prepaid recharge

I did the recharge of 78 rupees for validity extension but it did not extended the validity instead the recharge was for some caller tune. I do not need any caller tune, please return my money. I tried to reach to customer care on this but they were also very adament to do any help or give any suggestion for this. Please return my money....

I would like to tell you that i purchased a new vodafone prepaid number [protected] on 29/08/2020 paid ₹297 and on 31/08/2020 executive name ramesh kumar visited my premise and asked for my id proof and i provided the same but he said the ordered number [protected] isn't available and asked me to choose from 5 other numbers he had but when i said i want the same number which i ordered and asked him why should i choose from other numbers but...

I have a vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) last 2 years but now i want to change network operator and i was send the request for generate upc code but i don't get upc code. Call the customer care and visit the vodafone store also. Still have no solution. I was already pay all due amount and unbilled amount...

Mujhe card active rkhna hai toh main bill bhrti hi na.. Bnd krne ki jarurat kya thi... August ko na mujhe calls aaye hai na kiye hai fir august ka bill bhi usme add kia... Ab jb gallyry me hum gaye prepaid krne sim toh wahse jawab aata hai ki september ka bill...

Rs. 20 was deducted from my account. When I spoke to the customer care executive, he told me that my song pack had been activated.

I've never activated a song pack and I don't even know about it.

This amount is being deducted from the mobile balance without any OTP, no confirmation or any customer notification.

I want a refund of the amount deducted....

Money deducted without consent of confirmation

Hi,
Recently, my vodafone balance is deducted mistakenly through flash message from my account about which i was not aware. Yesterday, I checked my balance and came to know that balance is deducted so I have complained in customer service and they are telling me that I am not eligible for refund....

Wrong recharge- reimbursement issue

I have recharged Rs 699 for unlimited pack but unfortunately mistyped a number while recharge. Immediately, I have contacted costumer care who said they do not have option to correct this kind of issues, then I have asked them to connect me to their supervisor who took my request and confirmed that the benifits of my recharge will be transferred to my number with in 24 hours but nothing happened and closed the ticket without any information...

wrong charges

I have been using vodafone number[protected] from almost 4 years, i have been charged wrongly in the august 2020 bill and additional 900rs + wrong state gst and central gst charge of 116 and 116, when i called the customer care i have been told that i have dailed so number which is 56000 for 100m for which i have been charged 900rs, which is totally incorrect information and i as i checked now such calls has been made. Unexplained deductions from account

Dear Sir,
I have unlimited plan activated on my number and keep a little balance in my account for any emergency and to avoid that disgusting low balance caller tune.
Around 19th of September 7RS was deducted from my account without my consent. I had not activated any service. When I called customer care number I was told that no service is activated on my no but I got the message that some video service is there and further...

poor service - data and voice calls

I have a vodafone 4g mobile connection. The voice and data networks are very poor within the city limits where i stay. I am staying in thengod, kakanad, ernakulam which is hardly 2kms away from the district head quarters. If we cannot get a good service from a mobile service provider well within the city limits its too bad. My vodafone number is +91 [protected]. Repeated complaints made to vodafone customercare didn't make any solution....

Hi team,

I am facing issue with bill payment for last 2 months. Last month the amount of 980 was debited from my account and this month amount of 250 is debited from my bank account. I have checked with my bank also and have lodged a complaint. Bank has also issued a new debit card for security reason. But still, the amount gets debited from my bank account.

Network issue

Vodafone network is very poor

No proper internet access. Internet speed shown is 0.0 kb/s to 0.5 kb/s.

Frequently call drops while call but clock cotinues.

Sometime couldn't receive incoming calls....
