I have a daily data pack limit of 1.5Gb. Yesterday i.e, on 30-Nov-2022, I got a flash message from the service provider (message that didnt get stored in my inbox) saying my datapack got expired at around 11:30 AM. Since I had an emergency and was working from hospital, I urgently needed a datapack and hence I recharged for Rs 29 at 11:53 AM on same day for which I was to get 2GB data valid for 2 days as per the VI recharge options. Soon after the recharge, my datapack was active and I was able to browse internet. At around 1:30 PM, I again got a flash message saying my datapack was over. I was surprised to see the message saying my 2 GB data got over in just couple of hours. As I was in dire need of internet to continue my work, I did not give a second thought and again did a Rs 29 for 2GB recharge at 2:09 PM. After I finished my work, I logged in to VI app to see the usage history and I was shocked to see only 16 Mb data was consumed between the first recharge time (11:53 AM) and the second recharge time (2:09 PM). I had raised a complaint with VI team and after repeated exchange of mails, I was just called and was told that it was technical issue and there was no further communication. I was not compensated at all for the loss of my money and data and there was no further communications from VI side. Please help.
