To avail prepaid bill details please SMS BILLFIRST THREE LETTERS OF THE MONTH to 144. Example, for the month of June, SMS BILL JUN to 144. Charges are Rs 50/- per month per bill. You can avail bills only upto 6 months old. Also, note that we can provide only outgoing call details. Thanks.

    i had registered for changing my vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected] to post paid on 3rd may.2013. there concerned person came the next day to collect the required certificates and security amount. as per the company's policy the number gets activated in 6-7 days. i patiently waited for a week but after getting no response from them i called the customer care. there they said that a postpaid dept cannot do anything about it. i called the person who came to collect the documents. he gave me another number [protected] which is ankur's number from vodafone. ankur told me that my id wasnt clear hence i require to send him a new id. firstly, there is no way that you reply to your customer after 17 days ie 20th may and that too i had to call him rather he calling me and telling me about it. even after this i didnt complaint and mailed him my id. now its been almost a month now ie 30th may and there is still no response from any concerned person from vodafone. vodafore care also doesnt supports and keep on telling that they cant do anything.

    i would like to lodge an official complaint against both vodafone services and ankur ([protected]) and sue vodafone for negligience and tempering customer's mental status.

    I am running prepaid recharge shop in ra puram my vodafone distributer is nt com to shop properly and making irrresponsibilities. Except vodafone all my distributers are given me easy deal sim card. with easy card how can i service to my customers so much of customers are goan off. If customers asking vodafone sim card i am suggest for aircel & airtel and sale him.
    Last 22 customers are asking vodafone sim i am given aircel.
    With out easy how can i recharge him so plze arrange easy sim for me other wise i nt sale your products

    my mobile no. is [protected]. when i purchase this no dealer ask me about plan is 25 rental and 10 paisa to vodafone and 50 paisa to others. i have paid 500 as security.when my no.is activated they start my plan 80 paisa to all.about this i m not satisfied.i disconnect my number.now please refund my security otherwise i will take action against vodafone in consumer court.

    voda fone post paid — required new no

    sir,
    We have purchased one new number after coming the call from customer care. At the time purchase they said they will given 20 no choice and six digits is same as my old number. After ourchase they have refuse and said these are three nos you will chose one no. Itss a cheating with customer.How can you say "Happy to Help". Custyomer care executive also refuse to given back my paymant and documants.Kindly look after this matter.

      hi i m using vodafone GPRS 194/- plan for unlimited Internet and they comet on there posters that they will give me net speed on 40kbps but i receive the net speed was 6kbps and when i call to customer care on that time my call get disconnect and i also call to nodal officer but no one pick my call

      sir , for last copuple of months ..i have not been able to access GPRS in one place where i used to get couple of months back!! i have tried to explain to customer service in kolkata but they told me that i havr to contact to the office of vodafone!! i don't know why i cann not access it now!! i want q reply from vodafone

      Vodafone — GPRS information

      Vodafone started 2 give GPRS facilities free of cost( no charge for activating) but 10p/10kb surfing charges was charged fr surfing and also downloading from other FREE SITES.Only vodafone site used 2 charge money fr downloading from there wap site. I used 2 download lots of games from free sites with only 4 to 7 rs charges. Today when i downloaded from the same free site and checked my balance later saw that 200 rs was missing as i downloaded 2 things. On calling customer care they said that new policy is Rs 99 will be charged fr any downloads. there was no notice ir message from behalf if vodafone that their policy has changed. What is this. I am a student and now am standing at -68 balance. What am u gonna tell my parents. please help. thanks

      There's nothing much you can do about such fraudulent practices. I myself have suffered from Vodafone's changing policy gimmicks. Once you talk to Customer Care, they assure you on face but nothing happens afterwards. I feel for you as such things happened to me when I was a student. I suggest you write an email to vodafone.

      GPRS — not working

      I activate gprs for browsing.I got only yahoo.com.I want gmail.com.it is not working.pls do the needful

      My GPRS is not coneccted.I facing this problem last three month but not solve this matter.i call to customer care more than 200 times but no any response from customer care always he told me within 2 Hrs in activated.my mobile number [protected] my handset samsung star GT-S5233A
      me using this no [protected] since the long time .i am always paying my bill right time. i am very upset to write this complain my gprs was not working since 5 days on my mobile which is number is samsung sch-w259 it is the dual sim mobile.i had complained this matter on 111 or 198 they don't replied possitive they said it will working in 48 hours from the date complained till now my gprs not activated they said to me they sending the settings with direct server but they dont gave me the setting massage also.

      i hope this matter check on your end or quire my problem very soon if you will not give me the reply i will disconnect the services very soon.

      Hello. I started using Vodafone GPRS pack called BC95 sometime during October. But since 20th December, when the service was last renewed, the internet has stopped working. I called the customer care three times. First time I was told to make an access point called "Vodafone" in "Personal Configuration Settings". It didn't work. Then I was told to add a bookmark with the address as www.google.com. That didn't work either. Finally I was told to give my alternate number, and that the company would be calling me within 24 hours on that number. I also got a message that said the same thing and was given a service registration number - [protected], and that someone would respond to my query by Thursday, 23/12/2010, 05:46pm. Nobody called. On the next day I got another message telling me that they were unable to reach me, and that I was to call 111 for an update. I called 111, but my ability to call customer care had been disabled. Right now, I either want my internet to be fixed, or my balance to be refunded by Rs. 95 as I've been unable to use any internet. There is no error message I get, just that the page simply keeps on loading and loading endlessly. My number is [protected]

      I'd also like to suggest that the company stop wasting millions on advertisements and instead use it to improve the quality of the product.

          I'm using vodafone number: [protected].
          I was recharged Rs.29 to get local vodafone calls 10paise per minute on 24th may, 2013.
          Till now[protected] the offer is not active.

          Several times I was called to vodafone customer service, but they didn't respond on my problem.

          I was loss my main balance also for this offer. Please reimburse my whole loss amount as early as possible.

            This is to inform you that I have raised request for 3 time to get duplicate bills without password protected from Jan to May from My number [protected] with Vodafone care on [protected] & 198. I have raised with them as Bills are not getting download from Vodafone portal. Download is not working from my TAB2, My Laptop & even on Official 2 system and from 1 month I am facing the same problem.

            The main concern is to get bills without password protection as I wanted to submit these to my company for reimbursement and for that only requested Vodafone care but all 3 times they have provided me bills from Jan to May 2013 with password protected. All the 3 times I have confirmed with them that my request is not only for Duplicate bills but also Without Password protected.

            it is very bad response from Vodafone care to get normal duplicate bills. Neither they are resolving bills download issue on portal & nor providing bills on email without password Protected. Vodafone is already wasted my 3 days. They are very badly resolving customers issues.

            Vodafone — Worst Response in vodafone

            Sim Card Block Issue
            I am using vodafone prepaid connection in tamil nadu from past 3yrs.. on 6th of May 2009 at 22.15 i got a problem. i called customer care for Hello tune cancellation request. the person who talked with me very badly, harshly and disconnected the call. by next day my sim was blocked without my knowledge. then i checked with customer care again they told. yesterday you asked us for an sim card block request so only your sim is blocked but i didnt asked for an sim block request.. finally i spoke to an higher officer one mr.kumar in vodafone customer care and explained him what was the issue happen and i told him clearly i didnt asked for an sim block request also but he told me you go and buy a new sim card from vodafone store.
            see this is the way customer care is responding to a customer. he took a wrong request and blocked my sim card now i have to spend 150rs to get a new card. why should i have to spend my money for their mistake. due to last my business calls and money.
            this is the way vodafone helping happily to customers.
            Please follow the compliant and take steps soon as possible..

              Hi,
              I have postpaid connection of Vodafone (My Vodafone no. *[protected]*). On 22/Feb/2013, I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand and inserted the same Vodafone sim, after few mins, a message was received that says 2GB data per month will be free on your connection for 2 months as an offer of Samsung Galaxy Grand. I have also read the same offer on Galaxy Grand package box, and also the same offer of 2GB/Month for 2 months on Vodafone website.

              I called and confirmed the same with Vodafone customer care, they confirmed this offer will be deactivated in 2 months once the offer is over. But Vodafone did not deactivate after 2 months, and even did not notify me via email/SMS/call. And on the 3rd billing cycle they noticed and deactivated the service, but sent the bill for data usage which was consumed after 2 months.

              I asked Vodafone customer care (198) to raise a complain but they said the bill is correct. My concern is Why Vodafone did not send any email/SMS to inform me that 2 months offer has been over? For billing information and any promotional information Vodafone sends multiple email/SMS but regarding this why I was not informed on time?

              Now they are not responsing to my email. Please help me to raise a complain for the extra charge on data usage.

                I switched over my number from Airtel to Vodafone more than 2yrs back and from then I am using their services for Blackberry. The plan which I was using was Rs.399 its an unlimited plan in which I get Unlimited mails,BBM,internet as well 3rd party application. This plan used to get renewed on 8th of every month if the balance is less than Rs.399 then I used to get 3 days grace period to recharge it failing used to terminate the plan and when I recharge it again get renewed on 8th of every month if the
                balance is less than Rs.399 then I used to get 3 days grace period to recharge it failing used to terminate the plan and when I recharge it again the plan starts again. Now Vodafone changes the plan to Rs.13/day and when asked why this change in plan occurred the answer I got was its because there was a change in policy.
                How can the service provider do this when the consumer has the right to chose the plan not the service provider.

                Vodafone — change plan without consent

                Dear sir,
                I have been using vodafone connection since may 2002 and presently i am using thier 399 special plan, but they have changed my plan without my consent when i spoke to thier executives at customercare centre they told me that they have changed thier terms and conditions, respected sir i only would like to know that i am your customer that doesnt make me any right to know if any changes happen, without informing the customer how can you change his plan. please revert the same. i am not going to pay the exessive amount which have been charged from the last four months.I hope you will cooperate and instruct your juniors not to harras the customers unnecassarily

                Vodafone — Tariff plan changed without any request

                Dear Sir,

                I am using vodafone No. [protected] it's plan is of 222 but in the September's bill I have found that
                my bill plan has been changed in the 298 advanced plan and the company send Rs. 1000 extra in
                the my september bill. When I complained for this problem in the company customer care.They not
                responding and says I request for it by call and says to Mr. Pankaj Luthra at 17/09/2009 while Iam
                not, when I mail at vodafone care they write me that I request for the change by SMS at 10/10/2009.
                Now they have stopped my all services and press me for the deposit this money.

                So please take a needful action against vodafone.

                  I am Vodafone corporate connection customer with mobile number [protected]
                  I recently moved to Nokia Lumia 720

                  I got a call just after my billing date that my credit limit is crossed and need to make a payment.
                  On enquiring more details on the usage, I came to know the data connection was in use and charges are incurred for the same.
                  The data download was done through WiFi connection with both data and WiFi Connections ON.
                  I then found that the data connection is ON in my phone and turned it OFF immediately.

                  I visited the madhapur Vodafone store to get answers for the following queries,
                  1. Why the data connection is ON by default in the new phone
                  2. Why Vodafone is charging for data downloaded through WiFi

                  The executive in store gave the below response.
                  1. I have to check with the hand set provider on why the data connection is ON by default.
                  2. when both data and wifi are ON ,it is data connection which is selected to download data

                  I was suprised to hear his response that high speed Wifi is not choosen but a lower speed data connection is choosen for data download.

                  To confirm the same I checked with Nokia priority show room and found that it is WiFi which is choosen when both data and Wifi are ON.
                  The Nokia Lumia 720 product specification clearly gives the information that WiFi is selected when both data and WiFi are ON.
                  This makes things clear that Vodafone has charged me incorrectly for data downloaded through WiFi connection

                  I called Vodafone care (111) on 22 May and explained the same and they raised a waiver request for the data charges along with service tax for the same.
                  [protected] is the service request and it is supposed to be resolved by 25th May.
                  Till 25th May I daily get calls to pay the bill and I respond saying service request is in progress and I would pay the bill once waiver is given.


                  On 25th I got a call from some number which I couldn't pick as I was in driving.
                  On 26th I got a call for bill payment request and enquiring the service request status they informed that the request is closed.
                  On top of this my services are barred.

                  This is totally un ethically behavior from Vodafone.
                  They call a customer daily for bill payment but can't they reach customer and explain the techinicalities before closing any service request ?

                  I called customer care to discuss the same and the executive kept me in hold for 15mins for connecting the call to his supervisor.
                  This is again weird and I guess these are cheap tactics played by MNCs when there is mistakes on their end.

                  Currently my services are barred.

                  It would be better if Vodafone can have some point of contacts to resolve cutomer issues with priority rather than the puppet customer care executives who are techincally illeterates.

                  PS: Here is the link for Nokia Lumia 720 user guide where it clearly mentions that the Phone selects WiFi Connection when both data and wifi are ON

                  I would like to request Vodafone and its executives to have proper knowledge to respond to customer and also charge customer properly.

                  My name is Gurpreet and i'm dealing with Vodafone Care for a while now and getting nowhere. I paid my complete Mobile Bill on the 13th of April, 2010 for the billed amount and still my services are barred against the fact that my Payment DOES NOT reflect on my account.

                  Despite of numerous attempts and irritating calls from Vodafone Care and Collection teams, they've not been able to figure out where that money is lost.

                  I made the payment to an executive who came to my place to collect the payment and now i'm getting a strong feeling that he was a fraud.

                  Inspite of numerous attempts made, i'm the one who is suffering even after making the payments.

                  Does any one have any idea how to mold this issue towards a resolution?????

                  Vodafone — barring of service

                  Prepaid SIM was collected on 01-02=11 from Vodafone Stores at Panvel after submission of Photograph, Lease Agreement copy with police verification, and copy of EPIC card. Every papers were verified by Mr. Rahul.
                  On 07-02-11 I got a message that my documents are not traceable by the provider and my service is stopped for fresh submission. I wenr to the same store and Ms. Zareen searched out my papers from his stores and informed that it was lying there only for want of my signature on the photograph only. The same was done immediately and she accepted that all documents are perfect. The service was restored after two hours.
                  Again on 11-02-11 I got a message that since the documents are not as per TRAI standard, my service is barred and I must submit fresh documents along with the originals. After visiting the same store Mr. Ramadhar took a fresh copy of the EPIC card and said since the hologram was not clear on the photocopy submitted they required a fresh one. He gave a receipt to me indicating that all the papers were received by him. The service was restored after two hours.
                  Again on 13-02-11 both incoming and outgoing calls were barred from 1300 hrs.. No clear reason was not given even on 14-02-11 by service execeutiveat 1100 hrs.

                    My SIM number is[protected]HLR6). The number that was allocated to me was [protected]. It is still in inactive condition. I had called repeatedly on 111 and 117 to sort out this problem. They said it will get activated after 2hr every time I called. Since it was inactive till today evening hence to check I visited Mira road east vodafone ministore. There your person told me to submit all the documents once again because my SIM number is incorrect. I seriously doubt your systems. You cannot check this simple documents from your system at vodafone store. Also while issuing SIM card how should customer check SIM card number. Just before writing this note I called 111 to cancel my number and deactivate it. your person told me that my billing has not started. To confirm this I call my postpaid number ( [protected] ) from my another number and to my surprise it was ringing and a lady answered. I seriously doubt your systems and in future I am not coming back to vodafone again. Please help me in deactivating my phone number ( [protected] ). This can be serious threat as my SIM can be used by someone to do illegal activities.

                    my name is Mrs. Neelratna Tripathi. i took a vodafone prepaid connection in september 2008 but aftr 3 months the sim got blocked. when i complained in vodafone mini store at golghar gorakhpur, they told me that this is no. has been issued previously to some one else and since he had not submitted his id proof the no. got blocked in 3 months.
                    The strange part is that the retailer gave me the sealed sim card so as i feel that its the mistake of vodafone company.
                    my husband and daughter is also using vodafone but aftr this problem they are also going to change to another company, besides it a legal notice will be followed from consumer court for our inconvinience.

                          Dear Vodafone,

                          I have been using Vodafone corporate connection for the past 1 years ([protected]) with plan 199 + 2g internet @ 2GB for 99


                          I have been charged 8000 for using approx 1GB data usage beyond the limit of 2GB.

                          My credit limit is Rs.3800 only so why am i allowed to use beyond the credit limit? On calling customer care the answer i got is since i am a privilaged customer i was allowed to go beyong limit. So is that vodafone customers should change their service providers or keep unloyal to them??

                          More over for when we activate 2G upon using every 200MB we ll be receiving a sms from vodafone about the usage and for this number i did not receive any kind of intimating about the limit or usage.

                          Evry time i call customer service for clarification they said they ll sort out and let me know the status by next working day but never did i receive any information from them.

                          Since by services are barred now i have taking a uninor connection and to my strange they give you 3GB for just Rs.99
                          I feel vodafone pays no heed to customer service

                          How do i expect this issue to be solved.

                            Hi, I'm Akshay Anand, using hutch now Vodafone for the past 2 years. Till the time I was using Prepaid it was perfectly fine. but since I got a job in which the company asked me to change the prepaid into postpaid so that they can refund me on my mobile bills the story starts.
                            Its been 3 weeks since the process has started n this week my verfication was done with me in my house. N the useless Customer Care people told me that the verification has come negative coaz the MTNL no. I gave nobody picked up. Hence, we cannot do anything. What crap????? All the customer care personnel cannot speak properly n if they speak they speak bull .

                              Sir, i got a bill of around Rs.4500 every time i get up-to Rs.350 to Rs.400 Max to my Vodafone Number([protected]) I am in dailoema that why the bill has come like that, then I enquired in store they replied that "you maked the calls heavily so must & should you have to pay the bill", then i showed them my previous bills to them they again checked in their database and replied to me "through some GPRS usage you got the bill" then at that time i dont have money to pay the bill then i moved out from store, After 4 days one of the agent called me and saying that You have to come to court as we casing a file for you in Nampally Court and he asked me to pay the amount which I delayed to pay, he said that if you pay the amount i can activate your number to prepaid connection. Then i pleased him that Sir please don't do that presently as i student am not having money later he said at-least you have to pay 2000 so i requested him that sir please "i ll pay you 1500 and please give me 3days time to pay the bill"..he said me that if you dont pay the bill i ll defnately go to Court, Later i collected money from my father and paid the bill amount of Rs.1500 on 26/12/2012, My number is not working sir([protected])...Now he is not taking my call.. whom should i ask sir ???

                              Vodafone Post Paid — Unknown heavy charges

                              My billing cycle is 5th of every month. today is 7th of Aug. Just in one day my unbilled amount is 590 & I did not make even a single call from this number. I just sent few sms from this. I am trying to contact the customer care from yesterday. after listening the problem they just hold and disconnect it. I am in Lucknow & i cant make so many calls to paid customer care. My lucknow contact number is [protected].
                              I came Lucknow on 28th July'11 & on that day my unbilled amount was Rs 550. From 28th to 5th July I made only 5 or 6 number of calls. And the time of billing it was around Rs1800 after discount.

                              I paid Rs800 in advance for the bill on 27th.

                              I am using this number since last 4 years. Even I planned to use it for whole life. But with this kind of services by Vodafone I cant continue even for one month.

                                I have started using a new no just for data usage 3G ([protected]) along with a tata docomo 3G stick

                                I have been charges a amount equiv of 12,000 for the data usage for approx 10+ GB of data usage which they charges happily @ 2p/10kb, whereas i used about 11+ GB in tata indicom where my charges were about 1,000

                                As a customer i want my cost to be as minimal as possible. I wanted a plan where beyond my free usage my speed needs to be reduced to 2G from 3G and charges dont incur additionally beyond the specified limit. The key difference between a tata and vodafone is that vodafone pays no heed to customer service. whats they need is money money and money and dissatisfied customer

                                Why the hell in my senses i will take a plan where they keep on charging me @ 3g rates beyond my limits. I am OK with speed reduction rather than cost increase

                                Now our beloved vodafone has slammed a legal notice .. I emailed Mr Gaurav Desai sending my tat docomo bill as well as vodafone bill .. Both had a data usage of approx 10+ GB.. No response from him .. How do i expect this issue to be solved

                                    VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — BILLS

                                    I am taken 10 new SIM Cards from Global Direct, Thane. At the time of giving 10 SIM Cards Global Direct committed 1) CUG Scheme & 2) Rs.3000/- credited in 6 months 10 bills @Rs.50/- per month.

                                    But when we received very 1st bills from Vodafone Essar Ltd. There is no any CUG Scheme and @Rs.50/- credited in bills.

                                    So I writhed 4 emails to Vodafone to short out my 2 quires. So I can pay my bills amount before due dates. But they can’t give any proper reply or short out my quires.

                                    Instead of short out my quires they send me there Advocate Devi & Associate demand letter.

                                    I am bound to pay my actual bills amount after deducting Rs.3000/- which is taken Global Direct from me.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am a Vodafone customer with phone# ([protected]) and I wanted to make a complaint for the inconvenience I had to go through. I was offered a new phone ([protected]) on the basis that I had been a good customer with my old number for nearly 4 years, Though I had accepted the offer I wanted to discontinue the new phone# as I was not able to maintain the same. I called Vodafone Customer Care to request a full and final bill for the new phone# so that I could clear the dues and discontinue the services for the new number. I was promised by the agent that I will get a final bill, I never received that bill. Finally I got a message saying that my services on my old phone# would be discontinued as there was a due on my new phone. I found this ridiculous as I had called in earlier for the same. The team lead (Mr. Vijay Singh) at the contact center informed me that he got permission from TRAI to do this. I have a busy schedule at my work and I was facing a hard time to clear my dues. I made the payment; however my phone is still inactive. It has been 3 days since I made the payment. when I called in I was given ridiculous reasons that the payment was not received or may be I paid for a different account. I work as a supervisor in a BPO my self and I understand how things work. Please do not give ridiculous reasons and blame customers for your inability to provide better service. I need my old phone number restored to me ASAP. I have already made a payment for both the phone numbers.
                                    I have had a lot of issues with Vodafone, but this one has just crossed all the limits, I have not used the services for almost 2 months and Vodafone still charged me Rs.550 with No reason. On calling them about the issue they told me it was because of some grps services that was active on the A/c ..... And for your attention i have always used a black an white nokia phone with the vodafone sim card, i and willing to pay the Line Rental but will not pay for something that I was completely unaware off.                                     I have billing dispute with Vadofone service provider.
                                    They have generate bills for Vadafone Live ( VF Mobile connect) of Rs.2748. This period was of 5th Aug 11 to 4th Sept 11.
                                    There after my out going calls were disconnected. I have visit Vodafone store 5 times & log a complaints.
                                    Vodafone person is simply saying, that you have used Internet services on iphone.
                                    Since you are using iphone hence at the back end some internet services is activated hence we have charged you. Also they have not able to show which internet service i have used or which site i have visited.
                                    They are not showing any URL on which i have visited.Simply they are making me run from pillar to post.Nor any senior person is attending the calls.

                                    As of now my out going is still deactivated.Pls help in resolving the same.

                                    Vodafone mobile — Mobile Bill Dispute

                                    Dear Concerned,
                                    My complain is regarding Vodafone Billing. Complained several times to Customer Care, Visited Vodafone Mobile Store and even mailed to Vodafone Mumbai (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) thrice but no one was there to redress my issue.
                                    This is Manoj Kumar Tewari, I am using a Post Paid Connection number '[protected]' , Relationship No.-1.14628977 since last Two years. Every thing was running smooth till June'11 (Bill Date :-25.06.11) in which I found Vodafone Mobile Connect & Caller Tunes charges has been added for which I have never applied."
                                    I called the Vodafone CustomerCare and speak with Mr. Binod Tambe, Complain No-[protected] and briefed him regarding the above billing dispute. As per Mr. Tambe , it was because of "System Error", the Services charges has been levied and he told me to make the payment by deducting the extra charges. And the amount Mr. Tambe calculated is Rs.689/-, which I have to pay. The same amount I have paid dated:[protected] , Transaction ID:-MHDF[protected]. I even visited Vodafone Care, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai twice and speaked with Rahul & Snehal, both assured me that the amount will be deducted in next bill.
                                    Now after few days, that auto-announcement started(IVR) while making any outgoing call regarding bill overdue. I again called to Vodafone Customer Care and this time I had conversation with Mr.Mahendra, Dated:-21/07/2011 and this time I have recorded the conversation, which I have till now..Now this guy told me to make the entire payment.I asked him why should I make extra payment because of your Billing Error, he replied that "this is the only way to stop IVR and will reverted back in the next bill". I argued with him and decided not to make the payment and waited for the next bill so that I will get a Final Amount after deducting all charges.
                                    Strange, I received July'11 Bill (Bill attached) with out any deduction and the amount that I deducted in last bill was carried forward and added in this bill, in-spite of my repeated request . Now I decided that I am not going to make any payment till my entire dispute get solved and I switched off this number.
                                    I mailed the entire issue to Vodafone Care with all attachments thrice but no reply.
                                    Now from here on-wards Vodafone billing section started the "Mental Torture". Every time I used to say them the same thing "Clear my entire dispute first and I will make payment". They used to disconnect the call by saying they will get back to me after one hour or in evening. Every now and then a new executive used to call me and I have to brief him the entire history. For the last two month you people are mentally torturing me.
                                    Now since last week I getting a call from a Lady from Mobile Number :[protected], threatening to take legal action against me. I told her if she want she can take legal action, I will fight back.

                                    I have put up my entire point, soliciting your intervention in this regard ASAP.

                                    This is out of my grief aroused due to Vodafone's horrifying customer service experience that I have experienced for the past 5 months. Vodafone has failed to provide me with any bill ever since the commencement of my services in September 2011 and for every bill cycle my bill has gone up and I have no means to find out why? After my repeated phone calls and emails Vodafone did not find it important to help me with the issue. There customer service banner 'Happy to help' is only imaginary idea to them. I also subscribed to the e-bill after giving up on talking to the representatives over the phone. I have right from September been charged late fee of Rs 100 and the only time I know my bill is overdue is when my services would be interrupted. I have written them an email to which they have stopped replying [REF:[protected]].

                                    Corporate Connection. Plan of Monthly rental of 199. mobile connect of 98 (1 GB internet) and now upgraded to 198 (3GB internet) plan. NCI @ 30
                                    Bill amount - usual 600-800. Bill amount for February - 8076

                                    Reason provided by Vodafone team, Delhi

                                    Internet was used for this amount. Barred my outgoing, and now asking for the full payment.

                                    My arguments
                                    I didn&#039;t received ANY intimation before March 3. On march 3 i receive the message that that the amount reached 8, 100 and the credit limit is enhanced.There was no communicated when the amount crossed 1, 000, 2, 000... and not even 3, 000... I was under the impression that i would receive an intimation if there is any increase from the credit limit. I have received such alerts historically, couple of years back may be. Also, I have been receive constant mesages after 3 march that the billed + UNBILLED amount is more than your credit limit. please pay immediately. I should have been received such intiamation specially after crossing the limit.
                                    Also, waiting for bill cycle completion and then raising the alert doesnt hold any water. Becuase now you consider Billed plus unbilled amount. So, if the unbilled amount exceeded the monthly limit should have been flagged in february. This wasnt done.
                                    Also, I havent used internet that much. Actually, I got a new phone (samsung note 2). I was told that it might use internet for software updates and thus, upgraded the internet plan from 1 gb to 3 gb during the billing cycle - so total 4 gb during one month.
                                    My outgoing has been barred, despite the matter being in dispute. There was no intimation before barring the outgoing. Also, the bill date is 21st March. Not acceptable

                                    My Plea
                                    For 1GB + 3gb plan i paid 100 +200 =c. 300. Could you please AS A GESTURE consider this plan to be 5gb plan for Rs. 300 for Feb? my calculation says that about 700 mb data is paid of
                                    Cost of this gesture for vodafone - CLOSE TO ZERO!!! its just Rs. 3!!!
                                    Still, in turn of this gesture - I am willing to take 5 GB plan for next 6 months (willing to make an advance payment)
                                    I am sure, there are process in the place, but this is a genuine case.. i haven&#039;t used internet for watching you tube or something like that..

                                      The most worst damn customer care service i ever witnessed, first the provide wrong information then they give you a complain number, my one is [protected] they havent solved it for more than 1 week ago, & the people are so useuse less if any Vodafone person is reading this then you guys suck. Even your senior authority plays the same tape 'technical error', '24 hours more' is this the way you guys give service, in simple words you .!!!

                                        Dear Sirs,

                                        My Vodafone tel. no. is [protected]. I am staying at Kalyan.

                                        My phone has "lifetime validity".

                                        I have been recharging my phone for Rs. 333 at an average interval of 3 to 4 months. This has been going on for years now.

                                        Same way today also I recharged my phone for Rs. 333. But to my surprise the validity of this recharge is showing as only one month i.e. till 22nd June 2013 only!! Why this reduced validity period when my phone is already paid for "lifetime validity"??

                                        Whereas, I recharged my wife's phone no. [protected] by Rs. 222 and she got validity of life time as usual!!

                                        I went to Vodafone gallery at Kalyan and contacted Ms. Anita. She explained that specially for recharge of Rs. 333 the validity period is reduced to one month only!!! This is made applicable from about a month back. She further said that this is decided by TRAI and she is helpless in the matter. On asking her about her seniors, she gave me your e mail id and phone numbers as [protected] and [protected].

                                        Accordingly I contacted some on phone no. [protected] and got standard reply that whatever is done it is as per rules. Still, your details are taken and we will revert back to you in 24 hours.

                                        Isn't it cheating your customers?? On one side you charge us for "lifetime validity" and on other side you suddenly reduce validity to one month for specific recharge value of Rs. 333 only??

                                        I do not have consumption of Rs. 333 in one month.

                                        You are requested to give me validity of this amount as per "lifetime validity" clause for which I have already paid earlier.

                                        Your earliest correction will be highly appreciated.

                                        Vodafone — Regarding Validity

                                        The Company had sent a message that...Recharge for Rs:150 & get full talktime and also increase in validity for 2yrs...According to that message i have Recharged for Rs:150 on the same day & the validity has not been increased. when i called the Customer Care they lodged a compliant & after 3 days when i called them they say the scheme has been closed on 5th oct 2008 only however i have received the message on 13th oct 2008. Please do the needful.

                                        I am using prepaid sin from so many dys so nae i may need some helop from u. my sim validity have expired on 24th April duo to my inconviniance i coudnt recharge on that perticular day, but later on i spoke to customer care on 2, 3, and 4th May they advised me to recharge of Rs 221 with same tariff. i didnt got validity i am still waiting. please i kindly request u to help me regarding the same... my cell no [protected].
