I have activated mobile data on 13th Feb 2013 at 9:03 AM (after receiving a confirmation SMS from Vodafone) after which I started using data. But after 3 hrs I saw a notification which said that my balance is reduced by 100.30 Rs. When I contacted them and raised a complaint ([protected]) they informed me that I started using data at 9 AM and 40 seconds and hence they refuse to refund the amount.

    Dear Sir,

    Recently I received a call from Vodafone customer care executive about the offer on Vodafone GPRS for Rs. 148 Unlimited usage. I have received this call 3-4 days back. Today I went to activate Vodafone GPRS for Rs. 148 and to make sure I have even checked the latest Tariff from the shop and found Unlimited pack is for Rs. 148 only.

    After activating the pack I received a sms stating that 1250 is free usage. This is really ridiculous stuff by Vodafone. You people doesn't even bother to say that you have changed the tariff and the unlimited is not for Rs. 148, unlimited is for Rs. 199.

    I feel like I have been cheated by Vodafone. It seem Vodafone does not bother about their long old consumer.

    I believe now the time has come like many people have withdrawn their services from Vodafone I too need to look out for other service provider.

    Vodafone — GPRS connection

    I enrolled a monthly rental from VODAFONE that never worked. I was charged a monthly rental although service was not provided. I could not call the helpdesk as the options did not let me talk to a CC REP as 9 options pushes me back to the previous menu and not allow me to speak.
    I went to the store and emailed and they had registered a request but they close the ticket after a couple of days without doing anything to resolve the problem and send me an sms that the problem has been resolved. Vodafone cheats people!

      Earlier my mobile no was of Airtel ([protected]) . I started getting the message of Baba Ramdev from AZ-OMDEVO consistently till I got shifted to Vodaphone. I thought that I may get rid of these ad messgages after shifting to Vodaphone. I am still getting the ad messages of Baba Ramdev. This is very irritating. You are requested to sue the advertising company for troubling the subscribers

        This is to inform that there has been a vodafone number [protected] whos caller has been continuously calling on my vodafone number and also texting uselessy on the same number,several times had i informed or tried to talk politely to the user of the phone number but after every days advice the user dies the same

        i am a student and is totally disturbed from the harrassment from that person.

        please look into the detail of the issue and forward necessary steps to be taken

          I pay online from icici banks.there r online error from vodafone I cannot conformation but banks debit my a/c spoken hot line but they not given proper response 22ND is my due date . After every day call from vodafone they her rest about bill I explain .after couple of day I mail 2 vodafone care bank statement nodal .appellate . They not given res ponce after other executive call I explain all the query I went vodafone gall er submit bank statement after another lady came v received statement but v not verified where amt pl go 2 bank ask I will b busy my work I didn't went banks they cut line .... I pay & why should hoariest pl help....

And as per citi bank confirmation payment claimed by vodafone on 31/08/2011. Burt they are not concider the payment in my accounts.

          I have two postpaid connections of vodafone bearing the numbers [protected] and [protected].which I got on the 2nd of January this year.I didnot receive any bill that month.So I went to the vodafone office in TTK rd.(I reside in TTK rd Alwarpet)in Feb and told about the internet access problem I had ,waited in the Queue and got it rectified,I also asked for my bill which they said was 1220 for both connections together. But they refused to collect the cheque and asked me to drop in the drop box.I did as asked .But soon I started getting a lot of calls asking me about details of payment and I gave details of my cheque no.It was a syndicate bank cheque, No[protected] which got debited to my account on the15 th of Feb 2012.But I had a collection agent come home on 24th of Feb who would not go without taking a cheque. This time I gave him a cheque of Andhra bank bearing no 388893.Can such incidents be avoided in future mainly disturbing phone calls at all times of the day , so that customers can go about their jobs peacefully.

          From last 5 years, I a Vodafone customer and last three month before had opt postpaid connection and this month on 22nd July i make a payment of my bill in Vodafone stone through their ATM during that i pay Rs1000 but the receipt I received of Rs 500 i made a complaint in Vodafone store also but from last three they are only replying we are working on it even customer care is not make aware what is the actual situation when case going to resolve and even according to their confirmation the case has to be resolve by 24th july 2013 but still no revert.

          If possible please help me, what can i do.

              I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].I AM ACTIVATED A PACK OF 199/- IN WHICH V TO V CALLING FREE FROM 12AM TO 6 PM BUT MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED SO MANY TIMES.AND I HAD ONE ANOTHER VODAFONE CONNECTION NO [protected] BUT ON 11/02/13 MY BALANCE WAS BETWEEN 75-80 RS/- BUT ON 12TH OF FEB MY BALANCE WAS RS 8/-. I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE ON MY BOTH NOS. AND THEY REPLIED ME THAT DEDUCTED BALANCE CANT BE REFUNDED.                   This is regarding the concern of my Vodafone prepaid no., +91-[protected] in the name of Naveen Bansal. I had a balance of Rs.147 at morning (14th Feb., 2013).Later, at 1:00 PM I did a data pack recharge of Rs.198 unlimited 2G internet on my no. I started using the Internet and at 1:14 PM, it showed that my data pack got activated. I accessed internet freely making sure that my data pack is active. But in evening I came to know that my main A/C balance was just left with Rs.0.03 and I was shocked to know this. I tried contacting their customer representative and Mr. Krishna guided me that it was due to my usage before data pack got activated from their end. I understand their policy. But I am unable to know that then why did they charge me @ 10p/10kb till 1:45 PM when my data pack got activated by the company at 1:14PM. He had no answer to this questioned asked. He started manipulating me on this by saying that it is their company’s policy and he is helpless. He tried his level best to satisfy me on the same and misguided me by saying that it could be due to technical issue by which overcharging was done.
                  I fail to understand that how they can legally charge me for 45 minutes consumption when my pack got activated at 1:14 PM and recharge was done at 1:00 PM. They can charge me only for 14 minutes consumption rather than 45 minutes. Also, a balance of approx. Rs.147 has been deducted from my main balance without prior notice. I cannot bear their unrecognized charges and by their negligence I don’t want to suffer as the customer. I want that my company shall refund my balance for 31 min (1:14 PM-1:45 PM) as my data pack was activated during that period and only genuine charges of 10p/10kb for 14 minutes (1:00 PM-1:13 PM) should be deductible accordingly instead of whole balance deducted from my main balance A/C. Also, I have a message received at 1:14 PM from their end (Vodafone) regarding data pack services been activated for clarification.
                  I hope you look into this matter seriously as their poor and unsatisfactory customer response has resulted to bring this issue under your guidance for early response. An early action would be highly appreciated.

                    Hello Sir,
                    My name is Syed Ashar and My Number is [protected] residing in Bangalore, and I am a customer of Vodafone Mobile Network since from past 6-8 Months, the reason I am drafting this mail is to bring to your concern that i have been facing number of problems from the service provider and from the customer care service advisers as well, they never understood my issue, they cannot communicate in any major languages, they cannot resolve my issues, I had activated my GPRS data plan through a Self Help Option which they provided, and now my balance has got deducted but data plan was not activated at all. I spoke to many advisors on 13th feb 2013 who gave me many false promises, they said "Service will be restored in next 4 hours" which was not, then I spoke to Mr.Manoj M. & Mr. Prashant on 14th feb 2013 at 10:30pm he dint respond me in a good manner he disconnected my call without providing me any solution. I asked to refund my balance which they never did, and I am still waiting for the service. Its my humble request to the concern department (Consumer Complaint Forum) which I think is the only solution for the customers like us please take neccasary actions on this foreign Company.
                    I will be thankful your concern, waiting for your response and action.

                          SIM registration pending
                          Vodafone service provider neglect this problem unnecessary SIM registration pending
                          My SIM No. is [protected] this number I've using from last 7 years & it is very necessary for me because all of my colleague & client are contact me & communicate through this number but from December 2012 this number shows registration pending, I have complaint about this & I have submitted my document more than thrice before December 2012, even then there is shows registration pending so pls do needfully at once to resolve this problem at all.

                          somebody hike this number pls take this problem very seriously

                            on my postpaid number [protected] i have activated vodafone BIS services of rs.400 in dec-2012. But i have been charged havily for vodafone live in my bill. I am very much aware of the difference between BIS and vodafone live services and their charges, i can guaranty you that i have not used any kind of vodafone live services in my bb( model- tour 9630 3g). i have complaint this issue many times to my nearest vodafone customer center but havent received any help yet rather they have asked to mail to vodafone bb customer help support. but even from them i havent received any satisfactory help yet.
                            i would kindly request you to help me with my prob., so that i can use back my number asap.

                              I am using Vodafone Postpaid connection from few years but suddenly on 8/02/2013 my mobile get lost, i blocked my SIM same day and the executive confirmed me i will receive the duplicate SIM by courier with in 24 working hours. my SR no is [protected] . but i have not received duplicate Sim till now, even after complaining again and again i.e. SR no [protected] on 11/02/2013 and SR no [protected] on 12/02/2013. It cause me huge loses.

                              I am very disappointed with such kind of pathetic services.
                              Kindly look into the matter and help me.

                              Rapl — Duplicate sim

                              amitaj Her i took sim card with my phone as a prepaid and i used it for 4 months after i received a call from airtel and they said me there ia schem were u call call at 50 paise per min(Local/STD) all over india and 2rs per ISD and they told me this schem will be activated withing 7 working days but it did't happened so i waited they called me after 40days and told me that "Sir this schem is not available for this moment so cant activate it and this was fo prepaid, so i asked for Refund they told me u get this back in 45 working days, i sais : OK " and my number was deactivated on 24 october by me no after so long on february i got bill asking me to pay 4985.00 RS/- I took this bill in Airtel Gallery nere me they told me we cant take this complaint u dont worry u don't Worry nothing will happen but now, i am getting continues call from Airtel "to make the Payment " but why should i pay for the schem which i haven't taken that too i have't got my refund, i have that Sim card with Which is non working since, deactivation so how can i make call from it,

                              So this is an requast to u that kindly take some action against this, i need your help to solve this

                              I lost my phone some 25 days back and I still have not received any SIM from Vodafone. Customer Support keeps saying that its been shipped already but till date it has not been received. Rm at Vodafone end doesnt pick up calls and if he does his total effort is on fooling me. Today I called him twice for sim then he asked me to send him request on mail for this i said its been 2 times already at this he says please do it once more. On asking for courier docket number from which SIM has been sent he just says you'll get it in a day and if i say its been 20 days he hungs up phone. please do something is this matter, i have already put a complaint on vodafone website but am not sure if they are going to consider it.

                                I had lost my postpaid sim card while traveling from kalyan to thane. I called the customer care to report of loss and asked him to terminate the service as I don't want to continue their service. He said he will suspend the sim but it cannot be terminated without returning of sim card (which has stuck to a tyre of a car due to mud in the monsoon period). He said he will dispatch a new sim card to me at the registered address. But I am not working at that Address and I am not even in the same city where I had taken the card. I told him that I will come to Vodafone store to collect and terminate the card, but he said that cannot be done.
                                Now they are sending me bills saying that they will take legal action for non-payment while I had cleared all my dues till the month in which my card was lost.
                                I don't understand that when nobody has received the sim card or activated it, why monthly rental is being charged?

                                    I have take vodafone postpaid sim from vodafone ghatkoper store on first month company had given bill Rs 642 , 2nd month bill Rs 741, on 3rd month Rs 1038. 4th 2292.45, all bills paid in time bill amount has charge over plane given by your company Now I wish to port number to another company.In your store when I visited to convey my problem of bill they r not giving any reply to me no I am held up by vodafone company now I went to mtnl with porting same no but compan has rejected porting kindly look in to matter and give repply on my email,or call no [protected]

                                      Dear member,

                                      I took Vodafone first recharge 3G internet plan 505Rs. I never got 3G speed, it is worser than 2G speed and often interrupted speed.

                                      I complained to customer care and they told me that my problem will be solved by 12 February. My SIM was activated on 06th of Feb and even after one week no problem solved. Apart from that, they also block my number so I can not make any call on 198.

                                      Is there any way where I can charge my complaint officially and get my money refund?

                                        I have been a postpaid user of vodafone number for several years (4-5) and being paying the bills properly without fail. I am currently in overseas on an important project. Last month i recieved my bill as Rs945/- and i tried paying it through online through my credit card the vodafone payment service did not capture it even after several times of trial. I even tried my wifes credit card it did not work from here. therefore i choosed to tell them about this issue and emailed back to them with my mothers number to collect the payment from her which they usually do on request. I really respect the service of vodafone and do have recommended for many. But recently i have got am email after one month telling me to pay Rs 6225 /- and i would face legal actions and threatening email to which am deeply hurt and am not able to work in my current project properly due to their email and it embarress me a lot that they suddenly asked me to pay 6225/- instead of my original usage amount. i do have all my payment failure emails and the emails which i contacted them telling my mothers number. but i dod not expect vodafone employee to act in this way embarrasing me. I do believe that vodafone is an excellent private organisation as i have used them throughout many countries and had good service. But this email has hurt me alot. i need the necessary actions against this.
