I got gprs msgs for the past three days but now msgs not receiving saying gprs not connected contact network pl arrange to install.

    I have been using Vodafone for more than 5 years.Since I moved to a new place and vodafone connectivity is not good, I had to buy one more sim.but i still use vodafone sim omn regular basis as my bank accounts, aadhaar, PAn are linked with it. Today i recharged for Rs 49, but when I insert SIm into phone, it says No SIM found. So my vodafone number is deactivated.I visted a store and they asked me to buy a postpaid plan for 4 months with Rs 399 + 18% GST. Never expected this kind of scam from vodafone.

      I have been charged incorrect sms charges for the last bill when i had not sent any international sms. Local sms is included in my package. This month also i now see that there is a charge of 27 INR for sms which i have not sent. The only sms i send is to Indian registered numbers. I have all the proof in my phone records. Last month i raised the complaint about the incorrect sms charge and i was told that it was an international number but no one shared that number.

      This is getting ridiculous. Vodaphone first of all has terrible network issues and now wrong charges are being applied.

      I expect this to be resolved asap.

          My plan has expired and now whenever trying to recharge online it’s saying order is declined. Tried recharging multiple times from Paytm and the vi app.

              Hi my name is himanshu.
              Its to inform you that I am staying in j-2/64 vijay nagar, kanpur nagar district (208005)There is total blackout of network in the house and in my area from 3 days ... My mobile number are [protected], . It is becoming very inconvenient to communicate anyone I have to come outside house to call or msg someone.
              I had complaint on the complaint number198 but no action have been taken till now. My complaint reference number is UPE-V[protected] ..please interrupt to redress the complaint immediately. Hoping for early acknowledgment.

                I found out today that my balance is -208 on my prepaid account. On calling the helpline, they told me they don't have the reason for the deduction and I have to recharge. I never got any message for balance deduction and now they want to me recharge without any explanation. This is clear fraud and I want it resolved ASAP.

                  I have a plan of 4GB data per day and from last 2 days am getting a message that 50%of the data is exhausted. I haven't used it and I want to know where my data is going? Vodafone customer care don't have any Information on this. Is Vodafone stealing my data? It is very difficult to connect to Vodafone customer care because they tend to take a long time.However that's fine but on asking about the usage, they don't have any answer to address my issue. I want my stolen data back.

                    I am using Vodafone network is pathetic and recently they have blocked the SMS and calling facility. I went to the customer care calls are now coming but SMS is still locked and I hvnt been informed of this.
                    Because of this trouble I cannot send text messages, my Gpay account is not working.

                      15 years customer & poor customer service

                      Dear Vi,

                      I am a customer for last 15 years. Same number, and same home.

                      I have been treated so badly by your network team in closing all my 100+ tickets on poor & inconsistent data connection for the last two months. So far the issue is not fixed. My work, life and things were totally disturbed for the same.

                      I have even tried to give up the battle by port out and someone called me to fix it,...

                      My name is Jay Parekh, I had taken two postpaid connection on 9th march and I was promised a free subscription of zee5, Amazon prime and Vodafone play for one year, anyways till 12 July 2020 zee5 was not started, after numerous complaints on various platforms Vodafone gave me free subscription on 12 th July confirming that I will be able to use it for full 1 year that is still 12 July 2021, suddenly they updated their app and now zee5 is not functioning, hence I called customer care of Vodafone and complained about the same, a lady named Sheetal is telling me that as they have upgraded their app zee5 content is not veiwaable anymore, so I asked what about the promise I was given that I can use zee5 for one
                      year, to this she is saying that kitni bhi complaint karlo Kuch nahi Hoga because our ap is upgraded, what kind of customer service is this, I want to complaint against Vodafone as they have not fulfilled their commitment

                        I have sent the message to port my number from Vodafone but whenever i send PORT message I am receiving the following response again and again and it has been more than 8 hours since I have not received the code.

                        "Please wait another UPC request already in progress."

                            Hi I was forcefully given postpaid plan from my previously prepaid plan when I didnt want, now that after 3 months i have completed minimum time period with postpaid still the company is threatening us that if we do not choose postpaid they will cancel our no. Or else we would have to continue with postpaid only and my current no. Is alot valuable since I have given it to everyone so i can't afford to loose this, kindly please help I'll be loging an fir too I need a response back quick

                                Vodafone has cancelled the first port which I given due to this I had paid 2 times charges to Airtel to port. Kindly return the first time port amount or else cancel the bill which is generated by Vodafone.

                                  DEAR SIR,

                                  I AM Vodafone idea customer now they call VI.

                                  On 19th Sept I received SMS as my Amazon prime service is auto renewed.
                                  After getting sms I immediately send SMs to stop and also called VI customer care and notified that why its auto renewed and there is no prior information. They said money won't be charge and call after billing cycle. I called 3 times after that and now today they said till 6 pm it will get resolved.

                                  On 10th OCT I called and that time they said it will resolve by 12 th morning.
                                  This is very frustrating experience .
                                  I am really not happy with this.

                                    I gave Vodafone to Airtel by paying amount of 425rs
                                    Vodafone service cancelled the porting because of that again I have to pay for the service charges.

                                    Now Vodafone service has stopped the out going service for the phone by holding the payment of 163rs. If Vodafone people would have approved the first time port then why the bill will come. Either they have to pay 425rs or they have to leave the payment due.

                                      I'm Anjali Goyal & using Vodafone postpaid services from past 3 years. I've paid all my bills on times but from few month I'm not using my number but still paying the for it, which is not a problem they only charged for plan rental only but last month I used my Vodafone postpaid number for few day for internet only (which already include in the plan) then on billing date I got the mail from Vodafone that I've been charged for Rs.1400 (Plan rental + Internet usage) while using their internet they didn't tell me or warned me that I've exceeded my internet quota. Without any approval or warning they continuously proving the internet which I was using without knowing it.

                                      All I want to waive off my extra charges & I'm willing to pay for my rental plan only
