last two weeks.

            vodafone, postpaid connection — since two months approx i am waiting for my bill

            I have baught a vodafone postpaid connection on march [protected], till now i have not recieved my bill, they are insistig me to pay the bill, they call me every day, i have submitted my rent agreement for address proof, but when i called the customer care i fond my address was incompletly updated on thier system, i have updated my address four times but of no vain, no body listens, i have called customer care many times.

            Vodafone — conversion of prepaid to postpaid vodafone connection

            I applied to convert my prepaid vodafone connection into post paid on 24 May 2008. I handed over the all relevant documents and Rs 250/- (in cash) to Mr MANISH KAUSHIK (Vodafone executive) and he given to me a receipt and a SIM card No [protected]. Now a long time passed, my connection could not change into post paid.

            Vodafone — prepaid connection not converted into post paid

            I applied to convert my pre paid connection into post paid connection through customer care on 24 May 2008 and handed over relevent documents and Rs 250/- security amount to Vodafone executive (Mr Manish Kaushik). He given a new post paid No [protected] on the same day. After passed a long time, my connection has not been converted from prepaid to post paid.
            If the vodafone company to fail this facility to me after getting the security amount, I will move toward in respective court

            Vodafone — Prepaid to postpaidconnection

            Their executive contcated me on phone for prepaid connection to postpaid then I deposited Rs 250/- to the Exe Mr Dharmnath the assured me to convert the phone to post paid but it has not been done till date.
            Now I dont want to continue that service due to their irresponsiveness.

            I brought Vodafone prepaid connection on 27/10/08 and submitted application form and required proof at the same time. I was promised to activate number within 2 hrs. But the Sim is still not working. Even balance inquiry and recharge no 140 does not work displaying "operation failed" each time. Please resolve.

            I have submitted the form for idea postpaid connection no.[protected] on 16.01.2010 but till date my connection has not activated till date. with my conversation with authorised idea point new plot, jammu (J&K) they give me the doube harassment when they said that my connection has been rejected due to wrong postal address and afterthat i went to your showroom 8 to 10 times but no positive/satisfactory response from idea dealer, also my fee of Rs.100 which has been submitted at the time of application form has also not be returned by them and your customer care is also not satisfactory.

            I WANT TO CONVERT MY POST PAID INTO PREPAID BUT THE COMPANY'S OFFICE SAYS THAT SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM HAS ARISE. SO THIS PROCEDURE HAS BEEN STOPPED FROM THE MAIN COMPANY.

            THE MONTHLY RENTAL BILL THAT WE HAVE TO SUFFER..... WHY SO... IF COMPANY TECHNICAL PROBLEM IS THERE THEN WHAT IS OUR FAULT.....
            I applied for prepaid to postpaid Vodafone connection on 3rd of November, 2010. and i was informed within 72 hrs. it will get activated. I give 250/- to this guy named - JAVED, Mob. No. - [protected].Now 15 days has passed and nothing happened yet. On calling on given numbers the guy jst gives another numbers and so. Nobody knows wat to respond. This is really giving a bad name to a brand like Vodafone. Now I have lost trust on the brand. Despite continous follow up, I am getting no reponse from Vodafone.

            Beware guys! Pls do not pay any amount to any guy who comes from Datasys E-Services private limited. They jst collect paymen n forget. They don't work at all.

            Vodafone — not converting to prepaid from postpaid on request

            Dear sir/madam,
            As i have requested telephonically many times to your customer care service for converting my Vodafone No. [protected] from existing postpaid to prepaid due to personal reasons. But it is disappointing to say that no attention is being given to my request from your side. So i solicite your personal intervention in this regard. Otherwise i will be left with only choice to change my SIM.

            Vodafone — excess billing and conversion to prepaid

            My mob no. [protected] was prepaid number but one of your executive namely Mr.Shyam mob.No.[protected] had visited to me and asked me for the benefit in converting in to postpaid, According to plan I have got conversion but I find that billing was much more than the usages.I visited your Vodafone store, Goddod road Surat twice and lastly on 8.12.2011 for conversion but they denied and told me that it can not be converted till completion of One year, I surprised that your executive on his personal visit told me that you may convert in to prepaid if you are not satisfied and get your refund of advance deposit after three months.
            Under the circumstances I decided to close my above said mob. connection immediately and no further billing is to be done. My outstanding amount of Rs.476/- may be got adjusted against deposit of Rs. 500/- and close the chapter. However for any further billing in this case I will not be responsible.
            However if you are ready to convert it in to prepaid immeditely without extra charge and refund of deposit, I will pay the bill and continue this mobile with prepaid connection other wise get it closed.

              Hi!

              I activated my Vodafone 2G Internet plan as per which 2GB of Internet is free for a payment of Rs.99 everymonth. I am a postpaid customer.
              Normally my bill is approx Rs.400 . Recently i received a bill of Rs.1746.
              When i had a look at the bill, i see that they have charged me for the Internet usage while i was in roaming.
              When i enquired , the Vodafone Customer support told me that i am charged because i used Internet on a different carrier.

              I feel cheated because i was not informed of the same while activating the 2G Internet Plan. Had they informed me before hand of the same, i would have not used the Internet Plan and my bill would not be so high.
              This is clearly a case of not providing complete Information to the Customer by which they can overcharge the customer.
              Please help.

              Vodafone — not providing service after payment

              Vodafone executive told me about the new plan to save money by giving 6 month's rent in advance and unlimited blackberry servise like BBM and full net but even the simple pages do not open like google, or facebook, yahoo or any other site, it keeps on searching, the speed is very slow, it is similar to cheating the customer after taking the money. my plan is Rs. 400 as rent per month ie Rs.2400 for 6 months in advance, i have this plan activated since Jan on my phone but the net does not work. i have called 4 to 5 times to vodafone care, and have filed the complaint many times but still the problem exist.

                Vodaphone is running one the biggest scams by sending unwanted push messages advertising their chargeable services which can be activated just by pressing the "OK" button on the message. Nowadays nearly everyone uses touchphones all u need to do to activate these chargeable services is just by slightly touching the Ok button .The biggest problem is that these messages keep flashing on the screen even when the phone is locked...... and you dont have to unlock the phone to press the buttons. Many times ive found that phone is in my pocket some serice or other has been activated and ive been charged for it. They also give you option to deactivate by sending sms etc. but why should these messages be forced on us in the first place....? Also i went on there website 2 days before and registered for DND but still i continue getting these messages.
                Vodaphone i surely earning crores of rupees by this scam and i think this needs to be looked into seriously.....

                After more than a year trying tio put the do not disturb ibnto effect, and promises from the company, I am still being bothered all day long by stupid messages. Also they regularly enrol me in schemes and games I have not asked for and charge me for them. How can I get their attention and sopt all this invasion of privacy?

                  My balance was something around rs 13, when i last checked it.. at around 7 pm i checked my phone and saw notification from vodafone that "rs 12 has been deducted from your balance". what is this ???

                  I didn't even touch my phone. and rs 12 has automatically deducted from my balance.. your Customer care executive (CCE) are replying illogically. They are telling me that you have downloaded something.. how can one download without touching his phone and even if i downloaded something then let me tell you that data pack is already activated on my number. How can you deduct from the main balance???

                  Either yours CCE are trying to fool me or there is something wrong with their heads..
                  kindly look into the matter and refund my deducted balance as early as possible.

                      At evening i got this message -
                      "Hello! Vodafone Cricket VF Alerts is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs 30 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs 174.62. To cancel send CAN VACKT to 144."

                      than i check my balance is Rs.174 only ...

                      Than i call vodafone customer care and tell this thing they said they deact this service and refund my 30rs in 4 hour ...

                      I wait and i got this message -
                      "Your subscription to Vodafone Cricket VF Alerts has been deactivated."

                      but my Rs.30 is not refunded yet ...
                      Now when i am trying to call vodafone customer care my call disconnects automatically ...

                      now tell me what should i do .....

                      I received a massage on 12/03/2008 at 06.55.07 for Downlaod. Massage is ” Download FREE ringtones as many as you want in 1 Hour! Click on link” From : http://202.87.41.147/ Vodafone/6131. (there are no other option for click) Thereafter I download some wallpapers and animation. Thereafter I see my Balance i.e. -Rs.286.

                      If it is FREE. then why, deducted this amount for said wallpapers. After that I speak to Customer Care Executive Shri Jitender Mahajan and Sr. Executive Mr. RAJ for said balance. But these persons are not explain me How, these amount deducted from my balance. thereafter, these persons are blocked my customer care service dailling option. This is not justic.

                      i'm second to what u had put-up ... the same case happens to me tooo ...it was 15.03.2008 at around 22:00 pm when my balance was 0.13 Rs... i tried to connect GPRS through those Service msgs sent on my phone ( Motorolla C168 ) ...and i downloaded 5-6 wallpapers wth each size not more than 12KB...at that time i faced no problem in downloading the wallpapers but then after few minutes i get to know that my balance has reached -72 Rs...it's insane and even customer care no. is always busy from my cell no.
                      normal charges for download is 10paise per 10KB but what that happened really unhooked me !!
                      It's not fair at all and this new company wouldn't pay any heed to this matter !!

                      Vodafone — Deduction in bal. Not connecting my call customer care executive.

                      Need some help.
                      From last 4-5 days i am facing a problem relating my mobil balance.
                      (using Vodafone )
                      firstly they activate a service on my no.
                      Before that They send me a msg(100 फ्री मिनट मुफ्त !! सब ऑफर का बाप सिनेमा ऑफर ! कॉल 345 टोल फ्री) msg does not contain any information regarding such activation.
                      But when I call they activate the service.
                      Then for a recharge they credit Rs.8 insted of Rs.4(extra amount on full take time which have to be credited in 72 hrs)(total bal. Rs18 insted of Rs14 approx)
                      then they rectify the amount.
                      After that they reduce the bal. Rs.6.01(I did a cal for app. 85sec before that)(call charges 1paisa/sec). Then they increase bal. To Rs6.61 after that again reduce bal. To Rs6.01.
                      After that I try to report this problem to customer care but call didnt connect to executive.
                      Before also I face such activation problem. I Know some other person also who face such problem.
                      Plz tell me how Can I report for such frauds.

                        I have raised multiple complains with Vodafone since they are not catering to my request of cancellation of a post paid connection by the number - [protected]. This was my delhi number. I have shifted from Delhi to Pune and have taken a new vodafone post paid connection for Pune by the number - [protected]. Therefore I requested vodafone to cancel my earlier connection.

                        I have made multiple calls but my request has never been answered, nor have I been given any status for the same. To top it, one customer care executive said that my request has been closed technically in the system, without even calling me. I have place a request for cancellation of connection via no. [protected] post paying my last bill outstanding for Rs. 1200 approx. I am not going to oay any rental post this, since I have already placed request for cancelling the number which the company is not responding to.

                        Please take immediate action since I am fed up of following up with their customer care team who keep transferring calls and do not pay heed to the request or complaint

                        I had cancelled two numbers in the month of December 2007 ([protected] and [protected]) and i have a acknowledgement from the vodafone stores that they have cancelled the number but all of sudden they send me mgs that due to non-payment of alternate number...they are disconnecting the current number of mine ([protected]).

                          I have taken a new postpaid connection and service called (Vodafone Mobile Connect) has been activated and deactivated on my number multiple times. This was in span of 2-3 days. It was done either from customer agent or from my side (reviving incorrect information) from customer care. Each time I have been charged 199 rs. I made more than 10 calls and almost 15 email by now and I don't have any complaint number from their side. Company is folling me by saying that they have tried reaching me however I dont not miss any call. Why on this earth I will make same service activated again and again and then deactivate that too in a short time. As a customer, Why should I pay for mistake that company has made or if some charges are coming by false information from their customer agent. This is indeed regarding customer rights and need help from your side. At the sametime I am not talking about the harrasment and time that I am putting to resolve all this. I am not asking for compensation or any discount. I just need that I should not be paying for something that has been imposed by me with false commitment or issue from customer agent side.

                            I have a mobile with service provider as Vodafone no. [protected]

                            I have a simple voice plan activated on my mobile.

                            All of a sudden Vodafone has activated a data plan, with no request of any sort from my side. I have written several mails and also got calls from the call centre but they only keep saying that the usage is there so you have to pay.

                            I wish to inform that 1. I did not make any request for activation of any data plan on my mobile. 2. I did not use any data service on the mobile even if Vodafone says that the plan was activated on their own without any request from the user.

                            I will not be making the payment of the charges of Rs 493.40 wrongly charged to my bill.

                            I am left with no option but to close the account and start services of another service provider.

                            Please help in the matter and suggest.

                                  I have make my 15 year old Airtel connection [protected] to PORTABLE just 85 days back.. It was really a very bad experience with Vodafone

                                  Few days back I got the one month bill of Rs 3958/-
                                  My monthly plain is Rs 199/- plus Rs 98/- data plan for 2GB, and I activate the 3G trial pack of Rs 49 with 500MB data plus taxes.

                                  Total bill will be Rs 400-500.
                                  According to my plan I am eligible for 2048 + 500MB total 2548MB data for this month.

                                  According in my Vodafone bill I used 2300MB approx. only, and they only discount 2GB and charged Rs 3500 for 300MB.
                                  I called to 20th may 2013 Customer Care Executive at 111 for this issue, he take 30 minutes to check and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly and will be correct in 24-48 hour by the team.

                                  On 29th my service barred, only incoming is ready, I go to Vodafone store Indirapuram and discussed With Mr. Jawed, he checked my issue and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly and will be correct in 24-48 hour by the team.

                                  I called 111 for my bill issue, he take 30 minutes to check and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly I request to start the service.
                                  Its start for one day only and again stop next day on 29 May 2013.

                                  Please note, on 21 may 2013 I email to Vodafone Nodal regarding my wrong billing issue.

                                  Mr. Manish from Nodal office call me 23 May 2013 I discussed, he checked my issue and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly & commit to solve the issue in 1-2 days and he will confirm.
                                  but no solution no call.
                                  I regularly email to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com

                                  Mr. Manish again call me 29 May 2013 again commit to solve the issue in 1-2 days, and assured call will not barred, but my service barred in few hours and no feedback.

                                  On 31th I go to Vodafone store Nirman Vihar - Delhi, after 70 minutes, 1 executive attend me. I discussed, he checked my issue take 30 minutes and agreed that Vodafone charge wrongly and will be correct in 24-48 hour by the team.

                                  I would have called customer care 10-15 time (literally). from 20 may 2013 chargable 111 number. But no resolution.

                                  I call several to 198 to your executive from past 20 days, but everytime I hear, maaf Kijiyega ham abhi aapki sahayata karne main asmarth hain. what is the meaning of 198 complaint number

                                  I mailed several times, but nobody call me from your side, its my mistake I choose Vodafone and I suggest everybody in my circle don't take any connection form Vodfone(happy to cheat you)

                                  Now they are SMS and EMAIL me that I have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

                                  I appeal from TRAI and Telecom minister Mr. Kapil Sibal to do something this is no where logical as Telecom company are offering 10 paisa per 10 KB and charging 100 times more of that where anybody get 1GB in Rs 98. Please do something.

                                  I am no more satisfied with the way of services of Vodafone

                                    I Ms. Valerie Fernandes your postpaid facility user is writing you a Complaint Mail stating the following issues I would like bring it to your notice.

                                    1) I have been charged with an amount of rs. 75/- for Itemized Bill, my number is [protected].

                                    2) As per my discussion with the First Bill Desk Executive, I was clearly informed that No Charges will be posed for Itemized Bill. My Bill is sent to me on my Email Id.

                                    3) As well as the Vodafone Center Executive also assured me saying that Itemized Bill would be free for me for lifetime , Since I would be getting by Bill in E-Billing.

                                    4) This issue is yet unsolved. And my bill is due for 05th June 2013, still In have not received any Clarification from your end.

                                    Please find the attached Bill Snapshots in which the extra charge marked in Red Circles.

                                    Requesting you to please look into to the matter asap and revert to me on the same.

                                      Vodafone Service is automatically getting activated on my number.
                                      I am getting some message on my mobile screen which deducting my money. I called to customer care and the executive told me that Vodafone flash message service is activated and executive told me that I have used net that’s why this deduction is happening, even my Vodafone live service is deactivated and I have not used internet and I have not activated any flash service.

                                      VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE IS SIMPLY USELESS and they are making money by FRAUDING PEOPLE.

                                        this is the link on my complaint..i posted earlier..but no response..got a call from customer care and she said she will get back to me within 24 hrs..its been almost 10 days but no response yet..infact i got call from sales department ..mr shantanu mukharjee ...the same guy who gave me wrong information..he confesed that its their fault and he has processed my request to his senior...

                                        but no response yet...
                                        i feel consumer court is the only option left for me..
                                        thanks a ton vodafone for your services..see ya in consumer court..

                                        Vodafone — no action was taken in my complaint

                                        Dear sir/Madam,

                                        i have registered no. [protected] no action was taken.on 9th i have talk to customer care exec. ms. anchal, mr.prashant.and mr pranshat told me that we logged you complain but till date i have not received any complaint number.and my vodafone customer care service is blocked by company.very worst service by vodafone.

                                        I would like to know does Vodafone take any action on the complaints registered. I have registered many complaints to Vodafone but havent heard back yet.                                         Vodafone — no action taken for complaint

                                        My vodafone mobile no. was disconnected on 24th july without any prior info. Then on repitetive complaints it was activated but all the tariffs were removed.
                                        Again complaining and waiting for so long only 1 of the service was activated after 3-4 days...
                                        Still rest services are not provided and customer care is not responding in favour. Rather on complaining they just put the cal on hold and never respond...
