I took a connection on which they activated a wrong plan and as a result send me huge bill. When I tried to resolve the issue but they were least bothered in resolving the issue but MOST INTERESTED IN recovery of money. So I decided to go for disconnection and paid the money according to my genuine usage (which I must have not paid if the intention was not to pay).

BUT EVEN AFTER 2 MONTH OF DISCONNECTION THEY ARE HARRASING...

TRAI had been hard on the mobile customers lately, and it had limited the number of SMS sending per day to 100 messages from any number on any network. The limit has now raised to a little better, with the number of SMS that can be sent per day being 200. I am Mukesh Verma and i have purchased a new number of vodafone befor 3-4 days ago.
Actually They deduct my 3 Rs. withour any inform they activate unknown service i don't remember the exact name of the service and when i asked to the customercare executive(she is name Pooja) then she told me that this service activated from your sit but i really don't know about it that how is it activated.

got a fake bill of rs 758, on my voda fone post paid num. which was expired on 5/01/2013, evn disconnected also.
n the billng period was 24.12.12 to 23.1.2013.

so i want waver of the fake bill send by vodafone....

i ported my no.- [protected].from airtel to vodafone from noida sec- 18. the vodafone care person name is Daud. and he assured me for giving the special plan of 149. but they activated the plan of 199. on my no. and now also they are not activating the plan of 149 after my request neither the are cancelling my porting and giving me my security back. vodafone is customer careless, fraud......

I’ve written this complaint in order to raise my concern for incorrect balance deductions and wrong details getting updated in your computers leading me to lose my balance and loyalty. As a customer of Vodafone, it is very insane to understand the situation of a morning when I wake up ,try to make a call and hear “Your balance is insufficient for this call”. And that too when I recharged my prepaid the very last night with 100 rupees...

I had requested for a Vodafone data plan worth Rs 451 on 25th Jan , 2013 using vodafone's sms activation service at 2:39 PM. At this stage i had insufficient balance in my prepaid account and i got a reply back from them asking me to try again. I had tried to do a online recharge of Rs 100. The transaction was getting struck due to internet issues. I tried to do it twice. I didn't try it a third time. But my balance from the account has been deducted twice though my account has been recharged just once.
