False charges on my postpaid connection

Like any other mobile service providers in India Vodafone was never behind in the race of charging customers for services which they never asked for. I approached Vodafone for 3G internet service for my Ipad mini. i was offered a 550 Postpaid plan in which I get 3GB data at the speed of 3G and after the consumption of the same my speed would be reduced at 2G at NO COST. Security Deposit is not returned
