Hi I am fed with the vodafone service i switch from vodafone to idea due to network issue and billing issue now they got mereged with idea and now i am facing again network and net issues and due to covid 19 i am shifted to my state M.P and i am want to port my number but not able to generate PUC .such a pathetic service and even customer support are not able to help in the same what are the sense if getting such kind of service after paying all the bills ontime .

I need solution for the same and i am using the 02 numbers.for vodafone and want to switch both.

    I would like to register a complaint against VodafoneIdea.

    I got this message while I was using Instagram today. “Hello!
    Thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8.
    You have been charged Rs. 15
    Your balance is Rs. 7.42”

    Not only do I not download games in my phone, I do not even click on any links. I called VI's customer care and they told me that its a third party app and they cannot do anything. How can they charge me for something that I have not downloaded.

    Moreover, this is not the first time VI is deducting my money. I had ₹22 in my account. It is extremely frustrating. Kindly take cognizance of the same and help me get a refund.

      When I dial any call I am getting an advertisement message from Vodafone and it is taking more than 30 seconds. Even after that the number is not dialled. Basically outgoing calls are not going. I have recently recharged my phone.

        I had recharged Rs. 95 on 19/09/2020 and I got Rs. 74 talktime and 200 MB data. Now, my data balance is 0.11 GB out of 0.20 GB. But, on 01/10/2020, 02:46 P.M., my Rs. 20 balance was deducted for DINDO_MP3_20 from my Vodafone Number automatically. Before that day and time my balance was Rs. 73.20, But after that day and time my balance was Rs. 53.20. I called Vodafone Complaints Number, but they're not giving me my Rs. 20 balance back. I don't know that what is DINDO_MP3_20 and I didn' t applied for it. Also, Vodafone deducted my balance so many times in various ways. I don't know why the deduct my balance automatically. But, I think that I am eligible for my deducted Rs. 20 balance to get it back. Also, I shall leave Vodafone, if they don't give me my Rs. 20 balance back.

              I got message that i have enabled Fun Portal from CARBON8 and my account balance has been deducted by 10 rs though i have'nt clicked any link or use any such service from VI. This is complete fraudulent as i have been charged money for something i have'nt enabled or even searched for from the company service.

                I am not able to send the portable request from my vodafone number to 1900 even though i have sufficient balance. I can send msg to other number but not to 1900. My mobile number is[protected].

                      i was having 474 smthg as main balance but today it's only 425 why
                      where it is gone immediately? I always have unlimited plans with unlimited voice and data then why?
                      i am not subscribed to any service i don't want any service only let me peacefully talk

                      Please find the below charges and descriptions:

                      · The content download DNLD-WWAP_DLS0049_PPU_KIN01467053 on[protected] at 05:30PM with a VAS type of PPD/PPU for a subscription of amount Rs.49/-

                      i remember i have not downloaded anything or subscribed to anything then also vodafone kep on deducting 49 rupees everytime without any sms/mail notification.

                        I have been using Vodafone Postpaid number from 2012. My number got deactivated on 26th September 2020 without any prior notification. When we contacted customer care we were told documents were not submitted. It is really confusing how a 8 year old connection does not have documents submitted. Please help us as this has become a harassment due to all account are linked to this number.

                          It's been now one year, i have still not received my security deposit + additional amount of rs 650/-
                          I have written them many mails but no use.
                          If i had been in vodafone's place they woud have charged me a late payment of 5000/ rs for one year.

                              I am a bit disappointed with the new vi app (Vodafone + idea). The mobile app forces you to update without your consent. Even if you reject update on next screen it forces you to click ok and update starts.

                              After update it clears the app data, so all your settings and stored numbers are gone. You have to again register your number into the app to see the data.
                              This is not a recommended practice.
                              Vi should not force users to update the app and even if they do, the app should not reset the existing account data.
                              Poor design by vi.

                                  I have taken a free amazon subscription from the idea (now Vodafone) on 21.08.2019 that goes till one year i.e. 21.08.2020, I have canceled the services on the same day of expiry, and the amazon prime subscription is also stopped on the same day. But the company says I have not informed them and they charge me 1000 rs/- this is a scam to general people like me.

                                  If I didn't inform them about the subscription they why did it end in the first place..pls do some Justice all those people call me back from the idea speak Hindi and I speak Telugu they didn't understand me at all.

                                  My parents will kill me if they found out about this, pls help

                                    Before 1 month i got a call from a person offering me data entry job, they will pay 10rs. For every datas they told me, at this pandemic i needed a job, so i agreed then they said for registration i just only need to pay 2000 rupees which is refundable, so i again i agreed with them as they had told me that the money is refundable, after that they are telling your registration with our company has done now it comes to agreement for which you need to pay 4000rs, i denied that you guys told me i dont need to pay a single amount after paying registration money, so i decided to cancel my registration, they said my money will be refunded in between 7 days, and now its been one and half month they are not refunding my money, nor replying me properly, after all i searched for that company and details. It seems like its a fraud company which is dealing a huge number of fraud cases, please help me to get my money back, and take a legal action for the agents and company, here are the contact numbers of frauds who convence me to join it, [protected] and another agent [protected]

                                      Between 7th september and 21st september, rs.45/- have been deducted from my balance 4 times (Total rs.180/-) for 6t second videos, news etc. Despite not having subscribed for them.

                                      Even sending an sms to the stop number (155223) only stops it temporarily, and a few days later rs.45/- are charged again.

                                      It is impossible to get through to a human at their customer service number 198, and is waste of time.

                                      At this rate the balance will exhaust shortly, after which i am thinking of abandoning or porting the number.

                                      That makes it Rs.229 in 22 days.
                                      Had enough - will definitely be abandoning or porting out.
