My services are temporarily withdrawn,
I couldn't make phone calls and messages are also disabled.I had contacted the customer care several times but the problem is not solved yet.its been 10 days till now..And I wish this problem would be resolved as soon as possible

    I am not able to generate upc.i tried 10 times.every time I replied from company.

      I have sent message on 1900 for UPC generation of Mobile number of [protected].
      i had always got this kind of SMS from 1901 as below.

      UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

              I have been recieving messages of Value Added Services (VAS) being activated, even though i have neither given consent for their activation nor sent any message for it.

              Its really irritating being a long time customer of Vodafone now. I have lost a majority of my main balance already and Im looking to switch to another service provider.

                Whenever I tried to send SMS "PORT " to 1900, I receive following message. There is no outstanding amount against my number.

                UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                I'll appreciate if this issue is resolved.

                  Vodafone is deducting balance from phone balance without any concern of customer.

                  So, please look into the matter.

                    I have received a bill amounting to Rs. 630 for the no. 51717 for the month of Sept 2022 saying that i have called at 11.41 for 45 Min minutes. I nor and never called on such number. Customer service says that this is an Aistrologer Number, i never registered for value added services then how company added this number in my bill. How it is realistic that one can talk with this number for 45 minutes? Is its realistic? 51717 is an Value Added Services provided by vodafone and i have not registered for the same. This is seems like fraud. Please do needful.

                      I have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never downloaded. Rs. 3 have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern.and same deductions have been done previously for downloading contentDesc from SK_Mobi. I complained lot on your customer care but they not understand problem and also not resolved yet.I have searched on Google and I found and come to know this problem is of lot of people's.so please look in to the matter deeply.

                        I learnt that Vodafone does not provide eSIM for prepaid service where as their competition Jio and Airtel provide eSIM for both prepaid and postpaid services.
                        Note Vodafone customer service operator cannot be reached directly. You will be lucky if they transfer to an operator. The operator has never been useful in any of my earlier experiences on issues like DND, bad service etc.

                        I called up customer service (CS) and also talked to their CRM Sunil about eSIM. I would say the call was not quite courteous. Sunil said visit nearby VI store and they would 'take care of it'. I went to nearby store and the guys there completely rejected/trashed the claim of sunil. I went back home and called CS again. Now, the CS said go to store and call from there to CS. I did the same on conference call with store guys... This time operator said, since he handles only prepaid he said I have to talk to post paid customer service. By this time, I had made 4 visits to store and 4 calls to CS. Great... Right... I understood this was going nowhere. I walked down to Jio store near by and signed up for transfer/porting my number from vodafone to Jio after 12 years. I lost about Rs 3000 of my prepaid balance at Vodafone. However, the Jio store guy was a down to earth guy without these fancy uniforms and took care of the porting. I have also got my wife's number transferred from vodafone to Jio.

                            Network is not proper in my area for VI so becouse of that i tryed to switch nw and send a pot sms but i am getting UPC cant be generated for the reasons There are subsisting contractual obligations.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have a daily data pack limit of 1.5Gb. Yesterday i.e, on 30-Nov-2022, I got a flash message from the service provider (message that didnt get stored in my inbox) saying my datapack got expired at around 11:30 AM. Since I had an emergency and was working from hospital, I urgently needed a datapack and hence I recharged for Rs 29 at 11:53 AM on same day for which I was to get 2GB data valid for 2 days as per the VI recharge options. Soon after the recharge, my datapack was active and I was able to browse internet. At around 1:30 PM, I again got a flash message saying my datapack was over. I was surprised to see the message saying my 2 GB data got over in just couple of hours. As I was in dire need of internet to continue my work, I did not give a second thought and again did a Rs 29 for 2GB recharge at 2:09 PM. After I finished my work, I logged in to VI app to see the usage history and I was shocked to see only 16 Mb data was consumed between the first recharge time (11:53 AM) and the second recharge time (2:09 PM). I had raised a complaint with VI team and after repeated exchange of mails, I was just called and was told that it was technical issue and there was no further communication. I was not compensated at all for the loss of my money and data and there was no further communications from VI side. Please help.

                                  In January 2020, MNP was made from Vodafone postpaid to Airtel prepaid but over amount of 284.42/- as security to be refunded in form of cheque.

                                  Never received any cheque and was told by Vodafone customer care to wait till lockdown is over for cheque to be delivered.

                                  Now contacted/replied on same email thread about a month back to send that cheque.. still this Vodafone team is playing the card of "we tried contacting you but couldn't connect".. and call was never received, on the other hand today received a reply that cheque was already encashed in April 2020.

                                  I never received that cheque, had a response from vodafone in August 2020 to wait till covid lockdown is over so that cheque can be couriered.

                                    VI is capping speed to 2 Mbps in my area. Its not even 3g. I complained many times but no solution. I want to VI to remove speed in my area.

                                      Vodophone compnay started deducting money as accessing charges for games world as detailed below :

                                      15.11.2022 (02.08). Rs.10.00
                                      15.11.2022 (07.14). RS.10.00
                                      27.11.2022 (14.19) Rs20.00

                                      I have neither opted nor using the site.why the charges mentioned above is imposed on me. If immediately the unnecessary charges made to me must be reimbursed to my account. Otherwise
                                      I will have no other option but to choose another service provider.

                                        I want to Switch from Voda- Idea to other Network but when I am trying to message on 1900. The Voda- Idea company not generating the UPC code. Company is sending message
