I am not able to close my mobile connection for Vi Account no. 73418386 as I have not been using this connection since July and was suspended due to non payment in August . I told vodafone people to stop the connection and I will make one month payment . They are not closing the connection and generating bill after bill even after suspension. With a malafide intension connection was reactivated on 29th September to collect dues from me ....

I am really fed up with Vi India's customer care service. I just came to the UK on 9th Sep 2022, I recharge my Vi number with 295 Rs international roaming plan. However, the SIM didn't work, and not received any OTP during my bank transactions. I am, repeatedly sent emails from 26th Sep to date I didn't get the correct response. I am really worried because all my bank transactions OTP are linked with the same mobile number. I am really unable...

I had obtained two post paid mobile no of VI in March 22. Due to acute network problem in my area and after several complaint i applied for port for one of two post no ([protected]) and submitted the request through app to close/surrender 2nd post paid no ([protected]).

I am charged Rs.588 per month but data has not been working for more than 2 months. Raised complaint multiple times but no resolution.
I did not pay the bill because of this issue. Now the number is suspended because I didn't pay the bill.
Pathetic service. VI wants me to just keep paying them without Service....

I have never subscribed to these kind of games. [protected] is my number. Every month i am getting messages like this.

I have activated IR service to get bank OTP and it’s activated. But SMS both outgoing or incoming not working. I have registered a complaint and it’s been 4 days and nobody bothered to solve my issue

I'm Ravi Ramchandani. I'm trying to port my number - [protected] from Vodafone-Idea to another network as I already have a VI number and am facing difficulty in getting a proper connection.

I've tried sending a PORT message to 1900 several times. However, for reasons beyond me, these messages are not getting sent. All other messages are getting delivered from VI, other than this one.

I need to send 1 SMS which for my banking related service and I have sufficient balance for it. But I can't send message. Vi customer care says that I will have to recharge the plan of Rs 128, then I will be able to send SMS.

Why should I pay Rs 128 for just 1 SMS? I have not need to other service now, need to send only 1 SMS....

Vi company advise me take recharge of Rs.128 this monopoly of all mobile companies I can't manage regular recharge our incoming facilities also stopped & all recharge charges also increase day by day
