Vodafone — unable to change from postpaid to prepaid

I have a vodafone postpaid mobile connection which i have migrated from prepaid, I want it again to be changed to prepaid. when i contacted vodafone customer care they are saying that it is not possible, but i am able to find the Postpaid to prepaid connection migration form in the vodafone website.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I received an SMS on 1st may 2013 saying "recharge with Rs. 35 and get all India calls at 1.2paise /2sec valid for 60 days". On the very same day I called vodafone customer care and one representative confirmed me that I will surely get this offer done if I recharge this amount by dialing *444*35# from my mobile. But, when I recharged, only 30 days validity I got.

    Although this is very small amount matter. But, this is really a cheating. Please look into the issue. I don't know why they deceive people in this way.

      had purchaed Datacard of 3G and its no [protected] on 07//4/13.
      but it was activated on 11 /04/13.and paid Rs 1665/Rs mention the plan 250/Rs for 1G in coroperate plan.
      And also submitted the MTS Data card number [protected] of which amount Rs 300. will be deducated from on the next 3 month bills.
      Now as it is not working and there is no range in our area.so i want to discountine my service .
      Complaint no [protected] ( there is no network in this area.) and [protected] are raised in vodafone ,but no reply from there side.
      Let me know when you are sending executative to collect the dongle &
      also refund my full amount of Rs 1665/Rs.Along with my MTS dongle.

        i have taken post paid mobile no. and more than 5 times i had tried to activate account but every time they told me u have missing some information and denied to activate no. Finally i had decided to not activate account and move to another telecom service.

        Since last 2 months executives from vodafone care calling me that u had bill amount dues on my no. but my point is if they did not activate account how does bill can be out. Their executive did activation with out my permission and now they want me to pay bill.

        since last 2 month i am so tired because of their phone calls please help me to out.

              I am Ajay, using your network for past 5 years bearing number [protected], I am using the network with it was brand name HUTCH itself, Since HUTCH was given a great network my friends suggestion to get a Hutch network SIM card. But after some days the network was migrated to Vodafone. Form the day onwards i am facing frequent problem with Vodafone SIM card. Hence i plan to move to Other network operator, hence i request to process my MNP request and do the needful.

              Also i am want my below issues want to resolved at immediate effect.

              GPRS Issue :-

              I frequently used to use internet package. I am using a HTC Desire X mobile for my GPRS usage. For that i am using 98 plan every month to use 2gp Grps, couple of months back they have changed the benefit as 650 Mb. Because of that i am facing huge problem as Follows. As per the plan they are providing 650 MB and after 80% of completion i am getting a alert stating that i have consumed 80%, after that i am not getting any alert regarding the data plan and going on debiting my main account balance to “0”. This is keep on happening for last 3 months. Every time i am call and quarrelling to your Customer care/ Nodal/ Appellate more that 2 hours and getting my money back. In all my interaction the person interacting with me use to talk like that we could not refund this much money ( Then why the hell you are charging that much money from my account).

              Current issue :-

              On 10th i have received a message stating that 80% of data plan got consumed, So to avoid the frequent problem i made a reached with Rs 199 unlimited GPRS plan though internet. I am just keep on using my internet as like that.

              Yester day in the evening i just got a flash message stating that you have charges around Rs 80 for GPRS usage. I got shocked and again i started calling your customer care. Just giving a response that the 199 plan was not processed so that on 14th 98rs plan got activated automatically since it was in auto renewal from 2012. But last month itself due to this issue i have asked them to cancel the Auto renewal option. But again iam facing the issue.

              I need my 199 plan want to activated again with its full benefits and the amount charged for GPRS want to be reverted back to my main account. Also get me a best favour for my mental stress.

              Issues with My Customer Care ;-

              The persons handling my complaints could not reply back to me with a proper resolution they are just keep on repeating that the we could not refund the amount. If that is the case i could have an interaction with IVR to get a repeated same response. Finally a person transferred to some says him self as team Leader but he was not handling my complaint as like a TL and he says his reporting boss name as Ajitha Raj, I just told that that the Nodal officer name but how you could report to him, He blankly says that he belongs to Nodal Team. After a long fight again he transfer the line to another person says that, he gonna transfer the line to Senior Team Leader the Person name was Mani literally handled me as a criminal crank who is fighting to curb money from Vodafone. He could not able to understand that i am asking the money which i have not enjoyed its benefit due to Vodafone’s process failure. He literally says that there is no escalations level more than him and he was the ultimate authority and denied to escalate my call as well.

              Vodafone — Money Back

              I had convert my prepaid connection to postpaid for that I was paid 250 /- Rs. Advance but after some time I realized that it is not good so I had raised a complaint on 27-Apr-2011 in VodaPhone store (in MGD moll, MG road ) they told me to pay my money back by cheque with in 60 days. But now it going more then 60 days and they still give me new date which is not favorable for me. I was visit 3 to 4 time there. I request you to please take necessary action against this.

                This is to state all fraud done to me by Vodafone for my no. [protected]. They called me for prepaid to postpaid migration and i only agree if i get some lower 3G data pack. And they offered me in written:
                * 800min./month and 300sms/month free for a rental of rs.250.
                * 1Gb 3G data free per month for rs.150.
                * calling to one Vodafone no. absolutely free.
                But, after conversion I got billed of calling rental more than 250 and data usage charged at rs 10/mb. all my outgoings are barred from 26th march, 2013 for non payment of this wrongly generated bill and now my incoming is also barred from few days.

                I submitted all the documents related to plans offered to me on vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com, customercare.[protected]@vodafone.com, mnpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com. but they say your billing is correct but has no answer why when above said plan is offered.

                This is my business no. and i am facing huge difficulty as a result loss in business. also i asked them that my mother is undergoing breast cancer operation and barring outgoing leads to very difficult situation for me but then also they have not lifted barrings on calls.

                Please do take strict action against them.

                i have necessary documents to prove myself.

                This is just a shamless part of vodafone that, whenver there is anykind of issues, they say that, it will be resolved within 2 hrs, or 24 hrs or 48hrs, but it will never resolved on time. It took more than 24 hr for 2hrs commitment and so on....

                They are very irresponsible towards the customer greivance to resolve the query.

                Vodafone — scam . TRY 3G for Free

                I am using Vodafone post paid connection baring number [protected] from last 2 year in Delhi. I usually get mobile bill up to 500, which does not include any data connection. Last month
                In March I got a message from Vodafone customer care stating send ACT 3G to 111 to activate free 3G for limit duration i.e. till 10 April.” TRY 3G for Free". I signed up for the free trial on
                30.03.11 .Down under I am giving u the exact sequence of events which happen with me.

                30/03/11.”Enjoy high speed internet and download, video calls, live mobile TV, hd gaming with Vodafone 3g .we will get back to u shortly".

                30/03/11."Your 3g service has been actived within 24 hours .offer valid till 10 April 11".

                ((in mean while I have to go out of station due to some official work while rooming I received these sms I am presenting u in the exact sequence I which I received all sms.))

                Receive on 02/04/11 "your mobile phone usage exceeded 1457 credit limit. We request make payment for uninterrupted service".

                02/04/11"your Vodafone mobile bill for March of rs 442.96 due in 07-apr-11 has been delivered on 31 march 11.

                05/04/11 credit limit of your Vodafone mobile has been revised to rs1950.

                07/04/11 Vodafone mobile phone usage of rs 1740 is reaching credit limit. We request for payment to uninterrupted service.

                19/04/11 credit limit of your Vodafone mobile has been revised to rs 3675.

                21/04/11 your outgoing service has been stopped due to nonpayment.

                When I called customer care they say they are unable to help me because they have no information on anything what ever they are telling me is showing on computer. so contact Vodafone store.

                26/04/11 ((afterward I gone to Vodafone store at east of kalash to sought out the issue store executive told me "3g free trial period" offer is actually means upgardation of 2g live
                Internet connection to 3g with out any cost for 10 days to check the speed, or video-calling, etc, etc but in mean time data we used to access internet is chargeable. when I told him I does"t Have the Vodafone live connection and I get deactivated 2 years back when I bought the connection and he can check I in my record history with them which he find true. When asked him if we go with their version of story how can anybody upgrade to 3g connection without 2g internet connection he has unable to give me any answer in end he register my complaint And activated the outgoing and with assurance to get the satisfactory answer from their head office in two days.))

                29/04/11 your Vodafone, mobile usage 3818 has exceeded the credit limit so make payment.

                30/04/11 your Vodafone bill for April of rs 5535/47 due on 08 may-11.

                05/05/11 your latest Vodafone bill is of rs 3792.1 due on 08-may-11.

                When I called customer care for the last time they say I use internet connection in "TRY 3G for Free” so I have to pay. "Beyond this they cannot help me in this regard and this is the duty of customer to check about service before activating the service with company and issue regarding the advertisement every company has to do this type of things to get the customer so they stop registering complaints in this matter so they will not register the complaint.

                Sir now I am so frustrated I feel cheated and victim of their scam and I am sure thousands of other people victimized by company in same manner so with high hope please someone will take Strong action against these types of companies who use the power of advertisement to scam the innocent people.

                Vodafone — DEACTIVATE OR NO.

                I had a VODAFONE NO. [protected] which was lying with me. The SERVICE PROVIDERS de-activate this no. I submit complaint and get inform that no. is de-activate due to no using. I request to issue me the new sim of same no. and i was ready to pay charges which are applicable, but co. is not listening to me. The no. is very important for me. please do the needful and help me.

                These telecom industries are worse these days. They do nothing to improve the quality of service but keep on increasing the tariffs and stealing money from consumers with their cheap tricks. Just because they are able to afford their 2G/3G licenses does'nt mean that they can bounce back on us with these cheaptricks and tariff revisions to swindle us. The govt. should put an end to this.
                no not in anyway...
                u just assured me that u will come up with problem resolution within 1-2 days, but after so many days u even not called back...
                one more thing that u said u have activated 3g data plan of Rs.150 for 1gb on 4th of April and also no bill will generated for the period while ur phone services are suspended but again u made wrong commitment. i received bill for the suspended period and also i was charged Rs. 250 rental for 3g pack and that too for the period of 18 days i.e. 4th of April to 22nd of April.
                So, please stop making fraud commitment and come up with problem resolution as this is my business number and i m getting huge loses...

                  I need to write a complaint against Vodafone Mobile service provider in Ahmedabad, My Mobile number [protected] i have recharge this number , Rs. 199 dated 13.04.2013 for 2G internet service for 1 month. but after this i have got speed 6-10 kbps. for the said offer as per vodafone rules i was suppose to get speed of 64 KBPS till 2GB usage and 40 KBPS after 2GB usage till unlimited for one month. I have complained for the same more then 10 times to customer care. once i have called to Nodal officer Mr. Himanshu Soni. but they are unable to provide any solutions for the same and they are asking to wait till 6 May 2013.

                  sir my connection is 3g bsnl but internet speed is very low but customers care says ur complaint is sending next 24-48 hrs ur complaint solved but 4 days after no service. my speed is low (10-12kpbs) but normally speed is in city 100kpbs and above. i try 3g plan and 2g plan but no speed my internet. i used my data card 7.2mpbs but no speed high. so my pocket is loss lot of money for bsnl 3g and 2g sim no solved my problem customers care. please solved my problem. i shall be very thankful to u . my mob. no. is [protected]

                    I had sent a message can data11 to stop auto renewal of 11rs. Data plan on 01/01/12, time - 01:02 am to 144 after asking it from the agent but on 02/02/12 data plan was autorenewed & 11 rs. Were deducted from my prepaid account. Therefore please solve this issue asap otherwise i will discontinue the vodafone services or use mnp. Highly dissatisfied with your customer service.

                    Agent promised to provide callback from supervisor to sovle the issue but didn’t got any call back.

                      Yesterday i went to the locat vodafone care office in my city, just to have internet facilities on my number. I told them that i have a postpaid number and want to activate internet on it. They replied that it will be activated to your phone by tomorrow. I came back home.

                      In the evening i called up customer care number 111, had a chat with the executive named as " Sunil ". I told him about my enquiry...

                      Before submitting complain over here in consumer forum i have mail you. But i haven't received any call or mail from your side because you don't bother to give service to any customer.

                      From last 4 months i am recharging the 3G service with 1250/955/955/955/850/650 and last for 300 MB. Any of this recharge i got benefit because every time i face problem of area network or some thing else. and when ever i call customer care i used to get date for min. 8 days to solve. and sometimes the block customer care number 198. every time i use to talk in a good manner but its my goodness that i use to talk in a good manner.

                      This massage is for all vodafone user who is going to take connection or presently using Vodafone connection, please forget this network personally for Data use. Because this network has no power of giving support or benefit for 3G or Data use.

                      So Dear Vodafone Head i am sorry to write this all things because of frustration. Every time i receive this kind of problem.

                          Hi, This is regarding the Vodafone charging higher than the regular plan charges for each call vocationally. Almost we could treat this has stealing the customer money unknowingly. This is a robbery!!!! Since I have seen many times, charging 3 or 2 rupees for a min for a local call, even though my plan is 1 sec / paise. This is ridiculous and whenever I try to contact customer care services, prompted voice is frustrating and not allowing to directly talk to the customer care person, instead it prompting a voice control continuously.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,
                              As per the subject cited above Vodafone Rajasthan e-mailed me a Bill of Rs. 1197. I complaint about the excessive Bill to the consumercomplaints.in. Vodafone Rajasthan informed me about the adjustment of Rs. 821 Plus Tax in next bill cycle.
                              That was a good step to go into the investigation of the bill and make adjustment. Meanwhile I made a partial payment (Rs. 1150 on[protected] of the bill in response of frequently sent SMSes regarding bill payment. Now go through the following points:
                              (i) An amount of Rs. 1150 (against the bill of Rs. 1197) was paid by me was a healthy amount of my monthly expenses. I have to minimize my daily routine expenses of my family. After payment of this amount I have to deffer the purchasing of essential items. Who will compensate this?
                              (ii) Who will pay me the interest of the Advance Excessive payment?
                              (iii) However the company has ready to adjust the excessive amount but what about that Mental tension which I experienced during that period (Since the Bill was sent and problem sorted out)?
                              What will be the compensation of such trouble?

                              I am having vodafone post paid connection No [protected]. I deposited a chq of Rs 641 in the drop box at Vodafone mini store, Praveen jain and sons 2/113, Jain Bhawan & sons, 2/11, Jain Bhawan, Sadar bazaar, Delhi Cantt... New Delhi 110010... The bill was paid vide ICICI new delhi ac Cheque no 023541 dated 10 Jul 08.. The chq was deposited in the drop box on 10 Jul 08... . however i am still getting message that the bill is unpaid... i think this is not proper. Meantime a co person also called on my mob and i confirmed that bill has been paid and chq no was also informed ... So let sum one look into matter and take action.

                                i use Vodafone from past one year ... from starting i am using netpack of 1gb or else... till now.. but from past 3-4 months vodafone saying that i have exceeded limit of internet pack. 1gb netpack ends in a week nowadays.. even their net speed is tooo slow and sometimes pages cant even open.. Main problem is that Netpack usage Counting by their metre. from past one year my usage is almost as it is even i installed Wifi in my home so usage should be decreased. but netpack is getting finished very quickly. Their Aunthentic application 'vodafone data counter' is also installed on my phone. if it displays 300mb use then why my pack getting finished. i called them many times ..no solution till now from seniors too. my usage told by them is completely different from my actual use.                                   I am the regular customer of Vodafone network from the last almost 2 years. My postpaid connection bill for the month of February was Rs.996 I paid Rs.500 and said to there executives rest amount I will pay with the bill of March with late fee whatever applicable. My credit limit is Rs.800. My total outstanding was only Rs.600(Credit limit was not crossed) when they barred my number and after 4 days they disconnect my services even no incoming facility is availed. From the last 20 days i am running without network it losses me some very important calls from my offices and some other places. I just want to know are they have rights to stop my services when i am already agreed to pay everything. I request you please suggest me what action I can take against Vodafone.

                                  I am very disappointed and frustrated by Vodafone, chennai with their services. I have given the request for surrending my connection which is duly acknowledged by one of the Vodafone centers in chennai. But even that bills get generated and vodafone is calling me repeatedly.

                                  I was having 2 mobile connections [protected] & 2105 of vodafone. As I was not satisfied with the billing, I switched to Airtel after making the dues to Vodafone. I was continuously receiving calls from Vodafone to continue with them and for adjustment of bills. Finally I had shifted to Airtel and after a month I am getting the calls from Airtel on behalf of Vodafone for pending bills.
                                  As I've fed-up with Vodafone, I decided to pay them. I used website which they have already blocked, mini stores are not accepting the payment and suggesting to pay at main stores which is not possible for me. I am asking on their customer care no [protected] for any representative, but they are also unable to help.
                                  In the situation what I am understanding, they are trying to make me defaulter which is in-ethical practice.

                                  Please intervene.

                                    I converted my prepaid account to postpaid just 10 days before. I also activated the data pack (unlimited). But after 1 hour of doing this my outgoing service was disconnented. When I contacted their Customer service, They informed you have crossed the credit limit, now these unbilled amount they will balance while preparing the final bill. By my further investigation through customer service and vodafone store,They treated me as a character in Hindi Movie. Stores people told me to contact Customer care, You need physical verification, wait for some time and many useless things and Custome care people said to contact a vodafone store. After that they advised me to recharge some amount then your service will be activated. when I ask how much , they said as much you like, but if you want to use data pack it has to be 10,000 otherwise it will be disconnected again. When talked with senior officer, to register a complain " Why was not I informed when data pack was activated, that the unlimited data service will be deducted from your credit limit, when you knew that"; He adviced me to go a store and recharge to avail it. When banks are not asking to pay such a huge amount to open an acoount , how can one telecom service provider get a sum of 10000, which will be balanced for 500(at most, min. rental 300+200, data pack).
                                    The customer service(CS) and store employees had a diifferent of opinions, CS says data pack will be unbilled, store people says no it will not be unbilled. More interesting is that you have to pay the call charge even if you want to complain, your seriousness will be responded very lightly like a silly issue and they will ask you to hold for some time, a back ground music will be there.
                                    When I wanted to change my service provider, They said It will take three months and you have to run from one office to another. This is how customer is King.
                                    Here the more important role to be played by govt. to have some policies to create competition among service providers so that consumer can get the max possible profit, But govts action have made them to collaborate among themselves so that they can do maximum cheating from the customer. An interseting thing is they used to send a SMS to send the feed back after a conversation with customer care. I have talked about 10 times within last two days , but they did not send a single SMS.

I don't know now what's the reason. And also i was charged 40rs. for shuffle song caller tune. Regarding, i spoke to customer care they agreed that problem with vodafone & they promised that money will be reverted back. But till the second it is not yet done. They said there is no complaint was taken against this issue & One of the executive miss Shalini has made a record as, I was enquiring about ISD Call cahrges. This was happened on 09.11.2K8 . Is this the way a customer care will work. And i received msg stating whether i was satisfied with shalini's respond, I replied as no, & i received call from team leader ANITHA from C-sat team. She ensured that my issue will be resolved. It is also not yet done My aim is not to punish the executives. But they should work for what they paid. Right.                                     This is in regards to the my Vodafone Number [protected] from Jaipur. The last payment was made in the Vodafone Office in Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
                                    A person named Satbir Singh Yadav has made a few calls in the last few days to my home and kept telling that I had made a fraud of Rs. 10500. He have his telephone number as [protected] and said that a legal notice has been served to me. He also gave his lawers name as Tarrun Abhimanyu, [protected].
                                    The Receipt Number of the payment made was 10161719. The total amount has been cleared the same date.
                                    The number of frantic calls has made my mother and father very worried and harassed. The point is after making a payment I am getting threating calls. The Bill Amount was Rs.1551 and they kept telling my parents that I made a fraud of Rs.10500. This is really ridiculous and needs to be dealt immediately.

                                    Please dont give any clarification as to technical issue if there is no technical problem while chargng money or deducting from existing balance.

                                    I just recharged with Rs, 50 and it got converted in life time... So what does that mean of I need to take care of your message to remove LV ? What if I forgot to do so ? Whould you charge as per the tariff prescribed for LV ?

                                    Now when I sent the message; delievered; got the confirmation asking me to wait till next confirmation till gets removed from LV then why am I getting following msg ?

                                    "Pls send SMS to 144 CAN LV after 1 hour of your last rechage ? "

                                    Does that mean that you want me to keep a track of 1 hour since i recharged last ?

                                    Does that mean If I have to make calls then pay as per the tariff of your LV if applicable though I have a scheme of 40 paise and 60 paise respectively activated for 1 year ? Does not it mean to you ?

                                    What is the meaning of this sort of harrasment for all these merely small extra charges ?

                                    is this the value way to generate maximum revnue for the company ?

                                    Enough of it !

                                    Resolve your exploitating systems or else you will no longer have a customer like me who is even getting rechared with Rs. 50

                                    If service provider switching serrvice is available for prepaid customers then I would rather prefer to replace by Airtel and sack your very good customer care services with such rubbish professionalism or else I shall leave the number switching to another supplier

                                    Vodafone — Mental Harassment by Vodafone

                                    I am vodafone user last more than 3 year. Many time, I requested Vodafone to activate DND (Do Not Distrurb) service. but after some time I got some unwanted SMS and Call from vadafone customer care again and again. In these days, I got continue 6- 8 Call and 5-6 SMS every day. Vodafone using different different number to make a call. This is very Irritating to me.

                                    This could be very harmful for me.

                                    Please take a possible action again them.

                                    i am a cosumer of vodafone since long we hv various connections of vodafone ,[protected]. [protected] [protected] , last month my son went to Russia for globle exchange programme hence , the number wsa not used that month , i went to vodafone store i nsector 35 chandigarh just to know , if any provision to waveoff the rent for particular period, i was asked to take cupon , then i waited 1hour , the girls there were attending the clients v slowly , after attending 1client they go inside and come after atleast 15 min and also misbehaved when asked why they are harassing the people, i really felt v bad, becoz my work suffered a lot and i had to prepare lunch also that time, it is my request to look into the matter , iwas highly disappointed and unsatisfied

                                    Vodafone — MENTAL HARASSMENT

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I took a vodafone number [protected] in june 2009. I submitted my id proof thrice, twice when i took the new sim and once more in july-2010 on their demand. Now again they torturing me to submit id proof other wise they are insisting me to deduct my all balance amount available in my mobile.After Every two month they want id proof without any cause and start deducting the balance. I requested them to give me any proof that i have submitted my document but they refused and told me not to go consumer court because it out of their scope and i have no proof.
                                    So please tell me how can i get rid off these kind of problems.How can i cope up with this cyclic exploitation of this telecom agency.

                                      Hi,
                                      i am a vodafone customer for the past 3year , my regular bill is around 300-500 , i activated 2G and the last month bill is Rs 5560 , called vodafone to check what are the charge , at first the said there is no Internet service activate, later they said it is Internet usage charges, checked if 3G is activated , was confirmed that 3G is not activated ,
                                      Checked with the rep as what tariff plan was i charged , the rep refused to provide any info saying he does not have any info , when asked for a manager was informed no managers was available and after some time was informed that the manager is on another call and cannot come on line ,
                                      Requested for the usage details was denied the same saying they do not have any information at that time , requested for an email with the details , was informed they are not authorized to send any emails. which is not acceptable .
                                      Please suggest me how to file a complaint with the consumer court, and what are the documentation required

                                      Vodafone — Overcharging in the Bill

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I am Vinay Gupta a post paid customer of vodafone([protected]) since last 4 years.
                                      In the month of january I had activated international roaming on my connection. When I received the bill I was shocked to see that their has been 13 calls made from my phone on the 111 number for 13 times and the duration of all the calls are 1 minute 51 second and time of these calls are overlapping(Second call started on the same number before first call is over) which is not at all possible. First i had not made these calls second how is this possible that duration of all the call are same and they are overlapping also.
                                      I had lodged the complaint but it was of no use. I went to vodafone care okhla also and they said that it looks like a fault of the system and they sent the email further but till today I haven`t received call back from vodafone care.

                                      I am sorry to say if this matter is not sort as early as possible then i will have to take some hard action against it.
                                      Kindly do the needful and sort this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I have two vodafone numbers that are in corporate plan and as per the plan CUG calling is free, However since Nov 2012 you guys are charging me on CUG calling.I had marked 100s of emails, 1000s of calls, registered complaint with Nodal officer but no solution till date. Every month they disconnected my no. and called me to pay the access bill and assured that same will be adjusted in next month but till date no luck.                                       I have a postpaid connection from more than 5 years [protected] (Manish K Malpani). From last 5 months company charges me 150/- per month as Rs 1/- plan which i have never opted. I complained many times but still charges levied on this number after discontinue this service.
                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Last month the company gave me a bill of 3000 rupees which quotes that i have been charged 2000 rupees for my internet usage.
                                      Now, I have messages confirming that my usage was under there schemes of which I activated twice and I have SMS from the company
                                      that my service has been activated.
