Today i recived message to deduct ₹ 15 from by balance for downloading carban_game from carban8 at 11.56am. At that time i am not useing mobile but i am working on my desktop office work. If i am not useing mobile at that how that one download? This one was absolutely cheating with customers. Please refund my amount for the same

      I have neither clicked on any website or downloaded the game.. Requesting to revert the deducted balance as soon as possible!!

        Vodafone india has cancelled my Post paid plan which i was using since last 8 years. Last year i came to Canada and without using this service i was happy to get the bills. But last week it has been cancelled automatically. And now I am unable to use my whatsapp and facebook. And my number has been given to someone else. Someone else activated my number and started using it. I need some help to get my number back. I have been requesting Vodafone company for it. I am happy to pay whatever Outstanding bill amount is there. Please help

          I am repeatedly facing deductions in my balance every month in the first week. I have not opted for any VAS services. Infact my number is blacklisted for all VAS - even then deductions are happening. Every time I complain, part of the deduction is remitted back to my SIM with a standard message advising me not to click on links or download anything from the web.
          In each of my mail, I have repeatedly informed that I use this SIM on a feature phone and even if I want to, I cannot download anything on this phone. However all of it falls on deaf ears. I doubt if anybody at Vodafone India Customer care even bothers to read the mails to understand and resolve the real issue. They just send an Instock Reply. In the last 10 months, I have lost more than Rs. 500 in my pre-paid balance with no clue as to why and no help is received from the service provider to stop this.

          I receive SMS regarding VAS activation/VAS blocking in the middle of the night (Recent one was around 2 am - photo attached). Clearly, somebody overseas regularly hacks into Vodafone servers and uses up your customers’ pre-paid balance for some web based activities and the customer pays the price. On checking the web, I have found that numerous people are facing similar problem and have reported the same – all with Vodafone SIM cards.

            I want to port out of Vodafone so I need upc code but when iam requesting for upc code they are sending the same called customer care service as well but they are not giving the proper response. This guys are wantedly doing this like there are many customers who are facing the same issues

              My account is frequently activated with unsolicited subscriptions and services such as caller tunes, Video subscription service, Sports Pack, PAN_GMEBOX_15D_VF

              These are clearly unsolicited and needs to be stopped with immediate effect.

              Over the past several months, i would have almost paid close to INR 2000/- towards such completely unwanted subscriptions and services.

              Please take necessary action to prevent this from happening going forward.

                  Hello, i am suing vodafone prepaid number([protected]) from last 8 year and regulariy rechared this number, on 09/09/2020 i rechared this number with rs 39 and on same date company discontinued all the service of this number without any prior intimation then i went vodafone store three time but they does not sort out my problem. this number is very important for me because it registered in various places like in aadhaar number, bank, internet banking, income tax depatment, ca insititute etc. how and why company disconnection my number without any reason. i want retrieve all the service activated on my number. please help me to retrieve my number and all service Name : Ashish chauhan Date of incident : 09/09/2020 Email : ashish.[protected]@gmail.com

                      Charges of Rs.3000 for change of plan was agreed by me under compulsion .I had unintentionally changed the plan by mistake and paid extra charges. I tried to change the plan on line un successfully. Under pandemic situation i could visit vodafone store very recently.I feel that
                      1.the amount is arbitrary and restrictive trade practice.
                      2.My usage is nil or very minimal during the period.
                      3, I am a senior citizen.
                      4.I had option to change the service provider in this competitive industry.
                      5.I am a shareholder in the Company
                      I request the charges be waived though i will pay the outstanding amount under protest

                        I had unintentionally migrated to a higher plan by mistake at the touch of a button. A month after a higher bill I had opted for change of plan to my old plan. That did not happen. Under the covid pandemic situation and being a senior citizen I was unable to personally visit vodafone store, .Very recently i had visited the store and got my plan changed to old one. In this process i had out of compulsion agreed for the charge of Rs.3000/I request that the charges may be waived though i will pay the bill on due date as
                        1.I feel that the charge is a very restrictive practice
                        2.My usage can be seen as very minimal
                        3.in the competitive industry this is forcing customers to opt out of the service provider already loosing customers to JIO,

                          10 rupees has been deducted from my account on july 07th, i got an sms saying "thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs.10". Without my confirmation how it will happen, same thing happened on jun16th aswell. When i called the customer care, their representative said they will deactivate the service and not able to refund the money.

                              I would like to let you know that I am unaware of the same and has not downloaded any app, not clicked on any ads or used a service for which the money got deducted.

                                  I am unable to send Port message to 1900 to generate UPC.
                                  It fails and gives me Message could not be sent error immediately.
                                  I am able to send any other message to any other number. I want to leave vodafone postpaid.
                                  This is outrageous as to how they are blocking us.
                                  My bills are clear. Nothing is due.

                                    I have been charged Rs. 819+ gst extra on my monthly bill and it's showing an outgoing call on 53516 for 90 min 34 secs which is a doc number but we haven't called this number anytime. Kindly look into this matter and let us know what's wrong. Highly disappointed with these types of services and fraud from a highly reputed company.

                                      I got 2 Vodafone numbers.[protected]Primary number) and another is the secondary number. Both activated with 399 RED plan. Later as per executive guide I did those converted to family plan. In this plan I have to pay 399 for the Primary number and 199 to the secondary number.

                                      Plan was converted but the Secondary phone number conversion has not done properly. So, I was getting 399 + 399 + taxes every month though it was not my fault. After checking my billing history I came to know that I was pay more. When I talk to Customer Care they said now we have converted and going forward I will get proper bill. So who is responsible for the billing when I asked no answer. When I say I need refund no response. This is how as a customer I got cheated. I am raising a complain here to have a refund from Vodafone India.

                                        Hi,
                                        I regret to inform you that I create my spacial offer through whatsapp so my spacial offer was Rs 555 recharge 1.5 Gb double data and 84 days validity but I got only 1.5 gb data and 77 days validity . I complaint customer care 198 and also company email [protected]@vodafoneidea.com but they not resolve my issue and when I track my complaint status it's showing Successfully resolve your complaint.
