Hello Sir,
My name is Syed Ashar and My Number is [protected] residing in Bangalore, and I am a customer of Vodafone Mobile Network since from past 6-8 Months, the reason I am drafting this mail is to bring to your concern that i have been facing number of problems from the service provider and from the customer care service advisers as well, they never understood my issue, they cannot communicate in any major languages, they cannot resolve my issues, I had activated my GPRS data plan through a Self Help Option which they provided, and now my balance has got deducted but data plan was not activated at all. I spoke to many advisors on 13th feb 2013 who gave me many false promises, they said "Service will be restored in next 4 hours" which was not, then I spoke to Mr.Manoj M. & Mr. Prashant on 14th feb 2013 at 10:30pm he dint respond me in a good manner he disconnected my call without providing me any solution. I asked to refund my balance which they never did, and I am still waiting for the service. Its my humble request to the concern department (Consumer Complaint Forum) which I think is the only solution for the customers like us please take neccasary actions on this foreign Company.

Vodafone — GPRS connection
I enrolled a monthly rental from VODAFONE that never worked. I was charged a monthly rental although service was not provided. I could not call the helpdesk as the options did not let me talk to a CC REP as 9 options pushes me back to the previous menu and not allow me to speak.I went to the store and emailed and they had registered a request but they close the ticket after a couple of days without doing anything to resolve the problem and send me an sms that the problem has been resolved. Vodafone cheats people!
