I had an Idea post paid connection, for which I have paid the dues of Rs. 1000/ on 24th August, they told fine of rs.600/- will be waived, but the Rs, 1000/ amount went online to my other number account. They asked again the amount, for which I replied it should be reverted to this Idea number, but they insisted me to go to nearby Vodafone store (request no. 3-[protected], Vodafone Store, Naraina Vihar N Delhi-28), and request for deactivation. I gave the request in the nearby store, then paid the rest amount Rs.601/ also on 9th Sept 2020 online. Again they have sent the bill of Rs, 178/- and I didnt get any terminal voucher. They should not charge me for inactive period of the mobile phone [protected]. Despite I am contacting their customer care number and whatsapp, no satisfactory explanation is given.
Plz see the issue to settle.
