Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding my vodafone bill dispute I am having one vodafone connection which i am using from last 7 to 8 months but recently i change my bill plan to 99 rental with benifit 3000 Sec Voda & Voda free i was using that sim card just for this number & want to pay only rental but in bill invoice date 11-.5-2013 i have lots of dispute my bill is showing i have done usage of ISD calls,GPRS Usage,Night Calls,VAS Services, which is never used by infact this sim card is in my pocket & if i want to use the sim card i am having basic nokia handset N1650 i dont do even local so how can i use ISD call now i was given complaint againts bill dispute complaint no - #[protected] but i never get any resolution about that & i also given a request for itemised bill copy which have to come by[protected] but its never come i called up to CC they said that bill copy deliverd on[protected] which i never got now today again i given request for email itemised bill that i will get within 48 hours now pls help to resolve that bill dispute issue if this will never resolve by your end i will definetly do police complaint with my itemsied bill copy if i never done any call so i dont have any fear to so that.

i hope you will resolve my issue as soon as posssible.

VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — BILLS

I am taken 10 new SIM Cards from Global Direct, Thane. At the time of giving 10 SIM Cards Global Direct committed 1) CUG Scheme & 2) Rs.3000/- credited in 6 months 10 bills @Rs.50/- per month.

But when we received very 1st bills from Vodafone Essar Ltd. There is no any CUG Scheme and @Rs.50/- credited in bills.

So I writhed 4 emails to Vodafone to short out my 2 quires. So I can pay my bills amount before due dates. But they can’t give any proper reply or short out my quires.

Instead of short out my quires they send me there Advocate Devi & Associate demand letter.

I am bound to pay my actual bills amount after deducting Rs.3000/- which is taken Global Direct from me.

I am a Vodafone customer with phone# ([protected]) and I wanted to make a complaint for the inconvenience I had to go through. I was offered a new phone ([protected]) on the basis that I had been a good customer with my old number for nearly 4 years, Though I had accepted the offer I wanted to discontinue the new phone# as I was not able to maintain the same. I called Vodafone Customer Care to request a full and final bill for the new phone# so that I could clear the dues and discontinue the services for the new number. I was promised by the agent that I will get a final bill, I never received that bill. Finally I got a message saying that my services on my old phone# would be discontinued as there was a due on my new phone. I found this ridiculous as I had called in earlier for the same. The team lead (Mr. Vijay Singh) at the contact center informed me that he got permission from TRAI to do this. I have a busy schedule at my work and I was facing a hard time to clear my dues. I made the payment; however my phone is still inactive. It has been 3 days since I made the payment. when I called in I was given ridiculous reasons that the payment was not received or may be I paid for a different account. I work as a supervisor in a BPO my self and I understand how things work. Please do not give ridiculous reasons and blame customers for your inability to provide better service. I need my old phone number restored to me ASAP. I have already made a payment for both the phone numbers.
I have had a lot of issues with Vodafone, but this one has just crossed all the limits, I have not used the services for almost 2 months and Vodafone still charged me Rs.550 with No reason. On calling them about the issue they told me it was because of some grps services that was active on the A/c ..... And for your attention i have always used a black an white nokia phone with the vodafone sim card, i and willing to pay the Line Rental but will not pay for something that I was completely unaware off. I was given 1 gb GPRS free @ 99rs from 04/03/11 to 03/04/11 and was given a discount of only rs 5120 balance 3500 which i used was not given...
Even worse when i complained to the bill dispute handling department they said that the discount is correct
840920 kb is less than 1 GB but their backend says it exceeds 1 gb and refused to give me any discount

As per conversation Your given time is over, 3 days are completed. but my credit limit is not increase. So requested pl disconnect my Vodafone services. I don’t uses your services.

Dear Sir,
I have billing dispute with Vadofone service provider.
They have generate bills for Vadafone Live ( VF Mobile connect) of Rs.2748. This period was of 5th Aug 11 to 4th Sept 11.
There after my out going calls were disconnected. I have visit Vodafone store 5 times & log a complaints.
Vodafone person is simply saying, that you have used Internet services on iphone.
Since you are using iphone hence at the back end some internet services is activated hence we have charged you. Also they have not able to show which internet service i have used or which site i have visited.
They are not showing any URL on which i have visited.Simply they are making me run from pillar to post.Nor any senior person is attending the calls.

As of now my out going is still deactivated.Pls help in resolving the same.

Vodafone mobile — Mobile Bill Dispute

Dear Concerned,
My complain is regarding Vodafone Billing. Complained several times to Customer Care, Visited Vodafone Mobile Store and even mailed to Vodafone Mumbai (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) thrice but no one was there to redress my issue.
This is Manoj Kumar Tewari, I am using a Post Paid Connection number '[protected]' , Relationship No.-1.14628977 since last Two years. Every thing was running smooth till June'11 (Bill Date :-25.06.11) in which I found Vodafone Mobile Connect & Caller Tunes charges has been added for which I have never applied."
I called the Vodafone CustomerCare and speak with Mr. Binod Tambe, Complain No-[protected] and briefed him regarding the above billing dispute. As per Mr. Tambe , it was because of "System Error", the Services charges has been levied and he told me to make the payment by deducting the extra charges. And the amount Mr. Tambe calculated is Rs.689/-, which I have to pay. The same amount I have paid dated:[protected] , Transaction ID:-MHDF[protected]. I even visited Vodafone Care, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai twice and speaked with Rahul & Snehal, both assured me that the amount will be deducted in next bill.
Now after few days, that auto-announcement started(IVR) while making any outgoing call regarding bill overdue. I again called to Vodafone Customer Care and this time I had conversation with Mr.Mahendra, Dated:-21/07/2011 and this time I have recorded the conversation, which I have till now..Now this guy told me to make the entire payment.I asked him why should I make extra payment because of your Billing Error, he replied that "this is the only way to stop IVR and will reverted back in the next bill". I argued with him and decided not to make the payment and waited for the next bill so that I will get a Final Amount after deducting all charges.
Strange, I received July'11 Bill (Bill attached) with out any deduction and the amount that I deducted in last bill was carried forward and added in this bill, in-spite of my repeated request . Now I decided that I am not going to make any payment till my entire dispute get solved and I switched off this number.
I mailed the entire issue to Vodafone Care with all attachments thrice but no reply.
Now from here on-wards Vodafone billing section started the "Mental Torture". Every time I used to say them the same thing "Clear my entire dispute first and I will make payment". They used to disconnect the call by saying they will get back to me after one hour or in evening. Every now and then a new executive used to call me and I have to brief him the entire history. For the last two month you people are mentally torturing me.
Now since last week I getting a call from a Lady from Mobile Number :[protected], threatening to take legal action against me. I told her if she want she can take legal action, I will fight back.

I have put up my entire point, soliciting your intervention in this regard ASAP.

This is out of my grief aroused due to Vodafone's horrifying customer service experience that I have experienced for the past 5 months. Vodafone has failed to provide me with any bill ever since the commencement of my services in September 2011 and for every bill cycle my bill has gone up and I have no means to find out why? After my repeated phone calls and emails Vodafone did not find it important to help me with the issue. There customer service banner 'Happy to help' is only imaginary idea to them. I also subscribed to the e-bill after giving up on talking to the representatives over the phone. I have right from September been charged late fee of Rs 100 and the only time I know my bill is overdue is when my services would be interrupted. I have written them an email to which they have stopped replying [REF:[protected]].
Please refer to my below - I have been enormous amount... with no ryhme or reason.

Corporate Connection. Plan of Monthly rental of 199. mobile connect of 98 (1 GB internet) and now upgraded to 198 (3GB internet) plan. NCI @ 30
Bill amount - usual 600-800. Bill amount for February - 8076

Reason provided by Vodafone team, Delhi

Internet was used for this amount. Barred my outgoing, and now asking for the full payment.

My arguments
I didn't received ANY intimation before March 3. On march 3 i receive the message that that the amount reached 8, 100 and the credit limit is enhanced.There was no communicated when the amount crossed 1, 000, 2, 000... and not even 3, 000... I was under the impression that i would receive an intimation if there is any increase from the credit limit. I have received such alerts historically, couple of years back may be. Also, I have been receive constant mesages after 3 march that the billed + UNBILLED amount is more than your credit limit. please pay immediately. I should have been received such intiamation specially after crossing the limit.
Also, waiting for bill cycle completion and then raising the alert doesnt hold any water. Becuase now you consider Billed plus unbilled amount. So, if the unbilled amount exceeded the monthly limit should have been flagged in february. This wasnt done.
Also, I havent used internet that much. Actually, I got a new phone (samsung note 2). I was told that it might use internet for software updates and thus, upgraded the internet plan from 1 gb to 3 gb during the billing cycle - so total 4 gb during one month.
My outgoing has been barred, despite the matter being in dispute. There was no intimation before barring the outgoing. Also, the bill date is 21st March. Not acceptable

My Plea
For 1GB + 3gb plan i paid 100 +200 =c. 300. Could you please AS A GESTURE consider this plan to be 5gb plan for Rs. 300 for Feb? my calculation says that about 700 mb data is paid of
Cost of this gesture for vodafone - CLOSE TO ZERO!!! its just Rs. 3!!!
Still, in turn of this gesture - I am willing to take 5 GB plan for next 6 months (willing to make an advance payment)
I am sure, there are process in the place, but this is a genuine case.. i haven't used internet for watching you tube or something like that..

Hope you are sensitive to the situation and will do the justice.

    The most worst damn customer care service i ever witnessed, first the provide wrong information then they give you a complain number, my one is [protected] they havent solved it for more than 1 week ago, & the people are so useuse less if any Vodafone person is reading this then you guys suck. Even your senior authority plays the same tape 'technical error', '24 hours more' is this the way you guys give service, in simple words you .!!!

      Dear Sirs,

      My Vodafone tel. no. is [protected]. I am staying at Kalyan.

      My phone has "lifetime validity".

      I have been recharging my phone for Rs. 333 at an average interval of 3 to 4 months. This has been going on for years now.

      Same way today also I recharged my phone for Rs. 333. But to my surprise the validity of this recharge is showing as only one month i.e. till 22nd June 2013 only!! Why this reduced validity period when my phone is already paid for "lifetime validity"??

      Whereas, I recharged my wife's phone no. [protected] by Rs. 222 and she got validity of life time as usual!!

      I went to Vodafone gallery at Kalyan and contacted Ms. Anita. She explained that specially for recharge of Rs. 333 the validity period is reduced to one month only!!! This is made applicable from about a month back. She further said that this is decided by TRAI and she is helpless in the matter. On asking her about her seniors, she gave me your e mail id and phone numbers as [protected] and [protected].

      Accordingly I contacted some on phone no. [protected] and got standard reply that whatever is done it is as per rules. Still, your details are taken and we will revert back to you in 24 hours.

      Isn't it cheating your customers?? On one side you charge us for "lifetime validity" and on other side you suddenly reduce validity to one month for specific recharge value of Rs. 333 only??

      I do not have consumption of Rs. 333 in one month.

      You are requested to give me validity of this amount as per "lifetime validity" clause for which I have already paid earlier.

      Your earliest correction will be highly appreciated.

      Vodafone — Regarding Validity

      The Company had sent a message that...Recharge for Rs:150 & get full talktime and also increase in validity for 2yrs...According to that message i have Recharged for Rs:150 on the same day & the validity has not been increased. when i called the Customer Care they lodged a compliant & after 3 days when i called them they say the scheme has been closed on 5th oct 2008 only however i have received the message on 13th oct 2008. Please do the needful.

      I am using prepaid sin from so many dys so nae i may need some helop from u. my sim validity have expired on 24th April duo to my inconviniance i coudnt recharge on that perticular day, but later on i spoke to customer care on 2, 3, and 4th May they advised me to recharge of Rs 221 with same tariff. i didnt got validity i am still waiting. please i kindly request u to help me regarding the same... my cell no [protected].

        Re. : my SMS to Any DND Number !
        Myself S.P. Gupta, having Mobile No. [protected] is a Senior Citizen born on 3rd January 1939 living in Vasant Kunj. At this stage of life, I am helping fellow residents in identifying insurance plans from various insurance companies suitable to meet their specific requirements and for that purpose, I send SMSs to identify interested residents obtaining contact numbers from RWA Directories and personal contacts.
        To my knowledge, if the called number is DND, how can anyone have access to that number rather such a call should be blocked by the operator as soon as it is initiated.
        Since the operator has threatened to disconnect my said connection by 27.5.13 simply on this account that some SMS is sent to some so called DND number by me, I approach you to do the needful and oblige. I hope, I will continue using my said phone without any interruption.

          At the point of sale I was promised that switching from prepaid to postpaid will be hassle free. But being a loyal customer to Voda for so long I tried my level best to let these people sort the issue out which is caused by a very arrogant and a liar verifier of vodafone for the verification of a corporate sim. He met my father for verification and has written in his report that my dad said I live in a company flat. False. Then I called their Custome Care 4 times and they all lied saying that they have dispatched some1 for verification or the services will be activated in 24-48hrs. I am really fedup of this service. So if there is some1 out there reading this and has any kind of power to do some thing about this please do. In the very week of transition they converted the sim to postpaid in a day and then in next 5 or so days cancelled my outgoing services. I waited for some1 else to come again for verification as the last 3 times the verifier came unannounced and they were my off days and non-employees are not entertained in thecompany premises. But yet again he called me on my weekoff day. Then he called at when I had to go out on 21st and 22nd May and we confirmed the date for 23rd May 2013 but again he didn't showed up and then they stopped my incoming services as well. All my work came to a halt. I was unable to contact anyone at times of need for almost 2weeks. Raised the complaint to Vodafone complaints department on [protected] and got a promise that some1 would come today 24th May 2013 for verification and no one showed up. I even got a complaint number[protected] from the advisor. What a pacifying stunt by the advisor. Wrote a mail to the corporate office on corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and even after 24 hours no reply from them. Hence as a desperate attempt trying to get some justice on this forum.

            I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid in January after paying my bills. Vodafone had confirmed having received the payment and successfully had converted my number to prepaid. I even did top-up on mu prepaid number. However, after 6 months of converting my number to propaid, I am receiving emails to pay the undue amount for the month of March. This ridiculous and cheap behavior is not acceptable from a reputed company like Vodafone.

              This is regarding to the complaint against my no. [protected] Vodafone, i am using smartphone hand set of HTC from last 30 days, previously I used multimedia handset of NOKIA.
              I told Vodafone by their customer care regarding to Internet services which I not need on my mobile.
              Now problem raise when I swap/shifted/changed to Smartphone handset, despite of not aware about that by default they have activated internet services on my number. Now bill comes of Rs 4312/-..
              when Vodafone send me the sms about my usages than I got to know that my current usage is of Rs3500 +... than I called and talk to customer care dept., they told me they are not able to view my bill as bill will ready in a day or two, will revert you after that but they have not revert, mean time I told them to changed the tariff or plan.
              After two three days when I talked to customer care of Vodafone and asked them why my internet services active, I surprised to the reply by customer care executive that internet services was active because/due to my hand set which I am using...

              Fight is that when I not activated the internet services why they activate. Vodafone never try to intimate or make courtesy call regarding internet plan.
              They are waiting when the client increase /over limit the bill. and will get good revenue, My generally bill goes maximum of Rs 1100 – 1200 per month.
              now they harassing me, to pay otherwise you will be in big trouble...

Further, if you latch onto any network other than Vodafone network while in National roaming, you will be charged as per the standard surfing rates for your Vodafone mobile number. As checked, the above cited number is latched onto Airtel, hence, you are getting charges accordingly. Therefore, the charges are correct as per the usage and we are unable to reverse the same.

                  Vodafone — Issue of Call Rate

                  This is with regard to the call rate charged by Vodafone.

                  Yesterday (on 07/09/2011) I made a call at around 6.40 P.M at a local no. for the total duration of 5 minutes & 54 seconds and for the same my account was debited by Rs. 5.40, however I have 60 paisa/minute plan.

                  I told the customer care executive who was handling my call and explained the problem in call rate. They kept me on hold and then disconnected the call.After that I made a number of calls to customer care and on one occasion they replied that the systems are not working etc..............ultimately even after so many calls my query was not answered neither the extra amount charged by vodafone was credited in my account.

                  I regret to inform that I had faced lot of difficulties while requesting for clarification of this rate charged. But I could not even get a reply rather than a satisfactory reply.

                  Request you to kindly look into the matter, as I somehow paid attention only to this call, whereas for the rest of the calls I do not know how much money has been fleeced from me.

                    Vodafone — recharge amount

                    I have a pre paid mobile connection from Vodafone (earlier called Hutch). On 14th May 2008 at about 0800 hrs I charged my account with Rs. 500 by transferring the amount from my bank through e banking. I was surprised to find that only Rs. 315 has been credited. I am aware that on a charge coupon of Rs 370 one gets full talk time worth Rs 370. So I expected that I would get perhaps 450 worth of talk time on a charge of Rs 500.

                    When I called customer care they told me that there is a scheme for Rs 370 and Rs 590. Anything else does not qualify for full talk time. Howver, since Rs 500 is more than 370 I should get at least that much. I asked the customer care executive to give me the number of his supervisor or let me talk to him. This was not done, in spite of three attempts.

                    If this is not an unfair trade practice, i do not know what is.

                      My name is Nikhil Aggarwal and my number is [protected] and I have the following issue with Vodafone
                      Vodafone has recently launched a Sony Xperia Z bundle offer which gives 8GB internet free for 2 Months. On the 18th May I got an sms that an automatic request for ativation of the offer has been sent and the same will be activated in 24 hours. This was also confirmed by the customer care after 5 minutes of the sms. On evening of 19th May I called up the helpline asking why the service has not been activated after 24 hours. I was told that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. On again following up on the next day, i was told that the issue takes 48 and not 24 hours. On the 21st May I had a detailed talk with the senior helpline man at 11pm. he assured me that the same would be activated by the next day. Fed up of this lingering on, i called up the Nodal office which further asked me 24 hour. After another 24 hours, i called up the nodal office again which again said that due to a technical issue, it would take another 24-48 hours.
                      Earlier also i have had a history of getting the internet settings configured on my phone which has been a hassle altogether on several occassions.
                      I fail to understand that if the company isnt ready to activate the service then why are such services launched in the first place.And if there is a technical issue then one timeframe needs to be given and needs to adhered to and such linger-on behaivour.
                      I think I will have to port out my number really soon as Internet pack is a necessity to me.

                        I have a Vodafone post paid connection. In the month of apr 13 I went for my native place in andhra pradesh. Till that time no services like joke caller tune etc. Were not active but when my sim entered roaming network all this activated by them self. I have called vodafone twice and asked them how these services but didn't get any proper respond. I have even talk to one of their executive directly but she did not respond later. The total bill is in excess of 550 rupees out of which only 50%(approx) is chargeble. Please help me in getting this fix.

                          Called customer service (111) and requested for plan change. They don't support the plan change, since it comes under corporate connection.
                          I sent email to customercare.[protected]@vodafone.in, requesting to plan change. I had sent initial email on 13th may 2013. I received a response through email with some plan files. I could not understand the information provided and requested them to call me as there is no customer care number for corporate connection for plan change. Again 16th May sent email and requested to change the plan Rs199 with 600 Local min and CUG plan.
                          I have received the response same as earlier saying choose the plan from list of files attached. Then again I could not understand, please call me to understand the plan.
                          I am not getting support from Vodafone customer care, as the information provided to through email could not understand and no phone number to talk to them to clarify.

                          Its been 10days and no clue what todo.

                            I have Vodafone post paid corporate connection for last 3 years. Last year when I was leaving NCR for one year I asked Vodafone to disconnect the connection. Instead they asked me to pay around Rs 500 for some advanced rental plan. So a year later I can use the same connection. They promised after one year I can use my connection as I was using. Last month after 1 year and 1 month when I received the bill they have changed my billing plan to some high costly billing plan and they have charged 5 times for each call than I used to normally pay. When I called them first they told me that they will readjust my bill accordingly. I waited for few days as there was no response I called back they told me that they may adjust amount in next billing cycle. After inquiring again they informed me they are not going to adjust my bill.
                            Also, I had auto-debit activated on my credit card. I was told by the Vodafone representative that my account will not be debited till the issue is settled but they have debited the amount from my credit card this is equivalent to forcibly extorting money.

                              Vodafone has stopped my mobile service without information in SMS/Call. i contacted store person and he told me to submit address verification and photo ID which i submitted recently in less than 6 months. i submitted bsnl telephone bill and pan card which are issued by government. due to this disconnection i cannot call/receive calls. which may disturb my job duties if cant receive calls. they should have give customer some time to submit documents/ switch to other operator to send an SMS to 1900 for porting. recently i recharged huge amount and took service of internet. i lost connectivity and cant even send message to porting. the store person response is also very bad and insulting. also i see other people have the same problem like me. he told us , submit documents we will activate. what the hell they did with our old documents he dont know. he became dumb when we ask him why didnt your company send us message/called us to submit the documents. vodafone customers need to predict future and keep documents etc ready 24X7?

                              i deceided to change all my and my family mobile connections to other provider and file a suite against vodafone.

                                I had ported in to vodafone from BPL as theey gave me a very good offer. After 3 monthes of my tenure in vodafone I had called theem a couple of times to confirm if my internet pack will stay active. I was assured by theem theat it was active and I dont need to worry. Unfortunately I didnt make a note of time and date of theose calls made to theem. But thee fourthe monthe I was bombarded withe a heavy bill of more thean Rs. 3,000. Then I had called theem to ask thee reason for such a high bill. They told me theat my internet pack gives me 1GB and was over my usage. I am thee only earning person in my home now as I lost my dad 2 yrs ago. I had to borrow money to pay my bill. Then again thee 5the monthe theey sent me a bill of Rs, 1900. I was informed by a very helpful guy from vodafone theat my internet pack was still not active. I was lied so many times by theem. I need justice for theis as I had made my side clear by calling theem to confirm if my internet pack was active. I asked theem to look into theis and theey just told me theat you have to pay it as theey didnt maintain thee records of thee calls I had made to theem in around march or april. I told theem theat I will make a complaint against vodafone and theey just told me theat I can do whatever I want and will have to pay all of thee amount.

                                  Dear Sir, I have done a Vodofone prepaid recharge for Rs 509 for my Kerala No +91 [protected] on 06.02.17 for TID [protected] through SBI BUDDY. My SBI BUDDY sent message as

                                  " Transaction successful ! Rs 509 has been paid on 06/02/18 for TID [protected] for recipient #[protected]".

                                  Kindly inform how to confirm whether it is a failed transaction and what is the mechanism of getting back debited money. I request an early response

                                      This is to bring to your notice about about the bad customer service provided by the staff at your center in Margao, Goa. For one to get an appointment is a long waiting time not because there are too many customers on line. It is just because they take too much time to deal with one customer. Well it is actually good if they put that much time to understand the customer but actually what happens is once a customer goes to a staff they listen for some time and then they disappear to their back area for long time. It looks like that they have gone to find the solution for their problem but then they are not to be seen for atleast 15 to 20 minutes. This is done with most of the customers. Yesterday I had been there and saw this and thought that might be they have gone for their break or so. It was in the evening. My problem was not solved due to which I had to go again today in the morning and found the same situation again. Another customer who was already being attended much before me was sitting at the desk waiting for the staff to come back. My number came and even after that the staff had not returned. Finally he also got agitated and asked the staff who was attending to me to help him out which the staff said that the other one will soon arrive. But actually till the time I finished my work which took atleast 15 minutes that staff did not come out and finally the customer walked out without getting the new connections which he had come for. I had to pay for my new sim card and when I reached the pay counter there was again no one at the desk. It took another 10 minutes for some other staff to come and finish the line at pay counter.


                                      There is a CCTV in the store and I am sure if it is recorded then you will have proper evidence of what I am saying.

                                      I've lost my mobile, a postpaid connection with Vodafone. I called up the Vodafone customer service at [protected] and 111 from my cousin's prepaid Vodafone number and I was asked to call the other one. Vodafone has started this stupid service of conference facility, whose advertisement just goes on and on without any way to skip it. The IVR doesnt tell you which digit to press to speak to a customer service representative. I dont understand how Vodafone management thought that the idea of conference facility is such a great thing that everyone would want to listen to it even when they are frantically calling to report the loss of their mobile/ service.

                                      To add insult, the prepaid customer service representatives dont have the ability to transfer calls to postpaid department and we have to call from a landline to reach the postpaid department. How can we term this as "Happy to Help"????

                                      I am a loyal customer of Vodafone. From past 4 years I am using. But now, i am not satisfied with the service because of bad customer support.
                                      My experience with your service was I have called twice to the customer care but the reponse was not at good. Really I felt unhappy with the service. The two persons who had handled the call had given a bad response to me. The two persoons said, we will transfer your call to my supervisor but they dint. We are not a fools to make like this.

                                      Actually I had 7.10 Rs or some change in my account also I had 54 minutes of night balance.
                                      After 11 o'clk I made a calll to one of my friends, unfortunately the 7/- was deducted from my account. After that, I made a call to customer care to check out.But his response was so rude and also argued with me. I said after 11 o'clk I called but he was saying before 11 o'clk you have called so that the 7 rupees was deducted. One more fellow said you dont have a balance on your account up to 11 o'clk. and still, How could they say without checking the details. Really I am so frustrating with the rude reponse from your service. I never experienced like this.

                                      Mt request is, take a proper action on both of them who had handled my call twice.
                                      Why I am teleling, they even not checking the details and giving the response to the customers and they are playing with the customers for sake enjoyment. Even they not showing any empathy or way of appoaching.
                                      If they do in the same manner, the service will get bad remark from the customers.

                                      So could you please take a sufficient action.

                                      My name is Suman. Today i have called to vodafone customer service which is located at hyderabad. Actually i have recharged my cell to make a important call. When i checked my balance i got a message stating that i have negative balance in my cell. All of a sudden amount was deducted without my knowledge. When i called customer care, executives informed me that love alerts is activated in my account. My cell was with me and i dint activate anything. When i am speaking to executives they are not even listening what am i saying and executives are speaking arrogantly. I requested to transfer the call to TL but they dint transfer. Sometimes i will get calls from vodafone from different numbers, when i receive the calls, money will be deducted from my account. Due to these issues most of my friends stopped using vodafone. We are unhappy with the service provided. Very soon vodafone would loose most of the customers. Im using vodafone since 5years so im registering this complaint.

                                      I have been using Vodafone since two and a half years but suddenly one day my number was deactivated on the grounds that my documents were not verified.I was not even informed about this even once.I got to know only when i tried calling up through my number and i could not use the service.
                                      i dont understand that after two and a half years the copany realized that my documents are not verified, moreover, even when i again submitted the entire documents the service was activated after 78 long hours.

                                      In 10 November, 2009 i activate BIR (Basic International Roaming ) on my vodaphone number [protected] and i was told that in this service i cannot make any outgoing calls as outgoing calls are barred . During the official stay of 2 months in US , Vodafone Suspend my number i enquir about it and i came to know it was due to my Bill . on 15 January 2010 , i Came back to India and I checked my Bill ( Bill number [protected] ) in which 3795 Rupees was added to my bill as outgoing calls charges . I submit my request number [protected] to vodafone customer care , he assured me that your phone number will be activated within 3-4 days . after 4 days nothing happens there . I again called top customer care many times but no resaponse always i got the answer that your request is pending. I went to Vodeafone Store sec 35 chandigarh 5-6 times ( Executive name : MEGHA) , But Every time she assured me that the complaint will be resolved in 1-2 days , Now I deposit 4000 rupees to vodafone . Till now the matter is not resolved
                                      As i have Electronics Business , I have This contact Number on all my Bill Books and Letter heads and all document , Due to vodafone's bad service i lost my many oredr of worh 8 - 10 lakhs , Copy Of Vodafone bill is attached

                                      Vodafone / Mobile network — Bad customer handling

                                      I have to make payment 6000, i made 5500, i just want to get the clarification on the remaining amount i tried to contact the person at customer care office (Koramangala) .Care centre working time is 11 am to 8 pm , when i went the time was 7 : 55 pm. They didn't allow me to enter and communicate , If ask for the time they informed us that its their wish '" When should close and when should open " the language which they used was not decent to handle a customer .

                                      The proof of time is with me , The bill printed on the automatic machine is 17: 55pm. I can present this for further information .
                                      Vodaphone has the worst customer service of all the mobile service providers I have dealt with. It's not a torture to be on the customer's end while being subjected to random questions like "how much did you pay for the recharge?" Hell if I knew I was supposed to remember how much I pay every time I recharge, I would be keeping a journal. A simple question like why can nobody get through my phone and why they hear the message "this phone is temporarily out of service" cannot be answered by the oh-so-well-trained customer service reps. Apparently all they can offer you is a canned response prefixed by your name at the beginning of every sentence! I think it's time to change. I am happier with Airtel or even Reliance! Boo to Vodafone!!

                                      My recent horrible experience with Vodafone is as below:

                                      I purchased a NEW Prepaid Vodafone 3G Mircrosim and Internet connection for my IPAD. The number is: [protected]

                                      Purchased a new microsim for Vodafone on the 20th of july'2013. First in the Vodafone gallery, none of their employees knew what kind of sim goes in the iPad, they took 15 minutes to figure out that a microsim is required. Secondly I was told that with a recharge of Rupees 499, I will get 3 gb of 3G connection per month. I paid the 499 and I was told that I will receive a verification call within 6 hours after which my Internet will get activated and service will start. I finally get a verification call and they confirm that my Internet will resume within 1 hour of that call.

                                      It has been over 15 hours but my service never started, post which I called the prepaid customer service number. After explaining them my problem for over 25 minutes on the phone, I am told that I need to recharge my account for a further balance of 10 rupees only then I can use the Internet. When I ask them why wasn't
                                      I have 4 VODAFONE postpaid and 1 above mentioned prepaid connections. I plan to disconnect all of them after going through this experience.

                                      It is high time we Indians file criminal and consumer suits against such companies, I being an advocate plan to take Vodafone to court as early as this coming week. I further plan to take up this fight against such horrible customer service against VODAFONE in the Press & News Media and also file a complaint with the PARENT company of Vodafone as the Indian Counterpart will never take any action since CUSTOMERS are not considered KINGS but DOGS in INDIA.

                                      Myself advocate swapandeep singhal, I went in indirapuram vodafone centre to change my mobile no.--[protected] postpaid plan to some aother postpaid plan. there is token system so i took the same...my token number was 142.But many persons came after me had been taken up before me.I complain about this unprofessional conduct many times but the executives...Jagjeet and Naresh ji told me that they are taking up their premium customers first as there token is on priority...so I asked the how to take a priority token...they told me that as your number is only 4 months old you have to wait atleast for 2 years to become premium customer. I waited over there for 45 minutes but no response.So my complain is if i had made any mistake by porting my number with vodafone.If i went to vodafone's store for some query and taken token even then behavior with me was like a neglected customer...the system should be first come first serve and not on priority basis...that was a very unprofessional behavior at vodafone's end.Kindly take a strict action against vodafone for such an unprofessional behavior.
