Today on the (28 th Jan 2023 ) i purchased a MFI Doongle from Vodafone store at mira bhayandar store opp shivar garden and i paid 2000 rs as gpay and i had requested for a GST bill for this which the same but the store people said no for it, which means i have a product but without a bill and warranty this is harrassing a customer and cheating i wnt my GST BILL with a warranty letter

    Dear Team,

    This is Kavitha, we have contacted the vodafone Agent for a SIM card for loan purposes, for getting the last 3 months bills in the month of oct 2022, we paid Rs. 770 for the concerned coordinator on 15th Oct 2022, in order to provide the last 3 months bills.

    SIN Number:[protected].

    They took money from us and did not give any kind of bills nor they did not answer my calls, after taking money, after that we did not use the sim card we lost it. I have been telling this to people who are calling to make payment and asking them to discount the SIM.

    No one has responded properly, I went and made a complaint on the same in Yelahanka New Town, Vodafone store, they said, a complaint has been registered and the concerned team who gave SIM they will contact us, they did not give me any complaint number and we did not get the resolution too.

    We paid the money, but we did not get the bills for loan purposes, and on top of that they are asking us to pay the money for the SIM we did not use.

    Kindly help me in resolving the issue, I have attached the payment receipt.

      I'm receiving some money deducted from your account messages from VZ-ViCMS for accessing (Telesync Games, Playzone, Handset Inbuilt Games) And I've been Getting these Messages from September 18 & my money is been deducted Which I didn't know till yesterday.
      So I request VI team to please stop these scams. I don't know how this happened with me but please Help me in this I'm sure many people are facing these same problems...

        Recently got a message saying that I have been charged with ₹25 for handset inbuilt games. But I haven't volunteered and nor did I agree that they would charge me for this. While trying to contact there customer support in any form of way the mostly transfer answered by automated robots. It is very frustrating and if this continues I will port my SIM to another carrier. They have the best possible customer care. They make their customer go through automated voice system so they get frustrated and forget about the actual problem. It's so hard to troubleshoot any kind of problem with their customer support.

            A salesman from Vodafone named Rahul (idcard) available with me, has sold me Vodafone connection by telling weong details about the plan. He is now not responding and I'm struck. Please help.

              1) On[protected] I received an SMS message "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access SONGS, You have been charged Rs.20"
              2) Yesterday[protected], I received another SMS message "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs.22"
              I have never asked VI to give me access to any of the above services/portals, nor I have accessed them at any point of time. This is nothing but fraud and looting. The subject phone number is [protected], where VI is the service provider.
              I demand immediate stoppage of the above mentioned and any such services to my number and immediate refund (credit back to the account, or any other appropriate means).
              Also, compulsorily desist from such malpractices to everyone in general and my number in particular.

                  Hello,

                  I stay abroad and there fore I have kept my Vodafone India number activated on International Roaming. My VI number is [protected] and I have been unfairly charged over INR 7000 for apparently using this number for incoming/outgoing calls and internet data while on international roaming.

                  I have contacted customer service and the appellate several times but they keep insisting the bill is correct and I have been rightly charged. I have not taken or made a single call on international roaming, neither have I used any mobile data as I have wifi in this country 24x7. I have been charged for different amount every single month since past 1 year with no resolution to the complaints.

                  On several occasions, I asked to escalate this matter to a technical team or to someone who can help investigate, but there is no progress.

                  I have paid the first few months' bill amount but Vodafone is threatening to disconnect the line citing non payment of the due amount without any resolution.

                  This is very unfair and malpractice. Since a year, I have wasted so much time in chatting and calling for the team to resolve this but no one is interested in consumer satisfaction, no wonder Vodafone is making losses in India. It will help their image if they focus on customer satisfaction rather than looting customers and arguing that the billing charges are correct and forcing customers to agree with them. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical!

                    This complaint is tp resolve the issue on my friends Phone who is presently i Netherlands. The Phone number is[protected].

                    International roaming was enable while leaving India. The service was available for some days in Netherlands. After that the SIM is not detected in Netherlands network. Tried recharging with nd recharging with Rs.295/- International roaming. Still the SIM is not detected in Netherlands and the services and not available. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        I want to port to airtel from vodafone but i keep getting this massage "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.                           Hi,

                          I have paid the last two months' basic bill amount but they have disconnected the line citing nonpayment of the due amount.

                          This is very unfair, earlier, I received calls from their team with people shouting and arguing with me that the charges are correct and forcing me to agree with them. Unbelievable!

                            Hi - I had cleared all dues at vodafone store when I ported from Vodafone postpaid to prepaid - However, a few months later my number was deactivated (without any notification by mail or emails). I have since been trying to get it back and all I am told by vodafone stores is that they are not able to see or find it in system - some even told me to check with Airtel. I was also told to keep checking back in few days - but it has been about 9 months now

                            I would like to have this number reassigned to me please asap and get support without being rerouted from one to another.

                              I had not requested any gaming service, but today I received message like "Hello!
                              Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
                              You have been charged Rs. 25 ".
                              It was happened 3 times from last 4 months, without request activated the games and deducted the amount.
                              Please deactivate my gaming portal itself, hope it will resolve earliest.
