I have received message from Vodafone to make freinds in 2 Rs. per minute but when i tried it was fake. i tried today from 10 PM and found that this all services are fraud.

So my request is to Ban all these company's who used to promise this kind of vulger things.

These services are promoting vulgarity in new generation so i request to Indian constitution to make a strict law.

i tried to recharge online for my vodafone number of amount 126 for internet plan but vodafone has not started the service though the amount is debited from my account. so please i want refund back in my account of union bank account. i did recharge through debit card for the perpaid number [protected]....

But after some months of time they sent me a letter that they have not received the payment... After receving that call on jan7th of this year i again made payment of 4400... And they conformed...

But despite their Written commitment of getting the same deactivated within 72hrs, they have not yet deactivated my no. and it is still active , which is of really a serious concern. I had a vodafone number [protected] since last 5-6 years. I went out of country in August 2012 for 4 months in mean while my phone number was in off mode. Vodafone had deactivated my number and given that number to someone as per their policy but I had 300-400 Rs in my sim number. They have not returned me back those Rs even after making multiple complaint with vodafone. I am making those complaints since last month, could you please help...

I had been a customer with Vodafone for 7 yrs,and in the month of August 2012 I was incorrectly billed for an amount of approximately Rs 3500..the bill had an additional charge of around Rs 2000 as internet charges. I visited the jayanagar Vodafone store several times,and spoke to the manager(Anil Muduli) about the same. Upon investigation it was agreed that Rs 2000 would be waived, and I will only have to make the payment of only Rs 1500....

Now vodafone has sent an sms to me which is as under:
"Dear customer, Thank you for continue to be a part of vodafone family. for any further queries
about your port out request you can call [protected], 10AM to 6 PM."

Since I do not want to continue with vodafone and nobody's responding on the above...

Dear Sir,

I had refill my vodafone mobile number with 23 rupees for 1.2 paisa offer for 3 months on 12 Nov 2012 and received confirm message from vodafone saying: Congrats! Ab aapka Mobile to Mobile call rate hai 1.2p/sec & Mobile to Landline call rate hai 2p/sec. Yeh special rate 10-FEB-13 tak valid hai.

Now i have recieved message from vodafone on 16 Jan 2013 saying: Aapka 1.2 Paisa/Second calling offer...

They have charged extra amount, I called CC. CC told me amount will be subtract at next bill but last 3 months amount will not be substracted from my account. I have done more the 15 times mail and calls to vodafone CC...

[protected] in vodafone postpaid from noida sec - 18. i requested for postpaid plan of 149. they said that ok no problem we will give this plan to you on portablity. but when my no. is ported the plan of 199 is activated. i requested them to change my plan or cancel my portablity. but they are neither are giving me the plan of 149 or neither they are canceling my portablity. please help me....
