I have recharge Rs 249 3g pack on 2 feb 2013 i.e. 30 days packs, i got the sms from vodafone that my 3g data pack is activated within 2 mins. Till there everything is fine. my mobile no. is [protected]
Now when i used my sim in data card( data card made by HUWAEI which support both 2g/3g network), that sim does not show 3g network, i have other sim also like of airtel, tata docomo that are showing 3g network in the same data card, & also i have checked the same sim in 3g supported mobile, so i made a request by email to vodafone that the sim is not showing 3g network, while it is showing 2g network but i have made recharge of 3g, so you must do something about it. [3g network is not available]
Till today i have sent then 6 emails and one complaint through mobile their complaint no. 198 where my service request no. is 2317 registered on 9/2/13 and by email service complaint no. is [protected]. by email dated 8/2/13
But till today they have not done anything to my problem.
Problem: That i have recharged with Rs249 3g data pack, but no 3g network is shown or available by vodafone, i have checked this near RML hospital, in Supreme court also, in India gate where i have checked that this sim does not show 3g network, even after paying Rs249 i am still getting 2g network by vodafone
if in this 30 days pack , 11 days have already been gone, what is the use of recharging them, i want my money back with compenstion.....
issue: no getting any error message, but simply no 3g network is available, how to connect 3g internet, if even connection network of 3g not shown by vodafone sim
please help me.

Hi,amitaj Her i took sim card with my phone as a prepaid and i used it for 4 months after i received a call from airtel and they said me there ia schem were u call call at 50 paise per min(Local/STD) all over india and 2rs per ISD and they told me this schem will be activated withing 7 working days but it did't happened so i waited they called me after 40days and told me that "Sir this schem is not available for this moment so cant activate it and this was fo prepaid, so i asked for Refund they told me u get this back in 45 working days, i sais : OK " and my number was deactivated on 24 october by me no after so long on february i got bill asking me to pay 4985.00 RS/- I took this bill in Airtel Gallery nere me they told me we cant take this complaint u dont worry u don't Worry nothing will happen but now, i am getting continues call from Airtel "to make the Payment " but why should i pay for the schem which i haven't taken that too i have't got my refund, i have that Sim card with Which is non working since, deactivation so how can i make call from it,
So this is an requast to u that kindly take some action against this, i need your help to solve this
