3G Dongle not working

but it was activated on 11 /04/13.and paid Rs 1665/Rs mention the plan 250/Rs for 1G in coroperate plan.
And also submitted the MTS Data card number [protected] of which amount Rs 300. will be deducated from on the next 3 month bills.
Now as it is not working and there is no range in our area.so i want to discountine my service .

I had sent a message can data11 to stop auto renewal of 11rs. Data plan on 01/01/12, time - 01:02 am to 144 after asking it from the agent but on 02/02/12 data plan was autorenewed & 11 rs. net usage issue
