Porting request not fulfilled

Hi,
There has been zero network coverage in my office for vodafone and data services are simply not working beyond 100 kbps speed, hence i have been trying to port out my number [protected] but every time i send a port request to 1900, i get this message "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."

Please help me out to get the port code. All...

unauthorized deductions from prepaid balance - for ppu games download

Vodafone has deducted ₹49 from my account on sep 19, 2020 without authorisation on my prepaid sim. When contacted on 198 they are saying games pack was activated through 'advertisement'. I don't understand how this got activated as i have not authorised any such payments. I was suggested to download the trai cms app on google play store to register a complaint and get refund.

However, the app shows there are no vas services...

Call Drop Issue

I have ported out from my vodafone connection to another operator within my eligible billing cycle. Vodafone on purpose did not port me out on initial informed date and activated port on day 3, which was first date of next billing cycle. Since mine was postpaid connection they are now chasing me to make full payment for entire month despite only 1 day services were purposely allotted to me.

unexplained charges deducted from balance for services/ subscriptions not availed

Vodafone india has deducted rs. 39/- in total for services as per below -

04/09/20 - 15/- (Dmw9 video)
08/09/20 - 21/- (Dnlddwapcomo)
16/09/20 - 3/- (6t seconds video fortnightly)

The customer care executives claim that some "content" has been downloaded for which they have deducted the charges. No such service has been availed or any content downloaded on my device. Now they have also refused...

automatically debiting charges towards vas without i option

Vodafone is automatically debiting charges towards vas. I never opted and i never given second consent. On 14.9.20, they debited rs.49. Inspite of sending mail to customer care, they rejected as second consent made. So, vodafone software itself is bogus and they cheating customers. High level cyber fraud enquiry should be conducted by cbi.
They are not yet refunded the amount. So, i am lodging complaint for refund of rs.49 wrongly...

Unethical behaviour or executives

Deducting balance without any information

I got a message from vi stating thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. When i talked to their customer care, they said it cant be refunded.
