I am getting enquires to pay the bill for this number from past few days, when actually I have cleared all my bill when closing the connection

Now the lady is asking me for cancellation number, I don’t remember the number now, don’t even remember if the Vodafone outlet gave me any cancellation number

I had submitted the required documents copy like I.D. proof and Address proof when I closed the connection and also paid the entire bill at that time

Please look into this on high priority, The lady on phone is irritating me by calling and not listening to me

Vodafone, india. — Recieving bills after cancellation

Hello,
One bad day i recieved a sales calls from vodafone, a nice lady called as nivedita gave me the details about the post paid connection. I informed her that i am currently unemployed for which she told me very clearly that it doesnt matter because this is a special offer. I purchased it instantly and a week later the verification guy came home and took down my details including my "unemployed status". After 2 hrs my account was blocked/suspended.

I tried a million times to get it activated but my efforts went down the drain. Numerous calls to call center only worsened my situation. Sometimes, they just plainly hung up on me without any conversation. So, i decided to cancel the account. One agent from the call center informed me that i dont need to cancel the account as it'll get cancelled instantly if i dont use the account! I did not bother myself with this issue for many days until a month later i recieved a bill so i went down to the vodafone store and the customer service agent told me that i need to cancel the account otherwise i will continue to recieve more bills!

I somehow accepted this and applied for cancellation. Total pending bill amount was 179 after deducting the security deposit of 500 rs. The total bill was 500+ but the they used the security deposit. The agent informed me to pay 130 rs instead of 179 citing the reasons that i was not given any service.

A month later i have recieved one more bill. What should i do now? The bill is 350. On the charges list, none of the parameters have been charged which means that every paramter reads zero. They say that my previous balance was 479 and they have deducted 130 from it. I went to the store to say the same and the same agent informed me that it was misunderstanding but i am sure they are trying to loot be as much as possible. Vodafone — demanding payment of bill that is already paid

my name is rahul. my mobile ([protected]) was disconnected in first week of july by vodafone.
today after paying the bill for may - june cycle they are also demanding the payment for 17 apr- 18may cycle for which i had done a cash payment.
i do not have the receipts.
but i am not gonna pay as i have already paid the same.
why were the services not disconnected in next cycle if the bills were not paid. why did they wait for 3 cycles ?

Vodafone — overdue notice

Yours vodafone is the complete froud company i take [protected] phone as postpaid i paid all charges and convert to prepaid now i got notice from your lawer that i have to pay 400 rs to your company .......................why should i pay ? when i paid all and i have recieipt and you only conver it to prepaod after you got full n final payment isnt it?

    I Have activated internet plan (try pack of 500MB) on 6th May but still vodafone has charged me at their normal rate when I enquire about this they said When bill is generated you will get final amount after removing this internet usage but when this unbilled amount goes above credit limit they stopped my internet service and said that to continue using the service you have to pay at least 80% of the total unbilled amount. But Why should I pay? I simply want to use the internet till 500MB limit is reached. Why they are bringing credit limit issue in this? Vodafone should change this policy.

    Vodafone — Postpaid internet connection

    I ported my number from airtel to vodafone postpaid 299plan. While giving connection they told I have 100mb free internet usage per month, but they have deactivated after 1month and now they are saying its valid only for one month. I have lost few hundreds in these, now am waiting for 90days completion for the number portability.

      Ive been trying to call and get information out of vodafone cust care for the past about the billing amount and plan changes to my USB net device that ive bought from them.

      Here is the problem with your whole cust care -

      1. You hardly have an option to directly speak to a human caller from your cust care no. [protected], its a hidden option that one has to search long and hard to reach on.

      2. ive tried to call them and ask info about my products validity and billing amount and have learnt that when you actually do reach the calling stage they NEVER pick the phone up

      3. When they do pick the phone up, this is how a typical conversation with a vodafone cust care executive goes

      Me - hello, im calling form so and so number for this intent and purpose
      Vodafone cust care - why are you calling now, go and sleep
      Me - excuse me?
      Vodafone cust care - listen you (followed by lots of abusive language)********** I dont have to talk to you at night
      me - transfer me to your supervisor plz
      Vodafone cust care - hes sleeping, you go sleep too, hahahaha, (followed by more abusive language)

      Ive called them at the evening and at the night on 8th may 2013, and this behaviour was shown towards me when I called at 9th may 2013 at 1:33am.

      So in conclusion, Vodafone is not a 24x7 service, it is a 9:00am to 6:00am service contrary to their slogan, and is the worst service Ive had the displeasure talking to.

      Im certain that any response and solution from your side will be highly improbable, but by the safe chance that there are any decent ppl working in vodafone, that may take this case up and find the cust care executive who showed such vulgur bahaviour and to hold him accountable, I would be surprised and awed.

        I am being harreshed by Vodaphone for the number[protected]
        I purchased this number, however, was provided with an incorrect information, hence didn't use it. They within a week

        generated a bill of 444 and wants me to pay it before closing the number. I never opted for any plan and they activated a plan by their choice. That too without completing the verification.
        If

        necessary I can send the entire email conversation with them regarding the same. Below is the summary of my conversation with Vodaphone care----

        Nidhi- no

        amount to be paid as the plan is not activated.
        Later she said your billing cycle is 1st aprail.
        She was not sure of the details, I asked for the superviosr. She said me to wait n would transfer the

        call, after waiting for around 3 minutes call got disconnected.
        Called again at [protected] waited in the queue for 6 minutes
        Prabhjot Singh picked the phone
        He said to transfer the call to a

        supervisor waited again for around 10
        Gaurav Sharma
        Supervisor
        He sent an eamail to update my email and promised it would be updated in 6hours.
        He also noted down my probelm with the

        number [protected].
        According to him the problem should be resolved, as the plan was activated without my concern and it should be not generated.

        She said that the email is not updated.
        She confirmed that I was promissed that it would be updated in 6 hourse.

        Again talked with Gaurav Sharma

        According to

        him the revert he got back from the team where he has esclated my case was nothing. He didn't say anything about it.
        He however, now said that today it would be updated before 6 PM.

        Talked with Monu Yadav.
        He filed a compaint to close the number.

        verification is still pending, so bill should not have been generated.

        Though amount seems to be a nominal

        one, however I can't explain the mental agony/harreshment I went through n still going. Hence writing at 12:12 am. Wants to fill it before I go to bed.

        On Sunday May 5 I visited the vodafone store at south ex, the same guy who sold me the number with fake promises, said in order to close this number, I would have to pay the bill. He

        however said disgusting for the companies services. I did wite to the nodal officer and appellete officer, however no response from them.

        Please help me to sortout this problem, I would be highly thankful to you.

          Initially, I contacted Vodafone customer care enquiring for message offers and informed that for a recharge of 77 rs, a offer of 9,000 free messages with 90 days validity would be availed. I recharged and found in vain. I called back to customer care and found that there is no such offer currently. I want my money to be refunded.

              Hi,

              I had given a payment of Rs 5000 on 16 march 2013 on my VODAFONE POSTPAID NO [protected] as bill payment instead of security deposit to activate ISD services but still i don't get the money refunded back or even not adjusted in my bills

              Mailing on customer care from so many times but got different different reply's that amount was reverted or we cant refund you back the amount.

              I had also sent my credit card statements to Vodafone customer care and on vodafone store also that i don't get my money back .

              In a mean while i also talked to my bank but As per my bank they don't get any refund back from vodafone end on my credit card.

              I am very much annnoyed with Vodafone. Please take the immediate actions.

                I have a post paid number and when i went on Roaming Vodafone has charged Roaming call forwarding charges to my number([protected])
                When i called ans asked customer care they just said when we move out of Vodafone circle and use some other network then these charges are done but in accordance to my knowledge the service provider is the one who will pay the other service provider for call forwarding. Not sure why the charges are taken up from customer in addition to Roaming charges also implied. And plus i have went in Roaming numerous times but this kind of service charge was never charged

                I have mailed them numerous times still no reply.

                I am a vodafone customer since Jan 07. My mobile no is [protected]. I have been charged Rs. 99 for downloading Hungama pack on my mobile on 19-Dec-08, which i have never downloaded. When i call customer care they dont give satisfactory response. Earlier also I had been charged extra for 3 consecutive months in the name of FNF rental. I got the waiver of it for two months but i have not got the waiver for the third month yet which was around 350 rupees. I have visited the vodafone store many times and the customer care representative simply says that you will get the waiver in next billing cycle but nothing such happened. I am fed up of the services of vodafone. If i dont get all these charges waived i will have no option left but to file a case in consumer court.

                Vodafone — charged extra

                actually i have taken a vodafone live-gprs connection.. the customer care executive told me that the browsing cost would be 99rs per month unlimited.... but they have charged 390 rs... + taxes.. there was no information on the terms and conditions.. i called the customer care twice... he told that you can brows anything its only 99... but downloading charges are extra... but i have not downloaded anything extra... they have charged without my knowledge..

                I have been charged at a higher rates then what was given to me in writing. I have been following the same issue with Vodafone authority since March’2010 and have not got suitable reply

                They are willing to give me arbitrator waiver of INR Rs1510.15p (inclusive of tax) pertaining to the last six months where as they have charged me the higher rates for 51 months also the calculation of which they are not sharing with me.

                More than 200 time i called in vodafone care (111), Complaint helpline (198) but my problem stil as such.

                        I am very upset with the services of Vodafone. I dont know wheher you take your customers complaint seroiusly or not. One recommendatio is plaese start thinking from customers point of view as well. Your company is only worried about what your sysytems says and what is your policy. Customers are nothing for you is what I have started to believe.
                        I have made a lot of omplaint to vodafone customer care but all gone in vain. So here is the story: I had a lot of issues with vodafone services earlier so I always watch my step before i do anything i was intersted in a internet pack i caled vodafone took all the information from teh customer service rep.He siad that you get 60 MB free every day which i can use for downloading,video streaming,surfing etc.On the 18/07/2010 when i was trying to sned message it was not going through i was suprised because i had 190 message with me but then when i checked the balance was in -15.32 i was suprised as i did not use any chargeable services. I called you customer service I spoke to your customer service rep he siad that the its for a game which i downloaded.I said that i have a internet package how can i be charged and when i donwlaoded the game from waptrick it was a free game, to which he confidently replied THAT THE INTERNET PACKAGE IS ONLY FOR SURFING AND NOT FOR DOWNLOADS. I informed that it is not true i was informed that downloads will be free and will taken from the ineternet alowance. then without a word he tranfered to a different department.
                        Then after being on hold I spoke to an advisor called Soni explained what the problem she placed me on hold and after that a TL named Kapil although I never asked for a manager but this time as well i was informed that it was my mistake and I must have clicked on a link whihc is chargable andit is not their systems fault. I exlpained that i was sure that all the games and videos that I have downlaoded was free and not chargeable. Why would I download a game where I have 224MB free.Then he started with the blame game that free site have links which is chargable I said that whenever i downloaded I made sure that there is Free word on it.But he was adamant that systems are right customer is wrong. I spoke to the Floor Manager Wasim Khan but of no help he said the same story that he could not do anything and proactiavely gave me the complaints email address to write to you guys.
                        I find your network very good but customer service is pathetic.I do not know if people working with vodafone are really interested in understanding customer's problem, forget about solution. I think you should change your opening from Happy to help to happy to inform. because when you call customer service they only give you information but are incapable of tackling a problem they just want customers to go away and get rid of the complaint . Because they know not everyone has the time to complain.
                        I know Rs 50.00 is a small amount but it is about principles I dont expect such disgusting services from such a huge company. I am disgusted with customer srevice you are making me beleive taht Vodafone loves to take money out of people and never returns it even if it is their fault.I want someone to read my email and then reply accordingly with a solution and not with information

                          i was having a airtel post paid no which with MNP i moved to vodafone in january. first month was ok. second month i bought a new mobile called GALAXY GRAND. With it there was a 2gb data of 3g was free from vodafone. this service was activated on 25th feb. there was no communication from the company how the two months will be calculated. when i contacted on phone they told me it will from the date of purchase. but when bill came they calculated for my phone billing cycle. i didnt asked to activate this service. it was a default activation with the new phone. it had been two months now vodafone hadnot solve the problem inspite they are telling i had consumed data of worth 20000 INR. so whatever our charges are genuine and you pay that.

                          I have been a customer of vodafone(Maharashtra and Goa) circle since last five years. My mobile number is [protected]. Around two months back my number was blocked without any notice or a call from vodafone. After contacting them, they said that i have not submitted valid documents. Anyways i submitted the documents again and my card was activated. My question is that, though i had submitted my documents way back in 2003, they blocked it.. then why did they continue it to run from 2003 onwards in the first place.

                          Now on 23/09/2009 suddenly i got message on my cell that Sim registration has failed. Now enquiring i came to know that my number is disconnected.

                          This the all very disgusting. And not expected from company like Vodafone who call themselves HAPPY TO HELP.

                          I hope i will get justice here.

                          I had been using vodafone service for more than 10 years (my number [protected])...never faced any hiccups..but suddenly got a inflated bill of Rs 12000K just for internet charges which i never used for just being a loyal customer??. i did pay for call charges(Rs 6000) out Rs 18000K approx. They have restricted the service now. Vodafone executives are still harrassing for non payment of Rs 12000/-. Why would I need the internet Rs 12000/- when one can easily sur[censored]nlimited internet through other sources for mere Rs 500/- per month. I never accessed any of the services other than calling and sms.why should someone give you the service without informing and charge you for the same ? ? i did visit vodafone store explained them the situation, but they are unable to give any kind of satisfactory answers.

                          vodafone guys, if you are reading this, resolve this..immediately. I would advise everybody not to use vodafone's scamming internet service.

                            I HAVE A MOBILE POST PAID CONNECTION WITH No. [protected].

                            I RECEIVED A BILL WITH DUE BALANCE -457. i.e. 457 RUPEES DUE TO ME.
                            BUT THIS IS WRONG BILL.

                            I APPROACHED CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AND REQUESTED TO SERVE CORRECT BILL. BUT THEY FAILED TO DO SO.

                            THEN I FURTHER REQUESTED TO CONVERT MY CONNECTION FROM POST PAID TO PREPAID. BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO SO AND SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

                            THEN I FURTHER REQUESTED TO CACEL MY CONNECTION, THEY SAID I HAVE TO WAIT TILL BILLING DATE i.e. 25/04/2009.

                            Vodafone — No options for postpaid users / neither to migrate to prepaid ?

                            Hi,

                            Need to complaint regarding the tariff plans unavailability for postpaid users , as we all knows nowadays there is been a downfall in tariff, minimum tariff is around 50 P for STD / LOCAL in any service. But when i called help desk , submitted a multiple suggestions / feedback , said no plans as of now for postpaid users. As we are the premium customers , we pay huge rentals , taxes etc. every month , but schemes for us. It comes only for prepaid users.

                            But when i request them to migrate to prepaid its a herculian task due to policies.

                            Need to complaint in TRAI as per the regulations act , no ray of hope !
                            Please guide for a way , as i hope its a common issue for postpaid users !

                            This is regarding request for postpaid to prepaid migration under Vodafone, Karnataka for mobile number [protected]. I was using this connection as postpaid user since last 3 years. I visited Vodafone, Indiranagar store to convert this number to prepaid connection. I was straight away denied saying not possible. When I insisted for same, I was given nodel officer's contact detais.
                            Mail requesting postpaid to prepaid migration was sent on Jan/18/2010. In followup call, representative denied saying 'postpaid to prepaid migration' not possible. I insisted to give me in written cause for same but never given to me. Then after lot of followup mails and same conversation, only thing changed was representative name. To the date (Mar/18/2010) there is no solution or official conversion for same.
                            Vodafone is really careless about customer and completely ignoring TRAI consumer protection guidelines.

                            Today (22-April-2010) I went to Vodafone Store, Cox town, Bangalore to migrate my postpaid connection to prepaid but straight away they said this is not applicable in Karnataka circle. How can vodafone do like this inspite of TRAI guidlelines..

                            Guys we need to go to consumer court. How can this possible in other region but not in Karnataka? Do vodafone want to retain postpaid cusotmers?

After few days I received a call from Vodafone and she asked reasons. She started suggesting new plans in Vodafone postpaid, But when I was firm on my decision she said someone will contact me for the migration. After that i received so many calls from vodafone and suggesting different postpaid plans in Vodafone postpaid. I strictly told them that i don't want to continue with postpaid.
                            On 23/05/2011 i came to hyderabad and i visited S.R. Nagar Vodafone store. They simply told me that you have to pay Rs. 1000.00 then we will convert to prepaid.
                            Is this a corporate company? or fish market?

                            Then i decided to cancel my vodafone connection. For Rs. 1000.00 they have torched me two months. So please cancel my vodafone connection.

                            I have placed a request for prepaid migration on 10-Nov-2012, by paying all the outstanding amount(Receipt No:APR086C121110_9772755, AMOUNT-120) at vijayawada vodafone store and tried to contact customer care many a time about the status of migration but didn&#039;t get proper response from them. Later I have stopped using the number from Nov till date, but instead of migrating the number to prepaid they are keep on sending the email to pay the bill every month..Today I am receiving the email that if I don&#039;t pay the amount they will proceed legally.

                            This February 2014 when i visited vodafone store at Brodipet Branch Guntur, Andhrapradesh One of the executive member in store explained me about postpaid offer (Govt.70 plan). and he convinced me to migrate in postpaid. I have migrated in postpaid even with my new number [protected]. during the same day when i was in prepaid i have activated internet offer. i even raised a query with the executive member that i today itself activated internet offer could i get the same in postpaid or not?
                            he told that u internet offer will be with u in postpaid also. And also promised me that there will no hidden charges like service charges like that.
                            with his promise i have used internet in the 1st month. I was shocked with the 1st month bill it was rs 925/-
                            I have visited the store about this bill they aggreed that it was their problem that they have missguided. and they promise me that they will get me waver in bill. since that day i have been facing service problem at the store. they answering recklessly and i have decided to migrate in prepaid. they told me u should use minimum three months.
                            i told its ok and i have used 3 months and i have been visiting store since april to migrate in prepaid plan. till now they not converted my sim into prepaid. I even want to mention the names of executive members whose services and behavior in the store which made me helpless( Jhahnavi, praveen, kartheek)..
                            i have told that i wont continue in postpaid for hundreds of times but still they playing games that i have convinced and they are updating it in their website. everytime when i called costumer care they are saying that in their website i was convinced. 10 days before they finally gave me prepaid sim after paying present bill due and Rs25/- towards new sim. till now they have not activated the sim. i called costumercare but of no use. on june 11th i 1s again visited store about my activation. They said that my application was rejected sim it is not clear. I immediately gave another proof.but still they i have not activated even after 48hours. I was helpless nor even fight with them.
                            please take some action in my case sir. i will be very thankfull if my problem get resolved with u.

                              To get prepaid bill details please SMS BILL to 144. For example, for the month of June, SMS BILL JUN to 144. Charges for the same are Rs 49/- per month per bill. Please note, you can avail bills only upto 6 months old and also we can provide only outgoing call details.

                                I had opted for a postpaid mobile connection from Vodafone at Ahmedabad in August 2011 and once transferred to Bangalore, I got it disconnected in October 2012. At the time of taking the new connection, they had taken Rs. 500 of security deposit which was refundable at the time of disconnecting the services if I would use it for 6 or more months. As I had used it for almost 14 months, I was certainly eligible to get the security deposit amount back after settling down my last month's bill which was Rs. 248.

                                Even after reminding them for several times, I have just received their e-mails saying that I will get it withing 60 days. But, till date I haven't received my security deposit amount back. Never ever expected such a shameless behavior from Vodafone.

                                Vodafone — deposit amount not refunded still delaying

                                i am tamizharasan m, who was in postpaid till april or may 2007(not sure). then i migrated to prepaid. i have paid Rs.500 as a deposit amount,and i was about to have deposit amount with in 3 months .Regarding this i have spoken(many a times) to vodafone customer care officers.moreover i have given complaint directly to" Mr.Stephen " on September 1st week at "Adayar vodafone shop ,chennai".But till now my complaint was not taken into consideration.And more important is concern person didn respopnd me properly.

                                I think this mail will give me some solution, so please take necessary steps to refund my amount.
                                My Request:
                                Never encourage "these kind of Customer care officer" to " the Prestigious Vodafone company."

                                Vodafone — not refunding the security deposit amount

                                i had submitted vodaphones post paid card to them and since one year they are making me going here and there but not refunding my amount.

                                once they had committed that they would send the cheque within seven working days but they never sent it and than i sent them mail asking for cheque(which they had committed in mail, i still have the mail) to them got autorepy that we would get back to you in 3 working days but till now no reply i have got.

                                POSTPAID MOBILE — Deposit amount not refunded

                                I disconnected my postpaid Airtel mobile no [protected] in October 2008 but I did not got the refund amount of Rs 500.00 back. I complained a few times to their postapaid call centre but untill now no refund has been sent. My complaint was registered on 09/05/09 complaint no 21578823 again on 13/06/09 request no 21879455 & again on 22/08/09 request no 28182509. Every time I was promised that the cheque will be sent soon within 10 days but till today 05/10/09 I have not recieved my refund back.

                                I have been provided a vodafone Postpaid connection num [protected] at my Door by a sales executive of Vodafone on my request at customer care num 111 on 25th of April,2010. I submitted my ID, subscription form, 1 photograph & besides this cash of Rs 250(for security purpose as per the executive). On 27th of April, my address was varified by one of the vodafone representative..he assured me that i will avail the service soon,but after waiting next two days, i made a call to vodafone customer care num 111 about my connection & I had been informed that the company had my deposit but there is some ditch & my connection could not run, I told them to return the money i deposited along with my Documents i submitted to the executive,they assured me to inform me for the matter, but till now there is no call/information I have been provided. Moreover I made a formal contact to the person(Vodafone sales executive-who provided me connection),he denied to return my deposit as well as my documents.

                                So I am knocking your door for the issue. Kindly dissolve the matter .

                                Vodafone, postpaid mobile connection — Security Deposit

                                Vodafone (remember the logo "Happy to Help") used to remind the customer by calling 3-4 days before the due date if the bill is not paid and say that they can send some person to collect the bill.
                                But they take 60 WORKIING days to repay the security deposit after the connection has been terminated (remember, these 60 days excludes all holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). Even they do not reply the email of the customer (This includes their Nodal officer also).
                                Is this Happy to Help?

                                vodafone mobiles — refunding amount

                                it has happend on 1st of february 2011,in my mobile phone with out my knowledge it got activated some caller tone.on the same day i called the costomer care and told to deactivate the same and the told the money thehave all raedy cut from my accout Rs.100 will come to my account on the very next day.but it has not come till this time .so many times i called customer care,it it is lagging becouse of tecnical reasons.now they people r not picking my call at all.
                                This compliant is to bring to your notice that all the general stores in vile parle r chargeing 1Rs extra on refills when its clearly mention on card so please check into this matter thank you

                                no.. they will only take money from you they never give u back...
                                ITs just a FRAUD COMPANY.

                                    Iam user of vodafone network from last 4 years. i have purchase new samsung Grand mobile phone dated 2nd Mar 2013, it was been told by vodafone customer care that there is free 3G service will provide from them for 2 GB per month for next 2 months on purchase of new samsung grand mobile and its a free offer.and it was told me that after 2 months i.e 3rd May 2013 this the service get automatic discontinued.
                                    But iam surprised when i saw my mobile bill generated on 11th April 13 (Bill no:[protected] ,
                                    It was really shocking. they charge me 2566.46 Rs for my data usage charge., I called vodafone customer care regarding this but there is no proper response they told due to some network problem they are unable to generate the details,so kindly send one mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, i send the mail but they have not given any proper justification for this. next time when i called vodafone customer care but again no proper response and they disconnect the phone.
                                    Also i have never requested for any 3G plan on my phone other than the free service provide by vodafone only which is absolutely free as told by vodafone on purchase of new samsung grand mobile phone.

                                    i subscribed for STD @1 per calls and entitled to get 350rs free talktime but vodafone is charging firstly my std calls @1.3/call then giving 350/- discount and then giving std waiver which is not justfied.

                                    Vodafone mobile postpaid — 3 G service

                                    3 G services was installed in my mobile but the same is not in service. this facility has been disconnected without any reason/information.
                                    Since my connection is postpaid and charges will get billed to my monthly bill then why 3 G is not in operation.
                                    I am also surprised to recieve my post paid bill to my residence address two times and that too at the end of the month (bill recieved on 28th July)
                                    Why this type of poor service .
                                    If we don't get the bill in time then how can we make bill payment in due date.
                                    Moreover I am getting frequent calls about yor product and service particularly when I am inthe midst of office meeting.
                                    Also since the call is coming from different number it is unable to know who the caller is.
                                    Only after taking the call I come to know that it is from vodafone.
                                    It is highly regretful that the customer is harassed like this.

                                    Iam user of vodafone network from last 4 years. i have purchase new samsung Grand mobile phone dated 2nd Mar 2013, it was been told by vodafone customer care that there is free 3G service will provide from them for 2 GB per month for next 2 months on purchase of new samsung grand mobile and its a free offer.and it was told me that after 2 months i.e 3rd May 2013 this the service get automatic discontinued.
                                    But iam surprised when i saw my mobile bill generated on 11th April 13 (Bill no:[protected],
                                    It was really shocking. they charge me 2566.46 Rs for my data usage charge., I called vodafone customer care regarding this but there is no proper response they told due to some network problem they are unable to generate the details, so kindly send one mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, i send the mail but they have not given any proper justification for this. next time when i called vodafone customer care but again no proper response and they disconnect the phone.
                                    Also i have never requested for any 3G plan on my phone other than the free service provide by vodafone only which is absolutely free as told by vodafone on purchase of new samsung grand mobile phone.

                                    Request you to kindly help in this regards.

                                      Sub; m.no. [protected]

                                      My mobile no.is [protected]. I have recharge of 500/- on date[protected] plus old belance=13 rs.
                                      After recharge I take SMS pack of 45/- rs. 49/- Rs internet trail pack & I call of Rs.9 to 12. So my belance is 13+[protected]=419-12= 407.
                                      But direct my belance is 307., RS. 100/- extra deduct in my account. I complain to Vodafone customer care, Mr. Anil says your refund will add
                                      in your belance after 48 hours. I wait 48-to-90 hours but no any credit in my account.
                                      I am call so many time in customer care but no any solution for this problem. Please solved my problem. My free
                                      3G/2GB pack also avaible from the period for 1-4-2013 to[protected].

                                      I have a No. [protected] which was recharged arround 15 days back of 199 against which I got 400 minutes. which was balanced arround 250 minutes. in between i recharged for Rs 222 as I was going out of Punjab. but after returning back also the money was deducted from main account balance in stead of that minute account balance. after calling twice I didnot get satisfactory reply. I was advised that u wait for 24 hrs. Do u think that this should be the answer of a branded company like vodaphone. Pls do the needful.

                                      this is MILIND KAMBLE .i have using vodafone sim [protected].from last one month i am unable to contact with customer care but i got failed to reach them. so 28 th feb i have called to customer care and tel them to please off the all skims activated on my no .so after some time still my balance is deducted so again i have called them then they talked me that for collertune and flash massage .after that i got call from [protected] and that boy is abusing me very badly .with using my mother name.and he said me that he ll deduct the balance every time.and keep the the phone.then today i have talked with vodafone care at there office .they also dont take it seriously.

                                      Vodafone unexpectedly cut my 25 Rs balance for downloading charge of saregama song which I didn't download for mob no [protected], Similarly some days ago 2 times happened with me, I don't know the time they are telling my cell fone was idle on that time I am 100% sure on that.

                                      Iam using this network for browse by putting their data plan of ₹17 Pack before ending of data they start&#039;s to take balance from my account.so to enquire this i make call to customer care they will not respond properly.and ask about my balance to refund they politely says we will not give your balance back.

                                      This is a complaint regarding my sim (Vodafone). My number is [protected] in which automatically balance is deducting though I didn't activate any such services as per their sms. I am tired, can't use the recharged balance as it get deducted, it's really irritating. Kindly deactivate and stop all those subscriptions and return my deducted balances or else I will have to stop using your network.

                                        Myself Prashant(Vodafone number- [protected]) from Noida. I am using Vodafone services past four years. I was quite happy with the services offered by the Vodafone. But past couple of weeks customer care executives have disappointed me a lot.
                                        I called to Vodafone care on 24-Apr-2013 at 4:37AM. Second side someone picked up the phone, when I started with my issues, that person transferred my call to IVR and call got disconnected.
                                        I called again to 111 on 24th at 4:39AM, someone picked up the phone, that person didn’t speak anything nearby 1 minute. (I was able to hear surrounding noise means there was no network issue) when I asked where you were man? Why were you not replying? Reception side I got reply "Ghumne gaya tha", when I again asked "ghumne gaye the ?" , he said "yes".ok. Again I asked what your name is. He replied "Daru Singh" i confirmed with him thrice "Daru Singh"! He replied yes. Again I disconnected the call and redialed to 111. Now the story was different 5-4 Vodafone care executives started abusing on me. Totally it was appearing that, that is not a customer care, that is a beer bar where all have drunk totally.
                                        I thought, I could get some relief from 198. When i called 198 that was really WOW. here it was like a hell. All here were laughing and hooting.
                                        After that nearby 15 times I called to Vodafone care on 111 and 198 to make a complaint but no one was ready to make a complaint(even no none told me his name, i asked again and again please tell me your name but no one didn't tell) . Everyone was saying I can’t make a complaint against care executive, if you want to make a complaint go to police station.
                                        When I tried hard one person named Ashwani make a complaint, and gave me complaint number [protected].
                                        I didn’t hear anything from Vodafone on this complaint number yet (its more than 15 days has been passed ).
                                        Again i called to Vodafone care on Friday got another complaint number[protected]its wrong complaint number given by Vodafone care executive) but still no response from Vodafone.

                                        where can i get help? is this "HAPPY TO HELP" from Vodafone?

                                        Vodafone — regarding services

                                        I had a connection with Vodafone essar (mobile service) company from 2007.my phone no. is [protected].I registered a complaint to customer care on December 29, 2010 by mail for poor services. Company persons are replied for migration of sim from post paid to pre paid. But company relationship officer didn't call me to till date. On my first complaint date my outstanding balance amount is Rs -50/- (minus fifty rupees). Form the first complaint date onwards till to date company representative response is very poor.
                                        Vodafone Company is sending the statements of Jan 2011, fib 2011.but the service’s of company is very poor.
                                        Above said Mob no. is given to all my relatives, friends and bank accounts.
                                        Here I am attaching the complaint to customer care.
                                        Now I want the same mob. No. at the same time I didn't want to pay any amount to mob service provider (Vodafone), because services are very poor.
