Not able to send sms for porting in., 1900

Dear Sir,
iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
by speaking to Customer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

1.i am recharging my mobile...

Regarding service

I am facing problems regarding my changing email address for my corporate number for getting new sim as they asking signatory documents and forms as i already mail to them number of times since last month’s i am facing problem as they asking multiple times same things but they not considered my mail as granted due to this my incoming and outgoing calls are not in operational...

Today Vodafone activated a value added service mazaa games without my knowledge. Rs 35 was auto deducted from my balance. When I contacted their whatsapp customer care and told them vas added without my knowledge, they immediately refunded my money without any further questions. So I think they knew this is happening to customers. When I asked more details about this activation and why they did it, the agent told me they did not activate...

Wrongly charged for mazaa games

I was charged on 8th October 2022, ₹35.0 for Mazaa games, for which I did not subscribe. I called 198 the complaint number for Vodafone Idea and they said the pack has been deactivated from their side and they cannot do anything about the deduction. A certain Mr. Pranav assured me that there will be no further deductions from my account. But today again, on the 15th October 2022 a ₹35.0 deduction for Mazaa games. Kindly help me out....

Mobile Internet connection not working

Address:C1 204 Bhumi Pujan Residency, Yogi Chowk, Opp DMart

I have a mobile number [protected] with Vodafone India, I have recharged of 239 pack for internet but still my mobile not getting any type of internet last one week what is the benefits of recharge nd payments to Vodafone India.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the internet connection issues....

Falsely charged by Vodafone company in the name of My delights powered deal

My mobile number [protected] was falsely charged by Vodafone company in the name of "My delights powered deal" on 4th October 2022 48 rupees and today 13th October 2022 there is second time charged was 49 rupees.
Without any notice or any request for application for service how company can charge any amount of service from customer.
Kindly reverse it back to my balance otherwise there are lots of network providers which are giving...

Very bad and irresponsive services

We have been taking services from Vodafone from past 1 year. When we choose to port our services to other service provider and had cleared our dues before hand they still haven't updated on the portal from their side. They have been really irresponsive from their side and the relationship manager which has been provided by the Vodafone has been very bad with the services i.e., Govind Nikam.
Due to which our business have been hampered...

PUC not generation

Espected Sir/Madam,

From 2nd Oct 2022. I was trying to get PORT code from Vodafone, for this I had sent message to 1900 PORT [protected] in response of this, I got message Cancellation message mentioning. “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. please contact your service provider for futher assistance”.

I'm facing issues with this network and was trying to port/switch from Vi to other better network. Since its been 10days I'm not able to get UPC code while trying to port and getting "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
I've seen lot many complaints against this similar issue. Telecom dept should look into this...

Vodafone postpaid - I've been charged wrongly

I have taken VI 2999 plan for international roaming for 7 days in August ending. In september bill 2022 vodafone charged me with 11 k in bill. They told me I used data but in reality my intenet was off and I was using wifi.

During that time my credit limit was 6100 K and as per the customer care representative my services were barred when I reached my credit limit.
How come they charged me 11k when my credit limit was...

Vodafone tower rent

Address:Solan (H.P.)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am having a vodafone tower on my house roof top at Solan (H.P) for nearly last 15 years. For the last 2 years vodafone hasn't paid me the tower rent in my account which they agreed to pay at the time of contract. Despite making numerous calls to them, the issue hasn't been resolved and neither they are taking off the tower from my house.
Please suggest a most suitable method to resolve the issue ASAP....

Vodafone has started forced pop ups after every call and sms which is a huge disruption to a user's usage. I have DND activated and flash sms disabled and yet these pop up. Vodafone is using this to advertise their plans and value added services. This is not okay. I have reached out to their customer care as well and they said that this is done on purpose and they cannot disable it....
