I was experiencing this issue for the second time, where money was deducted from my account towards recharging the prepaid no.[protected], But it was unsuccessful. As you have mentioned on your website under FAQ, I had waited for 7 days to avail the refund on my account. But it was never refunded. Again on 7-OCT, I have initiated a transaction to recharge the prepaid no.[protected], But again recharge was unsuccessful and no refund yet... I have raised a complaint to report the same through your website & the service request no is KEL-V[protected] but no steps taken to identify the root cause & my query not yet resolved till now. As a proof of my transaction, I herewith attached the bank statement copy for your reference. If I don't receive the debited amount in a week, then I am going to escalate this to the next level.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
