    Hello,

    I stay abroad and there fore I have kept my Vodafone India number activated on International Roaming. My VI number is [protected] and I have been unfairly charged over INR 7000 for apparently using this number for incoming/outgoing calls and internet data while on international roaming.

    I have contacted customer service and the appellate several times but they keep insisting the bill is correct and I have been rightly charged. I have not taken or made a single call on international roaming, neither have I used any mobile data as I have wifi in this country 24x7. I have been charged for different amount every single month since past 1 year with no resolution to the complaints.

    On several occasions, I asked to escalate this matter to a technical team or to someone who can help investigate, but there is no progress.

    I have paid the first few months' bill amount but Vodafone is threatening to disconnect the line citing non payment of the due amount without any resolution.

    This is very unfair and malpractice. Since a year, I have wasted so much time in chatting and calling for the team to resolve this but no one is interested in consumer satisfaction, no wonder Vodafone is making losses in India. It will help their image if they focus on customer satisfaction rather than looting customers and arguing that the billing charges are correct and forcing customers to agree with them. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical!

      This complaint is tp resolve the issue on my friends Phone who is presently i Netherlands. The Phone number is[protected].

      International roaming was enable while leaving India. The service was available for some days in Netherlands. After that the SIM is not detected in Netherlands network. Tried recharging with nd recharging with Rs.295/- International roaming. Still the SIM is not detected in Netherlands and the services and not available. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

          I want to port to airtel from vodafone but i keep getting this massage "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." i went to Vodafone service center but they didn't provide enough help

            Hi,

            I have contacted customer service and the appellate several times but they keep insisting the bill is correct and I have been rightly charged. I have not taken or made a single call on international roaming in Nov-Dec & to date but I am still being charged for every incoming call.

            On several occasions, I asked to escalate this matter to a technical team or to someone who can help investigate, but there is no progress.

            I have paid the last two months' basic bill amount but they have disconnected the line citing nonpayment of the due amount.

            This is very unfair, earlier, I received calls from their team with people shouting and arguing with me that the charges are correct and forcing me to agree with them. Unbelievable!

              Hi - I had cleared all dues at vodafone store when I ported from Vodafone postpaid to prepaid - However, a few months later my number was deactivated (without any notification by mail or emails). I have since been trying to get it back and all I am told by vodafone stores is that they are not able to see or find it in system - some even told me to check with Airtel. I was also told to keep checking back in few days - but it has been about 9 months now

              I would like to have this number reassigned to me please asap and get support without being rerouted from one to another.

                I had not requested any gaming service, but today I received message like "Hello!
                Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
                You have been charged Rs. 25 ".
                It was happened 3 times from last 4 months, without request activated the games and deducted the amount.
                Please deactivate my gaming portal itself, hope it will resolve earliest.

                              A total of Rs. 150 has been deducted till now. I have not subscribed to or activated any of these services, I don't find these services in my account on the Vi app, but in history, the messages for payment is there.
                              Also, note the when I tried to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223, I couldn't find any option to deactivate these in the message received.

                              Please do the needful, deactivate these services, and refund the deducted amount in my account.

                                Today on 02 Jan 23 @ 21:10 hrs Vodafone activated a pack called desitube on my no.[protected] and thefted Rs.21/- from my main balance and deducted my whole balance.
                                Dear Vodafone,
                                I don't know about of these plans then how could I activate them, who gave u the rights to deduct my main balance after thefting I don't have sufficient main balance now.
                                If I want any of your services i"ll go there & choose then pay for it and activate it. So, I want my balance back ASAP.

                                  I have received messages regarding charging of money for handset inbuilt games from vodafone india sim card ...
                                  I didn't opt for this service..
                                  Still they are charging me for it ... It has happened 4 time till now... I have been charged a total of 65 rs from my main recharge balance
                                  21 nov(6 rs).. 7 dec( 25 rs)... 30 dec( 9rs)...2 jan(25 rs)...
                                  I have attached the picture proof of the money charged from me...
                                  Please look into this matter and refund my money at the earliest.

                                      I have recharged for 99 rs a couple of days ago ... i didn't touched any unwanted links... but vodafone charged me 7 rs for playzone service and 25 rs for accessing contakt gaming service.. i need a clear answer for this cheating... please resolve as soon as possible
