Sir/Madam,

I am Deepak Bansal having 2 Vodafone mobile connections, ! is prepaid & another is postpaid.

The prepaid number 98xxxxxx82 is associated with your Company is from Nov-2005.

I had changed my Residence location 3 years back & from last 3 years, I am continuously facing Network issue on my Mobile.

Very Bad Network in my Home indoor, incoming & out calls are disconnected with a Error Message "CONNECTION ERROR" & The other person on call not able to hear my voice properly, call drops are very frequent & I have to go to my Home main gate entrance to make call or receive every time.

I had requested Vodafone many times during these 3 years by visiting Vodafone store & by calling at customer care but there is no action/improvement in Network.

As I am a Old Customer of Vodafone, made various payments for services from past 8 yrs. This must be the responsibility of Vodafone to provide me
a satisfactory Network Coverage.

I am facing a severe issue of Network & this is very annoying, So You people are again requested to solve Network problem in my Indoor & around by arranging Boosters or whatever.

Vodafone — very weak network

hi,

my phone# is [protected]. i ahve spoken to lot many representative about the service problem at my place. they assured it will be taken care off, almost one month ago, i am still facing the problem and no one seem tio be concerned about it, even i visited one of the office, and the concerned person assured me one month ago abouth the same.
Buth still there is no improvement and because of the bad network the important calls are also going unattended . i am working and it's medatory for me to keep my # active 24hrs as per the job requiorement but this is causing a lot's of inconvinience. there is no one to assist about it, and this is also leadin in the increment of the bill generated everymonth, as i have to make the same call more than thrice or so to complete my conversation.
Before this i was having services with different service provider and the only reason behind changing it was that the representative from Vodafone assured me that there will be proper coverage.
It is one of the worst customer service i have ever come across where the concerns of the customer is taken for granted and there has been a series of promises which have never been kept.
i hope there is someone who is professional enough to look into this matter.

Vodafone — No network coverage and poor Customer and technical team

hi all,
I have two Vodafone numbers namely [protected] and [protected] for the past 5 and 3 yesars respectively. I shifted my home to Malleshwarem before some 6 months from that time the signals were not recieved and there was no network coverage in my home. I called up the customer care and then complianed about it. It's almost 3 months since they gave me any solution to my problem. I'm working in a service team in a software company where every call is measured preceiopus in the Induatry coming from the clients.The technical team is so worse that they even don't know the ethics to give a tentaive date to provide a solution.

I just need a point of escalation to any government body.

Vodafone in — no proper network(indoor)

i am stayin in bangalore at byrasandra near to cv raman nagar and i dont get a audible network i have logged a complaint to the customer care but there is no proper response aganist it.
from last two weeks .when i am lifting the call as been disconnetd.but the net work is full.when the call is coming or lifting it as been disconnected.and from last two weeks i am call to couster care.the call is geting disconnected with in 3.43 to 4 seconds

    My Vodafone relationship number is 1.46385892, I requested for a change in my billing plan through IVR which was supposed to be changed by next billing cycle which starts on 28th of every month (Same was confirmed to me by the customer service reps). My old billing plan had 1 GB of internet (2G) bundled in it (Rs 365 plan). To my surprise when I received my current bill there were charges of Rs 164.70 for internet usage (2G) on 27th of April whereas it should have be free. So I contacted customer service and Ratan answered the all, he said the plan (for internet) was changed on 27th itself and he advised me to contact 198 for complaints regarding bill. i called up 198 and Vikramjit Singh answered the call and he confirmed what Ratan said and asked me to stay on hold as he was going to connect me with his supervisor as the bill can only be waived off by a supervisor, he put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and disconnected the call. I again called up and Maiakal Kshetriye answered the call and said neither he nor the supervisor can do anything about it and I will have to visit Vodafone store. What the hell !!! Why should I visit your store if its your fault, I will better visit the consumer court.

    Vodafone — Incorrect billing!

    i agree. even when i was having the postpaid connection the hutch cheats act in the same way
    my no is dissconnect since june & still they used to send the bill.

    Vodafone — excess bill, incorrect info

    i hv been using vodafone since last 2 yrs and hv had several cases where my bill was excess which i brought in front of customer care. this time they send me a bill for december from now itself, and when i called three customer care executives gave different answers and cut my phone, i had to threaten the 4th one to hold on, and he told me it is safety purpose. i hv been using vodafone since 2yrs with credit limit 4500. since then they hv added bills even for days when my phone was off. as i was out of station. but now i hv to waste my time with these people every month, as this is the problem every month. plz help me.
    I am writing this mail with lot of disappointment and frustration.

    I have vodafone post paid connection in india. I have activatd my international roaming for Europe as currently I am in germany. I have not made any calls nor even answer any calls but still showing my usage
    billing is 18000rs which is unexpected. My credit limit is only 6000rs. I do get incomming sms. I have not sent any outgoingsms nor even calls. My internet is off and GPRS isalso off. Yesterday I checked the usage
    was showing worth of 18000rs and today it is showing 21000rs. I am not using any services during roming so based on what this usage is beeing increased? this is completely rediculous.

    My vodafone numbr is 0091-[protected]. Could you please investigate how this charges are getting increased day
    by day as I am not usin any service of vodafone on internationa roaming. My number is switch off. you can reach me on [protected]@gmail.com.mean

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Please review the chain of email below. I have been using this number [protected] for some time and had recently gone for change of ownership process. I had visited Vodafone store for 3-4 times for the entire procedure to complete. During these visits not even a single customer care executive informed me that post change of ownership I will have to approach them again and have all my plans activated again. I was under the impression that as the number remain same the monthly billing plan as well as the other services I have been using will remain the same.

      Before the change of ownership the following plans and addons were activated on my number - Rs. 199 Montly rental, Rs.145 - SMS pack, Rs.199 unlimited internet access and Vodafone Roamfree for Maharashtra and Goa. After change of ownership only the Rs.199 plan was active and remaining all plans discontinued. With out these services I have incurred a bill of Rs. 4456.9 and hence I had approached the Vodafone customer care on 111. They asked me to send an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com with my concerns and there also I received no help and just a confirmation that I am being billed for my usage.

      What they are not trying to understand is that they never informed me to reactivate my plans again after the change of ownership. Since this did not help, I approached Vodafone Store in Kalyan where I had requested for change of ownership. Here I had another bad experience and the executive Mr. Rishi made me feel as if I have cheated them. When I explained him about the way I have been treated on all customer care platforms instead of helping me, he was telling me that customers are paying Rs.10000 bill as well. He was putting all the blame on me when pointed out that it was there responsibility to inform me to activate all my services . I have lost all hope of help from Vodafone customer service. I am not in a position to pay bill of Rs.5000, when in this world of 3G and 4G and technolical advance I am asked to pay Rs. 3557 for gprs usage. This is a clear case of misguidance and ineffective customer service from Vodafone.

      Request you to look in to this matter and help me provide a speedy resolution with out disconnection of my services, which is possible after the bill due date. I am willing to pay whatever charges are applicable that would have been billable to me with activation of my 145 SMS pack, 199 unlimed internet usage, Roam free and under monthly call charges of Rs.199 rental. I cannot afford for disconnection of this number as my complete work is done using mobile and I am the sole bread earner of the family.

      PLEASE HELP!!!

      I would like to receive a revised bill as per my previous plans which were active. In no ways I am going to pay this huge amount of Rs. 4456. I feel I am cheated by your service when I have been a loyal customer for a very long time.

      I would appreciate if an immediate action is taken on this and this issue resolved amicably.

      the charges were waived off and due credit given. Also, had received a call from a senior executive of Vodafone corporate office apologizing for the rude behavior from their staff. I have been using Vodafone service for the longest time and their services has always been good. However with the experiences, always feel that they take action only when the complaint is made on the social site or forums.

        I had activated the blackberry internet service plan of rs399 on my blackberry Z10, i didn't knew that it does not support BIS And instead works on normal internet plan. I contacted the customer care regarding the problem, they said that your amount will be refunded back to you in the next 24 hours which didn't happen..

          as per ur auto generated mail my DND related query to be solbe within 07 working days only,
          but i waiting approx last 1 month & no improve to stop commercial sms & calls on my personal mob.no-[protected], so sir pl.tell me what had done my mistake for purchase sim ur network by me, i have done 31 complaints from-july-12 to 11/05/13(last complaints no[protected],
          now sir pl.tell me what is the process to mob no-portability from vodafone to airtel(Best network of NCR),because i using 03 no-in my family approx last 10 yrs & found no any issue,
          sir many times vodafonr care executive gave answer to me about my query that i can not do fully solve ur problem.when u receive any call or sms that time u will tell me then will do action within 07 days but on only showing mob no-by me.so this process will do continue life time by me,

          I am having a vodafone pre-paid no. in Chennai & that is being used by my wife. The vodafone pre-paid no. is [protected]. I am in Assam & having a BSNL post-paid no. [protected].
          My wife refilled with a Bonus-62 for giving SMS from the vodafone no. to the BSNL no. But, my wife could not be able to send SMS. She got the SMS sent message, but not the delivered message. I am also not getting the SMS in my BSNL no. Whenever, I am sending SMS from my mobile to the vodafone no. my wife is receiving that.
          She already talked to the 111 service of yours. But, the problem has not been sorted out yet. One month validity period will go like this. Then what is the purpose of refilling with Bonus amount. Kindly look into this very seriously & sort out the problem immediaetly so that my wife can make SMS to me.

              I had converted my vodafone prepaid no to postpaid no. so that I can make
              call to one local no for free in 150 rental plan. However no such scheme
              has been activated to my no.

              Even after lodging a number of complaints through vodafone customer care
              ref no.[protected], none of the complaints have benn addressed.

              When i asked them to deactivate my number, they are not deactivating and accumulating the bill amount. Neither the customer care is helping nor any replies are coming for my emails as told by customer care.I have wasted a lot of time and even had to lose one day salary . I claim my security amount and my one day loss of salary from vodafone and immediate deactivation of my number.[protected].

                The below mails are self explanatory. I used my postpaid connection of your good service vide No. [protected]. On 02.05.2013 i wrote a mail to vodafonecare by requesting that, I want to activate F & F service with one of my vodefone phone number vide [protected]. After 02.05.13 i have received a automatic generated mail which explained within 2 working days your good office person will respond agst. my mail.

                On 04.05.13 your good office revert a mail to me as it was earlier directed but in this mail i observed that your good office person wrote me that they would revert to me with a conclusive response by 08 May, 2013. and the service registration number assigned for my correspondence is[protected].

                As it was already directed that on 08.05.13 your good office person reply me with a conclusive response, and they did so. They again just sent me a mail for further confirmation that whether i wish to active this service or not. As a laymen I did so. I again wrote a letter to you good office that i have consent and please active the connection.

                On 08.05.13 again i received a automatic generated mail which explained within 2 working days your good office person will respond agst. my mail.

                But the Fact is days are going. Connection has not activated yet from your good office. Today around 02.00 p.m. i called customer care number to take help regarding that problem and i urged her (one lady attended my call) to log a complain for this so can i go further with a valid document, but she refused to log my complain describing that i have to write a mail for making complain.

                My QUESTION is How much time does your good organisation want to activate this service? Are your good organisation playing hide and sick with customer like me who are using postpaid connection. I wish if i have prepaid connection then i can quit easily.


                Matter is urgent. Please look into the matter and solve it.

                    myself sudeb mukherjee took 2 sim card of vodafone telecommunication in post paid connection.I was told at that time around 3 months ago that maximum bill would be Rs 111/- including tax + monthly rental 99 Rs/-.
                    but after 1 month i received a msg saying my usage limit has been crossed and the bill is around 1000 Rs.
                    i have informed the respective customer care and service provider regarding that. still after 3 months i m receiving the msg or bill that my due is 1200 Rs, therefore i want to disconnect this connection. I have informed the customercare regarding this. but i am still getting the bill. I want to stop this.And i want to permanently disconnect this connection.

                      Vodafone, india. — Recieving bills after cancellation

                      Hello,
                      One bad day i recieved a sales calls from vodafone, a nice lady called as nivedita gave me the details about the post paid connection. I informed her that i am currently unemployed for which she told me very clearly that it doesnt matter because this is a special offer. I purchased it instantly and a week later the verification guy came home and took down my details including my "unemployed status". After 2 hrs my account was blocked/suspended.

                      I tried a million times to get it activated but my efforts went down the drain. Numerous calls to call center only worsened my situation. Sometimes, they just plainly hung up on me without any conversation. So, i decided to cancel the account. One agent from the call center informed me that i dont need to cancel the account as it'll get cancelled instantly if i dont use the account! I did not bother myself with this issue for many days until a month later i recieved a bill so i went down to the vodafone store and the customer service agent told me that i need to cancel the account otherwise i will continue to recieve more bills!

                      I somehow accepted this and applied for cancellation. Total pending bill amount was 179 after deducting the security deposit of 500 rs. The total bill was 500+ but the they used the security deposit. The agent informed me to pay 130 rs instead of 179 citing the reasons that i was not given any service.

                      A month later i have recieved one more bill. What should i do now? The bill is 350. On the charges list, none of the parameters have been charged which means that every paramter reads zero. They say that my previous balance was 479 and they have deducted 130 from it. I went to the store to say the same and the same agent informed me that it was misunderstanding but i am sure they are trying to loot be as much as possible.                         I Have activated internet plan (try pack of 500MB) on 6th May but still vodafone has charged me at their normal rate when I enquire about this they said When bill is generated you will get final amount after removing this internet usage but when this unbilled amount goes above credit limit they stopped my internet service and said that to continue using the service you have to pay at least 80% of the total unbilled amount. But Why should I pay? I simply want to use the internet till 500MB limit is reached. Why they are bringing credit limit issue in this? Vodafone should change this policy.

While giving connection they told I have 100mb free internet usage per month, but they have deactivated after 1month and now they are saying its valid only for one month.                           Ive been trying to call and get information out of vodafone cust care for the past about the billing amount and plan changes to my USB net device that ive bought from them.

                          Here is the problem with your whole cust care -

                          1. You hardly have an option to directly speak to a human caller from your cust care no. [protected], its a hidden option that one has to search long and hard to reach on.

                          2. ive tried to call them and ask info about my products validity and billing amount and have learnt that when you actually do reach the calling stage they NEVER pick the phone up

                          3. When they do pick the phone up, this is how a typical conversation with a vodafone cust care executive goes

                          Me - hello, im calling form so and so number for this intent and purpose
                          Vodafone cust care - why are you calling now, go and sleep
                          Me - excuse me?
                          Vodafone cust care - listen you (followed by lots of abusive language)********** I dont have to talk to you at night
                          me - transfer me to your supervisor plz
                          Vodafone cust care - hes sleeping, you go sleep too, hahahaha, (followed by more abusive language)

                          Ive called them at the evening and at the night on 8th may 2013, and this behaviour was shown towards me when I called at 9th may 2013 at 1:33am.

                          So in conclusion, Vodafone is not a 24x7 service, it is a 9:00am to 6:00am service contrary to their slogan, and is the worst service Ive had the displeasure talking to.

                          Im certain that any response and solution from your side will be highly improbable, but by the safe chance that there are any decent ppl working in vodafone, that may take this case up and find the cust care executive who showed such vulgur bahaviour and to hold him accountable, I would be surprised and awed.

                            I purchased this number, however, was provided with an incorrect information, hence didn't use it. They within a week

                            generated a bill of 444 and wants me to pay it before closing the number. I never opted for any plan and they activated a plan by their choice. That too without completing the verification.
                            If

                            necessary I can send the entire email conversation with them regarding the same. Below is the summary of my conversation with Vodaphone care----

                            Nidhi- no

                            amount to be paid as the plan is not activated.
                            Later she said your billing cycle is 1st aprail.
                            She was not sure of the details, I asked for the superviosr. She said me to wait n would transfer the

                            call, after waiting for around 3 minutes call got disconnected.
                            Called again at [protected] waited in the queue for 6 minutes
                            Prabhjot Singh picked the phone
                            He said to transfer the call to a

                            supervisor waited again for around 10
                            Gaurav Sharma
                            Supervisor
                            He sent an eamail to update my email and promised it would be updated in 6hours.
                            He also noted down my probelm with the

                            number [protected].
                            According to him the problem should be resolved, as the plan was activated without my concern and it should be not generated.

                            She said that the email is not updated.
                            She confirmed that I was promissed that it would be updated in 6 hourse.

                            Again talked with Gaurav Sharma

                            According to

                            him the revert he got back from the team where he has esclated my case was nothing. He didn't say anything about it.
                            He however, now said that today it would be updated before 6 PM.

                            Called at 111 at 11:55 PM.
                            Talked with Monu Yadav.
                            He filed a compaint to close the number.

                            verification is still pending, so bill should not have been generated.
                            I knowingly did't complete the verification, as was provided incorrect information.

                            Though amount seems to be a nominal

                            one, however I can't explain the mental agony/harreshment I went through n still going. Hence writing at 12:12 am. Wants to fill it before I go to bed.

                            On Sunday May 5 I visited the vodafone store at south ex, the same guy who sold me the number with fake promises, said in order to close this number, I would have to pay the bill. He

                            however said disgusting for the companies services. I did wite to the nodal officer and appellete officer, however no response from them.

                              Initially, I contacted Vodafone customer care enquiring for message offers and informed that for a recharge of 77 rs, a offer of 9,000 free messages with 90 days validity would be availed. I recharged and found in vain. I called back to customer care and found that there is no such offer currently. I want my money to be refunded.

                                  I had given a payment of Rs 5000 on 16 march 2013 on my VODAFONE POSTPAID NO [protected] as bill payment instead of security deposit to activate ISD services but still i don't get the money refunded back or even not adjusted in my bills

                                  Mailing on customer care from so many times but got different different reply's that amount was reverted or we cant refund you back the amount.

                                  I had also sent my credit card statements to Vodafone customer care and on vodafone store also that i don't get my money back .

                                  In a mean while i also talked to my bank but As per my bank they don't get any refund back from vodafone end on my credit card.

                                  I am very much annnoyed with Vodafone. Please take the immediate actions.

                                    I have a post paid number and when i went on Roaming Vodafone has charged Roaming call forwarding charges to my number([protected])
                                    When i called ans asked customer care they just said when we move out of Vodafone circle and use some other network then these charges are done but in accordance to my knowledge the service provider is the one who will pay the other service provider for call forwarding. Not sure why the charges are taken up from customer in addition to Roaming charges also implied. And plus i have went in Roaming numerous times but this kind of service charge was never charged

                                    I have mailed them numerous times still no reply.

I have been charged Rs. 99 for downloading Hungama pack on my mobile on 19-Dec-08, which i have never downloaded. When i call customer care they dont give satisfactory response. Earlier also I had been charged extra for 3 consecutive months in the name of FNF rental. I got the waiver of it for two months but i have not got the waiver for the third month yet which was around 350 rupees. I have visited the vodafone store many times and the customer care representative simply says that you will get the waiver in next billing cycle but nothing such happened. I am fed up of the services of vodafone. If i dont get all these charges waived i will have no option left but to file a case in consumer court.

                                    actually i have taken a vodafone live-gprs connection.. the customer care executive told me that the browsing cost would be 99rs per month unlimited.... but they have charged 390 rs... + taxes.. there was no information on the terms and conditions.. i called the customer care twice... he told that you can brows anything its only 99... but downloading charges are extra... but i have not downloaded anything extra... they have charged without my knowledge..

                                    They are willing to give me arbitrator waiver of INR Rs1510.15p (inclusive of tax) pertaining to the last six months where as they have charged me the higher rates for 51 months also the calculation of which they are not sharing with me.

                                    It is bring to your notice that in the month of april 2013 M/s vodafone unnecessary charged (Rs 494.00)with me in mobile phone ([protected]) bill . various time I have complaint there they also accepting that there is some system mistake but they people are not giving any positive response even that they also barred my number.
                                    I also mailed their Nodal Officer &amp; applete authority but no response given by them. All time they provide a new complaint /reference number.
                                    More than 200 time i called in vodafone care (111), Complaint helpline (198) but my problem stil as such.

                                    It is my humble request to you kindly do needful.
