    My mobile no is [protected]. Before 5 day i got message from vodafone that two services are activated on my phone. I didn't make any request to activate this service on my phone. So its very bad practice to activate any paid services without user knowledge.
    I got a response from Vodafone customer care that charges is not reversal. I have asked for the valid reason but they are not able to give proper response. These type of things happen frequently. Vodafone have Worse Customer Service.

    Vodafone — automatically give value added service

    sir,

    so many times complain for the auto activation. first they charge me for gprs rental but my conection is prepaid. 199/- charge for it when i complained for that after some time they refund my money. after some time they activate sms pack. recently they activate caller tune and charge for it. i talk to customer care but their reply is so negative and compell me to go to the vodaphone store. i don't no why the company have them. and the reply of the customer care is so irresponsible they directly blem on customer and told like that you select that service like that. and they told me no the charge at once deduct not be back.
    my no is [protected] and my name is rajiv kumar. i also have a connection post paid from same company with vodaphone mobile connect with usb drive unlimited plan 999/-pm. for that my no is [protected]. i faced a lot of problem that service also. some time they activate unlimited plan for call and some time miss call alerts service like that.

    Vodafone — automatic subscription

    Sir,

    I am a active user of vodafone since 4-5 years. My name is Swati Walia and vodafone no. is [protected]. On 15th April at around 10 am I got a message that some StarTalk service has been activated on your no. and Rs. 15 have been charged for this. I never subscribed for this. How can they activate it without my permission. It had happened with my other vodafone no. also. in the past. When I called the customer care people they said that the service can only be deactivated but about the refund thing they said that if its the fault of the company then they would refund back within 24 hours. But till now no refund has been done.

    And today also I got a message that tomorrow again Rs. 15 would be deactivated!!!!

    I WANT MY DEDUCTED BALANCE TO BE REFUNDED ASAP.

    Vodafone — Regarding automatically activated services

    Sir/Ma'am,
    we are the user of vodafone cellular India from patiala punjab. last few days we facing many problems regarding automatically activated services for eg Caller tone vodafone competition services & MCI on our mobile no's [protected] & [protected]. we also mailed to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com & Nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com and request to deactivate these services on our numbers. I myself deactivate the services of caller tune and vodafone competition on my mobile [protected]. and request to return my balance(9+5=14rs) in my account but they said we would like to inform you that reversal for the same could not be processed. another no [protected] is also facing this caller tone service & vodafone deduct 45rs in account.

    So it is huge request to please see this matter on priority and gave our balance in my accounts from vodafone & in future this type of harassment will not given us.

      I converted my reliance phone number ([protected]) to vodaphone and I gave my DL as ID proof to your Jaipur's vaishali Nagar customer care center , but yout ILLITERATE staff didn't mentioned address properly in your Vodaphone form , resulting my number is suspended from Saturday 12.05.2013 i.e. no incoming as well as outgoing calls can be done from this SIM.

      I have visited 5 times in your same customer care center but no proper response receive from their side. Either they are fully government people or they are not wise to work at all . I suggest you to please close this type of service center on immediate basis .

      THIS IS YOUR STAFF MISTAKE AND I AM SUFFERING FROM THIS.... IF MY PHONE WILL NOT BE WORKED BY EOD THAN I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST VODAPHONE TEAM....

      I own a vodafone prepaid number and i brought in on a offer 1 year incoming free and 50 paise per min any moblie but since 3 days my outgoing calls are suspended even though i have recharged it.
      Im able receive incoming calls.But not allowed to make a call.

      We have purchage a new sim card([protected] & [protected]) of voda fone on 8th mrch 09 and sbmitted the my voter ID card photo copy and one my half photo. But its rejected, why..? i dont know ..?. after that i had submitted the my driving Linces photo copy.But from tommrow evening am not able to do outgoing calls.

      When am call to the custmer care they just doing the formalties and still nathing happend.

      Without any sms or notification how can you do like this..?

      Vodafone — suspended

      Dear Sir/Madam

      My number of vodaphone services is[protected].As till date i have not received any bill, so i called so many time to vodaphone customer care for regarding my bill & i do have two compalints numbers i.e 55047274 & 54787528 but no action has been taken so far & also i visit so many time to vodaphone store but i have not got any positive respose from both end. Yesturday(22.02.10) i have deposit rs 750.00 in vodaphone store but now they disconnect my connection. It happended every months ,every month i facing the same problem. As per my complaint & my compalint no i said to customer care i will not paid your bill untill & unless you will not deliver my bill to me. But i think this is the reward they are giving me for my honesty that i have deposit my bill yesturday.

      I request you to takesome suitable action against them, i shall be thankful to you.

          Hi...

          I had a bad experience with Vodafone service. Some ten days before i activated net plan through Vodafone website of Rs. 125 for 30 days o[censored]sage 1GB. But rather to which call cutter plan got activated.

          When i spoke to customer care about this they said; net card plan is of Rs. 124 not Rs. 125. I informed them that i purchased this from Vodafone website only and very clearly it was mentioned that its Rs. 125 with the details viewed was 1GB usage for 30 days. I even took the screen shots of it and shared the same with the Vodafone care on their request. After sending the details there was no response from there end. I even emailed them again stating for a response. But still no response.

          I have Vodafone network from past 6 years and till now i have never faced any issues. But this time when i have some issues they are ready or i can say bothered to clarify my queries. i don't understand the what kind of service they are providing.

          Vodafone is a very good network but a bad service provider. Please understand you are on top only because of customers who we all are. So its your duty and responsibility to understand our issues and do the needful.

          Vodafone — Activation of Vodafone plan 124

          I have aVodafone postpaid connection Mobile No.[protected]-Now all i wanted was a change in the plan to Vodafone plan124. so the Customer CareExecutive directed me to go to the nearest
          Vodafone store which in my case is Kalyani nagar Pune and apply in writing and the change will be activated within 24 hrs.
          I have visited the Vodafone store on May26th and submited my application to the Vodafone
          store in person and Iwas assured that the plan124 would be activated within 24 hrs.
          As on date no action has been taken on request made in writing.
          The Customer Care executive has advised me to make another trip to Vodafone and resubmit once more my application . My Question is Is Vodafone service so poor that they cannot carry out asimple change, what is the problem with Vodafone, they are saddled with very inexperienced staff who have no idea about the system, I cannot believe that Vodafone a
          wellknown company can resort to such totally ineffective service. To sum it up I am left with no choice but to call for deactivation of my No.

          Vodafone — Horrible service/datacard

          Purchased vodafone mobile connect 6 days earlier!!
          Still its not activated, first they took 48 hrs to activate the sim card, then after a lot of follow up they tell you to put a request to get internet card activated (why else did I bought it???). Then after 48 hours after u have put in a request, spoken to all kinds of people and so called superiors... one person tells you -you have not put a request & second tells you- yuor request was rejected!!! I am almost tearful right now!!! Imagine my plight- from 1 day affair its alraedy a week affair & they simply dint respond.. god knows when will it be activated...

          Vodafone — Vodafone activation problem

          Worst customer service by Vodafone in reactivating the sim card. I paid the payment on 3rd October 2009 for my monthly postpaid mobile bill.
          Even after 4 days till 7th October 2009 the Vodafone is not reactivating my sim card .

          This is a very worst service from Vodafone. Hutch was very good but VODAFONE is WORSTFONE in the world nowadays.

            Wrong charges for Internet usage on my mobile no - [protected]
            The first mail which I drafted to Vodafone.

            My mobile no is [protected]. For Apr 2013, vodafone has charged me Rs. 5357.25 of bill which over billed.

            From[protected] to[protected] I was using 3G plan under galaxy grand offer. Earlier I was using [protected]@99 unlimited plan.

            As per the conversation with customer service executive the APN was set to Mobile connect hence the charges are Rs. 5357.25.
            I totally disagree with this as the same setting is received by Service provider only and I was not informed for such charges.

            If there is any setting change was required then service provided should have sent the revised setting or can contact me before charging such high bill amount.

            Please send me the revised bill at earliest.

            They replied that the charges are correct.

            Then I sent second mail to them

            This is further to my mail dated 05/02/2013 03:23PM. My Vodafone number is [protected]

            I have received the response from your customer care on[protected].05 am saying that whatever charges are applied are proper and they could not reverse the same.

            I am totally disagree with this. As I already mentioned in my trail mail that the charges which you have applied are not correct and I will not pay Rs. 4707.84 which charged against only 1.5 GB i.e. for 2G network.

            As per all earlier communications with you customer care they keep on saying this charges are due to APN setting of Mobile connect in my mobile. The mobile connect APN setting is received from Vodafone only and if you going to charge such high amount for this setting you would have call me to change the setting as I am not that technical person in terms of mobile connection setting. Even Vodafone never warn me that my bill is increasing in the amount higher and higher and they finally charged me Rs. 6203.62 without any intimation. In my bill there is monthly charge for VF live unlimited 2G usage @99 for the same month . Why should I use mobile connect as I have unlimited plan for 2G usage @99 per month. Am I mad or what? I will never agree on this that the charges is for only the setting change in the mobile.

            As a corporate customer please resolve this issue at earliest. If you are unable to resolve the same I will have no choice and I will port my number to another service provider. Even I will take this matter to consumer court and TRAI.

I CAME TO KNOW THE INTERNET PACKAGE RS. 850/- AND IT WILL WORK FOR 60 DAYS AS 3G INTERNET PACKAGE AND ALLOW UP TO 5GB. SO I ATTRACT FOR THE PACKAGE AND I RECHARGED THE SAME PACKAGE LAST 5 MONTHS PERIODICALLY. BUT I RECHARGED THE SAME PACKAGE ON 25TH APRIL 2013. BUT THE VODAFONE COMPANY INFORM ME AS '' YOUR DATA CARD USAGE WAS COMPLETED OF 5 GB'' ON 27TH APRIL. I FELT SHOCK BY THE MASSAGE WHICH I SCENE FROM THE VODAFONE COMPANY. THEN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AND INQUIRED FOR THE PACKAGE. THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE RESPOND ME POSITIVELY AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL TAKE A COMPLAINT FOR THIS ISSUE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 OR 48 HOURS AND THE COMPLAINT NO. IS [protected]. BUT TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT SOLVED BESIDES MY NO IS BLOCKED TO CONTACT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE. YESTER DAY ONCE AGAIN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AND ENQUIRED MY COMPLAINT STATUS THEN THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT WHICH U RECHARGED WILL BE BACK TO YOUR MAIN BALANCE. BUT TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT WAS NOT SOLVED BUT ALSO NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. IN THIS CONNECTION PLEASE STUDY MY CASE AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AND AS POSSIBLE.

                Hello Sir,

                I approached Vodafone Store located at 1(2A) K.P. Arcade, New Fatehpura, Opp. UIT Office, Udaipur.
                I paid 5 Rs, given 1 photocopy, 1 aadhar card zerox, and received MNP SIM on 7th May 2013.
                Person told me your old SIM will be closed on 7th day end for 2 hours and your new Vodafone SIM will be activated.
                I got Receipt with Unique ID : PRJS075351 (Counterfoil to be retained with Customer). for MNP mobile number [protected].

                But today on 13th May 2013.
                My old TATA Docomo is now closed. and new Vodafone SIM is inactive (No-Service).
                I approached Vodafone Store again. I asked with is status, Vodafone executive replied that its due to some technical issues your SIM is not activated.
                I asked them why you have stopped my Tata Docomo number if you cannot activate it on your given Vodafone SIM card.
                They were so irresponsible and laughing at me that they cannot do anything.
                I have to wait and give SIM. So They taken my Vodafone SIM and asked to come again after 2 days.
                I asked to cancel my MNP request or start any SIM either Tata Docomo or Vodafone.
                Vodafone executive told that they cannot cancel MNP request.
                as number is Vodafone and due to some technical issues your SIM is not activated.

                I am of no-were now. I have only one Tata Docomo SIM on hand which is inactive. Vodafone have not given any active SIM, infact they have taken that inactive SIM also.

                Vodafone has lost my personal and professional life connectivity. who will bear loss due to connectivity in terms of finance, relations and additionally mental harassment.

                What all laws of India doing, MNC companies like Vodafone is laughing on Indians customers and customers are helpless.

                  I am using Vadafone post paid since last two years. Vadafone suddenly activated the Flash SMS on my mobile 3 months back. I Called to customer care 20 times and sent 6 times. But till now my problem not resolved. When ever I call to them they are saying it will resolved in 4 hours. When ever i sending reply saying that they resolved the problem. But still i am getting the FLASH SMS's. It's irritating me. I don't know what wants to achieve by irritating the customers.

                    I have first filed complaint via email for extra roaming charges on 12th April and after that continously i was filling complaints via Emails or calls.
                    I got no response on email and through phone wrong and utter rubbish information was provided to me.
                    When dissatisfied i payed the bill minus the amount i felt that was charged extra to me, i am now charged Rs 100 as late payment charges.
                    Please tell how stupid and rubbish kind of service Vodafone is giving in India.
                    They are charging Rs 100 for late payment of Rs 50 and because of thier irresponsible and late response I have not payed the amount.

                    This is very unsatisfactory and would advice No one to opt for Vodafone as it full absurd rules and regualations.
                    I demand to lay-off Rs100 from my bill, otherwise would file an official complaint against Vodafone.

                    And moreover the customer care executive gives no authentic information and they lack proper speaking language also, eithet be English or Hindi.

                      The prepaid number 98xxxxxx82 is associated with your Company is from Nov-2005.

                      I had changed my Residence location 3 years back & from last 3 years, I am continuously facing Network issue on my Mobile.

                      Very Bad Network in my Home indoor, incoming & out calls are disconnected with a Error Message "CONNECTION ERROR" & The other person on call not able to hear my voice properly, call drops are very frequent & I have to go to my Home main gate entrance to make call or receive every time.

                      I had requested Vodafone many times during these 3 years by visiting Vodafone store & by calling at customer care but there is no action/improvement in Network.

                      As I am a Old Customer of Vodafone, made various payments for services from past 8 yrs. This must be the responsibility of Vodafone to provide me
                      a satisfactory Network Coverage.

                      I am facing a severe issue of Network & this is very annoying, So You people are again requested to solve Network problem in my Indoor & around by arranging Boosters or whatever.

                      hi,

                      my phone# is [protected]. i ahve spoken to lot many representative about the service problem at my place. they assured it will be taken care off, almost one month ago, i am still facing the problem and no one seem tio be concerned about it, even i visited one of the office, and the concerned person assured me one month ago abouth the same.
                      Buth still there is no improvement and because of the bad network the important calls are also going unattended . i am working and it's medatory for me to keep my # active 24hrs as per the job requiorement but this is causing a lot's of inconvinience. there is no one to assist about it, and this is also leadin in the increment of the bill generated everymonth, as i have to make the same call more than thrice or so to complete my conversation.
                      Before this i was having services with different service provider and the only reason behind changing it was that the representative from Vodafone assured me that there will be proper coverage.
                      It is one of the worst customer service i have ever come across where the concerns of the customer is taken for granted and there has been a series of promises which have never been kept.
                      i hope there is someone who is professional enough to look into this matter.

                      hi all,
                      I have two Vodafone numbers namely [protected] and [protected] for the past 5 and 3 yesars respectively. I shifted my home to Malleshwarem before some 6 months from that time the signals were not recieved and there was no network coverage in my home. I called up the customer care and then complianed about it. It's almost 3 months since they gave me any solution to my problem. I'm working in a service team in a software company where every call is measured preceiopus in the Induatry coming from the clients.The technical team is so worse that they even don't know the ethics to give a tentaive date to provide a solution.

                      I just need a point of escalation to any government body.

                      Vodafone in — no proper network(indoor)

                      i am stayin in bangalore at byrasandra near to cv raman nagar and i dont get a audible network i have logged a complaint to the customer care but there is no proper response aganist it.
                      from last two weeks .when i am lifting the call as been disconnetd.but the net work is full.when the call is coming or lifting it as been disconnected.and from last two weeks i am call to couster care.the call is geting disconnected with in 3.43 to 4 seconds

                        My Vodafone relationship number is 1.46385892, I requested for a change in my billing plan through IVR which was supposed to be changed by next billing cycle which starts on 28th of every month (Same was confirmed to me by the customer service reps). My old billing plan had 1 GB of internet (2G) bundled in it (Rs 365 plan). To my surprise when I received my current bill there were charges of Rs 164.70 for internet usage (2G) on 27th of April whereas it should have be free. So I contacted customer service and Ratan answered the all, he said the plan (for internet) was changed on 27th itself and he advised me to contact 198 for complaints regarding bill. i called up 198 and Vikramjit Singh answered the call and he confirmed what Ratan said and asked me to stay on hold as he was going to connect me with his supervisor as the bill can only be waived off by a supervisor, he put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and disconnected the call. I again called up and Maiakal Kshetriye answered the call and said neither he nor the supervisor can do anything about it and I will have to visit Vodafone store. What the hell !!! Why should I visit your store if its your fault, I will better visit the consumer court.

                        i agree. even when i was having the postpaid connection the hutch cheats act in the same way

                        i hv been using vodafone since last 2 yrs and hv had several cases where my bill was excess which i brought in front of customer care. this time they send me a bill for december from now itself, and when i called three customer care executives gave different answers and cut my phone, i had to threaten the 4th one to hold on, and he told me it is safety purpose. i hv been using vodafone since 2yrs with credit limit 4500. since then they hv added bills even for days when my phone was off. as i was out of station. but now i hv to waste my time with these people every month, as this is the problem every month. plz help me.

                        I have vodafone post paid connection in india. I have activatd my international roaming for Europe as currently I am in germany. I have not made any calls nor even answer any calls but still showing my usage
                        billing is 18000rs which is unexpected. My credit limit is only 6000rs. I do get incomming sms. I have not sent any outgoingsms nor even calls. My internet is off and GPRS isalso off. Yesterday I checked the usage
                        was showing worth of 18000rs and today it is showing 21000rs. I am not using any services during roming so based on what this usage is beeing increased? this is completely rediculous.

                          Please review the chain of email below. I have been using this number [protected] for some time and had recently gone for change of ownership process. I had visited Vodafone store for 3-4 times for the entire procedure to complete. During these visits not even a single customer care executive informed me that post change of ownership I will have to approach them again and have all my plans activated again. I was under the impression that as the number remain same the monthly billing plan as well as the other services I have been using will remain the same.

                          Before the change of ownership the following plans and addons were activated on my number - Rs. 199 Montly rental, Rs.145 - SMS pack, Rs.199 unlimited internet access and Vodafone Roamfree for Maharashtra and Goa. After change of ownership only the Rs.199 plan was active and remaining all plans discontinued. With out these services I have incurred a bill of Rs. 4456.9 and hence I had approached the Vodafone customer care on 111. They asked me to send an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com with my concerns and there also I received no help and just a confirmation that I am being billed for my usage.

                          What they are not trying to understand is that they never informed me to reactivate my plans again after the change of ownership. Since this did not help, I approached Vodafone Store in Kalyan where I had requested for change of ownership. Here I had another bad experience and the executive Mr. Rishi made me feel as if I have cheated them. When I explained him about the way I have been treated on all customer care platforms instead of helping me, he was telling me that customers are paying Rs.10000 bill as well. He was putting all the blame on me when pointed out that it was there responsibility to inform me to activate all my services . I have lost all hope of help from Vodafone customer service. I am not in a position to pay bill of Rs.5000, when in this world of 3G and 4G and technolical advance I am asked to pay Rs. 3557 for gprs usage. This is a clear case of misguidance and ineffective customer service from Vodafone.

                          Request you to look in to this matter and help me provide a speedy resolution with out disconnection of my services, which is possible after the bill due date. I am willing to pay whatever charges are applicable that would have been billable to me with activation of my 145 SMS pack, 199 unlimed internet usage, Roam free and under monthly call charges of Rs.199 rental. I cannot afford for disconnection of this number as my complete work is done using mobile and I am the sole bread earner of the family.

                          PLEASE HELP!!!

Also, had received a call from a senior executive of Vodafone corporate office apologizing for the rude behavior from their staff. I have been using Vodafone service for the longest time and their services has always been good. However with the experiences, always feel that they take action only when the complaint is made on the social site or forums.

                              She already talked to the 111 service of yours. But, the problem has not been sorted out yet. One month validity period will go like this.                                   I had converted my vodafone prepaid no to postpaid no. so that I can make
                                  call to one local no for free in 150 rental plan. However no such scheme
                                  has been activated to my no.

                                  Even after lodging a number of complaints through vodafone customer care
                                  ref no.[protected], none of the complaints have benn addressed.

                                  When i asked them to deactivate my number, they are not deactivating and accumulating the bill amount. Neither the customer care is helping nor any replies are coming for my emails as told by customer care.I have wasted a lot of time and even had to lose one day salary . I claim my security amount and my one day loss of salary from vodafone and immediate deactivation of my number.[protected].

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    The below mails are self explanatory. I used my postpaid connection of your good service vide No. [protected]. On 02.05.2013 i wrote a mail to vodafonecare by requesting that, I want to activate F & F service with one of my vodefone phone number vide [protected]. After 02.05.13 i have received a automatic generated mail which explained within 2 working days your good office person will respond agst. my mail.

                                    On 04.05.13 your good office revert a mail to me as it was earlier directed but in this mail i observed that your good office person wrote me that they would revert to me with a conclusive response by 08 May, 2013. and the service registration number assigned for my correspondence is[protected].

                                    As it was already directed that on 08.05.13 your good office person reply me with a conclusive response, and they did so. They again just sent me a mail for further confirmation that whether i wish to active this service or not. As a laymen I did so. I again wrote a letter to you good office that i have consent and please active the connection.

                                    On 08.05.13 again i received a automatic generated mail which explained within 2 working days your good office person will respond agst. my mail.

                                    But the Fact is days are going. Connection has not activated yet from your good office. Today around 02.00 p.m. i called customer care number to take help regarding that problem and i urged her (one lady attended my call) to log a complain for this so can i go further with a valid document, but she refused to log my complain describing that i have to write a mail for making complain.

                                    My QUESTION is How much time does your good organisation want to activate this service? Are your good organisation playing hide and sick with customer like me who are using postpaid connection. I wish if i have prepaid connection then i can quit easily.


                                    Matter is urgent. Please look into the matter and solve it.

                                      my name is chetan rana ,i have vodafone number [protected], i online recharge Rs 126,but in bank deducted amount but recharge not successfully , for this problem i call in vodafone customer car they say call after 2 hour . so i call again customer care for information about for this problem they say go to near customer care store . i do not know time of opening of store so i call again in customer care , service provider Named Nilesh Patel not properly information my Query and say you has third time Call to customer Care i say i have problem so i Call any number of time call to customer care. i tell you talk with respect his not talk properly and mis behavior with me . i tell you i compaint against you for this mis behavior his say "jo karna hai wo karlo" i m owner of the company.so i compaint again Nilesh Patel who mis behavior with me also against Vodafone Who responsible for this

                                      Vodafone India Pvt Ltd — Wrong outstanding of bill

                                      I have a last bill printed copy of 1Rs 65 paise for month of March, I have been asked to pay outstanding of 1800 rs, which i asked to explain them and they where asking for wrong amount, now they have send me a letter from highcort advocate.I am just fedup with this communications. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

                                        myself sudeb mukherjee took 2 sim card of vodafone telecommunication in post paid connection.I was told at that time around 3 months ago that maximum bill would be Rs 111/- including tax + monthly rental 99 Rs/-.
                                        but after 1 month i received a msg saying my usage limit has been crossed and the bill is around 1000 Rs.
                                        i have informed the respective customer care and service provider regarding that. still after 3 months i m receiving the msg or bill that my due is 1200 Rs, therefore i want to disconnect this connection. I have informed the customercare regarding this. but i am still getting the bill. I want to stop this.And i want to permanently disconnect this connection.
