My mobile no. [protected]. I requested to convert my Vodafone prepaid connection to postpaid. I got a postpaid SIM card. Today at 9 AM I got a message from vodafone that, 'your connection will activate within 2 hours.' It was not activated within 4 hours, I contact the service center boy, he told me that, 'it will activated in the evening'. It not activated at 5 PM I visited the service center (mulund), the person Mr. Sanjay Chendaliya informed me that it will take time, and will activate tomorrow at 1 PM. I'm a business man and without my mobile number, I have to face a lot of problem.

So please solve my problem today. I also contacted Vodafone customer care, I got a complaint no. [protected]

When I approach the service center, for prepaid to postpaid connection, the service center person told me that "It will activated within no time".

    DECEITFUL-DACOITY

    1. Inquired Vodafone for post-paid tariff and plans.
    2. On 23/01/13 got full-charge tariffs of requested plans from Vodafone ltd.
    3. On 24/01/13 called for sign-up. The Errand ecec. Anand who came said the mailed details are incorrect and the provisions of free call mins of 100 for CLIP-Rs.25/- is not applicable to all and any of the plans listed in the mail and have to pay for it separately.
    4. How is it correct..? Now from mail to sign-up a hike-change in tariff is said, then during first bill and goes on and on new unsaid charges being added without any end. How it is RATIONAL and FAIR.?
    5. Is it not unfair, atrocious, unlawful disowning it's own mail sent after many levels of verification..? Does it not TANTAMOUNT to cheating...?

        I had a Vodafone connection bearing number [protected] in Chennai.

        I have moved to Mumbai.

        I called Vodafone Customer Care ([protected]) on 1st December and spoke to Ms Kritika. The Call reference number was[protected]. I was told by Ms Kritika that I had a current month outstanding of Rs 414.00.

        I paid the same through AMEX on 02/12/12.

        Below are the details:

        Payment Amount (Rs Ps) : 414.00

        Transaction ID : MAM[protected]
        Payment status : SUCCESS





        I was also promised that the disconnection will happen by 15 days.

        I however received a notification from my AMEX card that an amount of Rs 212.00 has been charged as per bill date 19th January.

        Below are the details:

        Just a while back, I called your customer care number [protected] and spoke to a gentleman by name Mr. Ramesh. My call reference number is[protected].

        He did not have an explanation and mentioned I shall get a call back. I am waiting for the same.

        Let me now tell you what all happened post I wrote the e mail dated 18th January 2012.

        18th January night: I received a call from a person by name Syed from number [protected]. The reference number of the call is [protected]. Essentially he said that nothing can be done excepting refunding the payment. However, he patiently listened to me. He also assured that I shall get a call back from his superior.


        19th January morning: I got a call from a lady by name Banu from number [protected]. The reference number of the conversation is [protected]. She is one of the worst and rudest Vodafone customer care person that I have interacted with. Firstly, she said, your telephone connection was re-instated because of instruction from your corporate. She did not even know that this number [protected] is my own connection. I told her to send that proof or e mail "from my corporate". She bluntly said, its NOT our policy. What a shame in the name of "Vodafone Customer Care". Then she bluntly said, since we have charged you wrongly I shall refund the money and thats it! Nothing more! I asked her how will you send the refund, she said after 48 hours your phone connection WILL be disconnecetd and after a fortight, we shall send a cheque to your Chennai address. I mentioned, I am not in Chennai but in Mumbai. But the lady had the audacity to tell me that "its not our problem. Once the check expires, then you need to go to a Vodafone store in Chennai and collect payment" How mindless a person can be!

        Ladies and Gentleman, I have presented my case. Now let me know what you are going to do about it.

        I repeat what I mentioned earlier:

        1. I have made the disconnection request on 1st December. I was promised that it will be disconnected after 14 days once I make my current month outstanding.
        2. I have paid the current month (un-billed and billed) amount on 2nd December.
        3. You have WRONGLY charged me Rs 212.00 on 15th January.
        4. I need my Rs 212.00 back (and NOT through a checque to Chennai address but an address in Mumbai as its YOUR fault not mine that I have to run around to get the money back)
        5. I need my compensation for YOUR mistake. Same logic: If a custome does not pay you on time, a custome pays penalty. If you take my money by YOUR MISTAKE (can also be trated as cheating!), you should be penalised.

            I have a vodafone connection "[protected]". I have submitted my closure of connection at Vodafone office at Visakhapatnam on 26th Sept 2012. I was told in the Vodafone store that my connection is closed. At the time of closure I have made all the necessary payments. But I still find my bill getting generated over the next two months. I have sent reminder emails to the vodafone care but did not receive any response. I got a demand notice on 27.12.2012 for paying my debt of 876. As i'm currently out of India i have payed it and requested to close my connection. This month as well the bill got generated. Request you to do the needful. I have as well dropped a mail to vodafone corporate care.

            Vodafone — deaf ear to my request for 8months

            an astro service was activated on my no-[protected] in jan2008 without my consent for which numerous requestsemailand personal visitshave been made to vadafone call centres odal officersupervisiors, since march 2008, to deactivate this nonsense, but of no awail.i have been harassed and mentelly tourchered by giving false assurances to fix this problem and reverse the charges since2008.march. they does seems tobe bothered about their mooto"happy to help.".Ihaveen never been provided feed back about the status of pending complaint.or was it such a big mess that could not be retified in last 8 months.pl help.

            Respected sir,
            I, the undersigned, had bought no.[protected] from Vodafone on 1st week of April 2009. While giving the proof documents I had requested by giving a letter to the official to keep my credit limit Rs.300/- only.
            When a Vodafone official had come to my residence for address verification I also had requested him for a credit limit of Rs.300/- which he had written down on the verification letter. Later when the first bill came it was around Rs.600. when we had inquired at the Vodafone store that how did the bill come around Rs.600 they said that the request for credit limit is not yet upgraded and will get activated within a week.
            When the second bill came it was around Rs.1500/- and when we inquired about the sudden increase in the bill they turned a deaf ear to my request of decreasing credit limit. Later when I went to the store again to discard my no. and return the sim card the replied by saying that I can throw the sim card and the no. will get canceled within some days. When we asked a written application that they will discard the no. within how many days, they refused to give a written application.
            And now they call me and also at my residence and harass my family n from some days they are also sending a person who comes at my residence when I am in my office and harasses my family.
            So I request u to look into this matter and help me.

            I am Narayan Prasad Chaudhary from Kanpur . I have owned a vodafonhte postpaid connection aprox. 18 months ago and i have surrendered the connection 2 months ago but the bill is continuously coming to me and the phone calls for billing is inturupting in my daily work . I have the recieving of the sim which i have surrendered . I have complained several times in Vodafone office but there is no one to look after .
            Its a sincere request that u please look after the matter an take the needful action .
            My vodafone number is [protected] abd I activated GPRS with the monthly plan of RS 25.
            But i got a bill for 1300 only for GPRS usages for Nov'10 bill. But the net i used is thru Wifi and everything is charged thru vodafone connect.THey have barred the outgoing and there is no action taken to revise my bill.Kindly help me in this.
            seriously there moto should be "we r happy to harass" . one should never go for vodafone..ppl put there if you have vodafone..throw that away..sooner or later they will definitely harass you.

How can be happen this?                   I am using Vodafone corporate Services for my No:- [protected] from last few years it has come to my notice that i have been charged incorrectly for bills every monthly basis, this time an alarmingly high bill of Rs8613.00 approx in which shockingly they have charged Rs 6500 for internet usage only and Rs 850 tax, this is just next to impossible as i have never used services for this much amount. when i called customer care to inquire about all this the Agent named Sunny kept my call on hold for more than 30 minutes then i called again and agent named Sanjay kept my call on hold again for 30 minutes. these kind of services are unheard of. This is very shocking and frustrating to make a follow up with these people i want a strictest possible action taken against the company and the executives. I want a complete waiver of these incorrect charges for this month as well as all the previous month bills which i have paid.

                  I also want to reveiw all my monthly bills for last 1 year atleast as i suspect that in detail as i suspect a big fraud.

                  Vodafone — charged incorrectly

                  I sunny tolani who has been using this number since 7 yrs & had no option but to keep he number i was on a group talk plan wherein within the group one is not charge to make calls i.e intra calling is absolutely free this was all working fine & i usually never bithered to check my bills once i just thought of checking & i see that i have been charged to call the number in my group when i call vodafone customer care mumbai i have attened by an advisor NAMED MAYANK & who puts me on hold to check the information & after a long hold call gets disconnected, i dnt understand these advisors do these purposely & if its a mistake why dnt they make an attempt to call the customer back, i would really want my bill get settled ASAP or i & my group members have decided to take serious action against Vodafone for which we would require som help as well, & discontinue all the vodafone connection that we all have

                  Hello Sir, I have bought 2 vodafone post paid connections ([protected] & [protected]) with the 3G internate connection. I was keep on calling them that I was not getting internet properly. Also I have asked them to add the power plus for 0.50 paisa calling plan, but they did not applied. The end of the month they have charge me like any thing. Also the time when I bought the sims they told that I will not be charged rental for 1st 3 months. Now they are telling that there is no offer like that. Please take care this issue against them.

                      I have received message from Vodafone to make freinds in 2 Rs. per minute but when i tried it was fake. i tried today from 10 PM and found that this all services are fraud.

                      So my request is to Ban all these company's who used to promise this kind of vulger things.

                      These services are promoting vulgarity in new generation so i request to Indian constitution to make a strict law.

[protected]) on the m/o july 2012. at the time of taking the connection they committed that all calls on one vodafone local (delhi circle) mobille numbers will be free for lifetime. but now i have been informed through vodafone sms dated 27-12-12 time 02:36 min that dear customer please note wef next bill cycle fnf one no free calling promo will be charged at rs. 49 per month. to deactivate the service send dct fnf to 111. regarding this i called to vodafone care and vodafone nodal office also but they told this is the instruction of trai and we are following that. please help me out.

                        Hi,

                        My name is Pramod Kumar Singh, I am using Vodafone number [protected]. I have taken new services from Vodafone. My bill plane is 325 and in this i m geting 1000 free local calls every month and from nokia i have 3GB uses free for internet but the problem is they are charging me for every thing and they are give discount in the and of the month that means I am paying for that services which is free for me. Please help because they blocked my outgoing calls..

                            My name is mohan krishna, i used a mobile sim card (No-[protected]) from service provider called vodafone, last year i asked for the disconnection of number and they asked me to settel the entire and which i already made.. But after some months of time they sent me a letter that they have not received the payment... After receving that call on jan7th of this year i again made payment of 4400... And they conformed me that they received payment.. But today they sent me lawyer notice to attend in court.

                            I am hereby attaching you copy of my bill...

                              Respected sir / madam,

                              This regards to my mobile no. [protected]

                              My name: Sunil vepuri.

                              And been a loyal customer from past many years with different mobile nos. and i want to inform i need to migrate to different provider.
                              Because of lack of knowledge provided to Vodafone customer care and their executives for "OUT SOURCED" customer care executives..

                              I called up customer care 198 (complaints) to know why my mobile no.[protected], which had existing pack of Rs.17 (200MB data plan).
                              and i my plan got exhausted on 22nd of Jan 2013..


                              Why is that Vodafone provided *121# service where customer can pick Up his like own deals ?

                              Rest after activating why is that the product won't get activated as it use to get activated within 15 mins. ?

                              Why was misinformation provided to me for the same that the pack for 200 mb with 15 days will be activated soon ?

                              Why is that after i send ACT VL17 to 144 and only 75 mb got activated intensely as the SMS provided by executive Mr. Vishal Suresh Jaddale ?

                              Why is still show if i dial that *121# it shows as 200 mb free for 15 days ?

                              why is that after the wrong GPRS plan got activated, I called up the executive Mr. Rahul was it true name or lie he said asked the customer to call from alternate mobile no. ?? Why is that not shown in ads in televisions ?

                              MAJORLY he is asking the Customer to call from alternate no. so he can transfer to his T.L or floor supervisor and if such why don't Vodafone display such things in T.V. Ad too and what make sense if the customer even call from alternate mobile no. some else will pick the call right ?

                              Is that T.L. and Floor Supervisors so busy and they themselves don't know Vodafone mobile. starting from ?? and asking and demanding ( Not even Requesting customers) ?
                              I been part of Vodafone and never been crossed anything like this and of course if you want call pls call my own no. [protected]

                              And i need the same pack of 200 mb data plan with 15 days of activation ASAP, and i request Vodafone not to argue with me for same in grounds customer's fault..It better You people rectify and them call up the customer..

                                Respected sir,
                                This is sandeep I am customer of vodafone my number
                                [protected]. I want to change from vodafone services i am sending msg
                                bt i am receiving UPC code " Hi! You have entered the wrong keyword.
                                Please enter the desired keyword and send sms to 1900" I am sending
                                msg as PORT [protected] to 1900. I am facing these issue from December
                                2012 and i registered a complaint but there is no resolution from
                                vodafone till now. I asked the cce to transfer cal to escalation but
                                the supervisor who spoken are disconnecting call or unable to give the
                                correct info. They are not even aware of finding out the fault on
                                this. I marked a mail to nodal as well to vodafone but they are
                                sleeping not even a single mail or response. I spoken to Amrutha
                                supervisor on 22-Jan-2013 she promised that she will rectify the
                                problem and she promised that she will mark a mail to my id regarding
                                the issue on this number. Today on 23-jan spoken to supervisor Jyothi
                                she is giving another info so whose words should i believe now
                                everyone is promising that they will rectify the issue but no one
                                turned upto now. Will you please kindly help me or you will also keep
                                the same silence like the others who are sleeping without rectifying
                                the issue.
                                Note: (Its a kind request to anyone of you to respond please i beg you)

                                Now one side i am professionally affected & another side i am mentally disturbed in many ways.

                                So Kindly help me & take actions to clear the above issue sir.

                                Highly Expecting a immediate action from your side sir.

                                Even i marked mails to nodal and vodafone and appellate as well as but there is no response from any one.

                                i am facing the same problem !!! and the customer care are giving irrelevant answers ... because of which i am still using a mobile without a sim and facing a lot of problems... really disappointed with vodafone services!!

                                  Vodafone Post Paid — Disconnection of both outgoing & Incoming

                                  My mobile No. [protected] Post paid connection take at Chennai. Due to non payment of bill you had disconnected both Incoming & Out going (June Month Bill). I had paid 09.07.2008. Your Company executive promised after paying service will be normal, till now there is no service for my no.

                                    This is to inform you, i have put a request to Vodafone on 16th for De activation of my no. [protected]. But despite their Written commitment of getting the same deactivated within 72hrs, they have not yet deactivated my no. and it is still active , which is of really a serious concern. As a matter of fact i have written back to them for non compliance of the request even then there is no action as such.

                                    Also I have security deposit of 500/- Rs. of my current no. with Vodafone for the said no.. And another 221/- Rs. of one more connection i.e. [protected] are with them which they have not reimbursed yet.

                                    Request to please look into this matter and get the connection deactivated for the said no.

                                      My name is dr.sunil kumar.. I am using vodafon connection from last 7 to 8 years..
                                      But from last 3 to 4 months i am not happy with my telecom company.. Coz they are deducing my balance with outany reason.. They charge me callertune 30 rupees for 15 days while the actual rate is 30 rupees.
                                      And i called to their coustmer care executive and complain against it.. And he had promise to me to return my money with in 48 hours.. But still i didnt get any amount fromgheir side. My complaint no.[protected].
                                      Their coustmer care exctv was not giving me gud responce when i was calling him again.. And he said "balnace kisi b kimat pe bapis nahi hoga."
                                      And on other side i am not enjoying my gprs speed happily.. Coz of them..
                                      Twhen i complaint against gprs problem. Then they always make any excuse and advise me to change the sim. While i had replace my sim before 8 month ago. Im totally confuse. please help me sir. and take a strict action against of this telecom company. Thankew sir..
                                      THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICES

                                        Dear sir, I am Ramveer Singh from moradabad (up)having a prepaid mobile number of vodafone i.e.[protected].I have received a SMS From vodafone last night at 8:24 PM on dated 22/01/2013 that a caller tune has been activated on my mobile number which is very dirty song caller tune. after two minute the monthly charge of callertune of Rs. 30/-has been deducted from my balance that is totally wrong after that I told to Mr. Rameshwar (customer care officer) for that but he told me that deducted balance can not refund to me and he misbehave with me. I want to say that I have not sent any request for a caller tune and any value added services on my mobile no.so kindly send my call details and massage details so that i can check my sent massage for a caller tune and any services. i am very trouble for that dirty caller tune. and i want my Rs. 30/- refund any how because vodafone company cheating with me due to caller tune without any request of any services. kindly send response as soon as possible and solve my problem.

                                        Vodafone — caller tune activated without any request

                                        my name is dilip kumar jain, mobile no:[protected].
                                        on 17/08/2008 at 6.03pm i have recd one message that your caller tune is activated and rs:45/-deducted from my account.
                                        for activation of caller tune no request was lodged from my side.
                                        at 6.07pm i lodged a complaint to vodafone custmer care service
                                        and they told me that your account will be credited for the same withine 24hours.but yet the account is not credited.they send a message regarding service registration no:[protected].
                                        i request you to do the need full at your earliest, and credit my account for the same.and i further request the company that this type of problem should not be repeated.

                                        Vodafone Prepaid Mobile — callertune activated without any request

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        I have a customer of Vodafone prepaid mobile. My mobile no. is 91 [protected]. I have got a message on 27.10.008 at 18:54 from vodafone as "you have successfully activated your callertune service" and deduct forty five rupees from my account. which was no any request applied by me. I put a complain to vodafone customercare, but they have to disconnect my call and disconnect customercare service from my mobile. so I can't connect to customercare person by mobile.
                                        Please do the need full action and credit my balance amout forty five repees and i am not interested your any caller tune service in future.

                                        I am waiting your possitive responce and hope to a better service in future by vodafone.

                                        Vodafone — Caller tunes are sent without request

                                        I am a Vodafone user for the past 3 years. It was working absolutely fine, untill VODAFONE took over Hutch. In the last one they have sent 3 caller tunes on my number with prior information and also have deducted 30 Rs per tune till now. Although, after complaining they have refunded my money, but it has become a headache to call on the customer care and keep a follow-up for the refund of money.
                                        Simply intolerable.....

                                        Vodafone — caller tune wrongly activated

                                        dear sir,
                                        I'd activated caller tune services of vodafone. I'd sent two msgs of two different songs out of which i opened the msg of the first song and replied the song no as said in the msg. but the song of 2nd msg was set and when i called the customer care they are not ready to understand and telling i'm only at fault, they are telling one rule which is not written anywhere or showed in an advertisments. I have the sound clip recorded and even the song msg with me for the proof. I would be oblidged if i get some help for the same.

                                        I am a user a mobile no. of [protected], my service provider has deduct the amount of rs 45/- without any request to caller tone. but when i asked with customer care than they were replying that by the Flash Message the amount would be deducted. I need a clarification from the concern department for that all.
