dear sir,
i am using vodafone mobile connexion under kolkata circle from last six months. my no., is [protected]. i am enjoying rs.147 mobile internet plan,i.e, 1200mb data/month( prev., 2gb/month) in my sonyericsson xperia x10i( with 16 gb external memory card and 8 gb free space in it). now a days i am facing data theft from the service providers' end. i have informed by the aforesaid provider that i will consume the allotted data with 40-60kbps speed. but when try to download a large file with download resuming facility by using opera, ucweb or embedded webkit, the following problems occurred. the download speed decreased from 40-60kbps to 636-45bytesps,thereby deliberately damaging the downloading content. additionally i could not able to resume them.this new technique of data theft vodafone is applying to all different download content,e.g, national treasure(700 mb), amazing spiderman(545mb) to name only a few.
plse take suitable actions against these new data pirates.
ps. all download contents are free.

after which the messages stopped coming....
all of a sudden on 12th dec 2010, my phone account was suspended, on enquiring it in belgaum vodafone store they informed they could not see any details, on calling the customer care they asked me to visit the same store in bangalore where i submitted the documents and ask them, i had to visit bangalore for the sole reason and on 17th dec 2010, i visited the kamanhalli office and they apologised and gave a new SIM as replacement and assured they will transfer the Rs773 which was in my previous SIM to my new SIM belonging to same number.
on 24 dec 2010 my phone outgoing is barred again saying that i have not submitted any documents hence its barred, which is very surprising as i have already done it , numerous calls to customer care and mails and visits to vodafone store did not help at all leaving me in lurch and losing all the previous calls from my friends and family causing a huge financial and personal loss...
hope this complaint will help recover my loss
