    im using vodafone service about a month only for better internet service and yeah this is the best service but in my area there is a lots of problems like disconncet data automaticaly , slow speed such a slow ! even cant browsing the internet when gprs connected ! other wise in other area its doing good i dont know why.. please fix this isse i realy apreaciate ur company for the good service provide..

    In the network bar there is always 4 bars network but only issue is slow internet downloading uploading and browsing 3 of them..

      My No. is [protected], Vodafone is not providing proper network some times, its happened second time, today vodafone is not providing proper network, i tried to insert sim in another phone and check that but vodafone not provide network, when some one call me that time its cut call automatically and its show me missed call in my phone, and when i try to call some one that time automatically cut the call.
      Please sir/mam solve this problem quickly because of this problem my work is stopped, so please solve this problem quickly.
      and If this problem happen again then i will change network provider because i want proper network provider company.

      Its not only happened only to me but also lots of people so this problem otherwise lots of people will change there network providers.

      vodafone mobile network — There is no proper network and no proper response on my complaint

      I am using prepaid card ([protected]), for past 2 weeks i am not able to connect vodafone to vodafone calls properly. ie.If i make a call they will atten my call but for me the voice is not hearing.... for this call the charge has been redusing.. This problem is only happen that i am in out of chennai circle particularly in Arakkonam. I have complaing for the past 3 weeks to customer care about this issue but still now i am not getting the solution..Sir i am totally disappointed on your service... pls take complaint as a serious and give solution.

      Vodafone — not given proper information to my querry

      my name is abhishek sharma and i am a custumer of vodafone celluler.my cell no. is([protected]).i went to your office to deposit the bill and to disconnect the number.the Vodafone customer exicutive refuse my request and told me that you will have to continue for 3 months before the telephone connection is disconnected.i went to your office three times but every time the executive said me something different procedure.i request you to disconnect my cell no([protected]) today itself by 05-june-2008.failing with i shall not be liable to pay any charges whatso ever.

      Vodafone Postpaid — not network show in mobile

      i am rameshwar this is my vodaphone no. [protected].today after noon not activate my mobile network.pls activate my number.
      Today, i was received an message from 56789, " Hello, as per your request, Vodafone e JOBS service has been activated. Rs 30 has been charged as service rental for 30 days. The service will get renewed on[protected], To cancel send CAN JOBS 54701." But i was never ask for any elerts for requests to you for my mobile. So, please cancel all these alerts and give me the answer immediately.

      Vodafone — Customer Service not proper

      I recently migrated my mobile service provider from Airtel to Vodafone and they were facing some technical issues because of which I am unable to receive calls from service providers other than Airtel and BSNL. I contacted the vodafone customer care and they responded rudely saying that the issue will be resolved in 7 business days. Just because my mobile phone will not be available there is every chance that I will loose a lot of things like business, money etc which as per me is not acceptable.

      Just imagine life without a mobile phone for 7 business days that is 9 days.

      Please lodge a complaint and take necessary actions.

        Hi ,
        My name is Anshu Middha and i want to file a complaint against Vodafone Billing Dept. As they have been harassing me for last 1 year. I bought a vodafone number ([protected]) from one of their sales representative who sits in our office ( Convergys India Services ltd). At the time of purchasing this number, he told me that i could use this number for unlimited Internet fr just 200 /- rupees per month. I kept on using that number for 20 days and one day i got the message that services have been stopped because it had exceeded the credit limit. When i called Vodafone, they told me that billing amount has exceeded the limit to 2800 that's why services had been stopped.
        SO next day, i checked with same sales representative. he told me that this had been happened with few people as well. so he gave me new number ([protected] ) saying that there was no need to pay to vodafone as it was their fault. I kept using that number for few days and same thing happened. The services were stopped again. This time, again the credit limit was exceeded to 2500/-. so i stopped using that number and after that i could not get back to that representative again.

        After that , from April ,2012 till today, i have been getting calls from vodafone for paying this amount. i have clearly told them about the fraud i have been facing . but they are not understanding me and harassing me for paying the amount. Few representatives , also abused when they called. Even the female representatives use abusive language. an they are threatening me for disconnecting me postpaid number that i have been using for last 5 years and they themselves have provided me credit limit of 15000/- on it.
        I want to file a complaint against them as they have disconnected the services on my running Vodafone number[protected].

        Vodafone — Harassment Harassment Harassment

        I had a vodafone no. transferred by my ex-collegue and on the same day I also changed the plan as per my usage. In first month they didnt send me the bill as per the new plan and I complained to their customer care no. but they asked me to visit their gallery and then the executive reworked the bill after 2-3 visits. Later on I received my bills as per my chosen plan and suddenly in one of the month when the usage was on a higher side they changed to some other plan where the call charges were on a very higher side with difference in the rentals and other facilities which had resulted in a bill of more than 7000 INR. I wasnt worried of any huge bill value but the bill wasnt as per my plan. So I called up the so called helpline and tried to register the complain but they again asked me to run to their gallery and denied taking any such complain. i visited their gallery for more than 4-5 times and the reply was the same that they will get back to me but never turned up calling me to clarify the doubts. then they started sending their agents to my house where I told them to provide my the right bill so that i can make the payment but they inturn didnt do it till date and in mean while i had taken another connection for my new company purpose and they started barring my outgoing calls all the time even though i had made all payments on the same day of the bill and also when my usage hasnt even reached the credit limit. On speaking to their support team no one provides the right details and releases the outgoing for few hours and again the same problem. Then one sudden day when i threaten them with the legal step to be taken against them they show their best support in calling us to give best possible reason for harrasments that they do and later i learn that it was my earlier bill which made them do that. And again the same thing visit our gallery. Iam also working like them and also travelling how is it possible to visit them everytime and fail to understand that if everything is being done by gallery people why the helpline guys need to be hired. also on going to their gallery they are too helpless. It seems like one person is caught hold for the harassment so that they can keep themselves busy and prove to their empployers that they are worth hiring.
        I dont understand when will our government take some serious action against these guys. here itself i can see we have around 700-800 claints registered in their name but no step taken against these guys. helpline is supposed to be for the convience of the customers and not for the harassment and i am sorry to say that the culprits are still enjoying our hard earned money and even after shelling out money we end up being harassed. I think the governemnt should cancell their lisence after knowing about n number of complaints for fraud, harassment and so on.

        Vodafone / Harassing Customer — Harassing Customer

        I have been using Vodafone pre paid service for the last 1.5 yrs. I wanted to migrate to post paid. I applied for the same in the 1st week of Aug. But I was denied on the pretext that I refused to give them the informations which they sought for. Why will one not give details when he has already spent Rs. 250 and the informations which they are asking for are not personal.

        Then after 20 days I re-applied and the application was rejected. This time the reason which they are citing is that they can't locate my flat. All the documents and the money for the SIM card was collected by a Vodafone guy from my same flat. Today I went to Vodafone Store for further enquiry. I was really stunned and frustrated when the customer care executive asked me to apply again through her. She told me that if I do that then my number would be converted to post paid within 2 days. I have already paid Rs. 500 for the sim card and have visited Vodafone Store thrice but all my labor and time went in vain.

        Plz see to it and take proper action ASAP if possible.

        Dear sir,

        I am regular user of vodaphone for last 7 years & few months back i request for conversion of my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid where as the vodaphone executives inspite of converting my connection start haressing me
        i complained this thing to their UK OFFICE then some action might have been taken against them
        but now since today morning they simply withdrawn services for my number [protected] without informing me
        please register my complaint as i am suffering a lot of loss in my bussiness & for my some important concerons
        this uninformed action by vodaphone lead to me a big proffessional and personal loss

        wrong billing wrong billing wrong billing i lost the sim, and i collect the new sim also but they are charged 100/- per new post paid sim my no:[protected], i am deepak, hyderabad.actualy other networks no charges for post paid sim if we lost the sim, so many times i called to customer care. but they are also not responded. i send the mail also but no respond, why they are debiting to my account 100/-, if every customer loss 100/-, vodafone will gain how much can we calculate and this net work also not good in hyderabad in ameerpet .but it is a one of the big center .in hyderabad.

        Vodafone — harassment of customer

        recently i received a call from vodafone about providing me internet usage services on my number [protected], which i clearly refused.
        After a day ot two my internet service plan was automatically activated of rs. 21,
        after a few more days Rs. 96 plan was also activated by itself on 1 jan, 2011 n deducted from my account.
        now when i called the customer care, they speak of some policy n say now those cannot be refunded.

        i went to a vodafone dealer to get my account recharged,

        i asked him for the full value plans, to which he told me they were above 500 Rs. denomination,
        then i asked him to gt me a talktime value of 100 or Rs 150.
        he got me recharged with 150 which got me 1500 free vodafone to vodafone local minutes.
        these were totally worthless for me,
        the dealer was himsel[censored]naware of such scheme, n when asked why did he gt me the special recharge done, he answered that i asked him to do so.
        i reported the whole incidence to vodafone store, they gave me a nodal number for complaint of dealers [protected]. the nodal officer refused that it is not done at their office , n asked nme to call 111 customer care, and lodge a complaint there.
        when i called 111 , they told me that such a complaint can not be lodged with them also.
        i donot know where to complaint about the dealer.

        I am totally frustrated with the company's behaviour n feel completely helpless.
        i have incurred a loss of 300 rs, in 1 week of no usage..kindly help me.

        Vodafone — asking for bill when i have reported the loss of sim 2 yrs back

        I have been using four vodafone connections for past 4 yeaars...in august 2007 i lost a postpaid sim.
        At that time i went to vodafone cleared all unpaid bills( i have entry in passbook)
        and told them to close the connection.
        I was taken in confidence that my connection has been closed and i did not get any bills from vodafone for 6 months. but after that i got a bill which had all rent in it and no usage charges.
        i went to vodafone store they excepted their mistake and siad that they have waved off the bill and connection has been closed.
        but now after 8 mnths i have started recieving calls from them regarding a balance amount of 2020 bugs to be paid and they are saying that these are usage charges.
        just because of that they have closed one of my working numbers.
        i am really disgusted by their service and people who handle them..
        now dont know what to do every time they call they say that they are putting a legal case against us..

        1. i paid for 3G connection but i m getting 2G service, when i call on coustmer care, they will not responding me regarding my querry, they just transfer my call from one department to another. & dissconect my call i m trying many time but they continue dissconnect my phone call.
        2. this type of harressment Dailly facing in ghatkopar east Vodafone Gallery, not only me, many of client suffer this harressment. if you have any facility to check this problem by visiting personally, So please visit there.

        I dont get any kinda of network at my work place!!I raised a complaint for cancellation but vodafone doesnt bother abt it.!!!

        When I dont get network y should I pay rental??? vodafone is not ready to provide any kinda of rental waiver !!vodafone accepted that there is poor network coverage but will still have to use pathetic service!!I want to know how is vodafone cheating its customers??

        y should indian govt even consider waiving off tax when they make money by cheating people...

        I am facing network problem for 6 months and want vodafone to pay for the loss and harassment its causing to me..

        vodafone are harassing me by blocking my number !!!its causing lot of problem for me since I have shared the no @ office and solely dependent on that number!!I am not happy with vodafone service and network and dont want to pay any rental to vodafone for harassing me ,since I blogged on the site....vodafone has not called me even once !!!!they just say we will call u?? but when!! even nodal officer I tried reaching 4 times and not available for 1 or the other reason!!!

        I need compensation from vodafone now!!

          I have asked vodafone to channge my current rental plan from 249 to another plan. however vodafone is providing incorrect and un useful mail which do not address my issue. i have constant maield them to provide correct information but they provide the same reply without even reading my email. i am unable to change my plan which is causing substantial loss to me of the tune of 10000 per month and mental harassment

          They have also activated 3G service which i have never asked. i only asked for 2G GPRS pack @98 per month. they are now charging me for their mistake.

          I am attaching the email communication for both issues.

          Vodafone Chennai — Unauthorised marketing message playing for EVERY CALL

          Guess what?

          Someone tried calling me today and were welcomed with a tamil message inviting that person to copy my caller tune. Only after this message was the call connected to me and this is happening for EVERY SINGLE CALL. When I called customer service, I was informed that it was done with the intention of creating AWARENESS.

          Of course, they're succeeding in creating awareness - Awareness that they're up to slimy, shady and downright cheap tactics to garner additional revenue.

          Well, I'm just waiting for number portability to become active in India and I will hopefully be the first and certainly not the last to switch from Vodafone.

          Vodafone — Not allowing to contact Customer Care

          I want to launch an official compliant against my telecom service provider - Vodafone, for not allowing me to interact with the customer care department for the last 20 days.

          This is regarding my mobile service provided by Vodafone. About 20 days ago I wanted to speak with the customer care department but when i dialed the toll free number the IVR did not allow me to speak with them. After trying several times, I had to call the customer care department from a different phone, which was a paid call for me. It was on this call that i was assured that the service will be retained in 30 minutes. However when i tried calling them today and the same problem, the IVR will not let me talk to the customer care - when i select that option it says, invalid entry and returns to IVR.

          I see this as a serious violation of my consumer rights as it is a basic right of a consumer to be able to talk to the service provider regarding the service which is usually pathetic.

          Please advice how can take this matter against Vodafone, whose service has usually been pathetic in my last six months o[censored]sing the service.

            Actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower.

            Some people is saying that we are getting pain in head.

            Some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest.

            Idea — idea tower near residential area

                sir i am trying to port out my no.[protected] & [protected] since 25 april 2013 but they are not porting the no. ang making excuses of contractual agreement though i had cleared all dues and gave rs 100 each extra on each no. of vodafone , AND HAD VISITED VODAFONE STORE 5 TIMES FOR DEACTIVATION OF CONTRACT.BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

                  I've requested for change of plan from April first week and none are being answered.. They just create reference numbers and no solution..
                  (By changing the plan the rate changes from 50paise to 30 paise that would save me around 250 - 300 rupees per month. So they dont respond because they dont want to lose this extra money).

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  From last 3 years I am using Vodafone mobile postpaid services. I am regularly paid my bills. Last month I decided convert plan postpaid to prepaid. I followed vodafone rules for this process, paid my all pending payments also as per my disscussion with vodafone executive he agree to adjust my deposit in my due amount also. I give the request on 25th May 2011 which is my bill generated date. They commited me your new prepaid will activated next 6 working days. but still the cards not working & now they wants extra money from me. If my card deactivate on 25th May 2011 & I am not using any services from that date why I am paying money to them. I have all mail communication with them but still they dont give me proper commitment. Please look into this matter & I wanted take strict action on them.

                  Vodafone — Not responding to complaint

                  Hello
                  I am the user of Vodafone prepaid number +91 [protected] since 2008 July. Hence in other networks all the tariff will be chanced in once in a year.
                  But in Vodafone they cheat the customer by changing the tariff in every 3 months. my earlier plan was to call Vodafone at 10 ps per min, to other network was 30 ps per min. That is with the recharge of 42 rs. But now i am being charged 1rs per min for every call. I have called the customer care people many times but no response.. The customer care executive place my call in hold..

                  And I have sent a message on 4th of jan 2012 to port my number to other network but the company is not providing me the port number .
                  I am really feed off with there service please help me to get my port number or get the same tariff..

                  So this story was initially delayed by 45 days now added up with 7 more gone to 52 days (yes plan to celebrate)..
                  Ok number portability has been initialised atleast do that quicker..

                    Without any demand value added service (callertunes) has been activated on my mobile number [protected] by the vodafone customer care employee mr. niwas sopan pawar on 15 may 2013 at 12:51 hours. because i made a call with 111 (customer care) at 11:10 hours to know the validity of my std tarrif. but the above mentioned customer care executive did not listen my words clearly because while he was speaking with someone else may be his colleague. i got anger and asked for the correct reply. but he used such kinds of words with me which is uncalled for. his words are like he is the boss of the vodafone. this kinds of activity of the employee will spoil the image of the company. because i am the customer since from 20 years (when the company name was hutch). please take suitable action as deemed fit. thanking you.

From past four billing cycle, I have been levied with Mobile to Mobile Rental Monthly charges @ 49/month whereas I haven’t subscribed for any of this kind of services & also I had complained for same at your customer care but till date no reverts & in this month also I have been charged for same.
                    So, you are hereby requested to kindly deactivate the services & reverse the charges levied in early bills too.

                    Vodafone — Activation of Service

                    Hi,

                    I got the SMS frm Vodafone regarding submission of documents as per the Indian Govt Regualtion for Background check.CLI facility was deactivated on my mobile then,
                    I submitted the docs in vodafone store, vashi,navi mumbai on 28-Sep-2010.and was told by Vodafone Representative (Ms. Maya) that it will be activated in 48 hours.But till now(Already 67 hrs),it has not been activated.
                    After talking at vodafone care,they told me to again go the store and check ..Why should i go again ?
                    Vodafone is bothering customers on this.

                        My mobile no is [protected]. Before 5 day i got message from vodafone that two services are activated on my phone. I didn't make any request to activate this service on my phone. So its very bad practice to activate any paid services without user knowledge.
                        I got a response from Vodafone customer care that charges is not reversal. I have asked for the valid reason but they are not able to give proper response. These type of things happen frequently. Vodafone have Worse Customer Service.

                        Vodafone — automatically give value added service

                        sir,

                        so many times complain for the auto activation. first they charge me for gprs rental but my conection is prepaid. 199/- charge for it when i complained for that after some time they refund my money. after some time they activate sms pack. recently they activate caller tune and charge for it. i talk to customer care but their reply is so negative and compell me to go to the vodaphone store. i don't no why the company have them. and the reply of the customer care is so irresponsible they directly blem on customer and told like that you select that service like that. and they told me no the charge at once deduct not be back.

                        I am a active user of vodafone since 4-5 years. My name is Swati Walia and vodafone no. is [protected]. On 15th April at around 10 am I got a message that some StarTalk service has been activated on your no. and Rs. 15 have been charged for this. I never subscribed for this. How can they activate it without my permission. It had happened with my other vodafone no. also. in the past. When I called the customer care people they said that the service can only be deactivated but about the refund thing they said that if its the fault of the company then they would refund back within 24 hours. But till now no refund has been done.

                        And today also I got a message that tomorrow again Rs. 15 would be deactivated!!!!

                        I WANT MY DEDUCTED BALANCE TO BE REFUNDED ASAP.

                        Sir/Ma'am,
                        we are the user of vodafone cellular India from patiala punjab. last few days we facing many problems regarding automatically activated services for eg Caller tone vodafone competition services & MCI on our mobile no's [protected] & [protected]. we also mailed to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com & Nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com and request to deactivate these services on our numbers. I myself deactivate the services of caller tune and vodafone competition on my mobile [protected]. and request to return my balance(9+5=14rs) in my account but they said we would like to inform you that reversal for the same could not be processed. another no [protected] is also facing this caller tone service & vodafone deduct 45rs in account.

                        So it is huge request to please see this matter on priority and gave our balance in my accounts from vodafone & in future this type of harassment will not given us.

                          I have visited 5 times in your same customer care center but no proper response receive from their side. Either they are fully government people or they are not wise to work at all . I suggest you to please close this type of service center on immediate basis .

Yesturday(22.02.10) i have deposit rs 750.00 in vodaphone store but now they disconnect my connection. It happended every months ,every month i facing the same problem. As per my complaint & my compalint no i said to customer care i will not paid your bill untill & unless you will not deliver my bill to me.                               I had a bad experience with Vodafone service. Some ten days before i activated net plan through Vodafone website of Rs. 125 for 30 days o[censored]sage 1GB. But rather to which call cutter plan got activated.

                              When i spoke to customer care about this they said; net card plan is of Rs. 124 not Rs. 125. I informed them that i purchased this from Vodafone website only and very clearly it was mentioned that its Rs. 125 with the details viewed was 1GB usage for 30 days. I even took the screen shots of it and shared the same with the Vodafone care on their request. After sending the details there was no response from there end. I even emailed them again stating for a response. But still no response.

                              I have Vodafone network from past 6 years and till now i have never faced any issues. But this time when i have some issues they are ready or i can say bothered to clarify my queries. i don't understand the what kind of service they are providing.

                              Vodafone is a very good network but a bad service provider. Please understand you are on top only because of customers who we all are. So its your duty and responsibility to understand our issues and do the needful.

                              Vodafone — Activation of Vodafone plan 124

                              I have aVodafone postpaid connection Mobile No.[protected]-Now all i wanted was a change in the plan to Vodafone plan124. so the Customer CareExecutive directed me to go to the nearest
                              Vodafone store which in my case is Kalyani nagar Pune and apply in writing and the change will be activated within 24 hrs.
                              I have visited the Vodafone store on May26th and submited my application to the Vodafone
                              store in person and Iwas assured that the plan124 would be activated within 24 hrs.
                              As on date no action has been taken on request made in writing.
                              The Customer Care executive has advised me to make another trip to Vodafone and resubmit once more my application . My Question is Is Vodafone service so poor that they cannot carry out asimple change, what is the problem with Vodafone, they are saddled with very inexperienced staff who have no idea about the system, I cannot believe that Vodafone a
                              wellknown company can resort to such totally ineffective service. To sum it up I am left with no choice but to call for deactivation of my No.

                              Still its not activated, first they took 48 hrs to activate the sim card, then after a lot of follow up they tell you to put a request to get internet card activated (why else did I bought it???). Then after 48 hours after u have put in a request, spoken to all kinds of people and so called superiors... one person tells you -you have not put a request & second tells you- yuor request was rejected!!! I am almost tearful right now!!! Imagine my plight- from 1 day affair its alraedy a week affair & they simply dint respond.. god knows when will it be activated...

                              Worst customer service by Vodafone in reactivating the sim card. I paid the payment on 3rd October 2009 for my monthly postpaid mobile bill.
                              Even after 4 days till 7th October 2009 the Vodafone is not reactivating my sim card .

                                Wrong charges for Internet usage on my mobile no - [protected]
                                The first mail which I drafted to Vodafone.

                                My mobile no is [protected]. For Apr 2013, vodafone has charged me Rs. 5357.25 of bill which over billed.

                                From[protected] to[protected] I was using 3G plan under galaxy grand offer. Earlier I was using [protected]@99 unlimited plan.

                                As per the conversation with customer service executive the APN was set to Mobile connect hence the charges are Rs. 5357.25.
                                I totally disagree with this as the same setting is received by Service provider only and I was not informed for such charges.

                                If there is any setting change was required then service provided should have sent the revised setting or can contact me before charging such high bill amount.

                                Please send me the revised bill at earliest.

                                They replied that the charges are correct.

                                Then I sent second mail to them

                                This is further to my mail dated 05/02/2013 03:23PM. My Vodafone number is [protected]

                                I have received the response from your customer care on[protected].05 am saying that whatever charges are applied are proper and they could not reverse the same.

                                I am totally disagree with this. As I already mentioned in my trail mail that the charges which you have applied are not correct and I will not pay Rs. 4707.84 which charged against only 1.5 GB i.e. for 2G network.

                                As per all earlier communications with you customer care they keep on saying this charges are due to APN setting of Mobile connect in my mobile. The mobile connect APN setting is received from Vodafone only and if you going to charge such high amount for this setting you would have call me to change the setting as I am not that technical person in terms of mobile connection setting. Even Vodafone never warn me that my bill is increasing in the amount higher and higher and they finally charged me Rs. 6203.62 without any intimation. In my bill there is monthly charge for VF live unlimited 2G usage @99 for the same month . Why should I use mobile connect as I have unlimited plan for 2G usage @99 per month. Am I mad or what? I will never agree on this that the charges is for only the setting change in the mobile.

                                As a corporate customer please resolve this issue at earliest. If you are unable to resolve the same I will have no choice and I will port my number to another service provider. Even I will take this matter to consumer court and TRAI.

MY VODAFONE NO IS[protected]. I CAME TO KNOW THE INTERNET PACKAGE RS. 850/- AND IT WILL WORK FOR 60 DAYS AS 3G INTERNET PACKAGE AND ALLOW UP TO 5GB. SO I ATTRACT FOR THE PACKAGE AND I RECHARGED THE SAME PACKAGE LAST 5 MONTHS PERIODICALLY. BUT I RECHARGED THE SAME PACKAGE ON 25TH APRIL 2013. BUT THE VODAFONE COMPANY INFORM ME AS '' YOUR DATA CARD USAGE WAS COMPLETED OF 5 GB'' ON 27TH APRIL. I FELT SHOCK BY THE MASSAGE WHICH I SCENE FROM THE VODAFONE COMPANY. THEN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AND INQUIRED FOR THE PACKAGE. THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE RESPOND ME POSITIVELY AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL TAKE A COMPLAINT FOR THIS ISSUE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 OR 48 HOURS AND THE COMPLAINT NO. IS [protected]. BUT TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT SOLVED BESIDES MY NO IS BLOCKED TO CONTACT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE. YESTER DAY ONCE AGAIN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AND ENQUIRED MY COMPLAINT STATUS THEN THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT WHICH U RECHARGED WILL BE BACK TO YOUR MAIN BALANCE. BUT TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT SOLVED BUT ALSO NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. IN THIS CONNECTION PLEASE STUDY MY CASE AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AND AS POSSIBLE.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    I approached Vodafone Store located at 1(2A) K.P. Arcade, New Fatehpura, Opp. UIT Office, Udaipur.
                                    I paid 5 Rs, given 1 photocopy, 1 aadhar card zerox, and received MNP SIM on 7th May 2013.
                                    Person told me your old SIM will be closed on 7th day end for 2 hours and your new Vodafone SIM will be activated.
                                    I got Receipt with Unique ID : PRJS075351 (Counterfoil to be retained with Customer). for MNP mobile number [protected].

                                    But today on 13th May 2013.
                                    My old TATA Docomo is now closed. and new Vodafone SIM is inactive (No-Service).
                                    I approached Vodafone Store again. I asked with is status, Vodafone executive replied that its due to some technical issues your SIM is not activated.
                                    I asked them why you have stopped my Tata Docomo number if you cannot activate it on your given Vodafone SIM card.
                                    They were so irresponsible and laughing at me that they cannot do anything.
                                    I have to wait and give SIM. So They taken my Vodafone SIM and asked to come again after 2 days.
                                    I asked to cancel my MNP request or start any SIM either Tata Docomo or Vodafone.
                                    Vodafone executive told that they cannot cancel MNP request.
                                    as number is Vodafone and due to some technical issues your SIM is not activated.

                                    I am of no-were now. I have only one Tata Docomo SIM on hand which is inactive. Vodafone have not given any active SIM, infact they have taken that inactive SIM also.

                                    Vodafone has lost my personal and professional life connectivity. who will bear loss due to connectivity in terms of finance, relations and additionally mental harassment.

                                    What all laws of India doing, MNC companies like Vodafone is laughing on Indians customers and customers are helpless.

                                      I am using Vadafone post paid since last two years. Vadafone suddenly activated the Flash SMS on my mobile 3 months back. I Called to customer care 20 times and sent 6 times. But till now my problem not resolved. When ever I call to them they are saying it will resolved in 4 hours. When ever i sending reply saying that they resolved the problem. But still i am getting the FLASH SMS's. It's irritating me. I don't know what wants to achieve by irritating the customers.

                                        I have first filed complaint via email for extra roaming charges on 12th April and after that continously i was filling complaints via Emails or calls.
                                        I got no response on email and through phone wrong and utter rubbish information was provided to me.
                                        When dissatisfied i payed the bill minus the amount i felt that was charged extra to me, i am now charged Rs 100 as late payment charges.
                                        Please tell how stupid and rubbish kind of service Vodafone is giving in India.
                                        They are charging Rs 100 for late payment of Rs 50 and because of thier irresponsible and late response I have not payed the amount.

                                        This is very unsatisfactory and would advice No one to opt for Vodafone as it full absurd rules and regualations.
                                        I demand to lay-off Rs100 from my bill, otherwise would file an official complaint against Vodafone.

                                        And moreover the customer care executive gives no authentic information and they lack proper speaking language also, eithet be English or Hindi.
