In getting error there are substing with your services contact ur provider

I have been fraudulently charged for some game service that I never requested/activated. Will switch providers if VI continue to steal from me.

I need to change my sim to vodafone to bsnl. I have request port many times and talking to customer care also. I haven't received upc code and customer support also very poor

You have been charged Rs. 25 ".
It happened several times. Without any customer request, the services are getting activated and amounts are charged . Now the games is being activated and the ₹25/- got deducted.
Please deactivate such gaming portal useless services and immediately revert the deducted amounts at the earliest

Point to be noted. Without customer knowledge or any service request the prepaid amounts are getting deducted. VI customer care executives are also not helping. Please resolve this issue by stopping such defaulted activated services by VI and reverting the deducted amountd

This is Kavitha, we have contacted the vodafone Agent for a SIM card for loan purposes, for getting the last 3 months bills in the month of oct 2022, we paid Rs. 770 for the concerned coordinator on 15th Oct 2022, in order to provide the last 3 months bills.(Previous month bills) for address proof.

They took money from us and did not give any kind of bills nor they did not answer my calls,...

I recharged my vodafone number today with Rs.58 and the transaction was successful yet i didn't receive any message from Vi confirming it. Upon checking the balance it still showed zero. Please fix this problem asap.

I want to port out my number because I am shifting from another sate.. After I will send port out message this is the reply come from UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. I am using vi sim from last 10 years, and i am using prepaid sim with mob number [protected] . on 26 june 2022 i had done the prepaid recharge of amount 3099 Rs with validity of 1 year with transaction id[protected] .with that recharge my recharge supposed to be valid from 26 june 2022 to 25 june 2023 but vi company terminated my sim service in the middle of the active prepaid pack on 4 oct 2022, after that i have reached to the vi outlet dharmapeth nagpur but they done nothing. after reaching to vi outlet they port my prepaid number to postpaid and give me free service of 3-4 month.and now they are asking to pay the postpaid bill which i had paid earlier as per my prepaid recharge, but as said earlier my service pack should be upto 25 june 2023 so i am requesting you to please extend my service as per my prepaid plan otherwise pay me may full refund amount. i had attached my payment receipt with this mail for your reference.

I got deducted Rs. 25 from my Vi account for handset games subscription and moreover I never ever subscribed any service additionally. So kindly arrange reimbursement and cancel the service request.

Vodafone charges for value added services that I've not requested on my post paid bill for [protected].
They charged 249 rs. For some service that I've not opted for.
This has happened before too

My sms service is barred without any valid reason
I can't message anyone though I've unlimited prepaid plan
I talk to customer care and lodged a problem but the issue is still the same
There is no response from the vi service center
Now I'm in utter distress please resolve my problem as soon as possible

Hello, I did not authorize a charge for English Seekho - 7 days and I am being charged for this.

I was also charged for Sports Pack - 15 days

I was also charged for How to Videos

How do I stop this nonsense?

My earlier complaint is not resolved till today do u wnt me to file a case for the same . Why are u not taking action on the concern people in your outlets who have not given me the GST bill till now .

I am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When I am trying to generate porting code I get the below message.
"UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
When I try to connect to their customer care they only tell few options which are recorded press 1, press 2, etc but they do not connect to the customer care executive. I want to port my no to jio but I am not able to port please solve my issue as soon as possible
Please help me to get out of the Vodafone network

Today on the (28 th Jan 2023 ) i purchased a MFI Doongle from Vodafone store at mira bhayandar store opp shivar garden and i paid 2000 rs as gpay and i had requested for a GST bill for this which the same but the store people said no for it, which means i have a product but without a bill and warranty this is harrassing a customer and cheating i wnt my GST BILL with a warranty letter

They took money from us and did not give any kind of bills nor they did not answer my calls, after taking money, after that we did not use the sim card we lost it. I have been telling this to people who are calling to make payment and asking them to discount the SIM.

No one has responded properly, I went and made a complaint on the same in Yelahanka New Town, Vodafone store, they said, a complaint has been registered and the concerned team who gave SIM they will contact us, they did not give me any complaint number and we did not get the resolution too.

We paid the money, but we did not get the bills for loan purposes, and on top of that they are asking us to pay the money for the SIM we did not use.

Kindly help me in resolving the issue, I have attached the payment receipt.

I'm receiving some money deducted from your account messages from VZ-ViCMS for accessing (Telesync Games, Playzone, Handset Inbuilt Games) And I've been Getting these Messages from September 18 & my money is been deducted Which I didn't know till yesterday.
So I request VI team to please stop these scams. I don't know how this happened with me but please Help me in this I'm sure many people are facing these same problems...
