Vodafone is automatically debiting charges towards vas. I never opted and i never given second consent. On 14.9.20, they debited rs.49. Inspite of sending mail to customer care, they rejected as second consent made. So, vodafone software itself is bogus and they cheating customers. High level cyber fraud enquiry should be conducted by cbi.
They are not yet refunded the amount. So, i am lodging complaint for refund of rs.49 wrongly debited to my balance.

They resolved the complaint. They emailed through [email protected]. They informed that complaint to be lodged within 24 hours and SMS the word STOP to 155223 which is toll free. They recommend CAS app of TRAI.

    Hi,
    On 23rd June I had done a recharge of 379 twice

    1. Amazom Pay
    Operator reference number: ONR[protected]
    2. Pytm
    Operator reference number: ONR[protected]

    I called up vodafone care immediately informing about the double recharge and I was told a refund is not possible and that the second recharge will come into effect after the expiry of the first one.
    On 15th I called up again as the second recharge did not kick in automatically as i was promised. I was told they will escalate the matter and that I will get a callback from one of their other teams. Case number KAR-V[protected]

    I did get a callback on 15th itself promising me that it will be resolved by 16th September.
    After an hour I got an SMS that KAR-V[protected] is resolved however my plan was not activated. I waited until the next day hoping it would get activated.
    Today i.e. 16th sep when I called up the customer support say that there was only 1 recharge done which has expired !!!
    Your team has changed the facts !! After letting me wait for so long they are now telling me to redharge again ! Artocious !

    Please refund my money or get the 379 plan reactivated otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.

      I have been a vodafone user for the last 10 years. However, i was facing lots of network issues in the past 6-9 months. I visited vodafone store about 3 months ago and i was told that upgrading to a redx plan would address my network connectivity issues. The executive at the store downloaded the vodafone app on my mobile and himsel[censored]pgraded me to redx plan on my mobile with the promise that all network issues would be addressed. However, the change to redx did not have any impact and finally fed up with the poor network and support from vodafone i ported out of vodafone to airtel last month.

      Now when i receive my last months' vodafone bill i have been levied an additional charge of approx rs.2500 because apparently there is a six months lock-in period in the redx plan and since i am exiting the plan before 6 months i need to pay up this amount!! This clause was never mentioned to me when i was upgraded into this plan.

      This is a clear case of taking advantage of a customer by upgrading him to a higher plan without explaining the hidden clauses.

      While i am willing to pay the amount for my usage till the date when i ported out., i refuse to pay this additional amount as it a downright unethical practice by vodafone.

      It is very sad and unfortunate that a premium vodafone customer from 10 years plus is being cheated this way due to some unscrupulous employees.

      Repeated emails to maqbool khan have gone unanswered.

      Please help to resolve this issue

        This is with regard to the bill from 11aug-10sep on my number [protected]. There is a value added subscription charge for a service that has been subscribed to without my consent. These charges seem to incur weekly on the dates 24 aug, 31 aug, 7 sept. I did not send any sms or opt in for this service nor availed any of its features. Further, on calling customer care, i understand that there is a chance that these charges may reflect in my next bill. I refuse to bear charges for these services since this was done without my explicit consent and knowledge. I want the charges reversed on my existing and future bill. Kindly address this matter urgently as my due date is on sept 26.

          I dk jain on 16 september 2020 ported my postpaid vodafone number [protected] to airtel prepaid since vodafone signals are pathetic but as soon as i ported my number to airtel, i started getting harassment calls from vodafone saying they are airtel people and that my number cannot be ported to airtel??? I mean what nonsense?? How can such a big name like vodafone do such a thing?? Its a shame to be harassing your old customer to just keep using your pathetic network less vodafone??? I got a call from [protected] vodafone number and i have recording in my phone also harassing me to switch from airtel to vodafone again!!! Im filing a fir against vodafone in gurgaon police station
          Ban vodafone!!!

            After buying a sim card, i had a issue with the activation process, i went to the nearest vodafone store and inquired about it they gave me contact of the manager of jaipur who was responsible for the job, manish sharma who behaved in a very ethical way say no sense about what he should speak n not giving proper reply to my calls than he gave me another contact of rikitaram acharaya... She have the talent of speaking in most disrespectful way... With a very loud tone n abusive words

              I have been vodafone customer since years. I have lived in maharashtra, kerala and uttar pradesh. I was getting a very good service when was in kerala and maharashtra. But now i am in uttar pradesh and i am receiving the worst service ever. Whenever i call certain people i am getting a reply that the person is out of coverage or his phone is switched off. When i try the same with my airtel sim i am able to connect with them. And this was not merely occasional but i am facing it every now and then. The same thing happens when people call me on vodafone sim. They get the reply that my phone is switched off for i am out of coverage area. Emergency calls become worse. Please look into the issue and do the needful. Otherwise, you will loose customers

                  I got a message from vi stating thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. When i talked to their customer care, they said it cant be refunded. I am an it engineer and i am well aware of the things i download. This is really pathetic service from their side. Will not recommend this company to anyone!

                    I rajesh thakur, did the transaction of rs.20, 000/- using phonepe app through my cell number [protected] to cell number [protected] to a unknown number by mistake on 26/08/2020 at 11:45am. Now, i went to bank for knowing the account number's details and his address to approach. But, unfortunately i couldn't receive any information from the state bank of india kanp branch, sour bazar saharsa (A/c no. [protected]).
                    Presently, the phone number says not in use, hence i recharged the phone by rs.49 on 26/08/2020 from my same phonepe number to talk to the concerned person. But still his number says phone not in use.
                    Hence, will it be possible for you to provide me the local address of the vodafone number [protected] address details, so that i can contact the person and request him to give me the rs.20, 000/- which mistakenly i credited him in his acoount.

                      I didn't do anything, i don't even use this sim much. Still my balance is deducted. I asked the consumer executive, he's not able to help me.

                        I received a msg as below on 14th sept, 2020.

                        "hello!
                        Thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8.
                        You have been charged rs. 15
                        Your balance is rs. 37.63"

                        I neither did any service activation nor downloaded any game as mentioned.

                        When i called customer care representative he told me that such transaction is not showing to us so we can not do anything. Now how can i get my money back?

                        This type of deduction is also happened in past but now it is very frequent, my account was also deducted one month before for some other value added services.

                        Please care for your customers otherwise customer will not care for you.

                        And yes i wanty 15rs. Back.

                            Hi All,

                            I am struggling big time to reach the right team to get this issue reported; leave aside resolved.

                            Simplest of request; whenever someone using vodafone tries to call me he gets a message that my number is out of coverage area or not reachable however when other network users are calling me it gets connected.

                            Please have someone call me and get it resolved.

                            Note : I have tried to connect with the help line multiple times however i just could not reach; please get this looked into ASAP.

                              I had an Idea post paid connection, for which I have paid the dues of Rs. 1000/ on 24th August, they told fine of rs.600/- will be waived, but the Rs, 1000/ amount went online to my other number account. They asked again the amount, for which I replied it should be reverted to this Idea number, but they insisted me to go to nearby Vodafone store (request no. 3-[protected], Vodafone Store, Naraina Vihar N Delhi-28), and request for deactivation. I gave the request in the nearby store, then paid the rest amount Rs.601/ also on 9th Sept 2020 online. Again they have sent the bill of Rs, 178/- and I didnt get any terminal voucher. They should not charge me for inactive period of the mobile phone [protected]. Despite I am contacting their customer care number and whatsapp, no satisfactory explanation is given.
                              Plz see the issue to settle.

                                  Firstly, vodafone is unable to provide me solution regarding the problem with their system that they have generated wrong bill. And are overcharging me. Their system is telling me on 31/08/2020 that i have 10 gb data remaining and my usage from 1/9/2020 to 3/9/2020 is 8gb roughly. Also they are not emailing me the request number information.

So, i take a chance to recharge thru internet that fetch me lot of troubles, those are described below.
