Customer care executives fooling us

On 9/1/2013 I have lost my cell phone & for blocking the SIM card, also asking for a duplicate SIM card I called Vodafone Customer care(111 no) around 11.30 pm. Automatic renew of plan even after deactivation code sent

Hi,
I have opted for Vodafone 2G data plan. by dialing *111# and after that it showed me 500 MB data for free. I subscribed for that. After which they sent me message that 52Rs. deducted from my account. I thought ok, as I have subscribed for this, lets give a try for the 15 days.
After 15 days , I did not find their service satisfactory. I decided to cancel their service by sending SMS CAN NEWBC52 to 144...

Unresolved Customer Service Issue

i am shashank rana, and i have requested vodafone to portable my number from idea to vodafone in one hour they send their executive who visited me on 2/1/2013 and took security of rs 250 and my documents to verify and say that within 7 days your number will be ported and vodafone will be activated....but on 9 day it is not activated and when i called costumer care they talked me in such a bad way and they disconnect my call again and again...

I had requested for a 3g plan on 2nd january and till date I am not able to use 3g services .Every executive tells me a different issue.But no one has resolved my issue.I am able to use edge but not 3g.

wrong information by call center
